Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Easy access to information and communication, can be used to introduce pesantren to the public. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

Decision Support System in Employee Performance Appraisal is a web-based system used to support decision making for outsourcing employee contract extensions. This study aims to provide a decision support information system in employee performance appraisal so that employee performance appraisals and employee contract extension decisions can be carried out systematically. Currently, employee performance appraisals and decision making for employee contract extensions are still done manually using spreadsheets. The method used in the design of decision support systems in the web-based employee performance appraisal is the method of calculating the assessment using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the prototype system development method. The design of this system provides convenience to the personnel staff and the head of personnel in assessing and making decisions for employees who are about to expire their contract. The system can also be a means for personnel staff in accessing reports on employee data whose performance has been assessed by the division head and makes it easier for personnel staff to make decisions on employee contract extensions. With the system, employees will be more motivated to do their job better.

Designing and building a procurement information system using raw materials Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, WAMP as server and MySQL as database. Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.  

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. That the application of multimedia presentation learning media can improve student learning outcomes in chemistry, especially in the material of the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa penyampaian paparan materi  Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan  menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik di SD Kestalan Surakarta. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menghadirkan guru, kepala sekolah dan perwakilan orang tua peserta didik yang tergabung dalam komite sekolah secara bersama-sama dalam acara paparan materi dan tanya jawab interaktif hingga pada level penguasaan guru SD Kestalan Surakarta tentang Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan Menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik. Dengan Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan Menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik di SD Kestalan Surakarta ini dimaksudkan agar mampu menumbuhkan atensi peserta didik, interaktif, komunikatif dan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam proses pembelajaran tematik Integratif di kelas. Sehingga dengan kondisi yang nyaman dan menyenangkan ini prestasi belajar peserta didik meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya prestasi belajar peserta didik secara otomatis akan meningkat pula peringkat sekolah tersebut. Sehingga terjalin hubungan harmonis antara guru dengan peserta didik dan guru dengan orang tua peserta didik dalam hal pendidikan dan tumbuh kembang peserta didik menuju generasi emas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru di SD Kestalan Surakarta, sejumlah  30 peserta yang terdiri dari  guru ,Kepala Sekolah beserta orang tua peserta didik sebagai perwakilan Komite Sekolah. Pelaksanaan pada hari Senin 15 Juli 2019 di ruang kelas SD Kestalan Surakarta dengan pola waktu pelaksanaan selama 6 jam, mulai pukul 8.00 wib hingga pukul 15.00 wib.  Luaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1). Memberikan dasar ilmiah bagi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam memahami hakikat komunikasi Antar Pribadi dalam pendidikan guna mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. (2). Memberikan kejelasan secara teoritis dan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang belajar, obyek belajar serta situasi dan kondisi belajar di Sekolah Dasar.(3). Memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pengelola pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di Sekolah Dasar melalui komunikasi antar pribadi dalam pendidikan. (4). Menjalin hubungan komunikasi antara guru dari pihak sekol;ah dan orangtua peserta didik di  Sekolah Dasar agar terbentuk komunikasi integratif dalam pendidikan. Selanjutnya hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dipresentasikan dalam Seminar Nasional Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal pengabdian masyarakat terakreditasi dan ber ISSN.   Kata Kunci :   Komunikasi Antar Pribadi   Â

