Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

Penelitian ini membahasa tentang penggunaan bahasa dan makna yang terkandung pada lirik lagu Tulus yang berjudul “Labirin”. Yang dirilis pada tahun 2018. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan hasil diskusi berupa penjelasan deskriptif pendekatan secara kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa gaya bahasa yang terkandung pada lirik lagu Tulus yang berjudul “Labirin”. Langkah pengumpulan data penelitian ini memakai Teknik Pustaka, simak, dan catat. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian pada lirik lagu Tulus yang berjudul “Labirin”, dalam lagu ini terdapat beberapa gaya bahasa yaitu: (a) majas perbandingan yang terdiri dari hiperbola, personifikasi, metafora, sinekdok, sinestesia, dan litotes (b) majas penegasan yang terdiri dari pleonasme, repitisi, elipsis, dan retoris (c) majas sindiran yang terdiri dari sarkasme, ironi, dan sinisme.

Jurnal Ilmiah ini akan membahas dan mengupas tentang gaya bahasa dan majas yang terdapat dalam lagu karya seorang seniman, musisi, sekaligus penyanyi Indonesia berbakat, Isyana Sarasvati yang berjudul “LEXICON”. Lagu “LEXICON” sebagai lagu utama dalam album keempat milik Isyana Sarasvati yang dikemas berbeda dari album-album Isyana Sarasvati yang sebelumnya, dimana dalam album Lexicon ini menggunakan genre musik Neo Classic dan rock progresif, sedangkan album Isyana Sarasvati yang sebelumnya menggunakan genre musik pop. Dalam album ini juga Isyana Sarasvati banyak mencurahkan emosi, isi hati dan lebih menunjukkan jati dirinya, ia meluapkan rasa sedih, kekecewaan, kekesalan, kebebasan, kebahagiaan, dan juga harapannya. Album Lexicon terkhusus pada lagu utamanya yang berjudul “LEXICON” dikemas menggunakan memilihan kata yang jarang dan  kosa kata yang menarik juga mengandung banyak gaya bahasa dan majas  di dalamnya, hal itu membuat lagu ini memiliki ciri khas dan daya tarik tersendiri. Hasil dari penelitian penulis menunjukan bahwa terdapat delapan jenis gaya bahasa dan majas yang berbeda dalam lagu berjudul “LEXICON” ini, diantaranya terdapat majas sebagai berikut; majas metafora, majas alegori, majas personifikasi, majas sarkasme, majas sinisme, majas eufimisme, majas retorika, dan majas sinekdok-totem pro parte.

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency, with as many as 62 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive influence on employee career development at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Knowledge management has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency, Performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee career development. Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Personality has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Creativity has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency.  

Humans need nutrients to live, grow, develop, move, and maintain health. Nutritional needs are not the same for everyone. The growth and development of school-age children, especially teenagers, depends on providing adequate and balanced nutrition. Teenagers have more a lot of activities that affect the amount of energy the body needs. If there is an imbalance between food intake and output of energy for a long time, it can also affect the value of a person's nutritional status. Nutritional status is one of the important elements in shaping health status. Nutritional status is a condition caused by a balance between food intake and nutritional needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food intake, physical activity, and nutritional status in students of Vocation High School 1 Tegal City. The research design use analytic with a cross sectional design approach. The research instrument use a questionnaire and direct measurement. The number of samples in this study are 33 people. Sampling methode use simple random sampling. Statistical tests were carried out using the Somers’d test with a value of 0,05. If the p value is less than 0,05 then the results of the study are meaningful. From the results of the analysis, it finds that there is a relationship between food intake and nutritional status, and there was no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.  

This study analyzes the intrinsic elements of a novel that is widely read by the Indonesian people because it contains Teenlit and Chicklit simultaneously. This research uses a type of literature study research. Data collection was carried out by the method of documentation from primary sources in the form of a novel entitled "The Forbidden Heaven". The data were analyzed by reading, recording, classifying, and analyzing the seven intrinsic elements. The results of this study show that; 1) The theme of the novel is quite interesting, and strongly inspiring with contradictory diction. 2) Characterization involves sixteen roles, consisting of the main character and auxiliary with the role of the protagonist and tritagonist. 3) The setting of setting presents several places in Jakarta, Bogor, Kuala Lumpur, and Palestine, but is more dominated by Betawi culture, campuses, and proselytizing organizations. 4) The plot presents a story of togetherness that results in love between Najma and Faisal, is separated by studies and eventually proposed by the one who is also the older brother. 5) The style of the novel language is more dominated by the language of the parable the diction used although less touching, but the reader can feel the emotions built with the spiritual narrative of ruhani. 6) Point of view, the author presents various events with a single and second-person first-person point of view, a singular and plural first-person point of view, as well as a mixture. 7) The main mandate of the novel includes three things, namely; a) Intelligent understanding between qadar and taqdir, through mujahadah, endeavor, prayer, and taqarrub because a soul mate is a difficult thing to predict and part of His (Allah) provisions, b) Keep learning and studying wherever and whenever the breath is still blowing, c) Being an inspirational human being, benefiting others, equip themselves for a more eternal hereafter.

