Queue printers and outpatient registration are systems used in hospitals to help speed up the patient registration process and provide a better patient experience. This system uses information technology to automate the registration process, reduce waiting times and prevent crowding in the registration area. After receiving the queue number, the patient then waits for a call to get an examination or service. The system can be programmed to provide information about expected waiting times, enabling patients to make more effective use of their time. The outpatient registration system uses information technology to help patients speed up the registration process, reduce waiting times, and optimize the use of resources, such as doctors' space and time. This system can also help improve the patient experience by providing convenience and comfort in the registration process. Overall, the use of queuing presses and outpatient registration systems can help improve efficiency and patient experience in a hospital, as well as optimize resource use.

The role of the community in waste management at this time is generally limited to waste disposal. We are not yet at the stage of waste management where waste can be reused by the community. Waste management must be handled comprehensively with the 3R principle, namely reduce, namely reducing waste piles; reuse by reusing waste that is not used; and recycle, namely recycling into products of economic value. Good waste management is expected to reduce the volume of waste that is disposed of at the final disposal site (TPA). The need for community education on proper waste management and disposal in order to reduce the impact of environmental pollution.The service was carried out in Triyagan Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, at the beginning of the activity by giving a pre-test, presenting the material, and at the end of the activity, namely an evaluation with a post-test. The results of the pre-test mean score are 62, and the post-test average score is 82, after receiving counseling. The score of the evaluation results showed that there was a positive change in the mindset of the community.

Public service is a form of realization of orderly government administration to make it easier for citizens, including marginalized groups of people such as the poor who are cared for by the state (one of them is neglected elderly) in fulfilling various complexities of daily needs. The government gives privileges to neglected elderly in population and health services because in the administrative process they cannot be equated with members of the public in general. The factor of dementia and neglect is an important highlight of special services. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative at the Institution owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, Tresna Werdha Social Institution (PSTW) Budi Mulia 3. The results of this study indicate that the population and health services provided by PSTW BM 3 have fulfilled service facilities quite well in terms of Tangible, Dementia elderly get convenience in the process of obtaining a Population Identification Number (NIK) and KTP-El even though it is scheduled once a year. Reliability is quite good in terms of timeliness, Responsiveness The services provided are good, supported by the intensity of coordination, Assurance of data security is well maintained in privacy so that it is safe, and Emphaty for both Dukcapil and Jamkesda are ready 24 hours in receiving service requests from PSTW BM 3 with a follow-up process on work days.  

Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

Backgrounds : The puerperium is the period after childbirth, which is counted from after the placenta has come out, the puerperium is also called the recovery period, where the uterine devices will recover as before. Providing information about breast massage techniques to the public, especially to postpartum mothers is very important. Therefore efforts to provide information about breast massage techniques can be done through health promotion efforts. The results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the Gempol Health Center on 5 postpartum mothers using a questionnaire, of the 5 questions asked, 5 postpartum mothers answered that they did not know how to increase milk with breast massage techniques. Research Objectives : To find out the effectiveness of video media and leaflets on knowledge about breast massage techniques for postpartum women at the Gempol Health Center in 2022 Research Methods:This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design and a pretest-posttest group design. The pop ulation in this study was 117 postpartum mothers who were at the Gempol Health Center. The sample in this study were 54 respondents. Bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Research results : The description of postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast massage techniques after being given leaflet media was mostly lacking as many as 32 people (59.3%). Postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast massage techniques after being given video media was mostly as good as many as 44 people (81.5%). Conclusions and Suggestions : It can be concluded that video media is more effective for increasing knowledge about breast massage techniques in postpartum mothers than media leaflets. It is recommended that managing midwives facilitate mothers in receiving health counseling/education especially for postpartum mothers regarding breast massage techniques during the postpartum period.

The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

 Pregnant women are listed as one of the vulnerable groups at risk of infection with Covid-19, and the current pandemic conditions have made pregnant women anxious. The objective of this research was to describe the anxiety and causes of anxiety in pregnant women at the Umban Sari Health Center during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: The research method used was simple descriptive. This research was carried out in the work area of Umban Sari Health Center, with a total sample of 80 pregnant women obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale questionnaire was used as a measuring tool, univariate analysis was used. Results: The majority of respondents (42.5%). The cause of anxiety was that 60.8% of respondents were concerned about conctracting Covid-19 from other patients who checked their pregnancies, 53.8% were concerned about childbirth with few visitors, and 68.8% were concerned about not receiving the expected service, the cause of anxiety was that 28.8%  experienced mild anxiety at non high risk ages, 30% in multigravida pregnancies, and 17.5% in the second trimester, reported mild anxiety. Conclusion: Pregnant women’s anxiety is mild anxiety, which health service, age, gravida and gestational age was the causes of anxiety.  

