Behavioral economics has emerged as a significant field in understanding consumer behavior, particularly in advertising. This paper examines the application of behavioral economics principles, such as scarcity, social proof, and emotional appeal, in influencing consumer decision-making. Through an in-depth analysis of advertising techniques across various industries, the study assesses their effectiveness and ethical implications, particularly in terms of consumer welfare. Results reveal that while these psychological triggers can effectively drive sales, they also present ethical concerns regarding consumer autonomy and well-being.

This study examines the genealogical transformation of the Neosufi order in Indonesia, focusing on the shift from a private-ritual institution to an active and open social movement in the public space. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study and hermeneutic analysis, this paper highlights how the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN) Suryalaya represents a new form of Sufism that combines spiritual depth with collective social action. This transformation is seen in various fields, ranging from drug rehabilitation, Islamic boarding school education, to spirituality-based economic empowerment. The order is no longer just a space for contemplation, but also plays a role in the process of social reconciliation, moral advocacy, and expansion into the public space through digital media. However, this dynamic also raises genealogical problems in the form of spiritual symbolization by the state, co-optation of power, and ambiguity in the interpretation of modernity. Indonesian Neosufism is a contextual response to spiritual and social crises, as well as a field of negotiation between the legacy of tradition, the demands of modernity, and the structure of state power. This study is a development of the author's dissertation and academic book manuscript that is being prepared for publication, thus presenting theoretical and practical contributions to the study of Sufism and social development.  

The integrated investment and licensing agency office is a technical organization for licensing and non-licensing services in South Sulawesi Province which was formed based on Bulukumba Regency regional regulations. This is done as a follow-up to improve the smooth running of general tasks in the field of licensing and more successful implementation of public services in practice. The One-Stop Investment and Licensing Agency or in short BPMPT BIMA CITY is a combination of the capital investment agency and the integrated licensing service office which was established in 2016. Reporting from the website www.lapor.go.id that there are unqualified services at the Bima City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office related to managing trade business licenses, namely the length of the process of completing a Trade Business License (SIUP) for more than 2 months, even though the completion time is only 14 working days. In addition, it was reported from the website http://dpmptsp.pemkomedan.go.id that there are still those who take care of their trade business licenses through brokers or service bureaus, which means that it is difficult to take care of trade business licenses at the DPMPTSP of Bima City

The result of voting is always dissatisfaction from voters. To become a candidate for the Head of BEM, a selection process is required. When choosing a Student Executive Board Leader, there are several criteria that must be met by prospective candidates. The issue of selecting leaders was also discussed by Andi Rosano in choosing the Village Head. The difficulty for voters is to get a leader candidate who has advantages in different fields. Because of that, a decision support system is needed to assist voters in determining the leader of the Student Executive Board. The Decision Support System using the Analytical Hierachy Process Method can assist voters in selecting candidates for the Student Executive Board leaders. Methodology This research was carried out using a 2 (two) method approach, namely a field study conducted by means of interviews with the student affairs section that takes care of the election of the Student Executive Board Leader and literature study to collect information related to decision support systems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of the research are in the form of a Decision Support System application using the AHP Method to assist the committee in getting the right results

The background of this research is based on the results of observations with teachers and students that teachers in using audio-visual-based learning media are already creative but not maximally. From the teacher's perception, stated that they were still clueless in using IT-based media. With creativity, it is hoped that the implementation of learning will run effectively, be fun, and lead to threats to the expected quality of learning. The solution taken by the teacher is to learn more about technology, and diligently attend training. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out the form of teacher creativity in using audio-visual media in class VII fiqh subjects at MTsS Fastabiqul Khairat Gunung Malintang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which is a form of the most basic research, aimed at describing or describing phenomena that exist or occur in the field. In this study the authors describe Teacher Creativity in Using Audio Visual Media in Jurisprudence Subjects at MTsS Fastabiqul Khairat Gunung Malintang. The technique of collecting data in this research is through interviews, where researchers ask for answers by way of debriefing verbally with research informants. Based on the results of the research conducted by the authors, it was found that teachers at MTsS Fastabiqul Khairat Gunung Malintang have not been optimally able to be creative in using audio-visual media seen from the four indicators of creativity. First, the smoothness of the teacher, namely being able to adapt material to the media but the teacher has difficulty mastering sources from the internet, secondly, in terms of flexibility, namely the teacher uses applications but has not been fully able to use the application fluently, the third is teacher creativity in terms of elaboration, namely the teacher adding information in the media, fourth, teacher creativity in terms of originality, that is, teachers can use audio-visual media in their classes.

