Abstract. Indonesia's economic growth and open-air unemployment rates need to be discussed whether they have an impact or not. Free variables which are economic growth and bound variables are open unemployment. The research method used is quantitative method using document data from the statistical central body (BPS) in Indonesia. Research has shown that economic growth has not hada significant impact on open unemployment. . Where if there is an increase in economic growth it is not certain that it will reduce the open unemployment rate in Indonesia

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada perekonomian, khususnya pada pelaku UMKM. Seperti salah satu permasalahan masyarakat desa Wonorejo yaitu penjualan bibit buah dan usaha peyek. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap adanya potensi yang ada disekitar mereka yang mungkin bisa digunakan sebagai sumber daya tambahan supaya berguna bagi UMKM masyarakat desa Wonorejo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat dengan mengoptimalkan teknologi, serta penguatan bidang pelaku UMKM yang terdampak Covid-19 bangkit dan mengembangkan usahanya dengan baik. Hasil dari program KKN adalah membantu masyarakat untuk mengembangkan tata Kelola usaha dengan membuatkan akun media sosial serta menambahkan logo pada produk.

Pada Agustus 2022 inflasi sudah mencapai angka 4,69, dengan adanya kenaikan BBM dan diikuti dengan kenaikan tarif transportasi bisa mengerek inflasi jauh lebih tinggi lagi. Penyesuaian biaya jasa penggunaan sepeda motor yang berlaku mulai 10 September 2022 akan mendorong inflasi, selain itu kenaikan tarif ojek online juga akan mendorong masyarakat pengguna ojek online pindah ke moda transportasi lain atau bahkan kendaraan pribadi. Jika banyak masyarakat yang beralih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi akan menambah kemacetan dan kerugian ekonomi,  

The process of finding employees, or what is often called employee recruitment, is an important concern for employers. Recruitment is carried out with the hope of getting employees with the required classification. After the recruitment process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct training for new employees according to their job title. The training was conducted to equip employees to be more creative and able to provide excellent service to visitors. Training is one of the efforts to achieve the service standards that have been set in the business. The population and sample of this study were all 37 employees at RIC, with the data collection method in this study being a questionnaire that will be distributed to employees. The list of questions on the research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents to solve the problems to be studied, and quantitative analysis is carried out by processing the data using the SPSS version 23 software tool. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between recruitment and training on employee performance at Coffee Idea House. This means that business people must pay attention to a good recruitment process and intense training to improve employee performance.

Abstract. This study aims to find out and analyze whether there are differences in financial performance before and after Covid-19 at Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Mechanical Brigif 16/Wira Yudha in the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this research is to use the technique of collecting financial report data documentation. Sampling in this study is the financial statements of Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, difference test and Wilcoxon test. The financial ratios used are Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA and ROE. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant difference between the Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) and ROE (X5) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif, Uji Beda dan Uji Wilcoxon. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA dan ROE. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan secara seignifikan antara Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) dan ROE (X5) sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusaahan masi efektif dalam mengelola aset perusaahan di masa Covid-19 dan juga masih dapat menghasilkan laba bersih pada koperasi. The process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure that is done manually will not run optimally. Conditions like this make an agency need an information system that is able to record all existing facilities and infrastructure, namely an inventory information system. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based inventory information system that is used to facilitate the process of inventorying or collecting data on goods at the Purwokerto Veteran High School. The MVC (Model View Controller) method is used to design the system. This system can simplify the process of collecting data on consumables (inventory), consumables (non-inventory), procurement, discrepancies, repairs and retrieval and this system can generate reports that will be reported to the Principal.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

This study aims to determine the effect of online purchasing on consumer buying interest in buying products online and to determine the effect of online consumer buying interest on consumer purchasing decisions. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument with 100 respondents, then collected and checked for validity and then presented in an informative and scientific manner. After that the data is processed in a comprehensive and descriptive-analytic manner. Then the data is tested with SEM (Structural Equation Model) statistics to determine the relationship between various variables. The results of the study state that the first hypothesis which says that online purchases have a positive effect on consumer buying interest online turns out to be significantly proven. This can be seen in table 6.3.1. that the effect of online purchases has a T-statistic value above 1.664 which is equal to 8.086. Meanwhile, the results of the second hypothesis test which says that online consumer buying interest has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions has proven to be significant. This can also be seen in table 6.3.1. that consumer buying interest online has a T-statistic value above 1.664, which is 10,799

Papers are one of the daily tasks for students. There are still many student papers that are not in accordance with the EYD or vocabulary in the KBBI. This research focuses on how the form of errors in writing capital letters, writing hyphens, punctuation marks, and standard language in scientific papers (papers) of students, especially the IAIN Takengon KPI Study Program. This study aims for KPI (Islamic Broadcasting Communication) undergraduate students to be trained in good and correct writing skills in accordance with spelling rules. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. The results of the research conducted, the researcher found spelling errors in the contents of the paper, namely: (1) there were 15 capital letter writing errors, (2) there were 20 mistakes in the location of conjunctions, (3) there were 10 non-standard language errors, (4) writing errors there are 20 punctuation marks (colons, commas, quotation marks, punctuation marks).

