Health problems and environmental pollution can arise due to increased waste. Tengah-tengah Village is a village located on the coast where the problem is that most households do not have a rubbish dump and still throw rubbish around the house. The increasing amount of waste from day to day can cause a buildup of waste and result in environmental pollution. To reduce the amount of waste in Central Village, waste recycling is needed, especially plastic waste. One way to recycle plastic waste to make it attractive is to make paving blocks. The method used in this service is field visits in the form of providing outreach to the community and training in making paving blocks from plastic waste. The results of waste processing and how to make paving blocks from plastic waste received very good enthusiasm.

This research was conducted to analyze how depreciation of fixed assets and their use affects the performance of Medan City BKD employees. Fixed assets are a very important thing in a company, especially Medan City government offices, because without assets, employee performance will not run well and will of course cause various operational activities in the Medan City BKD to be hampered. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation studies such as studying documents related to problems or data such as fixed asset reports at the end of 2021 which are sourced directly from the Medan City BKD. This research uses qualitative methods with a field research strategy. The research results explain that asset managers do not record depreciation of fixed assets. Therefore, the researcher analyzed and calculated depreciation using the straight line method manually in the fixed asset management report which was stated to be good, only that the facilities and infrastructure or equipment such as computers were not sufficient for the number of employees based on research results which showed that maintenance of fraudulent assets was optimal so that there were some are idle and unused computers.

Village development is a form of community service carried out by students by immersing themselves directly in the community environment so that when students study in the community and know the problems faced in that environment, the PKKM Village Development Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems they face. The community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from 21 August - 24 November 2023. One of the work programs I am working on is a program at the Dharmawanita Penanggungan Kindergarten educational institution, Problem What happened at the Dharma Wanita Penanggungan Kindergarten was the change in the mural on the classroom wall, where the previous mural had been damaged, peeling and there was a lot of graffiti from the kindergarten students, so the kindergarten team and I repaired and renovated the classroom wall. Therefore, the mural program on Kindergarten classroom walls can help Kindergarten students become enthusiastic about learning and we also provide empty walls that are not filled with murals to enable Kindergarten students to express themselves on the walls. The mural program at the Kindergarten has been completed on time and is being done as well as possible. Keywords: PKKM, Village Development, Penanggungan Village, Kindergarten, Mural.

This research aims to determine the review of Islamic law regarding artificial insemination in humans. And to find out the maqashid of sharia on artificial insemination in humans. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, study results related to the research to be conducted. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that artificial insemination in humans in terms of Islamic law is (1) sperm cells and ovum from the husband and wife themselves, and the embryos are not transferred into the womb of another woman (entrusted mother), if the condition of the husband and wife concerned really requires it and (2) artificial insemination or IVF with sperm and/or ovum donors brings more harm than good. The problem is that it can help married couples where both or one of them is infertile or there are natural obstacles in the husband and/or wife that prevent sperm cells from meeting with egg cells. Yusuf Qaradawi said that if sperm comes from another man, whether known or unknown, then this is forbidden. Likewise, if the egg cells come from another woman, or the egg cells belong to the wife, but the uterus belongs to another woman, this is not allowed. Sheikh Mamud Syaltut said that artificial insemination uses the sperm of another man (not her husband). The law is the same as adultery and children born as a result of this kind of insemination have the same status as children born outside of a valid marriage. The Maqashid of Sharia on artificial insemination in humans is hifdzun nasab (protecting the succession of descendants) because children are included in the requirements of doruriyat in marriage. although human insemination (IVF) does carry some risks of death and post-natal disorders. Artificial insemination in humans with sperm and ovum donors will bring more harm (negative impacts) than benefits (positive impacts). Among the benefits is helping husband and wife who are infertile, either both or one of them, to have offspring or who experience problems with normal fertilization.

