This study aims to analyze the in-depth relationship with cyber counseling services using the Riliv platform and explain the code of ethics for online counseling. This research uses the method of literature review or literature study in the form of journal articles. The results of the study are known to make cyber counseling services considered effective because they can make it easier for counselors and students to conduct counseling that is not limited by distance and time. Cyber counseling services occur when counselors and counselors communicate remotely through devices connected to the internet network. This service has produced significant results in the effectiveness of mentoring and counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Until now, in the post-COVID-19 pandemic, cyber counseling services continue to be a choice for cyber counseling services. Riliv is an online counseling platform that connects people with personal problems with psychologists through text counseling, voice calls, and video calls seeking counseling. With the significant increase in the implementation of online counseling, several issues have arisen, especially regarding the application of the Code of Ethics in the implementation of online counseling. It can be concluded that counselors with cyber counseling can provide optimal services. Through technology intermediaries, counseling no longer needs to be done face-to-face, but can be done online.      

This research aims to describe the use of Clickbait on news headlines in online media to attract readers. The data is in the form of title sentences published by online media. In this research, the author uses a qualitative method. The data is taken from Fajar.co.id, iNews.id, Detik.com, CNN Indonesia, Tribun-Timur.com, Metrosuara.com, and Tvonenews.com. The data taken is in the form of news titles selected based on certain criteria in accordance with the research problem. The results of this study show that, in general, the use of clickbait article titles is widely used by online media to attract readers' interest by disturbing curiosity arising from the information gap between what readers know and what readers want to know. Many clickbait article titles focus on celebrity subjects, rumors, and fictitious accounts and some even have no news value at all. The main purpose of using clickbait article titles is to drive more visits from online media users so that revenue through advertising increases.      

The beginning of 2020 was a nightmare for Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic that hit had an extraordinary impact. Tourism, which is the main sector in the process of national development, is not spared from the impacts it presents. This pandemic has hit the tourism industry so that tens of thousands of workers have lost their jobs within 1 month. As time goes by, Indonesia does not continue to fall into misery. The new normal order has made the tourism sector carry out various kinds of innovations to get back up from the downturn caused by the pandemic. One of the innovations made is by maximizing digital marketing for tourist destinations. This study uses a literature study research method using various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing in the tourism sector has several advantages, namely (1) Spending less money and targeting a wider market, (2) Retaining customers by establishing communication in a smooth way, (3) Easy to choose specific targets (4) Its effectiveness is easy to measure. Digital marketing for tourist destinations can utilize and use various online platforms such as websites, social media, mobile applications, and online advertising.

This article discusses the role of directors in the dissolution of a Limited Liability Company and the legal remedies taken by shareholders to protect their rights in the dissolution of a Limited Liability Company. The business activities of a Limited Liability Company do not always run in accordance with the objectives, sometimes the Company will face obstacles that cause the dissolution of the Limited Liability Company. With the dissolution of the Company, in this case the shareholders should get a legal protection both preventive and repressive. This research uses normative legal research with a statutory approach and a case approach through a decision study. The legal sources used are primary and secondary legal sources. Based on the results of the research, the Board of Directors of a Limited Liability Company in the process of dissolving the Company can act as a liquidator. The result of this study is a house sale and purchase agreement, namely a special agreement whose rules are contained in Article 1457 of the Civil Code. The validity of this sale and purchase refers to Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the legal terms of the agreement. Buying and selling houses is carried out through various stages, namely the preparation of PPJB, payment of seller and buyer taxes and the process of transferring the name in AJB before a notary. Legitimacy can occur if the making of this agreement is not because there is a forced withdrawal from any party,, does not violate the provisions of laws and regalutions, decency and the public interest.

It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. This research method uses normative legal research methods. The results of the study show that the application of sanctions for violations of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is regulated in various Mayoral or Governor Regulations of each region by imposing written warning sanctions, administrative sanctions, social sanctions and criminal sanctions on violators.