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

Aspek terpenting dalam menciptakan suatu keunggulan bersaing adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM adalah dengan memperbaiki kualitas kehidupan kerja dan menciptakan perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara second order (2nd order) person environment fit, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap perilaku Inovatif dan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai PDAM Tirto Panguripan Kabupaten Kendal dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 180 responden. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SEM melalui sofware AMOS versi 22. Penyelenggaraan Keprotokolan merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan guna mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik. Unit kerja yang menangani keprotokolan adalah Sub Bagian Protokol pada yang masuk dalam bagian Humas dan Protokol, Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.. Bentuk kegiatan keprotokolan meliputi tata tempat, tata upacara dan tata penghormatan. Pelaksanaan tata tempat sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, namun belum seluruh pengaturan tata tempat maupun Lay Out dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal pada setiap kegiatan di lingkungan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kendala-Kendala dalam penyelenggaraan keprotokolan meliputi faktor yang bersifat administratif dan faktor yang bersifat teknis. Faktor yang bersifat administratif berkaitan dengan anggaran, Peraturan pelaksana dan teknis, koordinasi antar instansi yang terkait, dan jumlah personil yang belum optimal. Sedangankan faktor yang bersifat teknis berhubungan dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Learning is a complex process which contains several aspects. These aspects are an increase in the amount of knowledge, the ability to remember and reproduce, there is an application of knowledge, inferring meaning, interpreting and relating to reality, and a change as a person. This research is hoped that  can give contribute for schools, teachers, and students. This researcher has led a review entitled Meta-examination of the impact of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on science subjects on student learning outcomes using the connection test technique the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning.  is a scalable method for consolidating the consequences of at least two comparable examinations to obtain a mix of quantitative information. This research plans to determine student learning outcomes in science learning after the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is applied.  This research is uses the strategy of Meta Correlation Analysis which is an attempt to summarize various exploratory results quantitatively based on the consequences of important investigations. In this research is can find that there is an impact from the use of the learning model the fun type is Teams Games Tournament Tournament assisted by general media on student learning outcomes. Utilization of Cooperative Learning Model Types of Teams Games Tournament Assisted by Audio Visual has an impact on student learning outcomes. Likewise, TGT can also train self-confidence and all students are given the opportunity to attend classes effectively. Opening the door for students to be interested can make students more dynamic and increase their knowledge.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing,researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created social grade which lead to the conflict. This became a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the racism in such movie. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research material was a dialogue from the movie "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The Butler movie. Attitudes is a pattern of thinking or feeling about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice rarely occured in the social life because black people can not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

Occupational Health and Safety are conditions in work that are healthy and safe, both for the job, the company and for the community and environment around the factory or workplace. One of the K3 Standards according to the Ministry of Health as intended in paragraph (1) is aimed at preventing and reducing occupational diseases and other illnesses, as well as work accidents among employees, and creating safe, comfortable and efficient offices to encourage work productivity.The research method used in this research is library research which uses literature as the main object. This research carried out descriptive analysis, namely trying to describe the Occupational Health and Safety of Radiotherapy services when using LINAC aircraft. To find out Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services, researchers reviewed several literature including books, articles and journals related to Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services in several hospitals in Indonesia. The research results show that creating occupational health and safety in radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy services requires component compatibility. Good equipment, examination room design that complies with the rules, appropriate procedures, security systems, health monitoring of officers and policies from the highest responsible persons.

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang majas dan citraan dalam puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan stalistika, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pustaka, teknik pustaka ini merupakan teknik cara memahami isi dari puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini, mencatat berbagai kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang mengandung majas dan juga citraan kedalam bentuk tulis lalu membaca puisi tersebut dengan teliti dan dipilih bagian puisi yang relevan untuk data yang akan dikaji. Sumber data berasal dari buku kumpulan puisi Montase Sepilihan Sajak karya Heri Isnaini. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mencari majas dan citraan yang terdapat dalam puisi puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari segi bahasanya, puisi ini memiliki kata-kata yang menggunakan makna denotasi dan makna konotasi dalam setiap lariknya. Selain itu, didalam puisi ini juga terdapat majas personifikasi. Citraan yang terdapat dalam puisi ini yaitu citraan visual(mata), citraan gerak, citraan meraba, citraan perasaan dan citraan pendengaran.

This study discusses the use of diction, imagery, and figure of speech in the poem Aku Waiting for the Flower. The poem I Wait for Flowers is a poem that talks about someone who is waiting for someone they love very much. With beautiful poetry lines and contains very strong meanings and meanings. This study aims to: 1) Describe Diction 2) Explain imagery 3) Describe the figure of speech in the poem Aku Waiting Bunga. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used is reading and note-taking technique and data analysis technique using descriptive analysis technique which includes description, classification, and analysis. The results of the research on the poem ''I am waiting for the flower'' have denotative and connotative diction, visual imagery, feeling imagery, and imagery. intellectual, as well as figure of speech personification and hyperbole  

Artikel ini membahas puisi “Sajak Malam” karya Heri Isnaini pada buku Montase Sepilihan Sajak. Puisi tersebut dibahas menggunakan pendekatan stilistika, yakni dengan menganalisis gaya bahasa dan makna diksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menempatkan puisi sebagai data dan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa puisi “Sajak Malam” karya Heri Isnaini terdapat gaya bahasa atau majas Metafora, Hiperbola dan Personifikasi. Selain gaya bahasa pada puisi “Sajak Malam” karya Heri Isnaini juga terdapat makna referensial, konotatif, denotatif dan kolokasi.

This article discusses mission studies in the context of the Antioch church. Mission problems that are increasingly evident in the practical realm need to be strengthened by analytical studies based on the biblical context as the foundation. By using a qualitative approach, descriptive method and supported by literature studies as a means of data collection. The result obtained is that the church needs to follow the example of the Antioch congregation in sending its congregation to mission and equipping them with relevant methods, systems and personalities.
