Red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a freshwater fish known for its high tolerance to environmental conditions, low water quality, and ability to adapt well to various situations. Data from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries shows that tilapia production in Indonesia has increased significantly, from 1,172,633.38 kg in 2020 to 1,300,529.23 kilograms in 2021, with a percentage increase of 10.90%. The community strongly influences the local economy and food security. Tilapia farming is widely chosen because it has a stable selling price and fast growth. Many farmers have chosen Tilapia farming as their primary source of livelihood. This research aimed to study the socio-economic conditions, difficulties, and development opportunities of tilapia farming in the community. The results show that although this business contributes significantly to family income, there are several constraints, such as fluctuating market prices, limited access to technology, and low aquaculture skills. In addition, the success of aquaculture is also affected by environmental conditions and resource availability. Therefore, a development plan that includes training, access to capital, and improved infrastructure is needed to improve yields and the welfare of the tilapia farming community.

Digital innovation has become a crucial catalyst for the transformation of the ship agency services sector, particularly within the Port of Batam. This paper seeks to examine the perceptions of diverse stakeholders, including shipping agents, vessel owners, and local authorities, regarding the integration of digital innovations into ship agency services. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, this research collects data through surveys and in-depth interviews with pertinent stakeholders. The results reveal that although challenges exist in the adoption of technology, a substantial majority of stakeholders acknowledge the considerable advantages of digital innovation, such as enhanced operational efficiency, improved transparency, and cost reduction. This study aims to provide insightful perspectives for policymakers and industry professionals in crafting more effective strategies for the deployment of digital innovation in the ship agency domain.

The siwalan tree, which is a characteristic of Pragaan Daya Village, can be developed into a business that can improve the welfare of residents in the village. So in this way, Village MSMEs can be formed based on siwalan fruits. The implementation of MSMEs must be deceived by improving the quality of business actors and the products they produce in order to get adequate business consistency. In addition, existing MSMEs must prepare themselves for the era of digitalization in running their product businesses by paying attention to technological developments in order to minimize losses due to lagging product development. . This is based on the fact that the ongoing business can keep up with the times, which involves digitalization in all aspects of life, including in the application of siwalan products in Pragaan Daya Village. The purpose of this research is of course so that people in the village can optimize the sophistication of technology to make the digital platform a marketing platform for their products. In addition, of course, to create human resources who can compete in this era of digitalization. So that the initial goal of forming MSMEs can be realized. The empowerment of MSMEs based on siwalan can continue to progress and successfully compete with other MSME products.

A geographic information system are highly valuable tools that help individuals or visitors explore noteworthy destinations. Implementing GIS for online restaurant searches within Southwest Sumba Regency aims to assist users in effortlessly obtaining detailed and accurate information about restaurant locations, enabling them to identify and reach these spots efficiently. The purpose of this project is to design a GIS application that leverages the capabilities of the Google Maps API. This API represents a sophisticated set of modern programming tools that facilitate seamless interaction between different software systems. The GIS application is developed using the waterfall methodology, which emphasizes a structured software development lifecycle to ensure uniformity and operational clarity. Therefore, the results of this study, with a geographic information system mapping the location of eating restaurants can provide information to tourists, as well as the community regarding the location of eating restaurants in the Southwest Sumba Regency area quickly and easily. 

Background: According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, they are documents that contain patient identity data, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services that have been provided to patients. Minimum Hospital Service Standards Completeness of filling in medical records 24 hours after completion must reach 100%. Objective: To determine the completeness factor in writing the patient's name in the patient's medical record at the hospital. Method: This research uses a literature review method. Results: The highest percentage of completeness in writing patient names was in research journals with a percentage of 98%, while the lowest percentage was 56%. Conclusion: From the results of a review of the completeness of writing patient names in hospital medical records, it was found that the completeness results were not 100% and not all hospitals had SOPs regarding procedures for writing patient names. Suggestion: Create an SPO for procedures for writing patient names that comply with standards so that officers can carry out these activities with guidelines. Recommendation: Establish a standard operating procedure (SPO) for writing patient names that adhere to standards so that officers can perform these tasks in accordance with protocols.

