The use of office stationery (ATK) plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of administrative activities within government agencies, particularly within the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). As an agency responsible for supervising and evaluating state financial management, the availability of adequate and timely ATK is a crucial supporting factor in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of BPKP. Unavailability of ATK can hamper administrative processes, while excess stock can lead to budget waste and inefficiency in logistics management. This study aims to implement an inventory control system for ATK use at BPKP using the Min-Max Stock method. This method is used to determine the ideal minimum and maximum limits for ATK inventory, with the aim of minimizing overstock and stockouts. With this approach, agencies can manage ATK procurement more efficiently based on actual needs and existing usage patterns. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Min-Max Stock method provides significant results in inventory management. For the type of ATK in the form of F4 size HVS paper, the minimum and maximum values are set at 12 reams. Meanwhile, for A4-sized HVS paper, the minimum quantity is 72 reams and the maximum is 98 reams. For other types of stationery, such as printer ink, the minimum and maximum quantities are set at 74 and 92 bottles, respectively. For BPKP logo folders, the recommended minimum is 240 sheets and the maximum is 325 sheets. By implementing this method, BPKP can optimally manage stationery inventory, thereby minimizing the risk of stockouts that could disrupt operations and preventing inefficient stockpiling. This approach contributes to more orderly, transparent, and cost-effective logistics governance within the government.

The role of experts in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (APS) forum in Indonesia has a strategic position in bridging the technical and legal aspects that are often at the core of the problem in a dispute. The presence of experts serves to provide objective and professional opinions that can strengthen the arguments of the parties, as well as speed up the dispute resolution process efficiently. Juridically, the role of experts has been recognized in Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and strengthened by the principle of freedom of contract in Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Although expert opinions are not always binding, their contributions are often used as the basis for important consideration by mediators or arbitrators in decision-making. In addition to being a provider of expert opinions, this role is also able to bridge the gap of understanding between technical and legal aspects that are often difficult to understand by the parties or even by the mediator himself. In practice, expert involvement can provide insight into complex issues, such as in construction, medical, information technology, or environmental cases, that require specialized expertise. Therefore, the presence of experts not only strengthens the legal argument, but also provides crucial scientific validity. However, the challenge faced is the lack of detailed technical arrangements related to qualifications, codes of conduct, and mechanisms for expert involvement in the APS. This can pose a risk of subjectivity and potential conflicts of interest. For this reason, a more comprehensive regulatory development is needed to ensure that the role of experts in APS can be carried out optimally, professionally, and fairly, so as to increase public trust in the dispute resolution mechanism outside the court.

. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the role of management in enhancing organizational effectiveness. In the context of increasingly complex business dynamics, organizations require managerial approaches that are not only efficient but also adaptive to change. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to examine classical to modern management theories, as well as core managerial functions such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Through literature studies and conceptual observations, the research finds that organizational effectiveness is significantly influenced by the consistency and integration of managerial functions, particularly in the context of strategic leadership and efficient resource management. Moreover, the organization’s flexibility in responding to external environmental changes and its ability to create a collaborative and productive work culture are critical success factors. A case study of PT Astra International Tbk serves as concrete evidence of how strategic and structured management can generate sustainable competitive advantages and growth. By applying managerial functions in an integrated manner and aligning them with market and organizational needs, the company maintains superior performance. This research contributes to the development of management science, particularly in the context of organizational effectiveness. The development of information and communication technology has changed the global trade landscape, including in Indonesia. The city of Pekanbaru as the capital of Riau Province has great potential in the development of e-commerce that is integrated with the concept of a smart city. This research aims to analyze the optimization of e-commerce through the implementation of the smart city concept in Pekanbaru. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data analysis, this study examines technological infrastructure, government policies, and community participation in supporting the e-commerce ecosystem. The results show that the implementation of the smart city concept can improve the effectiveness of e-commerce platforms through improved digital connectivity, integrated payment systems, and more efficient logistics services. The adoption of technologies such as big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and geographic information systems (GIS) also supports more responsive decision-making, both by business actors and government agencies. In addition, the involvement of local MSMEs is an important component in expanding the adoption of e-commerce in an inclusive and equitable manner throughout the city. This research also highlights the importance of digital literacy among the public, including micro business actors, to optimize the use of digital technology in business transactions. The local government is expected to strengthen regulations, provide supporting infrastructure, and open cross-sector collaboration to accelerate digital transformation in Pekanbaru. A sustainable education strategy for the community is also needed through training, digital socialization, and technical support so that all levels of society can actively participate in the digital ecosystem. Thus, synergy between the government, business actors, academics, and the community is the main key in creating an adaptive, efficient, and sustainable digital ecosystem, as well as making Pekanbaru a smart city that excels in the field of electronic commerce.

