This article discusses mission studies in the context of the Antioch church. Mission problems that are increasingly evident in the practical realm need to be strengthened by analytical studies based on the biblical context as the foundation. By using a qualitative approach, descriptive method and supported by literature studies as a means of data collection. The result obtained is that the church needs to follow the example of the Antioch congregation in sending its congregation to mission and equipping them with relevant methods, systems and personalities.

The purpose of this community service writing is to disseminate information about the existence of the OSF Semarang Mission Study House as an alternative to visit, as an interesting place and provide additional knowledge. The methods used in this activity are preparation, visit and evaluation. The result of this dissemination is that the OSF Semarang Study house is an interesting place to visit with relics of interesting items to be known by students and the visiting public. This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the professionalism of the apparatus of the District of North Luwu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, especially from the aspect of responsiveness and innovation, 2) analyze what factors are faced and affect the Masamba District of North Luwu Regency in developing the apparatus. professional in terms of responsiveness and innovation in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data organization, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that 1) The responsiveness and innovation of the Masamba District apparatus both in the context of serving the community and in carrying out other tasks are considered lacking, so that the noble goals of the organization and providing the best services for the community have not been achieved; 2) The vision and mission of the organization is limited to being a decoration of the cabinets and walls of the Masamba District Office; 3) The authorities and responsibilities of each Masamba District apparatus have been well understood and implemented from the top leadership (Camat), middle officials (Sekcam and Section Heads) to the implementing staff although they still use a hierarchical system in carrying out tasks and making decisions; 4) The leadership of the Masamba Camat in managing the administration and managing the running of the organization can be said to have gone quite well where in addition to using a formal approach, the Camat also uses an informal approach so that there is an emotional closeness with his subordinates; 5) The awards received, especially financial awards based on seniority of service period and meritocracy, are still considered inadequate and do not reflect justice by several Masamba District employees; 6) Another factor that has a considerable influence on the professionalism of the apparatus is seen from the responsiveness and innovation of the government apparatus in Masamba District, namely the organizational culture that grows and continues to develop.

Mitratel has been in the telecommunications tower business since 2008. To date, Mitratel has managed more than 13,700 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

The economic growth of Pekalongan Regency, which is getting better, is not followed by awareness of citizens in complying with tax payments in a timely manner and in accordance with their income. This can be seen from the level of taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax return (SPT) taxes at KPP Pratama Pekalongan which is still lacking. Seeing the vision and mission of Pekalongan Regency, it gives encouragement to the community to continue to increase the potential of existing resources, for example in the fields of agriculture, trade, plantations, even in the field of education. Increased utilization of potential resources will lead to increased economic growth in Pekalongan Regency. Increasing economic growth is related to the awareness and compliance of Pekalongan Regency residents with taxes. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is expected to provide an introduction and encouragement for teachers to introduce and apply the importance of implementing tax compliance, both to fellow teachers, to students, and to the surrounding environment.

The digital age encourages the flow of information to move quickly and shift the pattern of international relations. This has influenced the development of the total diplomacy scheme in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's diplomacy goals. In this program, we take international relations students of Slamet Riyadi University as activity partners.International Relations students should be able to engage in total diplomacy positively. They will be provided with digital intelligence according to the positive character of the nation is needed, so that they are able to contribute in growing Indonesia's positive image in the international eyes. This community service program would like to support Indonesia's efforts to collaborate digital media in a total diplomacy scheme with student youth agents, through "Strengthening Youth Digital Intelligence as a Form of Its Contribution to Indonesian Total Diplomacy." Yesus ditampilkan Injil Markus sebagai karakter yang misterius. Studi tentang kemisteriusan pribadi Yesus semakin menanjak belakangan ini sejak Wrede mengungkapkan teori tentang “Rahasia Mesianis”-nya. Analisis karakter Yesus secara naratif  dalam  artikel  ini  merupakan  salah  satu  upaya  terfokus  untuk  membantu mengungkit beberapa aspek dari “Rahasia” ini. Saya menggunakan metode analisis karakter yang dirancang oleh Malbon, yang berfokus pada performa karakter, dalam hal ini Yesus. Analisis ini menaruh perhatian pada apa yang karakter-karakter lain katakan kepada dan tentang Yesus; apa tanggapan Yesus; apa yang Yesus lakukan, serta apa karakter-karakter lain lakukan sebagai tanggapan atas kata dan tindakan Yesus. Pembahasan hanya dibatasi atas Mrk 4:35-8:30 karena dalam bagian inilah terjadi proses identifikasi  karakter  Yesus  yang  berpuncak  pada  pengakuan  Petrus  atas  Kemesiasan Yesus. Proses ini tampak terkait secara hakiki dengan tonggak peristiwa misi pertama Yesus ke seberang, yang notabene merupakan daerah orang non-Yahudi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan karakter Yesus yang familiar, meneguhkan beberapa fakta yang sudah ada sebelumnya, sekaligus menyajikan aspek-aspek yang mungkin mengejutkan.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.
