This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

Pregnancy is a physiological and normal process, not only related to biological aspects but also related to a woman's psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects in life. A woman has a duty to fulfill the role of a mother during her pregnancy. This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about pregnancy, various psychological changes during pregnancy and how to make psychological adaptations during pregnancy in achieving the role of mother at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 20 people which was carried out on November 21 2020 at the Tallo District Office using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during pregnancy.

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. The mindset as a Job Seeker and not as a Job Creature after completing college is a problem that must be solved by all parties, both the government, educational institutions, the business world, and the community. One of them is planning a business as an individual business career choice in the future after graduating from college. This study aims to map the intentions of students majoring in Islamic Economics at STAI Denpasar in entrepreneurship so that its development can be accepted in society. The population in this study were STAI Denpasar students. The research was conducted using qualitative techniques, with the purposive sampling method as a sampling method. The results of the research are STAI Denpasar students have negative intentions in starting a business. Negative means that there are still many students who think that it is very difficult to open their own business. To become successful entrepreneurs, intentions must also be supported by concrete actions, the real actions they take are sure to start a business, learn from entrepreneurs who have been successful and dare to start a business with existing limitations.

The certainty of disclosing local government financial reports to the public in a timely manner is one of the main factors of a local government's success in financial management. This is because financial reports are used by the public to evaluate the management capabilities of existing resources. The public wants to ensure that these resources are managed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the accuracy of local government financial reports disclosure is also used as a basis for future decision making. This study will examine several indicators related to the time of local government financial reports disclosure in Central Java during 2015 - 2017. This study used a measure of the effectiveness of internal audit, local government measurement from the perspective of audit opinion in each region. The data in this study were secondary data, namely the audit report of the financial audit agency (LHP BPK) from each local government. Furthermore, it also comprised the performance report of state development audit agency (LKjIP BPKP) in Central Java. The data obtained will be processed using Eviews 9 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Internal Audit has no significant negative effect on the Audit Lag Report, the Size of the Local Government has no significant negative effect on the Audit Report Lag, and the Audit Opinion has no significant negative effect on the Audit Report Lag.  Keywords: Audit Report Lag, Internal Audit, Local Government Measurement, Audit Opinion.

The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.  

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

Global environmental changes have increased the complexity and disarray of the competitive environment, resulting in severe competition and placing pressure on each player to hone their creative business skills. At this point, the company realized that using its human resources would be its last remaining option for resolving the problem. In other words, enhancing organizational performance motivates staff to produce top-notch work. As a result, from the beginning of the job relationship until it is over, efforts must be made effectively. Discipline may motivate workers to carry out any duty successfully. Therefore, you must try to become an expert in the discipline. This study set out to determine how much the employees' level of education and work ethic influenced their performance at the Semarang District Social Service. The data used in this inquiry were based on the survey's fundamental information. The sample for the study consisted of every employee of Semarang District Social Service.

Breastfeeding is an activity that can bring happiness to mothers. Breastfeeding benefits by helping the mother from the delivery process, making the uterus contract quickly and prevent bleeding. Postpartum often have problems in the process of breastfeeding, especially mothers with caesarean section. Post SC delay in breastfeeding is caused by a lack of knowledge about how to breastfeed because the mother does not have adequate knowledge, the mother does not understand how to breastfeed properly, the benefits of breastfeeding and also the impact if the mother does not breastfeed her baby. One of the efforts to increase knowledge about breastfeeding is by providing health education. Giving information to post partum SC is very important in the success of mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of knowing the effect of health education on breastfeeding techniques is correct in post partum SC. The research design will be conducted using pre-experimental (One group pre-posttest design) and sample selection using purposive sampling. The results of the influence of health education on breastfeeding techniques to increase knowledge of postpartum SC mothers with a p value of 0.001

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.    