One way to maintain environmental comfort is to prioritize and prioritize the cleanliness of the environment where you live through cleanliness, especially waste management (Khairunnisa et al., 2019; Wati et al., 2021). Waste management is an inseparable part of environmental cleanliness, because waste is basically thrown away or dumped into the environment by humans, so it can have a negative impact on the environment. (Gelbert, Prihanto, & Suprihatin, 2010). Through good waste management, we can improve environmental quality and public health and convert waste into resources (Khairunnisa et al., 2019; Suryani, 2014). Improper handling of waste problems can endanger public health aspects due to environmental pollution and aesthetic problems.

The problems that usually arise in people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) are that apart from physical problems, there is also stigma, namely the bad social reaction towards people with HIV/AIDS. Such complex problems in PLWHA are accompanied by loss of social support such as lack of attention from family and community. This reaction is a bad experience for PLWHA where when they need support there is no one to help them, so depression often occurs in PLWHA. Depression in HIV AIDS sufferers can increase the risk of non-adherence behavior towards treatment resulting in a high risk of shorter survival. Failure to recognize and treat depression in HIV/AIDS sufferers not only endangers the patient but also endangers society. Research related to depression in PLWHA at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, found that more than half of the patients experienced depression, namely 51.1%. The general aim of providing this counseling is so that PLWHA are able to overcome the depression they are experiencing. The design used in this community service is counseling with communication, information and education methods. The targets of this community service activity are housewives with HIV/AIDS in Cirebon district. From the preliminary study carried out, it was found that data on the problems that arise among PLWHA in Cirebon district cannot be separated from the emergence of psychological problems, this occurs because of feelings of sadness, disappointment, shame, fear of being ostracized by friends and family and fear of being abandoned by their husbands.

Quantum computing has emerged as a revolutionary paradigm, holding immense potential to solve complex problems that classical computing struggles to address. This study explores the application of quantum computing in cryptography, with a specific focus on two major quantum algorithms: Shor’s algorithm for large number factorization and Grover’s algorithm for unstructured database searching. The main objective of this research is to compare the performance of these quantum algorithms with classical cryptographic methods in terms of computational efficiency and time. Shor’s algorithm, which can factorize large numbers in polynomial time, presents a significant threat to the security of public-key cryptosystems such as RSA, which rely on the difficulty of factoring large numbers. On the other hand, Grover’s algorithm offers a quadratic speedup for searching unstructured databases, making it highly relevant for symmetric key cryptography systems like AES. In this study, simulations of both algorithms were conducted using quantum simulators to assess their speed and effectiveness in solving cryptographic challenges. The results demonstrate that quantum algorithms significantly reduce the computation time compared to classical methods, with Shor’s algorithm efficiently solving factorization problems and Grover’s algorithm accelerating key searching processes. However, while these quantum algorithms show promise in improving cryptographic systems, the implementation of large-scale quantum computers remains a challenge. This research highlights the potential of quantum computing to revolutionize data security and underscores the need for further development in quantum algorithms and the transition to quantum-resistant cryptographic systems to safeguard against the threat posed by quantum computers.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a fairly high level of natural disaster vulnerability. Mount Sinabung is a strato-type volcano. Administratively, Mount Sinabung is in the Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The eruption of Mount Sinabung has had a very significant physical, psychological and social impact on society. In facing a disaster, survivors need to survive and continue living. The ability to adapt to conditions after experiencing a traumatic event is called resilience. People who lost their homes due to the eruption of Mount Sinabung must be willing to be relocated to new, safer places such as permanent Shelter. Researchers want to see how disaster survivors in the Siosar Permanent Residence respond to being able to recover or recover from their previous situation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews/FGD, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that there are still teenagers who are not yet fully resilient. Researchers found teenagers who have not been able to recover from the problems they faced after the eruption of Mount Sinabung. Therefore, support from various parties or the pentahelix (government, academics, business world, society and mass media) is needed to build sustainable resilience in Siosar Permanent Shelter.