Internal control plays a crucial role in supporting the achievement of an organization's goals. In general, internal control provides significant benefits in securing organizational assets, improving the reliability and accuracy of financial and operational information, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and laws. With effective internal control, an organization can protect its resources from the risk of misuse, fraud, or waste. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all 80 employees of the West Aceh Inspectorate. The number of samples used was calculated using the Slovin formula and random sampling technique, resulting in 45 people as research samples. The quantitative analysis in this study was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 computer program, which allows for rapid analysis and produces more accurate output. The results of the study indicate that internal audit has a partial significant influence on the effectiveness of internal control at the West Aceh Inspectorate. In addition, the accounting information system also has a partial significant influence on the effectiveness of internal control at the West Aceh Inspectorate. Overall, both internal audit and accounting information systems significantly influence the effectiveness of internal control at the West Aceh Inspectorate. This study underscores the importance of both factors in supporting the achievement of organizational goals and better resource management. This research aims to develop a recommendation system that can help retail business owners design more effective, data-driven promotional strategies. This system utilizes data mining techniques and the Apriori algorithm to extract association rules from consumer transaction data, thereby identifying more specific and accurate consumer purchasing patterns. Based on these patterns, the system can provide relevant promotional recommendations, such as product bundling, buy-one-get-one offers, or special discounts, which can attract consumer interest and increase sales. The system's implementation process is presented in the form of an interactive dashboard, which allows business owners to upload their transaction data, adjust analysis parameters, and visualize the promotional recommendation results in a way that is easier to understand and can be directly applied to their marketing strategies. This system not only provides well-structured promotional recommendations but also enables retail business owners to make more informed and efficient decisions in determining the type of promotion to implement, based on insights gained from analyzing their own transaction data. By utilizing this system, business owners can optimize their promotional strategies more efficiently and effectively, because they can quickly identify promotions that best suit consumer purchasing patterns. This can increase impulse sales, as relevant promotions will encourage consumers to purchase more products. Furthermore, this system shows great potential in increasing consumer engagement, as the promotions provided are more personalized and tailored to each consumer's preferences. Therefore, the implementation of this recommendation system has the potential to drive significant sales growth and help retail business owners achieve greater profits, as well as accelerate their business decision-making process. This system, ultimately, not only benefits business owners but also enhances the consumer shopping experience with promotions that are more tailored to their needs and preferences.

Digital transformation in the world of education is a strategic step to improve efficiency and quality of services, including in terms of attendance recording. This study aims to examine the change in the manual attendance system to digital in an effort to improve the quality of learning documentation at PPTQ Al Huda. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to teachers and academic staff. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital attendance has been significantly beneficial for the majority of respondents. This system is considered more practical, accurate, and efficient than manual methods. Digital attendance not only makes it easier to record student attendance, but also strengthens transparency, accountability, and supports data-based decision making. In addition, this system plays a role in improving student discipline and responsibility. Digital attendance has also been proven to reduce the practice of asking for attendance, minimize recording errors, and facilitate real-time data access by Islamic boarding school administrators. Ease of use and convenience of the system are also supporting factors for successful implementation. Moreover, the adoption of digital attendance encourages the development of a technology-based culture within the institution. It fosters digital literacy among educators and students, enhancing their adaptability to technology in daily academic routines. This transformation aligns with the broader educational goal of integrating technology to create a modern, effective, and sustainable learning environment. Therefore, the shift to a digital attendance system is not only a technical innovation but also a reflection of institutional commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence. This innovation proves to be a relevant and strategic solution for strengthening educational administration in Islamic boarding schools.