Perkembangan desa Plesungan dalam hal kepariwisataan, seni, dan budaya mendorong peningkatan sarana prasarana, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, dan explorasi sumber daya alam. Bidang kepariwisataan berupa sendang plesungan berkembang dengan baik seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah pengunjung sehingga meningkatkan income bagi desa plesungan. Dalam bidang seni dan budaya, beragamnya pertunjukan seni, berupa festifal sendang plesungan, padepokan lemah putih, reog, dan studio plesungan merupakan bentuk pelestarian dan pengembangan seni dan budaya lokal dan wujud regenerasi bagi generasi muda setempat. Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kepariwisataan, seni dan budaya desa Plesungan bermanfaat untuk melestarikan eksistensi potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan meluas ke wisatawan mancanegara. Eksplorasi sumber daya alam untuk memperluas area kepariwisataan merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengembangkan potensi desa yang bermuara pada pemanfaatan secara optimal sumber daya alam untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Plesungan.Peranan sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan potensi desa Plesungan tidak terlepas dari kegiatan yang bersifat kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki nilai promotif. Penggunaan bahasa yang santun, sopan, dan menggunakan tata nilai yang baik merupakan aktifitas yang bernilai promotif untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung di desa Plesungan. Kecakapan berbahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia menunjukkan sikap cinta tanah air dan melestarikan budaya lokal, namun ketrampilan berbahasa mancanegara, khususnya bahasa Inggris juga merupakan hal yang perlu diwujudkan untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara. Mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang cakap dan terampil dalam berbahasa Inggris memerlukan langkah-langkah konkret, diantaranya adalah analisa kebutuhan bahasa Inggris untuk mengidentifikasi ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kepariwisataan desa Plesungan. Respon positif dari masyarakat tentang kebutuhan bahasa Inggris wisatawan mancanegara perlu ditingkatkan sebagai upaya memfasilitasi kunjungan mereka.Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) diperolehnya ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan bagi pelaku usaha wisata desa Plesungan, yaitu Pengenalan diri (Introducing myself); bertanya dan memberikan informasi (asking and giving information); menawarkan produk/cinderamata khas desa (offering local souvenirs), memberikan saran (giving suggestion); dan mengundang (invitation); (2) profil warga Plesungan bahwa 75% warga termasuk kategori usia produktif sehingga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi kepariwisataan dan seni budaya lokal; dan (3) optimalisasi promosi desa berbasis digital melalui media sosial diperlukan baik dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris.

Diera digital ini sangat mempengaruhi komunikasi anak dan orang tua, seseorang yang jauh menjadi dekat dan yang dekat terasa jauh karena adanya media sosial. Banyak sekali kesalahan komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya di rumah. Orang tua yang kurang bisa berkomunikasi dengan anaknya akan menimbulkan kerenggangan atau konflik hubungan, sebaliknya orang tua yang dapat menerima dan berkomunikasi secara efektif sebagaimana adanya akan membuat anak cenderung dapat tumbuh, berkembang, membuat perubahan-perubahan yang membangun, belajar memecahkan masalah-masalah, secara psikologis semakin sehat, semakin produktif, kreatif dan mampu mengaktualisasikan potensi sepenuhnya. Karena itu, orang tua perlu menumbuhkan sikap yang tepat dan mempelajari keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menguatkan hubungan antara orang tua dan anak. Orang tua harus mengambil inisiatif dengan mengikuti beberapa cara untuk membangun komunikasi yang efektif, salah satunya melalui pendekatan behavior teknik modeling. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Wonosegoro. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan metode pelatihan dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital melalui teknik modeling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah modeling sebagai pendekatan membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam keluarga. Dalam metode modeling ini menggunakan beberapa teknik khusus yaitu teknik Symbolic Model, Live Model dan Behavior Rehearsal.. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilaksanakan dengan seminar dan pelatihan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan ramu pendapat (brain storming), tanya jawab, serta praktik secara langsung. Pelaksanaan pelatihan teknik modeling sebagai upaya dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif orang tua dengan anak diera digital dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan.  Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah terwujud pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui teknik modeling. Kata Kunci : Teknik Modeling, Komunikasi Interpersonal

