The impact of landslides causes a lack of confidence and confidence in the community, so that preparedness and self-efficacy are needed when faced with critical problems such as disasters. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and community preparedness in dealing with landslides. Individuals who have high self-efficacy tend to feel confident and confident when preparing for disaster threats, even though the threat of the disaster is a threat. who bears the risk. The sample of this study was 177 respondents and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection in the study used a questionnaire, namely preparedness and self-efficacy. Questionnaires were used to analyze demographic characteristics, preparedness, and self-efficacy. The results showed that the majority were average (92.7) adult age male (55.4%). The level of preparedness in the high category is (63.8%) and self-efficacy is (57.1%). Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between preparedness and self-efficacy 0.000 (p < 0.05). The strength of the correlation coefficient in the criteria is sufficient (r=0.380). Researchers suggest that the community participation in landslide disaster preparation is supported by good self-efficacy for preparation for landslides in order to reduce disaster risks such as fatalities.

This study examines community participation in chemical waste management in urban areas, aiming to understand the extent of community involvement in protecting the environment from the harmful impacts of hazardous waste. The introduction outlines the importance of managing chemical waste in densely populated urban areas and the risks arising from a lack of public awareness and knowledge. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and direct observations. Interviews were conducted to explore community perspectives and motivations, questionnaires were used to assess their level of participation and understanding, and observations were carried out to examine real actions in waste management practices. The results indicate that community participation remains low, influenced by limited outreach, awareness, and support facilities. This study highlights the need for improved education, facility provision, and partnership programs between the government, community, and private sector for more effective and sustainable chemical waste management.

Community Service Program (CSP) are part of the Tridharma of higher education, which requires students to play an active role in empowering society through education, research and service. This article discusses the implementation of the Galuh Ciamis University CSP, which took place in Langkapsari Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency, with a focus on the main aspects: Increasing community capacity through optimizing Natural Resources and Strengthening Local Culture. The programs carried out include planting 100 tree seedlings, socializing verticulture planting, cultural performances, and creating a village website. Through a participatory educational approach and observations during CSP, this activity aims to improve the quality of community awareness of the environment. The results show active community participation in the program. This article also identifies the challenges faced and provides recommendations for developing CSP programs in the future.

The art corner and digital application training in Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya, aims to improve the quality of life of the community through creativity and skills development. This study analyzes the impact of the training program on community participation, social welfare improvement, and contribution to creativity development. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting interviews to identify community satisfaction during training, and then conducting interviews with dance training students in depth to explore the potential of students after attending dance training. The results showed that the program succeeded in increasing community interest and participation in arts activities, and had a positive impact on social and economic aspects. This training activity has an impact on increasing the motivation and ability of the community in the use of technology in the current era. Through a training program that involves the active participation of the community, this research analyzes the impact of the program on increasing the sense of belonging to local culture, creative economic development, and the formation of stronger social networks.

The Bangka Belitung Islands are known to be rich in tin resources so it cannot be denied that most of the people make their living from tin but are now shackled by the 271T corruption case. This study aims to evaluate how big the impact of entrepreneurship is on Bangka Island, especially Central Bangka Regency, after the rise in tin corruption cases which disrupted people's work, apart from that local fishermen were also affected by the existence of sea mines. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in building local economies and guiding a competitive future. This research aims to analyze how the Timah 271T Bangka Belitung corporation can increase its competitive capabilities through entrepreneurship that is oriented towards developing local resources and increasing community participation in the economic development process. This research applies a quantitative approach in its methodology and utilizes a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population studied was MSME entrepreneurs in Central Bangka Regency, with a total of 39 respondents. The multiple regression analysis used, namely SPSS version 27 software, was used as a data analysis method. The test results show that the coefficient of determination is 0.288, which means that around 28.8% of the variation in the dependent variable can be seen in the independent variables studied. This value shows that the Local Economy and Competitiveness variables influence Entrepreneurship in MSMEs in Central Bangka by 28.8%. The t test results show that Local Economy (X1) has no influence on Entrepreneurship, while Competitiveness (X2) has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurship in Central Bangka. The results of this research will contribute to the development of effective entrepreneurial strategies to increase the competitiveness of MSME entrepreneurs in Central Bangka and encourage local economic growth.

However, over time, this park has experienced a decline in quality both in terms of infrastructure and biodiversity. This study aims to examine the revitalization process of Pasinan Village Park which involves the active participation of the local community, and to measure its impact on environmental quality and the social life of residents. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving field observations, interviews with related parties, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the revitalization of the park not only improves the physical condition of the park, but also increases the sense of community ownership of public space, strengthens social ties, and supports local environmental conservation..