Transparent, accountable, and efficient regional financial management is a key responsibility in ensuring good governance. One of the government’s efforts to realize this is through the implementation of an accounting information system known as the Regional Government Information System SIPD, which plays a critical role in planning, budgeting, and financial reporting within local governments. However, the success of SIPD implementation depends not only on the quality of the system itself, but also on the level of user acceptance and usage. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust on the acceptance of SIPD use at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency BPKAD of Karangasem Regency. The sample was determined using non-probability purposive sampling, with 36 employees who use SIPD as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust have a positive effect on SIPD acceptance. This suggests that when the system is perceived to improve performance, productivity, and effectiveness; simplify tasks; be easy to use, understand, and learn; enhance user skills; be trustworthy; and provide security and protection, user interest, satisfaction, and usage frequency will increase. Theoretically, this study supports the Technology Acceptance Model TAM in explaining the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust on SIPD acceptance. Practically, the findings can be used as input and evaluation material for further SIPD development.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, particularly through the use of language models such as ChatGPT, has brought about significant changes in educational practices in Indonesia. The use of this technology has contributed to the creation of a more efficient learning process while enriching students' abilities to master and understand material more comprehensively. However, the use of AI in academic activities presents a number of problems, particularly related to scientific integrity, including an increased risk of digital plagiarism and a decline in critical thinking skills. In view of these developments, this study focuses on examining how the use of ChatGPT affects academic integrity and the quality of digital learning at UIN North Sumatra. This study applies a descriptive qualitative method, in which data is collected through interviews with five students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) to gain a deeper understanding of their perceptions of the use of artificial intelligence in learning activities. The findings show that although ChatGPT provides convenience and efficiency in the learning process, students emphasize the importance of supervision and knowledge of ethics so that this technology can be used appropriately and responsibly. Therefore, universities need to strengthen digital literacy and ethics among students and increase supervision to ensure that the use of this technology does not compromise academic integrity. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the impact of AI use on academic integrity in Islamic universities in Indonesia.

The competency development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN: Aparatur Sipil Negara) is a key element in strengthening efficient, transparent, and accountable governance, especially in strategic sectors such as the procurement of goods/services and information systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ASN competency development policies in this field in Southwest Papua Province, as well as identify challenges and formulate adaptive solutions that are in accordance with local conditions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation and documentation in a number of agencies from the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services, the Communication and Information Service, the Regional Civil Service Agency, and several other related SKPDs. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to improve the validity of the findings. The results of the study show that the implementation of ASN competency development policies still faces obstacles in the form of limited understanding of regulations, low technical capabilities in the procurement and management of information systems, limitations of digital infrastructure, and a manual bureaucratic culture that is still dominant. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a competency development approach based on positional and contextual needs, with the support of adaptive regulations, continuous mentoring, and adequate digital infrastructure investment. This research contributes to the development of public administration science, especially in the formulation of ASN development policy implementation strategies that are more responsive to the challenges of disadvantaged regions and support the transformation of digital bureaucracy at the local level.

Inactive archives are archives that are used infrequently but still have administrative, legal, or historical value, so they must be maintained properly. Management of inactive archives is important so that the stored information is maintained, easily found when needed, and does not cause accumulation that disrupts the efficiency of storage space. This study aims to describe in detail the management of inactive financial archives at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City and identify the obstacles encountered in the process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through direct observation of the archive room, interviews with archive management officers, and document reviews related to management procedures. The results showed that the number of inactive financial archives managed reached 13.4 linear meters. The management process includes the stages of transferring archives from work units to archival units, identifying the type and period of archives, position adjustment maneuvers, data input into a simple system, numbering, storage in archive boxes, labeling, and arranging boxes on storage shelves. Although the management procedures are running, the study found a major obstacle in the form of the absence of an Archive Retention Schedule (JRA) specifically for financial archives. This prevents the archives reduction process from being carried out legally and in a planned manner, resulting in a buildup of archives, which reduces storage capacity and potentially makes information retrieval difficult. This study recommends the development of a Financial Archives Retention Schedule (JRA) specifically for financial archives that complies with statutory provisions and agency needs, so that the reduction process can be carried out systematically, efficiently, and accountably. The implementation of the JRA is also expected to improve the effectiveness of archives management and support public service performance at the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil).

This study aims to analyze the correlation between learning models and student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Kuala by applying the Apriori algorithm in data mining, using Rapid Miner software as the primary tool for analysis. The research is motivated by the shift in educational approaches from conventional teacher-centered methods toward more innovative strategies such as project-based learning and cooperative learning, which are expected to foster higher levels of student engagement and improve academic outcomes. In many schools, particularly at the secondary level, the choice of learning model, availability of facilities, and attendance rates are crucial factors that shape learning effectiveness and student performance. The data collected in this study include student grades, the types of learning models implemented, school facility conditions, and attendance rates for the 2023/2024 academic year, covering a total of 680 students. The Apriori algorithm was employed to discover hidden patterns and associations among these variables, enabling the identification of relationships between learning factors and academic achievement. By applying Rapid Miner software, the research systematically generated association rules that reflect meaningful correlations in the dataset. The results indicated that the use of the Indonesian language subject in combination with a cooperative learning model, adequate and complete school facilities, and good student attendance was strongly associated with the attainment of an A grade. This finding was supported by a support level of 53.33% and a confidence level of 100%, suggesting a robust and reliable relationship between these factors. The implementation of data mining techniques through Rapid Miner not only allowed for efficient data processing but also provided practical recommendations for educators and school administrators in designing effective instructional strategies.

