The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the criminal law protection of embezzlement of assets (Boedel Bankruptcy) of debtors that result in losses to creditors, and obstacles to criminal law enforcement for embezzlement of debtors' assets that result in the formulation of the problem What is the position of criminal law Embezzlement of debtors on their assets that causes creditor losses and how to overcome them. The method used in this study uses the Normative juridical approach method, the data sources are secondary data and primary legal materials.  Research Results (1).  Legal protection of the criminal act of embezzlement of the debtor that causes losses to the debtor, after being declared bankrupt by a judge is a criminal act of embezzlement regulated by Article 372 of the Criminal Code and Article 400 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, because the fulfillment of the criminal elements is fulfilled. (2). Obstacles faced, Uncooperation of the insolvent debtor in carrying out legal proceedings due to the lack of level of legal awareness possessed by the insolvent debtor. To overcome this, the bankrupt debtor should comply with the contents of the decision of the Supreme Court case Number 2K / Pdt.Sus-Pailit / 2019 willing to submit the legality of access to the curator team that will resolve, and as a good Indonesian citizen must obey, submit, and obey the laws and laws in force in Indonesia.

Metaphors were mosly found in the drama “Hamlet.” It confused and made it hard for the readers to understand some dialogue in that drama. It became an interesting one to explore more profound about the use of metaphors. This study explored more the metaphors in the conversation among characters in William Shakespeare’s play Hamlet. The researcher applied a qualitative descriptive method with the theory of the Metaphor, according to Parera (2004), as a detailed explanation. The study results found that the most frequently occurring types were Animal Metaphors (35%), and Anthropomorphic Metaphors as the rarest one (15%). Animal Metaphor uses animal parts to mock people in this story. Anthropomorphic metaphors are parts of the human body that are transferred to various inanimate objects used to praise in this story. Metaphors  occured in a drama  which can make it more interesting to read and perform

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created social grade which lead to the conflict. This became a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the racism in such movie. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research material was a dialogue from the movie "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The Butler movie. Attitudes is a pattern of thinking or feeling about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice rarely occured in the social life because black people can not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

At this time the learning process is still partially carried out online (in the network) considering the positive cases of Covid-19 that still exist in the Semarang City area. The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10

Tambangan Village is one of the urban villages in Semarang City that is active in managing PKK so that it has received several awards in managing the PKK program at both the city and provincial levels. The administrative process in Tambangan Village still uses manual methods both in data recording and recapitulation. This causes several problems that often become obstacles in the PKK administrative process in Tambangan Village, namely there is often scattered data, writing errors, recapitulation of the amount of data that is less accurate and the reporting process is complicated, causing the administrative process to take a long time and information that is incomplete. produced less accurate and inappropriate in the field. This study aims to create a PKK information system in Tambangan Village that can be used to manage data and information for dawis groups, PKK members, PKK activities, the presence of PKK members and Posyandu activities. The results of the questionnaire test from the use of the PKK information system that was built were measured using a Likert scale and the results were 92% with a very satisfied category.

One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

The results of the recommendation for the selection of pesticides on shallots were obtained from the highest Q_i value. Of all the pesticides on shallot plants above, the highest Q_i value is Agrithane with a Q_i value of 0.897. Agrithane has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage weight.

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh variabel mediasi komitmen organisasional pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan memperjelas atau explanatory, sehingga untuk pelaksanaannya dibutuhkan responden dan memerlukan kuesioner, sehingga menemukan kesimpulan yang bersifat memperjelas fenomena empirik. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan memperoleh data primer dari responden, yaitu para pegawai di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Batang. Teknik ini penarikan sampel dengan memperhatikan strata (tingkatan) di dalam populasi, dimana jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 119 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tetapi stres kerja pada penelitian ini berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja pegawai, artinya stres kerja menurunkan komitmen organisasional dan kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja.