Pada saat pembelajaran tematik PKn dalam konsep bangga sebagai anak Indonesia banyak sekali siswa kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Blora yang mendapatkan nilai yang kurang optimal. Dari hasil observasi, guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif sehingga kurang menunjang keaktifan siswa dan kurang fokus terhadap materi pelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran, dengan menggunakan model problem based learning diharapkan membantu siswa dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Adapun tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi langkah-langkah dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran tematik PKn. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Blora dengan jumlah siswa 35. Hasil penelitian ini banyak mengalami peningkatan pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar.dari hasil obeservasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I yaitu 57%, dengan kategori cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 84%, dengan kategori Amat baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus 36, siklus I 75,2, dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 92, Sehingga dari hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada pembelajaran tematik PKn pada konsep bangga telah berhasil dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi kepada guru sebagai acuan untuk menyusun RPP dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesional dalam mengajarkan materi PKn bagi siswa di kelasnya, serta memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran problem based learning, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, PKNABSTRACTAt the time of thematic civic learning in the concept of being proud as Indonesian children, there were many grade III students at SD Muhammadiyah Blora who received suboptimal grades. From the observations, the teacher uses learning methods that are less varied so that they do not support student activity and are less focused on subject matter. Therefore, to improve the learning process, using a problem based learning model is expected to help students improve and improve their learning outcomes. The specific purpose of this research is to identify the steps and improve student learning outcomes through the problem based learning model in the thematic learning of Civics. This type of research used was Classroom Action Research conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Blora with a total of 35 students. The results of this study experienced an increase in activity and learning outcomes. From the results of observation of student activity in the first cycle that was 57%, with enough categories and had increased in the second cycle to 84%, with a very good category. While the average value of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle 36, cycle I 75.2, and cycle II increased to 92, so that from the results it can be concluded that learning using the problem-based learning model of learning in the Civics thematic learning on the concept of pride has been successful with increasing student learning outcomes. Recommendations to teachers as a reference for developing lesson plans in improving professional abilities in teaching Civics material to students in their classrooms, as well as broadening teachers' insights and knowledge in applying problem based learning learning models.Â

Tujuan  yang  ingin  di capai  pada penelitian  ini  adalah untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran materi PKn sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan  melalui penerapan model pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning pada Siswa Kelas X Ps-2 Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 SMKN 7  Surakarta.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tindakan Kelas (PTK), data pada penelitian ini berupa data tentang prestasi belajar PKn yaitu hasil ulangan dan tes dalam materi sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan pada mata pelajaran PKn, dan data tentang penerapan Metoda Pembelajaran Problem Base Learning.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa prestasi belajar siswa meningkat, yaitu pada kondisi awal dari 36 siswa terdapat 21 siswa  yang dinyatakan tuntas (58%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 15 siswa (42% ) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 61,73.  Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa (75 %) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9 siswa (25 %) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 68,15. Pada siklus II semua siswa dinyatakan tuntas semua (100%) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 76,88.Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, Prestasi belajar, PKn ABSTRACTThe aims of the study was: this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was to improve the success of students in learning civic education sub-subject Integrasi bangsa dan Kebinekaan through implementation of Problem-based learning to the students of class X Ps 2 in even semester of 2018/2019 Academic year SMKN 7 Surakarta. The method used in this research was Classroom action research (CAR), the data were learning outcomes of students in Civic education, such as result of exam and test of material sub-subject Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebinekaan in civic education, and data of Problem-based learning implementation. The technique of collecting data were observation and test. The technique of analysis data were descriptive comparative and critical analysis technique. Based on data analysis, it is obtained that students' learning outcomes were improved, that was in   initial condition from 36 students there are 21 students who are stated as completed (58%) and students who weren't completed consist of 15 students (42%) with class average score 61,73. in the cycle 1 students who were passed consist of 27 students (75%) and students who are not passed 9 students (25%) with class average score 68,15. in the cycle II all students were stated as all completed (100%) with class average score 76,88. Â

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Human resources is one of the determinants of the success of the company because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various operational activities of the company. The problem that arises when one manages human resources is one that can cause a decrease in focus which results in a decrease in employee performance, therefore the company needs to have several strategies to solve the problem. This study aims to find out strategies that can be applied by SMEs in Gunungpati in the face of reduced employee focus. Strategies that can be applied include factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, work compensation and stres. The object of this research is UKM in Gunungpati. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires by SME employee respondents in the Gunungpati region. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres partially have a positive and significant effect on employee focus. (2) Job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, and work stres simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee focus.

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area.