The problem in this research is the lack of variation in learning carried out by teachers in the classroom, due to the inappropriate selection of learning models, so that learning is less than optimal. The aim is to evaluate how effective the Discovery Learning learning model is in increasing student understanding compared to conventional learning methods. The method used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. In this study, there were two groups: an experimental group that was taught using Discovery Learning and a control group that was not given this treatment. The population of this study were all 5th grade students at MIN 1 Soppeng. The research hypothesis analyzed using the T test is the statement that the Discovery Learning learning model influences student learning outcomes. The sample in this study was determined by a saturated population, namely 5th grade students consisting of 45 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were multiple choice tests and observation sheets, with pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes. The instruments used in this research were tests and non-tests. The average pretest score in the experimental class and control class was almost the same, 71.78 and 71 respectively, but in the posttest, the experimental class increased to 88.65, while the control class only reached 77.55. Thus, the experimental class experienced a more significant increase in the average posttest score compared to the control class, indicating that the intervention or treatment applied in the experimental class was more effective in improving student learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing based on t-test analysis shows significant differences between the two groups, where the calculated t value (11.22771) is greater than the t table (2.016692), so the null hypothesis (H_0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H_1) is accepted. These findings show that the Discovery Learning learning model has a greater positive impact on improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods, so it can be concluded that this method is effectively used in science learning at MIN 1 Soppeng.

The promotion and marketing efforts by the Tourism Office of Karimun Regency aim to introduce and effectively promote local tourist destinations to both domestic and international visitors. According to a previous study by Andriani (2020), the development of tourist sites in Karimun Regency has not yet been fully realized by the local government. This research aims to reexamine and optimize Karimun's tourism potential through programs implemented by the Tourism Office, supporting local economic changes. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with informants, field notes, and relevant official documents. It focuses on examining the promotion strategies carried out by the Tourism Office to increase tourist visits. Based on Kooten's theory, there are four strategic indicators: organizational strategy, program organization, resource support strategy, and institutional strategy. The research results show that all strategic indicators have been implemented well in accordance with funding from the center, providing a positive impact on the development of tourist destinations and increasing the number of tourists who come to visit tourist attractions in Karimun district. However, if funding is not in accordance with the annual plan, the program that has been prepared by the marketing and promotion division will have an impact, hampering efforts to increase tourist visits from both inside and outside Karimun Regency.

Putra Andalas Samudera is a company that operates in the field of domestic and overseas agents, PT. Putra Andalas Samudera provides ship entry and exit licensing services, certificate extensions, and management of sign on and sign off seafarers' books. The data collection methods used by the author in writing this paper are the field observation method (field research) and the library research method. This paper aims to determine the process of managing the sign on/off book for ship crew sailors at PT. Putra Andalas Samudera, the process began after a direction from the owner that there would be a crew change activity, after that the process of signing on the crew's seaman's book went to the KSOP class 1 Dumai office. Signing on/off in the sailor's crew book is very important for a seafarer, apart from being a sign that the seafarer has legally joined the ship, it also adds to the seafarer's work experience. The problems faced in the process of signing on/off the crew sailor's book were the delay in information from the owner to sign on the crew's sailor's book which resulted in hampering the clearance process. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in signing on/off seafarers' books is very necessary for smooth service to crew document handlers. It is important to remember that the purpose of coordination is so that the relevant agencies can carry out their duties and functions smoothly, safely and efficiently.    

Waiting time for healthcare services is a key indicator of quality, particularly for BPJS patients in outpatient settings. This study aims to examine the waiting time for BPJS patient services at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital Palembang and identify factors contributing to delays. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, and checklists. The sample consisted of 97 BPJS outpatient respondents. Findings revealed that 68% of patients experienced waiting times exceeding 60 minutes, surpassing the established standard. Key factors contributing to delays included inconsistent doctor schedules and high patient volumes in specific clinics, such as geriatrics. The study concludes that waiting times need improvement through the implementation of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), increased medical staff, and optimized service schedules. The findings emphasize the importance of effective time management in enhancing service quality and patient satisfaction.