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities titled "Increasing Political Awareness of Beginner Voters in the Digital Era" aims to promote the importance of political awareness in this political year especially in the digital era, so that novice voters can wisely sort out positive political communication and then be able to exercise their voting rights. appropriately. Community Service should be beneficial to various parties, including contributing to foster more awareness about politics, especially in the city of Surakarta; It is the third Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and the results can be valuable input for the development of the LP2M Unit and as a supporter of other Higher Education Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. Community Service was attended by 50 participants of vocational students in the city of Surakarta. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat bagi berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang politik terutama di Kota Surakarta; Merupakan pelaksanaan Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang ke tiga dan  hasilnya dapat sebagai masukan yang berharga bagi perkembangan Unit LP2M dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang lain yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 50 peserta siswa-siswi SMK di Kota Surakarta. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan kelas menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan Penyusunan Modul Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Spasial Bagi Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Di SD Djama’atul Ichwan menjadi sebuah bagian untuk mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran. Optimalisasi Pembelajaran berbasis spasial menuju peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran ini akan berlangsung efektif didukung dengan Modul Pelatihan penyusunan bahan ajar. Penerbitan modul pembelajaran perlu disusun untuk mengetahui seberapa optimal pembelajaran dilakukan. Melalui Modul Pembelajaran berbasis spasial tentunya akan didapatkan panduan pelatihan  yang akurat yang membantu guru untuk pengelolaan pembelajaran dan sebagai panduan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mengikuti perkembangan yang telah dicapai oleh siswanya. Berdasarkan survei di lapangan terdapat fenomena rendahnya pemahaman spasial guru. Oleh karena itu, pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini tim mengadakan pelatihan untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan Pelatihan Penyusunan modul  IPS Berbasis Spasial Bagi Guru Kelas dalam manajemen pembelajaran kepada guru SD Jama’atul Ichwan Surakarta  sehingga peserta dapat menerapkan pola manajemen sekolah dalam efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolan lembaga pendidikan.Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini  ditujukan untuk Guru Kelas guru SD Jama’atul Ichwan Surakarta sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran berkaitan ketimpangan yang ada di era modern ini. Pelatihan ini akan membantu para Guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penyusunan bahan ajar.Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di guru SD Jama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: 1) persiapan, 2) pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi penyajian materi, penugasan membuat pembelajaran berbasis spasial. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah Guru kelas yang mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis spasial dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan  mengaplikasikannya sendiri pada proses kesehariannya, sekaligus mendokumentasikannya dalam bentuk modul pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan bersama bagi guru kelas. Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.    

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.  

The recruitment of new mechanics at Mataram Sakti is no longer through the training process at the head office, but new mechanics are placed at the dealership accompanied by the chief mechanic as a supervisor, with the aim of providing training to new mechanics in order to be able to service or periodically repair Yamaha products especially the latest motorbikes namely Yamaha NMAX, because of the flurry sometimes the mechanical head is not in place so that when the mechanic is experiencing problems it cannot directly ask the mechanical head causing the handling of repairs to be less effective and efficient. One way to overcome this is to create a web-based expert system application with a forward chaining method so that the chief mechanic can transfer the knowledge he has into the computer. Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts and then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-Then rules, so that conclusions can be drawn. This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge. 

Talang Gantung Adventure is engaged in learning services outside the classroom or open air which is usually called outbound. In carrying out operational activities there are always financial transactions. However, in Talang Gantung Adventure, financial management still uses manual recording, which is recording in a ledger. Financial reports to the owner of the Talang Hang Adventure are performed using Microsoft Excel. Manual Financial Management results in vulnerability in storing financial data and is difficult to find data so that it has not been effective and has difficulties in preparing financial reports. Based on this research the authors designed and made a financial management accounting information system website application Talang Gantung Adventure. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the recording of financial transactions, facilitate the search for data and be safer in storing Talang Gantung Adventure data storage, and to produce financial reports that are easily reported to the owner of Talang Gantung Adventure wherever and whenever.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in ASEAN, but in Islamic banking Indonesia is still lagging behind Malaysia. This study compares the financial performance of Islamic banking in both countries with the CAMEL method. There are five aspects to the CAMEL approach, namely Capital Adequacy (CAR), Asset Quality (NPF), Management Quality (NPM), Earnings (ROA, BOPO), and Liquidity (FDR). The analytical tool used is a different t-test to find out whether there is a difference or not between the financial performance of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia. From the results of data analysis with the Independent t-test three variables namely (NPF, NPM, BOPO) showed significant differences, while the variables (CAR, ROA, and FDR) there were no significant differences between Indonesian and Malaysian banks.

Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory.