This community service program aimed to enhance the safety compliance and service quality of gas station (SPBU) operators in Semarang through a structured refresher training initiative. The training was conducted over eight days and involved 120 participants from eight different SPBU locations. The program adopted a comprehensive approach by combining theoretical sessions, practical simulations, and role-playing exercises tailored to address real-world scenarios faced by SPBU personnel. Key training components included emergency response protocols, customer service excellence, complaint management, and adherence to safety procedures. The outcomes of the program showed measurable improvements. Post-training evaluations revealed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and understanding of operational safety and service standards. Additionally, a notable reduction in emergency response times was observed during simulated drills. Feedback collected from the participants indicated enhanced confidence in handling routine operations, responding to customer complaints, and executing emergency procedures. This reflects the program’s success in not only increasing technical competence but also in boosting the professional demeanor of SPBU staff. Despite its success, the program encountered challenges, particularly in aligning the training schedule with participants’ daily work commitments, which occasionally hindered full attendance. To ensure long-term impact and continuity, the program recommends implementing annual refresher training sessions in collaboration with local safety and regulatory authorities. This would foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance among SPBU operators, ultimately contributing to safer and more efficient fuel service operations in the region. Overall, the initiative highlights the critical role of ongoing professional development in enhancing service delivery and maintaining high safety standards in the fuel retail sector.

This community service activity aims to provide education and technical recommendations related to energy efficiency and thermal comfort in the BIN Apartment building through simulations using DesignBuilder software. The purpose of the activity is to analyze and optimize the building’s energy consumption and ensure thermal comfort for the residents. The simulation results show that the building's Energy Use Intensity (EUI) is relatively low for the residential category, based on calculations made by the BGH team. The air conditioning (AC) system in conditioned spaces meets the thermal comfort standards according to ASHRAE, ensuring comfortable living conditions in these areas. However, in unconditioned areas, such as the family room, the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) value reaches 1.5 (hot), indicating thermal discomfort. To address this issue, mechanical ventilation is recommended, with the capacity to produce an average air velocity of at least 0.6 m/s, which will improve airflow and enhance thermal comfort. Alternatively, adding an additional AC unit can also be considered, though it would result in a 20% increase in energy consumption. The findings and recommendations of this activity are expected to provide valuable insights and assist partners in making informed technical decisions when designing efficient and comfortable HVAC systems for vertical state-owned residential buildings. Ultimately, this program aims to optimize both energy usage and comfort, contributing to sustainable building management practices in the future.

Indonesia is prone to natural disasters because it is located at the confluence of three active tectonic plates. This condition causes high earthquake, volcano, and tsunami activity in Indonesia. Mount Kelud is the most active volcano in Indonesia with cycles that recur every 8 to 15 years. The community service method carried out is to collect data on the area, population, targets, capacity, vulnerability level, and empirical data on the 2014 eruption of Mount Kelud. Then conduct analysis, calculate estimates of health logistics needs, especially reproductive health, socialize the results of the analysis, and conduct disaster preparedness education. This activity was carried out for 6 weeks from March 12 to April 21, 2025. Based on the results of the risk assessment, the Ngancar District, Kediri Regency area has a score of frequent risk scale, severe impact scale, and priority and impact scale in the high category. To overcome the health crisis, a contingency plan is needed, especially for the reproductive health sub-cluster, which includes the preparedness of target data, existing capacity in the region, the level of vulnerability, and the estimated amount of health logistics needed to anticipate the eruption of Mount Kelud. Mount Kelud has a periodic eruption pattern in 8 to 15 years. The contingency plan for dealing with the health crisis of the eruption of Mount Kelud is very important for health service stakeholders because it can minimize the adverse impacts caused, increase rapid response, and ensure smooth coordination between related institutions in dealing with the natural disaster effectively and efficiently. It also supports disaster risk reduction efforts at the community level and strengthens the resilience of local communities.