Community service by conducting counseling carried out by the lecturer team from STIEPARI Semarang in terms of increasing local culinary innovations for Semarang City Tourism Village has succeeded in having an impact on the community in the Semarang City Tourism Village environment. Tourism village is a big potential for regional development, especially Semarang City. The tourist village in the city of Semarang has a different potential which becomes an advantage and strength. The diversity of themes and concepts of a tourist village will become a diversity that can show its existence, especially for the city of Semarang which incidentally is an urban area. The diversity of tourism villages can be drawn from one thing in common, that each tourist village has similarities in terms of culinary delights. The culinary in the tourist village has its own characteristics which are influenced by the geographical and cultural location in the tourist village as well as local products which are the advantages of each tourist village. It is felt that the culinary development in the tourist village has not changed because it has not been touched much in terms of innovations that can be done.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of learning media as message distributors. The study in this paper uses a descriptive method with literature study, namely by presenting an overview and analysis of the meaning, rationale for using media, rationale for using media, learning media in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and the benefits of using media. The results of this literature review indicate that learning media in general are tools for teaching and learning processes. Everything that can be used to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of the learner so that it can encourage the learning process. This limitation is quite broad and in-depth covering the understanding of resources, environment, people and methods used for learning/training purposes.

The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of the Medan Johor community about job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The specific target in this community service is that the people of Medan Johor sub-district know what promotions are, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The materials presented in this community service are: what is job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. Which in relation will affect the improvement of employee work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets solutions to job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction so as to improve work performance.

The problems of this research are (1) How is the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?, (2) How is the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola, (2) Describe the content of the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola. The research population was 32 students. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and researcher notes. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the reception of female gender and male gender has similarities and differences. This is because the female gender carries her feelings while the male gender focuses on the impact of an event on the plot. In line with that, Yudhi Herwibowo's novel Sang Penggesek Biola has an ideology of heroism that can be seen through the thoughts of the main characters

The purpose of writing on the study was to know and analyze the carried out of the teaching activities performed by the student keat in the wagir village ward. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study method using a two-form teaching technique - the teaching at school and outside the school guidance of the home-study system. As for research obtained on school teaching activities during 3 meetings, student motivation in learning increases. While in home study programs, the evaluations made at each meeting are obtained that an increased level of student motivation is generated from a change of behavior in the realm of affective senses. As for the increase in attendance attendance at any meeting of the home learning program also indicates a student's enthusiasm in following the learning process.

With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation. 

Tape is a traditional fermented food whose benefits can be increased by adding probiotic cells such as Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus plantarum Dad-13. Tape tends to be easily damaged, so to maintain the viability of probiotics and as a food diversification, tape can be substituted for ice cream dough. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of substitution and the proportion of substitution of glutinous rice and cassava tape in the manufacture of ice cream on the characteristics and preference level of probiotic ice cream. This research method was carried out using a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern with two factors, the first factor was the type of tape, and the second factor was the proportion of substitution. The type of tape used are white cassava tape, yellow cassava tape, white glutinous rice tape, and black glutinous rice tape with substitution proportions of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. Analysis of probiotic sticky rice tape and cassava ice cream included water content, total solids, melting time, antioxidant activity, total lactic acid bacteria, total yeast, and preference level. The data obtained will be calculated using the Anova statistikal method. If there is a significant difference between treatments, it is carried out with Duncan's Multiple Range Test significant difference test at a confidence level of α= 5%. The results showed that glutinous rice and cassava tape types and their substitution proportions affected the water content, total solids, melting time, antioxidant activity, total lactic acid bacteria, total yeast, and preference level. Based on the preference level and antioxidant activity, the best ice cream was produced with the substitution of 20% white cassava tape or 20% yellow cassava tape, which had an antioxidant activity of 32.41% and 33.17% RSA and total lactic acid bacteria of 1.79 x 108 and 1.67 x 108 CFU/g, respectively.
