Polygamy in Islam is regulated with clear provisions based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Surah Al-Nisa/4:3 permits polygamy with a maximum of four wives, under the primary condition of fairness in fulfilling material needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, Surah Al-Nisa/4:129 emphasizes that emotional fairness, such as inclinations of the heart, cannot be mandated as it is beyond human capability. The Prophet Muhammad SAW exemplified how to practice polygamy while adhering to the principle of justice emphasized in Islam. Historically, the regulation of polygamy aimed to address social crises in early Islamic society, such as the high number of widows and orphans due to war. Polygamy was viewed as a social solution to protect the rights of women and children, albeit under strict conditions. In conclusion, polygamy in Islam is an option permitted only in specific circumstances, not an obligation or outright recommendation, with a strong emphasis on justice and the welfare of all parties involved.

This study aims to determine the effect of fintech, the amount of money in circulation, interest rates and economic growth on the analysis of digital economic trends on monetary policy in Indonesia. There are four variables in this study, namely fintech, the amount of money in circulation, interest rates and economic growth. The analysis method used is Vector Autoregression with the Impluse Response Function test or abbreviated as IRF and the Forecast Error Variance Decomposition test commonly abbreviated as FEVD, stationarity test, cointegration test, lag structure stability test and optimal lag length test. There is a contribution from each variable to the variable itself and other variables, according to the results of the Vector Autoregression study with a lag basis of 2. In addition, the results of the Vector Autoregression analysis show that the past variable (t-1) contributes to the current variable both to the variable itself and to other variables. The results of the analysis show that there is a reciprocal relationship between the variables. By using response function analysis, we can see if there is a response from other variables to changes in one variable in the short, medium, or long term. In addition, we know that the stability of all variables is formed in the short, medium, and long term. According to the Variance Decomposition Analysis, factors such as Fintech and Money Supply contribute the most to the variable itself. However, other variables that have the greatest influence on the variable itself and are supported by other variables in the short, medium, and long term are economic growth and interest rates are most influenced by Fintech.

In writing this journal, I as the writer want to describe and present topics regarding issues that are often hot and often become conflicts in our country, the Republic of Indonesia, regarding the border area at the tip of the northern region of Indonesia or what is widely known to the general public is called "Indonesia's outermost islands" or what many of us know as Natuna Island, which is directly adjacent to neighboring countries and directly borders the South China Sea, this is also what often triggers conflicts over state regulations over maritime territories. As an example, we most often know about the number of fishermen from neighboring countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines and Myanmar who smuggle into the seas of the Republic of Indonesia illegally and without official permission and then take the wealth and marine products that Indonesia itself owns. This also causes things such as smuggling of goods and prohibited items to pass through urgent areas such as Natuna Island. The purpose of writing this journal is to describe the steps and efforts taken by the Indonesian state to defend and protect its territorial sovereignty and rights as they should. Based on several articles and news circulating in the Indonesian mass media regarding conflicts and problems that often occur and the most hot news is regarding Indonesia's sea which is considered strategic and has several times wanted to be claimed by neighboring countries.

A Mixed Use Building project in downtown Surabaya is the basis of this design. The project is located on Menanggal Wisata street in Surabaya, which is in the area of Kodim Brawijaya and very strategic. To overcome the phenomenon, the designer should think about how to maximize the land function (in the middle of the city and dense environment) and organize the circulation system. because the multifunctional building project to be built should be able to carry out various functions in one space. Residential, coworking, and shopping center functions are all part of the building. The biophilic concept, which means applying natural elements both physically and non-physically to the inside and outside of the designed building, is a common concept in Mixed Use building design. The construction is a multifunctional building with three floors of shopping center and eight floors of apartment units. The building period consists of two main basic forms, which are connected by a connecting mass for the apartment spaces.

Granting Justice Collaborator (JC) status to perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption is one of the law enforcement strategies aimed at uncovering a wider network of corruption crimes. However, its implementation raises various problems, both in terms of law, morals and justice. This research aims to analyze the regulations underlying the granting of JC status, the criteria for its application, and the challenges that arise in practice. This study uses a juridical-normative method with an analytical approach to statutory regulations, court decisions and legal literature. The research results show that the granting of JC status is often not transparent, giving rise to controversy regarding the integrity of its implementation. Apart from that, there is a discrepancy between the ideal JC criteria as regulated in the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 4 of 2011 and the practice of granting JC status. This has an impact on public trust in the criminal justice system. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and tighter supervision so that granting JC status is in accordance with the principles of justice, transparency and accountability.

The heart is a vital organ that plays a crucial role in the circulatory system, responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood and nutrients throughout the body and returning blood containing carbon dioxide to the lungs. Anatomically, the heart consists of four chambers. The coronary vascular system supplies oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscles. The physiology of the heart involves the cycle of heart muscle contraction (systole) and relaxation (diastole), heart rate regulation, and the electrical conduction system that coordinates the heartbeat. Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a disorder of the coronary blood vessels due to atherosclerosis, causing narrowing or blockage of the arteries, hindering blood flow, and leading to ischemia. Prevention of CAD can be done by maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking, and controlling blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. Understanding the anatomy, physiology, and coronary artery disease is essential for maintaining heart health and preventing cardiovascular disorders.

Understanding the evolution of cells is very important, which means studying the development of living things. The smallest structural elements of living things are cells. These cells gradually change both their structure and function. It can be said that almost all biologists can accept the theory of biological evolution or the theory of evolution that continues to develop , even though the theory is based on circumstantial evidence . The principle of this evolutionary theory is that humans, animals, and plants all evolve continuously. This journal is based on the narrative review method and displays a narrative review design from research journals related to the theory of prokaryotic, eukaryotic, and cell membrane-related evolution. The importance of cells continues to develop along with advances in technology and the discovery of sophisticated tools. Until now it is known that the structure and activities of cells are not as simple as previously thought. Cells that exist today are the result of evolution towards more refined cells. and There are many details in cell evolution that cannot yet be explained.

This journal aims to enhance public understanding of the limitations of necessary defense (noodweer) in the context of robbery crimes (begal) in Indonesia. Necessary defense is a concept in criminal law that allows individuals to protect themselves or others from unlawful attacks that threaten safety, honor, or property. In the context of robbery crimes, where victims often face direct threats to their lives and safety, it is crucial to understand the conditions that must be met for this defense to be legally valid. This research employs a normative legal approach with an analysis of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP) and related literature. The findings indicate that while necessary defense is recognized in law, its application must consider proportionality and the underlying circumstances of the actions taken. Thus, this paper aims to provide a better understanding of necessary defense in robbery cases and its implications for law enforcement in Indonesia.
