The current development of internet technology around the world is increasingly sophisticated, all levels of society can enjoy the benefits of this internet. The existence of social media has now become a primary need that cannot be separated from human life. The presence of increasingly diverse social media has become a place for young K-Pop fans to cyberbully on various applications, one of which is Twitter. The selection of topics in this article aims to find out the motives or reasons behind these young K-Pop fans carrying out acts of cyberbullying. In research on this topic, the author will use qualitative methods by collecting non-participatory observational data and in-depth interviews with two informants, whom the author has traced and indeed indicated to be perpetrators of cyberbullying on social media Twitter. The results of the study found that the motives of young KPOP fans to carry out cyberbullying on Twitter social media were due to the nature of fanaticism towards idols, feeling annoyed and angry when they saw posts/tweets that vilified idols, jealousy or envy of other idol fans, lack of understanding of ethics and norms -norms of behavior on social media, and feel satisfied and happy if they feel they have won the debate.

This article contains information literacy related to fish health management. This writing was conducted by means of a literature study. This paper focuses on the ability of fishermen and fish cultivators to be able to find appropriate information related to fish health management and efforts to prevent fish disease. In this article, the conceptual meaning of information literacy and fish health management is carried out. Next, the discussion is carried out with the elaboration between the two concepts. The results of the discussion found that fish health management requires a process whereby understanding the right information, the right source of information, and comparing the information to be decided to take. Fish health management information literacy is important for fishermen and fish farmers. fishermen and fish cultivators can independently and accompanied find the information needed related to fish health management information and how to prevent disease in fish.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the application of Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the bonded bondage system to clove farmers as local wisdom in preventing the occurrence of problems that arise because of the clove bonded agreement and to find out the obstacles faced in the application of article 1320 of the civil code to the bonded system. On Clove Farmers in Kaidundu Village as Local Wisdom. Research Using this type of normative-empirical research. By using several approaches, namely: statutory approach (statue approach), case approach (case approach). The results of this study indicate that: First, the clove bonded bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a custom or habit that was born and developed in the Kaidundu Village community since the last decades, the agreement system by means of bonded bondage involves sellers (farmers) and buyers (middlemen). . However, based on the law in force in article 1320 it is stated that, that the legal requirements for an agreement are agreement, competence, a certain matter and a lawful cause. However, in reality in society not all parties understand and understand what an agreement is considered. So that researchers can conclude that the bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a habit that has been passed down from generation to generation, but the community must understand and know that there are rules governing this bondage system. Second, the obstacles faced by the people of Kaidundu Village, especially those involved in the case of the Clove ijon system, several obstacle factors faced, namely: Legal factors, where there is no agreement or agreement that binds both parties, both the seller (farmer) and buyer (middleman). And there are no regulations in the form of Perdes (Village Regulations) which regulate the existence of the clove bondage system. The ijon system agreement is only based on trust.

This article reviews the factors that influence the quality of financial statements, namely accounting information systems, internal control systems and human resource competencies, a literature study on accounting information systems. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Accounting Information Systems affect the Quality of Financial Statements; 2) The Internal Control System affects the Quality of Financial Statements; and 3) Competence of Human Resources influences the Quality of Financial Statements.    

Criminal Profiling is an investigative technique to describe the profile of criminals in terms of demographics, psychology, modus operandi and incident settings. In this article, researchers are interested in carrying out Criminal Profiling on the murder and rape cases of Eno Farihah, to see an overview of the Criminal Profiling that occurred in that case, the factors of the murder and rape of the perpetrators, and the profiling of each perpetrator in the case concerned. The research method that researchers use is literature review and literature research. From the findings of the researchers it is known that the murder case of Eno Farihah by three perpetrators had different reasons. The RA perpetrator was the victim's boyfriend who was involved because the victim refused his invitation to have sex, while the RAr perpetrator was suspected because he was often ridiculed bitterly and blackly, then the last perpetrator IH was allegedly because of unrequited love. So that the perpetrators were charged under the applicable law with different legal sentences, the perpetrators RAr and IH were sentenced to death, while the perpetrators RA were sentenced to 10 years in prison because they were underage.

