So many problems arise in the results of educational program policies implemented by the central government and even by the educational institutions themselves. So that there are pros and cons in the community who are currently pursuing this education. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the research to determine the effect of leadership and motivational factors on the performance and quality of education as teacher intervening variables at high school and vocational high school in Sabang city. Data collection in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 95 correspondents from SMA and SMK in Sabang City. The results of the study show that leadership has a very large influence on the progress of an educational program. In addition, motivation also has a big influence on the progress of these educational institutions. So it can be concluded that leadership and motivation have a very large influence on the progress of high school and vocational education institutions in the city of Sabang.

This study is entitled "The Role of Leadership in Suppressing the Occurrence of Fraud in Cash Receipts." This study aims to analyze and identify the role and leadership attitude of the Chief Accountant to suppress, minimize, and avoid fraud committed in the process of cash receipts in a hotel that has its own management (not professional management). Based on the data sources that have been identified, it turns out that there is still the potential for fraud to occur in cash receipts. Various data sources that have been obtained say that the occurrence of fraud is caused by the workers themselves. Factors causing the occurrence of fraud come from several things, one of which comes from the mindset and behavior of the perpetrators of the fraud itself. Other factors from the corporate environment can also lead to acts of fraud, namely the inconvenience that is obtained by the perpetrator in working at the company. We then analyze the data sources that have been collected to obtain clear information regarding the occurrence of the fraud. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of data analysis and identification, that the occurrence of fraudulent cash receipts occurs due to the lack of a leader's attitude in the control and supervision strategy carried out. The attitude of a Chief Accountant who pays little attention to these problems makes it easy for fraud to occur. The effectiveness applied by a Chief Accountant and the adoption of a leadership style are still relatively low. It is hoped that the application of the leadership attitude of a Chief Accountant will provide solutions that have a significant effect and be able to overcome this so that it does not happen again in a company.

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

Lot of problems arise in selecting scholarship recipients in a large number of submissions, the existence of several searches used, and the selection of files for scholarship applicants is still manual, so a system is needed that can speed up, help, and make it easier in the decision-making process to lighten work. student section. In supporting decisions this system will use the Naïve Bayes Classifier Method to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. The NBC method can analyze and make improvements to old data, and the resulting data will provide simpler probability values that can later be used to make decisions. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be realized that the application of the data mining algorithm using the Naïve Bayes Classifier can be carried out to select scholarship recipients at Stikubank University Semarang. The procedure for determining supervisors in this way will cause problems such as less than optimal results of the final assignment because the supervisor is not exactly selected. The final task supervisor has an important role because it has the responsibility to ensure that students are able to prepare the final assignment properly so that the final assignment is ready to be tested and qualified. In an effort to overcome the problem of inaccurate selection of supervisors, recommendations can be made based on expertise or research that has been carried out by supervisors using the con tent - based filtering method.

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). This study aims to describe students' mathematical problem solving skills in solving word problems.  The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD 4 Dersalam with a total sample of 24 students.  The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.  The research instrument used was in the form of test questions (essays) and interview for mathematical problem-solving abilities in diagrammatic material.  The data collection technique in this study has three stages of procedure namely;  1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) final stage.  Based on the results of the tests that have been given, the ability to solve mathematical problems in the good category is 14 students (58.3%), the medium category is 4 students (16.6%) and the low category is 6 students (25%).  Based on the categories of mathematical problem solving abilities, namely good, sufficient and insufficient, it can be described as follows: 1. Students' Mathematical Problem Solving Ability in the Good Category 2. Students' Mathematical Problem Solving Ability in the Enough Category 3. Students' Mathematical Problem Solving Ability in the Poor Category.

This article aims to find out and describe the relationship between Islamic psychology and the handling of emotional stress and the involvement of grandmother's parenting. The methods used in this study were literature study, observation, and interviews to find out about the relationship between Islamic psychology and emotional stress management. Islamic psychology is a field of study that combines Islamic principles and teachings with modern psychological principles to understand human behavior and offers a holistic approach in understanding and treating psychological problems. Emotional distress, or emotional stress, is a state of emotional imbalance that occurs when individuals encounter emotionally challenging situations or events. Parenting that is not good will make the child become a closed person and lack confidence. This article was written with the aim of conveying information to the reader, so that it can be used as a reference to increase the reader's knowledge, and can have an academic impact on the writer. This article contains the relationship between Islamic psychology and dealing with emotional stress and the involvement of grandmothers in parenting.

Heart attacks are caused by a blockage that keeps blood from flowing to the heart and to the brain, resulting in further complications such as failure of the heart muscle to get oxygen supply which results in a person's death. Therefore, patients with heart disease require Percutaneous Coronary Intervention to deal with their treatment. PCI is also known as cardiac angioplasty or percutaneous coronary intervention. PCI installation in patients with heart disease can affect physical activity so that patients really need family support. Family support will increase self-confidence and motivation to face problems and increase the standard of living to improve the patient's quality of life. This type of research uses a quantitative technique with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 54 people.The results showed that the majority of respondents had good family support, with all dimensions of family support having a good percentage which showed a significant good percentage (100.00%), and had a very good quality of life (75.93%) , with those who have a good quality of life (24.07%). There is a significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room of Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi, with the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.032 less than α (0.05). In addition to the analysis significance value, a correlation coefficient (cc) value of 0.293* was also obtained.The relationship between family support and quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi in 2023 resulted in a relationship that was sufficient or strong enough and led to a positive relationship, that is, better family support.

This study aims to determine the type and level of road damage using the Bina Marga 1990 method, determine the percentage value of each damage and calculate the priority order of the road as a reference for determining the repair program for the road. Data collection using the LHR survey is also needed to determine road condition values. Factors that cause road damage are the lack of routine maintenance on the road and the absence of drainage so that a lot of water stagnates during the rainy season which causes road damage to become more severe. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

As the center of academic activities of Muhadi Setiabudi University with 101 lecturers, 1266 students and 94 employees must be supported by adequate parking infrastructure. Parking is an important infrastructure in an activity. One of the problems in parking is the lack of adequate parking space. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the characteristics of parking in the campus area. The evaluation results found parking characteristics at the location in the form of: motorcycle parking volume of 347 vehicles and cars of 28 vehicles. The maximum parking duration for motorbikes is 195,089 minutes and cars is 185,591 minutes. The maximum accumulated value of motorcycle parking is 267 vehicles and cars are 18 vehicles. The maximum static capacity on the motorcycle is 922 vehicles while for cars it is 41 vehicles. The maximum parking index on motorcycles is 89% as well as on cars is 130%. The maximum turnover on motorcycles is 1.16 times and for cars 2.16 times. The maximum parking space requirement on motorcycles is 294 vehicles, on cars is 20 vehicles. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the capacity of the existing parking lot for motorbikes is adequate, but for cars it is not adequate.
