Law plays an important role in authority because it serves as a mechanism to legitimize public institutions and government institutions. Judicial power, which is part of state power, must have independence because only through independence can it control and limit legislative and executive power. In this case, independent judges can legally determine whether government actions to protect human rights are appropriate or not. This research uses normative juridical, which is an approach that focuses on legal provisions and legislation. This research approach uses analytical description to clarify the legal issues being discussed. This research uses primary data consisting of legal data in the form of judicial power legislation, coupled with secondary legal data in the form of books, journals, articles and others. The result of this research is that judicial power itself still has challenges that can occur, one of which is the intervention by internal and external judges themselves because of the elemental content of interests and power politics. Another factor is the poor and degraded morality of judges so that they can be bought and bribed by litigants, resulting in a decision that is not based on justice. This is certainly contrary to our constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Inheritance is wealth which can be a collection of assets and liabilities from the heir which is transferred to the heirs. In inheritance law, a principle applies, namely that if an heir dies then by law his rights and obligations immediately pass to his heirs. The division of inherited assets can have legal impacts in society which occurred in the Sikka Krowe Tribe community, specifically in Klotong Hamlet, Bura Bekor Village, Bola District, Sikka Regency between disputed heirs. The problem formulation of this research is 1. What are the reasons for the struggle between heirs? 2. What is the process for resolving property disputes between heirs? And 3. How is the distribution of assets resulting from struggles between heirs viewed from the customary law of the Sikka Krowe tribe, Bola District, Sikka Regency? This research is empirical legal research. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. Data management and analysis techniques are editing, classification and description, then the data obtained, both primary and secondary data, will be processed and analyzed by researchers based on the problem formulation. Based on the research results, the reason why there is a struggle between heirs in inherited land disputes is that the family does not know the exact status of ownership of the inherited land and the factor of poor communication between the two parties. Settlement of disputes or disputes Done through utun omok (gathering to find a way out) includes: presenting family parties, deliberation or mediation (kula babong), decision making, settlement and returning decisions to the parties in dispute. Distribution of land inheritance using a patrilineal kinship system, namely distribution that is directly given to sons as the main heirs and gets more inheritance.

This study examines the transformation of Habiburrahman El Shirazy's novel "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" into a film of the same name through an intertextuality approach. The main objective of this study is to analyze how narrative and visual elements in novels are translated into the medium of film, as well as identify and evaluate the changes that occur during the adaptation process. The methods used in this study include text and film analysis, storyline comparison, character development, and the use of symbolism. The results showed that although the film "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" is quite faithful to the theme and main character of the novel, there are some significant simplifications and modifications to the subplot and supporting characters. The visualization adaptation of the narrative description in the novel requires adjustments to meet the cinematic needs and duration of the film. The use of intertextual elements in the film includes direct references to dialogue and key scenes from the novel, as well as visual interpretations of symbols and metaphors present in the text. The changes made in the film were mainly driven by the need to appeal to a wider audience and keep the storyline dense and interesting. This research provides in-depth insight into the dynamics between literary works and film, demonstrating the importance of understanding the essence of the original story in the adaptation process, as well as the implications of the changes made to audience perceptions. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to literary and film studies, as well as serve as a guide for filmmakers in adapting literary works to the big screen.

This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiation learning as an effort to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile in the independent curriculum. This research is qualitative description research using library research methods. Using data analysis techniques in the form of reading and recording techniques. The results of this study show that the differentiated approach consists of three aspects, namely content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. 1) Content differentiation includes what students learn. In this regard, teachers modify the curriculum and teaching materials based on the learning styles and disability proceedings possessed by students. The content of the curriculum is adjusted to the circumstances and abilities of the students. 2) Process differentiation is the way students process and process ideas and information. How students interact with the material and how that interaction becomes a part that then determines student learning choices. Due to the many learning styles and differences in learning style choices presented by students, the class must be modified to accommodate different learning needs. 3) Product differentiation is how students demonstrate what they have learned. Learning products allow teachers to assess what material has been mastered by students and then present the next material. Student learning styles can also determine what student learning outcomes will be shown to the teacher.