The figurative language style of the short story 11:11 in the Winged Dusk chapter is the main study in this article. The short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 presents inner contact between characters and imagination and contains many positive moral messages and messages of humanity using beautiful language so that it attracts readers to read it. The purpose of this study is to find out what figurative language style is used by the writer and what meaning he wants to convey to the reader. Data collection techniques used in this study were (1) reading techniques, (2) listening techniques, and (3) note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are (1) identification, (2) classification, (3) interpretation, (4) description. This research study is focused on the analysis of figurative language style in the short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 by Fiersa Besari. The results of the research show that the figurative language style used in the short story 11:11 chapter of the Winged Senja by Fiersa Besari is simile, personification, and allegory. The type of figurative language that is mostly used in the Winged Twilight Chapter is personification figurative language.

The development of the era of economic and financial digitalization is developing so rapidly, that the purpose of this writing is to find out how the relationship between the time value of the rupiah influences over time. In addition, of course, the development of the era of economic and financial digitalization has had an impact on Indonesia's progress. Often companies have confusion in investing in securities, in this article the author wants to further discuss the role of the money supply and the time value of money in investing in securities. Of course, in making an investment decision, a company must carry out financial analysis related to stocks, bonds and capital markets. The method used is qualitative by collecting, analyzing and processing data from accurate and reliable sources such as books, journals and government websites. The results of this study indicate that by analyzing the money supply and the time value of money, it will influence companies in making investment decisions on securities using fundamental analysis.

According to data collected by Bandar Lampung Police, between the beginning of the year and the end of 2022, officers handled 2,898 incidents, including 502 reports of motor vehicle theft, 247 reports of theft with aggravation, and 78 reports of theft with violence. The purpose of this article is to describe the legal policy of violent motorcycle theft. This research is a normative legal research, in this research the elements of the crime of theft with violence as formulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code are studied. The results showed that a person who commits the crime of motorcycle theft with violence can be caught under Article 356 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the factors that cause a person to commit a violent motorcycle theft are economic factors, social environment, opportunity, and less than optimal law enforcement.

Raj'I divorces is one of the applicable divorces in Indonesia, regulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 117 and Law Number 1 1974 concerning Marriage which is outlined in the divorce. This article will discuss the relevance of the religious court regulation as a form of actualization of the settlement of Raj'I divorce which can be caused by many things, such as infidelity as happened based on decision Number 2143/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Btm located in Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia, due to the betrayal of the husband, so they decided to divorce. This research also uses a qualitative approach and secondary data. The result of the research conducted is that the procedural law has clearly regulated and relevant to the regulation of raj'I divorces in Indonesia. This refers to the arrangement of raj'I divorces which is not only regulated through national law but also through Islamic law which has been in line with social, cultural and traditions in the community. The existence of raj'i divorce is only one of several types of divorce regulated through Islamic law and can be integrated with the Muslim community in Indonesia.    

The results of this study aim to analyze the effectiveness opportunities for High School Students to enter the Jakarta State University. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The sources used for this research are interviews, filling out questionnaires and collecting data from several relevant journals and articles. This research focuses more on how students get motivated and the driving factors related to entering State Universities. The results of this study explain that the data obtained from the interview results assume that the facility factors from the school, environmental factors within the school and external support are the dominant reasons for students to continue their education to State Universities.

This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. This type of research uses a normative juridical research model. Based on the Employment Act, a person who has retired, his rights and severance pay must be paid in accordance with the mandate of Article 156 paragraph (1). The results of this study are 1). based on several legal provisions as mentioned above, we can conclude that the retirement age in 2022 is at the age of 58 (fifty eight) years, 2). the current regulation regarding layoffs does not have to go through the determination of the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), the Company only needs to inform the workers of the intent and reason for the layoffs. If the worker refuses to be laid off, the worker can propose bipartite negotiations to the company and if a meeting point does not occur, mediation can be carried out, up to a settlement at the PHI, 3). different arrangements between the Manpower Act and the Job Creation Act. Among them is the amount of entitlement to severance pay. In the Manpower Act, a person who retires gets a severance pay amount of 2x (twice) the provisions of Article 156. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.

