The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Failure to give exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, one of which is knowledge. The knowledge possessed by the mother will greatly influence the success and failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Many mothers do not know that one day the baby will experience a phase of accelerated growth from normal conditions which is called a growth spurt. At this time a mother will be worried and think that her breast milk is lacking, so she finally gives formula milk or early solids so that her baby is calm. Writing purpose:The effect of the level of knowledge of a mother who has a baby aged 6-11 months regarding growth spurt on the provision of early complementary food (MPASI) at the Warunggunung Health Center, Lebak Regency, is known in 2022. Research methods:Research method analytic observational case control design. The study sample consisted of 74 mothers with babies aged 6-11 months who were divided into a case group (mothers with babies who were given early solids) and a control group (mothers with babies who were not given early solids) with a ratio of 1:1. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis via Chi-Square test. Research result:In the case group (babies who were given early solids) the majority or as many as 87.5% of mothers had a low level of knowledge, while in the control group (babies who were not given early solids) the majority or 78.6% of mothers had a good level of knowledge. Mothers with a good level of knowledge, only 21.4% of mothers gave Early Solids to their babies and 78.6% of mothers did not give Early Solids. Whereas in mothers with a low level of knowledge, as many as 87.5% gave Early Solids and only 12.5% did not give Early Solids to their babies. This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.
