This study explores the role of educational policy implementation in reducing urban-rural learning disparities through scholarship programs. Educational disparities between urban and rural areas have persisted across many nations, affecting student outcomes due to differences in access to resources, infrastructure, and qualified teachers. Scholarship programs have emerged as an effective policy tool to address these gaps, providing financial support and enabling rural students to pursue higher education opportunities. This research examines the impact of scholarship policies on bridging the urban-rural education divide, focusing on the performance outcomes of scholarship recipients compared to non-recipients. The study also discusses the socio-economic barriers and challenges faced by rural students and evaluates how scholarships, along with additional support mechanisms such as mentorship and academic workshops, contribute to improving academic performance. The findings suggest that while scholarships have a significant positive effect on academic outcomes, a more comprehensive approach, including better infrastructure, teacher quality, and socio-emotional support, is necessary to fully address educational inequities. This research provides insights into how well-designed scholarship programs, embedded within broader educational reforms, can effectively reduce disparities in educational access and outcomes between urban and rural students.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. This can be closely related to the quality and services of hospitals, which will also affect the credibility of health services. Nurses are the people who have the most contact with patients, therefore nurses' behavior is very influential in implementing procedures to prevent surgical wound infections. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and length of work with nurses' behavior in efforts to prevent surgical wound infections at Gatot Soebroto Hospital in 2023. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design approach. Using a total sampling technique of 60 people. Data collection was carried out by assessment using knowledge questionnaire instruments and intra-operative behavior checklists. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Spearman rho test correlation technique. The research results showed that 21 nurses (35%) had less knowledge. Nurses who have worked for less than 6 years are 37%, nurses who have worked for more than 10 years are 40%. Nurses with bad behavior had a higher number of 53.3%. The results of the Spearman rho test showed that (1) there was a relationship between nurses' knowledge of the behavior of preventing surgical wound infections with a p value = 0.000, meaning p > 0.05 (r = 0.616), (2) there was a relationship between the length of service of nurses and the behavior of preventing wound infections. operation with a p value = 0.006 means p > 0.05 (r = 0.349).