And also by using empirical legal research, by using a statutory approach and a case approach, data collection was carried out by means of literature studies and interviews, the data collected was descriptive. (113) Law enforcement for traffic accidents caused by damaged roads, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung, is not only a form of public service, but is a responsibility mandated by law, which if not implemented can lead to serious legal consequences. This study aims to determine law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung and what factors become obstacles to law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung. The results of research on traffic accident law enforcement due to damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung show the weak handling of the traffic police and the Bandar Lampung city government in implementing Law number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, especially article 273. This research is about juridical analysis of the application of article 1348 of the Civil Code to the practice of online arisan with a descending system. The method used in this research is normative. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal consequences caused by the Owner and Member of the Online Arisan Practice System for Decreasing the Non-fulfillment of Elements in Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The results of this study are that if one of the parties defaults or defaults, the provisions for sanctions are regulated in criminal and civil provisions, then the legal consequence is that if a member party does not complete the arisan contribution, the owner will bear the fee. so that members who commit defaults will hold negotiations/mediation efforts up to filing a lawsuit in court or carrying out a criminal law process by the owner as the person in charge of the arisan.

This article will discuss the importance of character education in the world of education. Character education is an important part of the life process of students at school, of course it needs comprehensive activities in the process. Character education includes everything about the values ​​of positive people's behavior, helping people to become better people, especially individual students who will shape the next generation of the nation. The role of character education has a major influence on a person's moral development through letter education which will be used as a printer to renew the morals of the Indonesian nation through education. Family, teachers, parents and the environment all influence the cultivation of character education by students.

A justice collaborator are suspect, defendants or convicts but work together with law enforcement officials to provide information in uncovering criminal acts that have occurred. The aim of the research is to analyze the legal protection of justice collaborators in terms of Law 31/2014. This study uses normative legal research methods with qualitative data. The results of the study show that (1) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 explained in article 5 that law enforcement officials have the obligation to provide protection and assistance to justice collaborator from legal entities so that they feel safe from threats which will come. (2) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of five basic principles or commonly called Maqashid Asy-Syariah which can be concluded that Islam highly upholds the protection of human rights, which in this case is legal protection for justice collaborators who have important services in helping officials Law enforcers uncover a crime.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has recently been in the international spotlight. One of the things seen is the weapons technology used. The modernization of weapons technology has prolonged the war on both sides. This article will discuss Javelin and NLAW which are types of portable anti-tank missiles and their use in the Russia-Ukraine war. Man-Portable Anti-tank Systems are shoulder-fired missiles that are used to destroy opposing tanks. Weapons such as the Javelin and NLAW are the result of the development of earlier versions of the Anti-Tank Guided Missile. These "fire and forget" type missiles such as the Javelin belong to the third generation ATGM system. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data will be obtained through literature studies from secondary sources such as books, documents, online articles, and media online. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that Javelin and NLAW missiles are very effectively used by Ukraine in repelling Russian tanks.

This article was written with the aim of understanding the relationship between congregational worship and preaching properly. Likewise the presence of the congregation is also very important. because the benefit of the sermon is to educate, advise, admonish and teach His congregation to live according to God's Word. Preaching is one way to convey God's message. in the Christian tradition, this message is based on what is written in the Bible. Sermons can also help congregations to understand God's will in their lives. So the sermon has an important role in the growth of the congregation's faith. where what is conveyed is not only a blessing but a rebuke of sin, an introduction to Jesus Christ and the salvation that comes from Jesus Christ. So worship, congregation and preaching have a close relationship.

Leading research or relevant research is useful for strengthening theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence inventory management, namely accounting information systems in the revenue cycle, expenditure cycle, and human resource cycle, a literature study on Accounting Information Systems. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis of influence between variables that can be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) The accounting information system in the revenue cycle influences preparation management; 2) The accounting information system in the expenditure cycle affects inventory management; and 3) The accounting information system in the human resource cycle influences the preparatory management.
