This research raises the theme of the existence of traditional Minangkabau food, specifically Lapek Barajuik among the Pakandangan community, to understand how well this food is currently thriving.  The main question posed is how to maintain its existence amidst the advancement of the times.  This research aims to describe the existence of this food and identify the obstacles faced by the community in enhancing its existence.  The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation.  Data analysis was conducted through data collection, reduction, display, and verification.  The research results show that Lapek Barajuik plays an important role in the culture of the Pakandangan community, known for its unique shape and taste, as well as being a symbol of identity and ancestral heritage.  Although there is interest from the community, including the younger generation, this food faces challenges such as competition with modern foods, seasonal nature, and lack of technological utilization in promotion.  In conclusion, the existence of Lapek Barajuik among the Pakandangan community, especially the older generation, is still preserved.  They appreciate this food as an important part of the culinary tradition.  Its appeal, especially its unique shape, creates a special impression when a son-in-law brings this food as a gift to the in-laws' house, making it symbolic in the family visit tradition.  On the other hand, the interest of the younger generation in it has declined due to the abundance of modern food variations, although they still like this dish, as evidenced during certain events where Lapek Barajuik became a choice and was favored by the community.

Agricultural tools are important for agrarian communities. However, for some people in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, very few people have businesses in the agricultural tools sector. In fact, this can be a promising business opportunity. Knowledge about making blacksmith agricultural tools is generally obtained from generation to generation. Some blacksmiths in Banyumas generally only produce agricultural tools such as kudi and work machetes, because the need for these tools never stops, is always needed by farmers or workers, and the equipment produced does not require high design, even tends to be monotonous because the main thing is its function as work equipment. That is why Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) was implemented at the Pandai Besi Kirso production house on November 6, 2025, as a method of increasing production. IbM was continued with training in techniques for selecting raw materials, making potions that can improve the quality of iron, and making a variety of new products with high quality both in terms of strength and aesthetics. It was identified that agricultural tool craftsmen generally (1) Have limitations in equipment, (2) Lack expertise in metal blending, (3) Lack of innovative product variations, not only quality but also unique ethnic ones and (4) Low management quality. The implementation of IbM is expected to be able to minimize the problems of agricultural tool craftsmen's businesses, so that the blacksmith craftsmen's community businesses can develop and have a positive impact on the existence of MSMEs in Banyumas Regency.

Because it will be one of the biggest threats to the existence of the Indonesian nation. Prevention of corruption must be carried out systematically by strengthening regulations and conducting international cooperation on the issue of corruption as a crime against Human Rights throughout the world, especially in Indonesia. Obstacles to BUMDES in Community Empowerment Through the Profit-Sharing Program in Mahakam Regency include technical obstacles in maintenance, the existence of predators that attack livestock and fluctuations in the selling price of cattle. Another obstacle is the lack of knowledge of cattle farmers in the maintenance process, this is due to the lack of special training for cattle farmers.

The provisions of the 1945 Constitution Article 1 paragraph (3) "The State of Indonesia is a State of Law". In addition to being a state of law, Indonesia is also a democratic state. In the concept of democracy, the government of a country is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people (principle of democracy). One of the important moments for the state of Indonesia to adopt a democratic system is the implementation of elections. Elections are also a means to encourage accountability and public control over the state, direct elections will make prospective leaders in the election contest do various ways to attract public sympathy to be able to vote for them. Even with methods that violate the constitution are also carried out. As is often the case in society during the election period, namely money politics . Legal regulations related to money politics in Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning elections include several special articles that prohibit the practice of money politics, but legal loopholes in election regulations include unclear definitions and ambiguous exceptions. Law enforcement against the practice of money politics in Indonesia still faces many challenges. This study uses a library study method supported by relevant research. The results of the study show that the root of the problem of the emergence of money politics is the existence of legal loopholes, weak supervision and a proportional election system that opens up opportunities for the development of money politics. The problem of money politics needs to be analyzed to obtain an effective strategy in preventing it. Money politics is not in accordance with the principles of democratic theory which demands freedom and justice. Elections are said to be fair if all people have the same right to choose leaders by not violating the rule of law.

The standard agreement for the delivery of goods whose contents or clauses are made by business actors to avoid losses on another day and consumers only have the choice to accept or reject, thus making the position of business actors stronger while consumers are weakened. The UUPK itself does not prohibit the existence of an exoneration clause as long as it does not violate article 18 of the UUPK. The type of research is field research or Empirical Juridical research is carried out by starting from primary data obtained from the research site, the data collection technique is through literature studies and analyzed in a qualitative way, which is a discussion that is carried out by combining literature research and field research. The results of the research obtained in the study show that consumers have been protected by Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, If a dispute occurs and a family settlement has been carried out but there is no result or no peace occurs, then consumers can take legal action as stipulated in articles 24 and 25 of the UUPK regarding how the responsibility of business actors, in the resolution of consumer disputes is protected by article 45 of the UUPK concerning dispute resolution. Dispute resolution can be done through the court and out of court, out-of-court dispute resolution can be done by filing a claim for compensation or through the consumer dispute resolution agency (BPSK). As a legal consequence that occurs if there is a clause in the standard agreement that is null and void, even though the standard agreement containing an exoneration clause has been agreed before, the agreement cannot be considered valid because it contradicts one of the contents of article 1320, which is a halal cause, due to the transfer of responsibility.