This service aims to implement the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) teaching method on PAI material at the high school level. This service uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out in class XI, totaling 35 students which is carried out through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The problems faced by students when learning tend to use the lecture method, especially in PAI lessons, students are only listeners without having to express students' opinions, this results in a decrease in student interest and activity when receiving lessons. The results of this service prove that students have empathy during the learning process and can express creativity in explaining material, hone students' confidence in expressing opinions and train students' cohesiveness with other students which makes the method effective. This model can be a stimulus for educators who want to apply the PAI learning method in the classroom.

Background: An earthquake is a natural calamity that cannot be avoided, occurs unexpectedly, and cannot be correctly estimated at its epicenter. Earthquakes can be predicted in the range of times that allow them to occur, but not their exact moment of occurrence or strength. Counseling is carried out to prepare the community to be able to deal with earthquake disasters when they occur. Purpose: To improve community preparation in the event of an earthquake disaster. Methods: Community service activities include employing leaflet media to provide earthquake catastrophe advice. People residing in earthquake-prone areas, such as Malabero Village and Bengkulu City, were targeted for the exercise. Results: Before and after receiving earthquake disaster preparedness counseling, there is an improvement in community understanding. Conclusion: By delivering health education using leaflets as a medium for health promotion, the public's understanding of readiness in coping with seismic disasters can be increased.

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. Some women experience disturbances in the process of the menstrual cycle. So that every woman should know the problems that occur in her body so that early detection of accompanying diseases can be carried out. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan kegiatan bongkar-muat pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar, serta mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menghambat kelancaran proses kegiatan bongkar-muat di Petikemas PT. Pelindo Regional IV Cabang Makassar. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi langsung mengamati objek yang diselidiki atau langsung menyaksikan keadaan yang sebenarnya, serta melakukan wawancara kepada pegawai atau bagian perusahaan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala yang menghambat kelancaran dalam proses bongkar muat, baik dalam proses penerimaan dan pengiriman petikemas tidak lain dari keterlambatan pengurusan dokumen, biasanya terjadi pembaharuan alat atau akses jalan diperbaiki di area pelabuhan terminal petikemas, gudang penyimpanan barang tidak mengikuti pola kerja terminal di terminal 7 hari/24 jam, sistem atau jaringan error dan bermasalah yang menimbulkan keterlambatan penginputan data dan lain-lain. Dalam pelayanannya terus berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan level of service yang jauh lebih bagus sebagai pelabuhan di wilayah timur Indonesia yang terdepan, yaitu dengan beberapa hal yang diterapkan untuk mengoptimalisasikan kinerja dan efisiensi waktu dalam proses pelayanan Receiving dan Delivery.  

The relationship between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate affects a country's mix of fiscal and monetary policy decisions to achieve better economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Medan City Government's policy regarding the threat of unemployment after the increase in inflation using data from 2017-2020. The data collection method used is library research method. In the results of the study, the number of unemployed from 2017 decreased by 9.46%, in 2019 it increased by 8.53 and in 2020 the increase reached 10.74%. In 2020, Indonesia was affected by the covid-19 pandemic which caused the country's economy to decline. This is one of the factors for the increasing number of unemployed and the inflation rate from 2017 has decreased until 2020. Inflation must be prevented immediately by means of policies from the government, namely by receiving and state budget expenditures to maintain currency stability with the aim of improving the welfare of the people in a country.

And also this research was conducted to find out how  leaders  guide  their  employees  and  customer  satisfaction  in  receiving  services  at  this store.This research method is used to describe the situation and its circumstances by using observation and interviews. A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

People in rural areas usually have minimal knowledge or information about healthy eating patterns related to nutritionally balanced foods, due to their habits that take it for granted. The increasing number of cases of disease suffered by the community due to unhealthy and inappropriate eating patterns in the selection of food intake for families, especially to deal with this COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to provide health education to the community related to healthy eating patterns. As the target audience for the implementation of this service, the community of Triyagan Village, District, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo Regency, includes the stages of preparation, giving pre-test and post-test, presenting material and conducting evaluations. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluations on knowledge of healthy eating patterns showed a positive direction with an increase in value/score, from an average of 61 to 79 (scale score of 100) after receiving counseling. This evaluation shows that there has been a change in mindset about a healthy lifestyle as an effort to prevent the Covid-19 virus during the pandemic.

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The procedure for managing letters at the education office is running optimally.

In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative with an approach to understanding and comprehending the importance of receiving the anointing from the Holy Spirit so as not to be extreme in completing office or worship services. The Holy Spirit anoints a person so that the person experiences a change in life to become spiritually qualified and has the divine ability to carry out service according to his or her calling, with abilities that surpass human strength.