"Eco" (ecosystem) means nature, and "Print" means printing. These two words are combined into the word ecoprint. This method was developed with the aim of producing high-quality artwork using natural materials as dyes and design motifs. Leather is one of the materials used to make the ecoprint process. Namely leaves and plant flowers. Although each fabric uses the same type of plant leaves, the ecoprint process uses natural materials to create unique themes and patterns on each fabric. Using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) service method in the form of an approach by increasing community participation so that they can participate in the activity. This activity begins by determining the right day and date of implementation after that conducting observations and permission from the principal at MI Ihatta and MI Miftahul Ulum schools to be able to carry out activities at the school, in addition, ecoprint training activities are also held in the yard of the village hall office. There are several ways to make ecoprints, including (1) turning the tote bag inside out, (2) lining the inside with plastic so that the resulting color does not spread, (3) arranging several plant shapes on the tote bag and using the leaves and flowers, (4) after that cover the arranged plant parts using other plastic, (5) hit it using a stone or hammer slowly while holding the plastic cover so that the results obtained are not messy, (6) and the last stage is removing the remains of the plants that are stuck to the tote bag, after that turning the tote bag back to its original position and forming several beautiful motifs from the plant parts.

This study presents a case study on the implementation of community-based development programs in disadvantaged areas, focusing on the challenges and successes encountered during the execution of these initiatives. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research involved in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including community members, local government officials, and representatives from non-governmental organizations. The findings indicate that community engagement in the development process not only enhances the effectiveness of the programs but also strengthens the sense of ownership and responsibility among residents. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and resistance to change, which can hinder progress. These findings underscore the importance of a collaborative approach and sustained support from all stakeholders to achieve success in community-based development. Furthermore, the research highlights the necessity of tailoring programs to meet the specific needs and contexts of the communities involved. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in designing and implementing more effective development programs in disadvantaged areas, emphasizing the critical role of community participation in fostering sustainable development.

This community service project aims to socialize the importance of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of Village Funds in Pasir Putih Village, Nagawutung District. Using an information board as a communication medium, village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the community were involved participatively in the planning and implementation of the socialization process. As a result, the activity successfully increased public understanding and awareness of the importance of information transparency in the management of Village Funds, while also encouraging transparent behavior from village officials. The participatory approach proved effective in fostering more transparent and accountable village governance.

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has fundamentally changed the educational landscape. Schools, which were previously often considered as stand-alone entities, are now increasingly recognized as an integral part of wider social systems. In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

The village of Suka Makmur faces challenges in waste management, where waste is often not sorted and potentially poses environmental impacts. The Waste Bank programme has been reactivated to address this issue by implementing the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and providing economic benefits to the community. This research employed a participatory approach, involving residents in an initial survey, waste sorting training, and the operation of the Waste Bank. Continuous education was provided to ensure the community understands the importance of waste management and the economic potential of collected waste. The results indicate increased community participation, reduced waste disposal volumes, and economic benefits for residents. The Waste Bank has successfully raised environmental awareness and empowered the community to manage waste sustainably.

This study aims to analyze the financial planning and management in Glagahwero Village, Panti Subdistrict, Jember Regency. Based on the Village Law and related regulations such as Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) No. 20 of 2018 and No. 114 of 2014, this research highlights the steps involved in the planning, execution, and reporting of village finances. A qualitative approach was used with a case study involving interviews with village officials and analysis of relevant documents. The results show that the village's financial planning aligns with current regulations, though challenges remain in its implementation, such as limited understanding of new regulations among village officials and social issues related to the use of private land. This study emphasizes the importance of improving regulatory understanding and increasing community participation in the village financial planning process to achieve optimal transparency and accountability.