This is a challenge when dynamic access is needed by third-party systems, such as public service platforms, mobile applications, or local government information systems, which require real-time and accurate synchronization of population data. The project aims to implement a RESTful API that can be accessed securely, efficiently, and easily understood by developers to retrieve villagers' data. The development of the system is carried out using the Agile method, which supports rapid iteration and periodic evaluation to ensure that each feature functions optimally according to the needs of users and field conditions. This Agile method is applied in several sprints that include the stages of needs planning, designing the API endpoint structure, coding, documentation, and testing of the integration and security of the system as a whole. The results of the implementation show that the API successfully retrieves data directly from the village database, and presents it in a JSON format that is compatible for use by both frontend and third-party systems. This API supports pagination features for efficient access to large amounts of data, and is equipped with Basic Authentication to keep data access secure from being abused. With this API, the village website not only becomes a static information medium, but also transforms into a digital service platform that is open for cross-system integration. This supports the development of a more modern, efficient, sustainable, and collaborative village information system in the future, so that public services can be significantly improved.

This study aims to design and develop a website-based library information system using the Agile method at SMK Azzahro Palembang. The Agile approach was chosen because it allows for an iterative, flexible, and collaborative software development process between the development team and end users. This process prioritizes speed in completing each development stage and allows for continuous improvement based on user feedback. The developed information system includes several key features, such as book data management, library member data, loan and return transactions, and online book catalog searches. Through this system, library management activities become more structured, efficient, and well-documented. In addition, users—both students and teachers—can easily access book availability information without having to come directly to the library, thus improving time efficiency. The trial results show that this system significantly improves the work efficiency of library staff and user convenience in accessing information. This study also notes the important contribution of the Kampus Mengajar program, which supports the transfer of information technology knowledge to schools and encourages increased digital literacy among students and education personnel. With this information system, it is hoped that library management at SMK Azzahro will be more modern, transparent, and support the school's literacy culture in a sustainable manner. In addition to the practical benefits, the development of this library information system will also have a positive impact on improving digital competency for all elements of the school. Teachers and administrative staff who were previously unfamiliar with intensive digital system use will receive training and mentoring throughout the implementation process. This will result in improved information technology skills that can be applied not only to library management.

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought significant transformation across multiple sectors, including library management systems. One of the pressing needs in higher education libraries is the development of an efficient, accurate, and secure borrowing system that reduces human error and improves service quality. This study aims to design and implement a book borrowing system for the STMIK Kaputama library by utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed system employs the ESP32 microcontroller as the core controller, supported by the RFID RC522 module and buzzer as primary devices to facilitate the automatic identification of library members and borrowed books. The borrowing and returning process is executed through RFID card scanning, with all transaction data transmitted via WiFi and stored in a MySQL database, which is managed through a PHP-based web platform. The development process follows the Agile methodology, enabling iterative improvement and adaptability to user requirements. System testing demonstrates that the integration of RFID and IoT technology significantly enhances the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of library operations compared to the previous manual system. Furthermore, the system allows real-time recording of borrowing transactions, monitoring of user activities, and centralized data management. These features not only streamline library services but also improve data security and reduce the risk of loss or duplication of records. Overall, the implementation of this RFID-IoT-based system provides an innovative solution for modernizing library management, particularly in higher education institutions. The system ensures faster services, minimizes errors, and creates a structured and reliable digital infrastructure to support academic information services. This study highlights the potential of combining RFID and IoT technologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of library systems in the digital era.

The agricultural sector has a vital role in meeting national food needs, improving community welfare, and strengthening regional food security. However, the sector still faces various challenges, including land limitations, climate change, price fluctuations, and low production cost efficiency. Therefore, innovation is needed through the application of digital technology that is able to increase the productivity and sustainability of farming businesses. One of the solutions offered is the use of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), which is the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with the Internet of Things (IoT) that allows agricultural systems to run more intelligently, efficiently, and scalably. This community service activity was carried out with the Satria Tani Hanggawana Farmers Group located in Kalisapu Village, Slawi District, Tegal Regency, with the main focus on premium melon cultivation. The method of the activity included material presentations on the concept of smart farming, the introduction of IoT-based sensor devices for monitoring temperature, humidity, and plant nutrition, field practices in greenhouses, simulations of the use of AI-based applications for crop prediction, and interactive discussions. In addition, material was also provided on simple agribusiness management, financial recording, and crop marketing strategies so that farmers are able to manage their businesses more professionally. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge related to the application of AIoT in modern agriculture. Farmers not only understand the benefits of technology, but are also able to practice using tools and applications directly. The enthusiasm of the participants was reflected in their active involvement in discussions, willingness to try new technologies, and awareness of the importance of innovation to face agricultural challenges in the digital era.
