In the current era of economic development, Indonesia is focused on how the government maximizes state revenues, government agencies or the Directorate General of Customs and Excise need to expand performance or targets in order to face economic competition, that import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City in 2020-2022 did not reach the target set by the State Budget which is still increasing and decreasing. This study aims to see how much influence the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts on the target of partial and simultaneous import duty receipts. The study used a quantitative approach, information in the form of secondary data, namely time series data totaling 36 samples, data collection techniques using obseration and documentation. This study used the classical assumption test analysis method of multiple linear regression with SPSS. The acquisition of research shows that the value of imports has a positive and significant effect on the target of import duty receipts, while the realization of import duty receipts has a positive and insignificant effect on the target of import duty receipts. Simultaneously, the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts have a significant effect on the target of import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City. For future researchers, it is better to conduct studies in more than one region or port so that the results of the study can represent the overall condition in Indonesia in order to obtain accurate, representative and complete data so that the analysis and findings in the study become more valid.

Motivasi dalam suatu organisasi pada Kantor Dinas Sosial di maksudkan sebagai kemauan untuk berjuang atau berusaha ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi menuju tercapainya tujuan dari Kantor Dinas Sosial, dengan syarat tidak mengabaikan kemampuan seseorang untuk memperoleh kepuasan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan-kebutuhan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpegaruh  signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 71 orang pegawai dengan sampel sebanyak 40 responden Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji T menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima, dan secara parsial motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima.

This research aims to find out how much influence audit risk and work stress have on the motivation of auditors at the Padang City Public Accounting Firm. In this research, the population is all auditors in public accounting offices in Padang City. The population in this study was 92 people consisting of several employees who had different positions/groups in KAP Padang City. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The regression analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) showed: (a) The audit risk variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. (b) The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of audit risk and work stress has a positive and significant influence on auditor motivation. Auditors may be motivated by the challenge of performing high-quality audits in the face of increased audit risk. These challenges can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for auditors who successfully navigate risks and complete high-quality audits. The stress faced in challenging work situations can motivate individuals to try harder and challenge themselves. When someone feels that they can overcome or cope with a difficult task, this can increase their motivation to succeed.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This research aims to find out whether work discipline and quality of public services influence public satisfaction at the Bungah sub-district office, Gresik district. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The population used is people who provide services at the Bungah sub-district office. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Bungah sub-district office, Gresik district. and service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Bungah District office, Gresik Regency.

In order to develop the economic center, Sekijang Village is making efforts to ensure the smooth progress of the development with crucial steps, one of which is the visual planning of the construction. This is done to anticipate potential losses effectively. However, we are aware that the community's knowledge regarding the utilization of technology in building design is still quite limited. Therefore, as a form of community service, the students of the Real Work Class program from the University of Riau in 2023 are implementing a socialization program with the aim of introducing the use of AutoCAD and SketchUp software. Additionally, the students are also presenting the master plan visualization for Sekijang Village, currently being developed by the KKN UNRI students, with the goal of assisting in designing a better economic center for Sekijang Village in the coming years

This study aims to determine the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the use of village funds as a measure of financial performance. The subject of this research is Paccerakang Village Office, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed is the village fund financial report (DDS) report on the village income and expenditure budget from 2021 to 2022. The data collection techniques used are document and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive comparative analysis with the formula: Economic Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio.              The results showed that the economic performance of the Paccerakang Village Government of Luwu Regency was generally good in managing the finances of the Village Fund (DDS), although the effectiveness performance was less effective in managing the Village Fund (DDS). This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the Economic Ratio, which is categorised as Very Economical because the Economic Average is above 100%, namely 200.31%. While the Effectiveness Ratio is categorised as Less Effective because the average effectiveness is less than 80%, namely 65.6% and the Efficiency Ratio is categorised as Very Efficient because the average efficiency is less than 60%, namely 46.47%.

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism and organizational commitment; and (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance bith partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency as many as 43 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, professionalism, and organizational commitment were categorizedas good. The results of the test statistic showed that partially the variables of professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T-test statistic showed that simultaneously, the professionalism and organizational commitment variables had a significant effect employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency by 25,1%

ABSTRAK : Perwalian merupakan masalah khusus di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) dengan jarangnya kasus perwalian sehingga masyarakat masih awam dengan persoalan perwalian. Ada beberapa hal yang melatar belakangi keberadaan wali, seperti alasan internal (konflik keluarga), perbedaan hak, dan alasan ekonomi. Dilihat dari maqasid syari'ah untuk penyebab perwalian masih dapat diterima karena semua alasan yang telah dijelaskan mengandung konsep maqasid syari'ah yaitu menjaga agama, menjaga harta, menjaga jiwa, menjaga akal, menjaga keturunan , melaksanakan perkawinan, yaitu bertujuan untuk menjaga lima aspek pokok pemeliharaan. dalam maqshid syari'ah salah satunya adalah menjaga keturunan dan menghindari hal-hal buruk yang mungkin dilakukan oleh calon mempelai laki-laki.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi mergerdalam menarik minat nasabah, untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran BSI Kantor Cabang Denpasar dalam menarik minat nasabah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan triangulasi dalam pengujian kredibilitas sebagai pengecekan data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai cara dan berbagai waktu. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Denpasar dan nasabah BSI dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Serta pengumpulan data berupa: Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya keterminatan nasabah walaupun dengan adanya merger.

Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Vice versa.

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kab. South Buton. (2) The Effect of Work Involvement on Employee Performance at the Kab. South Buton. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the South Buton District Transportation Service Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 68 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t- statistic value of 4.381 with a P- Value of 0,000. While the variable Work Involvement has a positive and significant effect on performance as shown by the t- statistic value of 4.369 with a P- Value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and ability to use technology on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample taken was 25 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have also been tested in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that the competency variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), while the ability to use technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). It can be concluded that together the competence and ability to use technology have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, so it is hoped that each agency (Tamalanrea District Office Leadership) will continue to retain employees who have competence or broad knowledge of the field of work they do. .

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.

Regional financial management at the South Amarasi District level continues to undergo regulatory adjustments so that it is more effective and efficient, making planning, budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision of regional finances easier. This research is aimed at finding out cash management in South Amarasi District using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that cash management follows existing regulations but is not yet optimal due to limited human resources, so it is necessary to prepare competent human resources in cash management and optimize regional financial reports through increasing control functions.

The advantages of using this PKH fund processing information system application are minimizing the risk of data errors and optimizing the time and resources involved in the PKH fund processing process.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

This research aims to determine the financial performance of KSP kopdit Pintu Air Rotat using Activity Ratios and profitability ratios. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely to describe systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between enveloping phenomena. The type of data used is qualitative data using financial reports for the last 5 years of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. This research data was obtained from interviews with the Head of Finance at the Head Office of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat and documentation of the financial reports of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. Based on the research carried out, the problem found was that the financial performance at the Head Office of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat experienced increases and decreases from year to year. The results of the research showed that based on the activity ratio and profitability ratio at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat the indicator was "Very Unhealthy ”.