Narcotics misuse and distribution have become so pervasive that everyone is now a victim. This study aims to "identify, clarify, and analyze the enforcement of laws against juvenile offenders of drug abuse in the Bandar Lampung area. It also examines the factors that contribute to juvenile offenders of drug abuse." With the normative juridical approach research was the methodology adopted for this analysis. Deductive reasoning techniques are employed in conjunction with normative legal research as the approach method for this article. The study's findings indicate that legal substances, legal institutions, legal environments, and legal cultures all have an impact on children's decisions to abuse drugs. The child's internal factors are the most significant ones. It has been successful to utilize law enforcement to stop those who abuse drugs on minors. It is the responsibility of parents to properly educate their children so that they are not susceptible to peer pressure to break the law.    

Mendeley is a reference management software that provides various features to assist students in the process of writing scientific articles. This engagement method is carried out through a series of activities, including workshops, training, and mentoring. The purpose of this engagement is to improve the skills of final semester students in compiling scientific articles. The activity was held in May 2023 with participants from FIK UNCEN semester 7 students. The results showed that students were able to operate the Mendeley application, starting from registering an account on the Mendeley web and installing the Mendeley desktop application, and using the Mendeley application to create automatic citations/references and bibliographies. The conclusion is that FIK UNCEN students are able to use the Mendeley application to improve their academic writing skills effectively and correctly

This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market.

This research uses a normative legal research method using a statutory approach. The main source of this research is regulations. The results of this study indicate several crimes that can be used as protection by consumers who experience losses due to fake news amid the Covid 19 pandemic, namely Article 14 paragraph (1), paragraph (2), Article 15 Article 14 paragraph (1) and Article 45A paragraph (1). ) and (2), and article 28 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Garbage is the biggest threat, especially in Indonesia, statistically the second largest country in the world after China. Most of Indonesia's population lives in coastal areas and that is where most of the trash is found. Garbage on the coast can come from human activities such as tourists, municipal waste disposal and part of the river. The purpose of this research is to increase awareness and participation to create a clean environment to protect clean coastal and estuarine environments. The research method is library research with a systematic review design based on descriptive analysis, namely journal articles searched in the Google Scholar database. The results of the study applying the clean movement can minimize waste, and appeal to the public to have a sense of concern for the environment so that the beach is not polluted, does not damage the environment and maintains public health.

This research suggests a connection between sharia banking and sharia governance, particularly in Indonesia. The qualitative data for the study were gathered using the library approach. In this study, secondary data from books and articles on the subject that were gathered from reputable research publications were utilised. The necessity for sharia banking services as well as the expanding diversity of products are what are driving the growth of the sharia banking business. The findings of the literature research indicate that it is crucial for the Islamic banking sector to understand how popular it is becoming. All organisations under oppression need Islamic governance because it promotes and upholds Islamic banking and finance. The findings of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia laws control the application of Islamic sharia in Indonesia. Indonesian sharia banking must comply to sharia principles and is governed by a number of laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of transactions. However, Indonesian Islamic banks have not yet been able to incorporate Islamic governance into their day-to-day activities.

This study examines government policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of health law. Health law is one of the laws reviewed in the COVID-19 pandemic. In handling the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government has issued several legal products such as Government Regulations that also implement the PSBB and Physical Distancing policies, but these policies are not effective in breaking the chain of COVID-19 spread, as seen the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia on January 28, 2021, has reached through 1 million cases, the highest in Southeast Asia. This type of research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive in nature by providing solutions to the handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This study concludes that the legal politics taken by the government (PSBB and physical distancing) in handling COVID-19 have not maximally protected the right to health of the Indonesian people as mandated by the constitution Article 28H paragraph (1) and Article 34 paragraph (2) and (3) of the 1945 Constitution. The government should implement a partial lockdown policy as China's success in carrying out a partial lockdown in Wuhan. With a partial lockdown in Jakarta Province as the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the virus will not spread to other provinces.