Vim Village, Abepura District is one of the service activity centers that has a land use that is so complex and strategically located that it triggers various forms of economic activity, becoming an attraction for people to travel for transportation, especially along Jalan Perkutut. This study examines the relationship of micro-economic activities with traffic performance obtained from side barriers, vehicle volume and road capacity. The research methods used to achieve the objectives are quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The quantitative method uses the analysis of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to obtain vehicle volume, road capacity and traffic performance. The qualitative method uses descriptive analysis that discusses the comparison of the distribution of micro-economic activities that affect side barriers, the comparison of two traffic performance results and spatial planning plans along the Perkutut road. The results showed that the increase in the number of micro-economic activities at night along Jalan Perkutut had an effect on increasing the number of side barriers and the volume of vehicles. In addition, the imbalance in the volume of vehicles and road capacity shows that Perkutut Road traffic performance is experiencing congestion as indicated by the Service Level Index (ITP) with a value of F. Under these conditions, spatial planning for the road network, pedestrian pedestrian arrangement and land use arrangement is needed, especially on microeconomic activities.

Instagram users who are dominated by teenage users have become even more popular as a place to endorse by influencers. Teenagers who are still not mature enough in shopping are also targeted in making purchase impulsively. This study aims to analyze the impact of Instagram’s influencers on impulsive shopping lifestyle in adolescents in Batam. The research was done by collecting data using questionnaires and was analyzed using SEM and AMOS. The result showed that brand attitude and product attractiveness which were significantly influenced by attractiveness, expertise, and trustworthiness variables had a significant effect on impulsive buying intentions variables. The success of this endorsement is then used as a strategy to increase sales owned by product brands that target their market share in the teenager group.

This study aims to determine the improvement of short story writing skills through the use of blog media in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. The population in this study were all students of class XI and a sample of 36 people. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design with data analysis using the "t" test. From data processing, it was found that the average value of the initial test of short story writing skills by students was 52.10 and was included in the poor category, with a standard deviation of 6.09 and an increase in the final test score with an average value of 87.36 and included in the good category, with a standard deviation of 7.33. Based on the results of the students' initial and final test scores and if it is associated with the KKM value of Indonesian language subjects for high school, it is 70, the students' short story writing ability is included in the good category. From hypothesis testing, it is obtained that the value of t count = 24.19 and in consultation with the value of t_table at a significant level of 5% = 2,030, thus t_count > t_table or 24.19 > 2,030 then the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write short stories through the use of blog media in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Month in the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Recitation Learning Method on Students' Ability in Writing Debate Texts for Class X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in the quantitative approach. The research approach in this thesis uses a quantitative research approach. the population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 92 students consisting of 4 classes. The sample in this study was 21 students, namely class X IPS 1, which was taken using a purposive sampling technique or determined sampling. As for the results of the research and discussion that have been described in Chapter IV, it can be concluded that the Application of the Recitation Learning Method as a Debate Text Writing Learning for Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Month in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This is evident from the average value of the initial test of Learning Writing Debate Text for students, which is 55.71 with a standard deviation of 9.95 and an increase in the final test score with an average value of 80.48 with a standard deviation of 7.85. the student and if it is associated with the Indonesian KKM score for high school is 75, then the Debate Text Writing Learning for the final test of students is included in good ability. In addition, at the observation t value > t table which is 9.00 > 2.08, then from the results of testing the hypothesis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the application of the Recitation Learning Method as an Effort for Learning to Write Debate Texts in Class X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Months Years Learning 2021/2022

This study aims to determine the improvement of rhyme writing skills through the application of the make a match method to class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year. As for the population in this study were all students of class VII totaling 43 people and a sample of 22 people. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design with data analysis using the "t" test. From data processing, it was found that the average value of the initial test of rhyme writing skills by students was 62.27 and included in the less category, with a standard deviation of 4.29 and an increase in the final test score with an average value of 86.36 and included in the good category, with a standard deviation of 4.92. Based on the results of the students' initial and final test scores and if it is associated with the KKM value of Indonesian language subjects for junior high schools of 70, the students' rhyme writing skills are included in the good category. From hypothesis testing, it is obtained that the value of t count = 17.33 and in consultation with the value of t_table at a significant level of 5% = 2,080, thus t_count > t_table or 17.33 > 2,080 then the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write rhymes through the make a match method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year.

By using a qualitative approach, descriptive method and supported by literature studies as a means of data collection. The result obtained is that the church needs to follow the example of the Antioch congregation in sending its congregation to mission and equipping them with relevant methods, systems and personalities.

The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system.
