The lack of reproductive health knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation among young women, obtained from parents and schools, causes the knowledge and behavior of young women about personal hygiene during menstruation to be very lacking. One effort to increase knowledge of adolescent reproductive health is by providing health education using poster media. The aim is to determine the effect of poster media education on female students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic boarding school, in Manado City. The method used in this research was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample taken was 18 subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection uses questionnaire sheets and SAP (Extension Event Unit). The collected data was processed using test. Statistical tests use the McNemar Test with a significance level of ≤ 0.05. The research results obtained a value of p = 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05) so that Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of poster media education on female  students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic Boarding School, Manado City. The conclusion based on the research results is that there is an influence of poster media education on female students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic Boarding School, Manado City. Suggestions for future researchers can use other media as comparison material so that they can add more information

Flooding is an event or event that results in the submergence of an area or land due to an increased volume of water. Flooding is caused by climate change, lack of water reception upstream area due to the many buildings, residential houses on the banks of the river and the lack of public awareness to maintain the cleanliness of the river. Flood disasters have a negative impact on individuals, communities and the environment. For individuals can be at risk of drifting, injuries, injuries, to other health problems such as digestive disorders, skin diseases, to infections. This impact can be reduced by improving community preparedness in facing disasters. All activities are carried out to anticipate disasters through organizing and using appropriate scarce disaster management in the preparedness phase. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between flood preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. This research was conducted with Descriptive Analytic method with Cross Sectional approach. There were 106 Subjekts. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed with the Chi-squaer test with a meaning level (a).0.05. The results of the study using the Chi-squere statistical test obtained a p value Value = 0.01 where the p Value value <a = 0.05 The results of this study show that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of anxiety of the community in Wonasa Tanjung Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. Advice for the Wonasa Tanjung environment is to maintain cleanliness and no longer throw rubbish in the river.

Non-compliance with taking medication in diabetes mellitus sufferers will cause blood sugar levels to decrease or increase beyond normal limits  and as a result will cause complications or death. There is a need for health education regarding knowledge of diabetes patient medication adherence to prevent this. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental research method (one-group pre-post test design). The sample in this study was 29 respondents taken using purposive sampling instruments using SAP, lealeats and questionnaires. the collected data was processed using the SPSS 24 version of the computer program to be analyzed using the Mc.Nemar nonparametic test with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is an influence of health education on knowledge of the level of dringking compliance in patients with type diabetes mellitus. The value obtained is p = 0,000 which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusions in the research show that there is an influence of knowledge education on treatment compliance.

This study aims to analyze the competence and personal performance of nurses on patient satisfaction in the Bandung Adventist Hospital. One of the problems that is often encountered in the provision of services in hospitals is the decline in patient satisfaction with the health services they receive in the service unit, this is usually caused by good or bad quality of services provided by nurses to patients in hospitals which indirectly can interfere with the level of patient satisfaction with the service. The design of this research is quantitative research using a cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this study was 20 patients at Bandung Adventist Hospital. Competence and personal performance variables as independent variables, patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The research instrument used a questionnaire using a 1-4 Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work competency and personal performance of nurses simultaneously have a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Nurses' work competency influences patient satisfaction, and nurses' personal performance influences patient satisfaction. The implication of this research is that one of the factors that causes moderate patient satisfaction is the nurse's work competency such as attitude and knowledge.

Through web-based business applications, it helps start-up companies to reach their target markets more quickly and in a more organized manner, with a more efficient level of economic costs compared to using conventional consumer marketing methods which require higher levels of economic costs. However, more than 40% of SMEs and startup companies in Indonesia, both digital and non-digital based, experience financial failure and fail to maintain their business continuously, due to inefficient management of the financial aspects of the organization, which becomes an obstacle for business actors in planning and can also disrupt the level of continuity of the business. This is the background for the need for community service activities in order to improve the quality of financial inclusion, especially in terms of working capital management budgeting for mobile-based SMEs and startup companies.  This community service activity was formed to expand knowledge regarding effective and efficient working capital management budgeting, where it is hoped that through this program, mobile-based SMEs and startup business actors will have the knowledge to know the financial strength of their business and can be used as a consideration in decisions and make the business run healthier in the future.

Junk food is food that is easily found in urban areas. The practical urban lifestyle allows someone to prefer junk food. Lack of nutritional knowledge influences the habit of consuming food without paying attention to its nutritional content just because it tastes good. This can affect nutritional status. This research aims to: (1) determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. (2) determine the relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The research location was carried out at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya, with 91 class XI student respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on respondents' identities, level of nutritional knowledge and food frequency questionnaires to determine respondents' junk food consumption habits. To determine the nutritional status of respondents, the BMI/U index is obtained by weighing their body weight and measuring their height directly. The research instrument was adopted from previous research and has been validated by expert lecturers in the field. The data analysis technique used is the chi square test.The results of the research show: (1) the results of statistical tests on nutritional knowledge with the nutritional status of students, namely sig 0.394 > 0.05, which indicates there is no significant relationship between the two variables, (2) the results of statistical tests on junk food consumption habits with nutritional status sig 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and students' nutritional status, but there is a relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya.

Education is considered crucial in improving the quality of human resources, especially through the process of personal formation through education. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system emphasizes the importance of a learning atmosphere and an active learning process. Teachers, especially in science learning, face challenges such as low motivation and lack of interest in the material.This research uses a quasi-experimental method to evaluate the effect of using video-based learning media on elementary school students' knowledge, especially in classifying animals. The research results show that video media is effective in increasing students' learning interest and motivation, facilitating understanding of abstract science concepts, and optimizing cognitive learning outcomes.It was found that learning with video media creates a fun, active and motivating learning atmosphere, contributing to the success of science teaching in fourth grade elementary school. The implications of this research indicate that the use of video media can be an effective solution in improving science learning at the elementary level, building students' interest in learning, and supporting their cognitive development.

Amidst a progressively intricate and constantly evolving corporate landscape, the performance of employees holds significant significance in attaining organisational triumph. The correlation between leadership style and the degree of motivation in the work environment has a substantial impact on the quality and productivity of employees. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in the workplace. For this study, we employed a thorough literature review as our research methodology, gathering pertinent and current information from relevant scholarly articles, journals, and books. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the manner in which leaders lead and the level of motivation present in the work setting exert a substantial impact on enhancing employee performance. This knowledge provides a valuable foundation for the development of more efficient leadership methods and motivating programs that can be implemented in the workplace.

This research explores the utilization of information technology, particularly digital marketing, in the marketing of agricultural products. Focusing on Wonotulus Village in Purworejo Regency, Indonesia, the study addresses challenges faced by millennial farmers due to lengthy distribution chains and dependence on middlemen, proposing online marketing strategies as a solution. Through in-depth references and case studies in various villages, the research emphasizes the impact of digital marketing on farmers' bargaining positions, market access, and income growth. The implementation of training, mentoring, and marketplace management activities in different locations demonstrates positive transformations. The results indicate increased enthusiasm, improved knowledge, and successful utilization of social media and e-commerce platforms. The discussion highlights the flexibility required in adapting digital marketing strategies to local characteristics. Challenges such as technology accessibility and varying levels of understanding among farmers are discussed, along with opportunities for global market expansion. Comparative analyses among case studies provide insights into successful aspects and potential improvements. The conclusion underscores the effectiveness of digital marketing, emphasizing the importance of training and mentoring for SME participants. This research contributes to the understanding of how technology can empower farmers, enhance local economic growth, and ensure the sustainability of agricultural businesses.