East Nusa Tenggara Province in managing the Coastal area in East Nusa Tenggara in Community participation in environmental protection and management efforts in East Lembur Village, Lembur District is still relatively low because not all communities play a role in the planning, implementation, utilization and evaluation stages in the context of environmental protection and management efforts. that the management of coastal areas must have permission from the local government and if carried out illegally, it can be subject to strict sanctions. The research method used in this study is empirical juridic research. Empirical legal research that focuses on behaviors that are embraced or developed in society. This behavior is accepted and appreciated by the community because it is not prohibited by statute law, does not contradict the morals of the community (social ethics). The results of this study show that the Criminal Law Regulation Related to Sea Sand Mining Based on Law No. 32 of 2024 Jo. Law No. 5 of 1990 Law Number 32 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Law Number 5 of 1990 provides a stronger legal framework for the management and protection of natural resources, including sea sand mining. The Coastal Rights Law refers to regulations and policies that regulate the utilization, management, and protection of coastal areas and the rights of the people living around them.  that the people in East Lembur Village have several factors that cause why they are still doing illegal sand mining. One of the negative aspects is the implementation of mining activities that are not in accordance with existing regulations, such as illegal or unlicensed mining. Both on a large and small scale, mining activities require official permits, because their implementation without a permit can result in legal consequences that need to be accounted for.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in preventing poverty in the village of Sungai Jering. The background of this research problem is the high poverty rate, which is a major challenge for local governments in improving community welfare. The BLT program is expected to provide direct economic support to poor and vulnerable families. The theoretical concepts underlying this research include transparency, community participation, supervision, justice, and social security. The research method used is qualitative, allowing researchers to understand phenomena holistically and deeply. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving BLT beneficiaries and other related parties. The results of the study show that the BLT program in Sungai Jering has succeeded in increasing the purchasing power of the community and providing economic stability for recipient families. This success is marked by active community participation in the monitoring and implementation of the program, as well as high transparency in the distribution of assistance. However, to improve the program's effectiveness, support in the form of long-term sustainable economic empowerment programs is needed. In conclusion, BLT can be an effective tool in poverty alleviation strategies if implemented well, with high accountability and strong community involvement. With the right policies, this program is expected to become a model for other villages in managing social assistance effectively.

Corruption is a major issue hindering the development of society and the economy in Indonesia. This study discusses the key steps in preventing corruption by emphasizing the importance of building integrity and transparency within the community. Through interviews with various individuals, insights were gained regarding public perceptions of corruption and the measures that can be taken to mitigate it. The findings indicate that education, the instillation of honesty values, and active community participation are crucial in creating an environment free from corruption. This research aims to contribute to the efforts in combating corruption in Indonesia.

Education standards in Indonesia still face various challenges, especially in Tahai Jaya Village where there are still educational problems such as limited Merdeka curriculum books, unstable lesson schedules, and the low reading ability of grade 3 elementary school students, reflecting broader educational challenges. To overcome this, KKN students took the initiative to carry out free tutoring in Tahai Jaya village. The aim of this free tutoring program is to help improve the quality of education in Tahai Jaya village. The method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The results of free tutoring activities in Tahai Jaya Village have succeeded in improving the quality of education in the area. This activity involves active community participation and is carried out for a month using interactive methods. As a result, students show increased motivation and learning abilities, especially in completing school assignments. Parents also felt the positive impact of this activity, because their children were more enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Real work lecture is one of the activities that aims to increase student participation in assisting community development, especially in the social and religious fields. This article discusses efforts to optimize social and religious activities in Muara Laung II Village through the KKN program. This activity involves students in various work programs and religious guidance in accordance with the needs of the local community. The results of this program show an increase in community participation in social and religious activities, an improvement in the quality of life, and an awareness of the importance of developing local potential. Optimization of this activity is expected to become a sustainable model of village community empowerment, with a positive impact on the social and spiritual welfare of the Muara Laung II community.

KKN Mandiri in Gongsol Village, Merdeka District, Karo Regency, aims to empower the community through the digitalization of MSME marketing. The implemented programs include entrepreneurship socialization, savings education, and the introduction of social media as a marketing tool. Using observation and documentation methods, students identified local potential and designed programs tailored to the community's needs. This activity successfully increased community participation and had a positive impact on their well-being and quality of life. Despite facing challenges such as low participation and weather factors, this KKN successfully strengthened MSME potential and contributed sustainably to the development of Gongsol Village

This Independent Community Service Program (KKN) was implemented by students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in Lingkungan XXIX, Rengas Pulau Village, Medan Marelan District. This activity focuses on empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the application of batik cultural identity to leather bag crafts. Through this service, students help local craftsmen to combine batik motifs with leather bags in order to increase the aesthetic value and selling power of the product. The main objective of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining and preserving national cultural heritage, especially batik, as well as to provide education to craftsmen regarding the application of traditional techniques in leather bag production. This program consists of several activities, including training in making batik leather bags, socializing early savings in schools, and mutual cooperation activities to maintain environmental cleanliness. The results of this activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of craftsmen in producing culturally valuable products, as well as increasing community participation in MSME activities. In addition, students also succeeded in motivating residents to be more active in protecting the environment and increasing awareness of the importance of health through integrated health service post activities. Thus, this KKN not only contributes to the development of the local economy, but also to the preservation of culture and improving community welfare.