Hand hygiene is an important aspect in maintaining individual health and preventing the spread of disease, an effective practice for maintaining hand hygiene is washing hands regularly. Health education is an application of educational concepts in a learning process, namely health education using animated videos. This research aims to determine the effect of health education using animated videos on hand and nail hygiene in elementary school children at SDN Sekarputih 01 Bondowoso. The method in this research used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test approach. The population was 90 student respondents at SDN Sekarputih 01 Bondowoso, 73 samples studied were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection includes editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating. The instruments used are Animation Videos, SOPs, and Modules. The data obtained from this research was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of this research showed that the cleanliness of hands and nails before being given health education using animated videos was mostly poor 31 (42.5%), after health education using animated videos was mostly very good 52 (71.2%), from the test results The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test shows a value of p = 0.000 with ? = <0.05 (p = 0.000 with ? = <0.05) p is smaller than ?, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of health education using animated videos on hand hygiene and nails. It is hoped that respondents who has lack knowledge about washing hands and cutting nails can apply health education using animated videos very effective because animated videos have interesting advantages and can make respondents focus on their interest in the images displayed.

In the 5.0 industrial revolution, the field of education has been impacted by the sophistication of technology. The use of ChatGPT, commonly known as AI, greatly assists users in obtaining information, one of which is the use of ChatGPT among students in completing their assignments. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of ChatGPT users using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method among students at Amikom Purwokerto University. The TAM method is used to evaluate two main variables, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), as well as their impact on user attitude (Attitude Toward Using), intention to use (Behavioral Intention to Use), and actual usage by users (Actual System Use). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to students of Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. The analysis results show that PU and PEOU have a significant influence on user attitudes, which affects the intention to use ChatGPT, encouraging users to use ChatGPT more frequently in their activities.

This activity is community service which is included in the IbM scheme which is held with financial support from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Indrapratas University PGRI for the 2023/2024 even semester academic year. This Community Service is the participation of Indraprasta PGRI University in order to help one element of society in the field of education, especially the residents of RT 04 RW 03, Cipayung Village, East Jakarta. When today's increasingly sophisticated technology is used for positive and useful things. Therefore, electronic presentations are currently very helpful in administrative work. Electronic presentations are presentation documents created using various tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, which are very useful in giving presentations to RT level government officials in RW 03, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The use of Canva e-presentation in terms of presenting various activities or administrative reporting to residents of RT 04 Rw 03, Cipayung sub-district. Therefore, the community service team, TEAM Lecturers from Indraprasta PGRI University will provide outreach regarding how to use Canva for E-Presentation for administration.

This study utilizes image processing technology to detect student hair length in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at IPB Vocational School. Manual supervision is often inefficient and prone to subjectivity, leading to the development of an automated detection system using a region-based segmentation approach. This method identifies the forehead area as a reference point, where hair is considered long if it exceeds specified limits. The system is implemented in a web-based application called Rambot, enabling students to verify their compliance with SOPs more easily. This technology aims to improve the accuracy and consistency of hair length monitoring.

Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is a private hospital with type D which is one of the private hospitals formed to provide services to the community in the form of services that prioritize service in carrying out its activities based on customer satisfaction. Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is currently developing to offer health services with target service coverage in Boyolali Regency. Currently, the marketing team at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is starting to develop marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding Digital Marketing, the large number of job desks for each marketing team member and the lack of supporting equipment result in digital marketing efforts being less than optimal. The marketing strategy that is currently being implemented is still not optimal considering that views on various social media for hospitals are still lacking. The solutions offered through this Community Service activity are (1) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (2) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy method which can be applied in hospitals (3) Training on the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy which combines Media Content Marketing, Collaboration Transformation, Expanding Social Media Networks, Optimizing Patient Services through digital marketing. The methods used in this community service include: (1) Increasing the marketing team's knowledge regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy to increase the number of patient visits; (2) Increasing the skills of the marketing team in implementing the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (3) Increasing and developing strategies to produce user interfaces for collecting customer data (4) Mentoring. In the midst of increasingly rapid technological developments, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has also been formed as a form of development. The presence of AI technology helps many people complete their work. Including strategic activities in the decision-making process for business development. This research aims to discuss the role of artificial intelligence technology in improving decision making in the business development process by focusing on the Management Information Systems (SIM), Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and finance sectors. With a literature review used as a comprehensive research method, it involves collecting and analyzing articles related to the topic from various academic sources. The research results show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve the efficiency and accuracy of decision making through in-depth analysis and algorithm-based predictions. In the Management Information Systems (MIS) sector, artificial intelligence contributes to business automation processes and information management, in the MSME sector, artificial intelligence helps in understanding consumer behavior and market trends. Meanwhile, in the financial sector, AI plays an important role as a risk analyst, financial manager and investment manager. This research is expected to provide knowledge for corporate organizations about the role of artificial intelligence technology in improving the decision-making process.

This study investigates the impact of virtual reality (VR) tools in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. By analyzing experimental data from VR-based STEM lessons across multiple schools, the research highlights how immersive experiences can help students understand complex concepts, increase motivation, and improve retention. The findings emphasize the potential of VR to transform traditional STEM education by providing interactive and engaging learning environments.

Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Bunut District is one of the biggest PTSL activity targets at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office for the 2021 fiscal year, namely 7,964 Land Rights Certificates (SHAT), however the realization achieved was only 3,728 Certificates (K1). Because of this, the research is intended to examine how Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities are implemented in Bunut District and what factors hinder the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District. The theoretical concept used is the Policy Implementation Theory according to the Theory of George C. Edward III. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive data analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and confirmation of conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL and there are several obstacles in its implementation including: Lack of human resources at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office, lack of enthusiasm regarding the imposition of BPHTB, the existence of plots of land that enter or intersect with PIPPIB areas and forest areas, the imposition of PTSL preparation costs, land owners who are not available or cannot be contacted.

Narcotics are substances or drugs that can cause decreased consciousness, hallucinations and excitability. In Indonesia itself, drug use is currently critical. Based on survey results from research (BNN), 3.3 million Indonesians are drug addicts, most of whom are young. The lack of knowledge and insight in a nation, especially among teenagers, regarding the impacts caused by drug abuse can worsen the level of drug abuse, plus the development of increasingly sophisticated information technology makes it easier to distribute drugs. Based on the magnitude of the impact caused by drug abuse among teenagers, socialization activities were carried out on the dangers of drug abuse at State Junior High School 3 Jrengik. The aim of carrying out this socialization activity is so that students as targets of the socialization activity can understand the impacts of drug use, both physical, psychological and socio-economic impacts, as well as the criminal sanctions they will face. The research method used is normative law using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach.  The results obtained are that law enforcement and the role of schools and local police agencies are very much needed in efforts to prevent narcotics abuse, because if there is no synergy between agencies, it is very possible with access to technology that can make it easier for drug dealers to have a negative influence on students who are still vulnerable. of the influence of promiscuity.

This study discusses the implementation of the halal SPA tourism concept in salons and SPAs in Padang City, amidst the growing halal tourism sector that emphasizes Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of product, service, and management aspects based on halal standards. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing observation, interviews, and documentation methods across 10 salons and SPAs. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The results show that most salons and SPAs have begun to implement the halal tourism concept, including separate treatment rooms, the use of certified halal products, and the provision of prayer facilities. Muslimah Beauty Care stands out with its Islamic prayer books and magazines, while OK SPA and Beauty Lounge have adopted Islamic SOPs, including greetings and prayers. However, there are still inconsistencies in implementation, particularly in uniformity of Islamic dress for staff and product halal certification. Overall, salons and SPAs in Padang are making efforts to follow the halal tourism concept but require improvement in implementation to meet optimal standards.