This research was conducted at Dj Arie Public Speaking and Boardcasting School Bandung. The problem contained in the formulation of the problem is how the role of public speaking training in fostering student confidence at Dj Arie Public Speaking and Boardcasting School Bandung. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of public speaking training in fostering student confidence at Dj Arie Public Speaking and Boardcasting School Bandung. This research uses qualitative methods and is a field research. The research data was obtained through direct observation to the field, interviews involving students and tutors who became informants, and documentation studies from books and other materials related to the subject matter. The results of this study indicate that the role of public speaking training is very large in fostering students' confidence which is one of the supports and provisions when speaking in public such as appearing at events and can be a provision for students in carrying out certain public speaking activities.

Currently,many small and medium entrepreneurs use internet technology to increase their competitive advantage in selling culinary businesses. One popular strategy is the use of e-business, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram to improve the performance of business operations. However,to implement an e-business strategy, sellers needa model that can attract customers so that they can generate profits. In this study the authors used a theoretical approach which only describes theories as a basis for thinking and literary methods in which this research method retrieves data from a collection of articles, journals and books from all forms of related sources. The author obtains results from research showing that E-Bussines Home Industry is able to generate promising profits and can compete and innovate to produce new products and have high selling value for the progress of Home Industry businesses, especially in the culinary field,now and in the future.

Advances in technology in the field of information and communication is a useful thing in the world of science. Likewise with our children, they live not in our time, they live with the challenges of technological progress and information that is so fast, our children should always be able to keep up with the times and take advantage of technological advances to make it easier for them to carry out the learning process and obtain various information. useful for life. So the authors think it is very important for children to always interact with current information technology developments.

This study aims to describe the form and type of code switching and language code mixing on Detik.com YouTube Channel video entitled Impersonation game with Iqbaal Ramadhan. I conducted this analysis accompanied by a comparison with 4 scientific journals that were the subject of study. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used in this study is a descriptive method. In this study, data collection techniques were used with free listening techniques, proficient libas and recording techniques. The data is taken from a video show on Detik.com's YouTube Channel entitled Impersonation game with Iqbaal Ramadhan. The results of the analysis of research data that have been stated in the previous discussion, it can be concluded that the form of code switching and code mixing is often used by Iqbaal Ramadhan in the video. Iqbaal Ramadan often switches from Indonesian to foreign languages and regional languages and vice versa. The form of code transfer found by researchers in the field, namely the form of internal code transfer which occurs, the transition from Indonesian, to regional languages or vice versa, while the code mixing that occurs, namely the mixing or insertion of regional language words into Indonesian conversation, either intentionally or unintentionally. The form of mixed code obtained by the researcher, which is in the form of mixed code into mixing Indonesian with foreign languages and regional languages (Tae). This happened because of Iqbaal Ramadan's habit of using multilingual languages, so that code switching and code mixing in conversations in the surrounding environment occurred. 

This study aims to obtain teaching materials based on a valid, practical, and effective realistic mathematical approach, so as to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities on the material of a three-variable linear equation system. The research instruments used were questionnaire validation sheets, lesson plans validation sheets, teaching material validation sheets, test instrument validation sheets, mathematical reasoning ability tests, and teacher and student response questionnaires to teaching materials. After all instruments, lesson plans, and teaching materials were declared valid by the validator, then readability tests and field trials were carried out. The results showed that: (1) the teaching materials based on the realistic mathematical approach developed had met the criteria of validity based on the validator's assessment with the average validity of the teaching materials for the material being 3.13 and 3.29 for media with a very feasible category; (2) the teaching materials based on the realistic mathematical approach that have been developed have met the practicality criteria through: a) the results of the questionnaire student responses to teaching materials show the percentage of practicality of 81.19% with a very practical category, b) the results of the questionnaire responses of teachers to teaching materials show the percentage of practicality 88.75% with very practical category; (3) The teaching materials based on the realistic mathematics approach developed meet the effective criteria with: a) classical student learning mastery of 88%, b) more than 65% of students have achieved 75% of learning objectives for each indicator, c) increased mathematical reasoning ability students after using teaching materials seen through the average score of students increased from 50 in the pretest to 85.33 in the posttest and the results of the N-Gain analysis which showed students' mathematical problem solving abilities increased by 0.712, meaning in the high category.

The purpose of this activity is to help and provide understanding to orphanage children regarding the difficulties they face both in the personal, social, learning, and recovery fields. Guidance and counseling services are carried out at the Kisaran Timur Muhammadiyah (daughter) orphanage. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The results of the study revealed that the need for guidance and counseling services in orphanages as a place to complain about their ups and downs in living a life that is certainly different from children in general, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of those who are passionate about participating in guidance and counseling services.

The results of the study: The Arabian Peninsula is a desert region located in the southwestern part of Asia. The Arab region consists of deserts where the air is very hot and windy, this area is the Tihamah area, while the area that is in the form of valleys in the mountains is the Hijaz area. The social condition of Pre-Islamic Arab society was based on ethnicities that continued to maintain the teachings of their ancestors, by continuing to maintain traditions such as humiliation, killing female babies, worshiping idols, gambling, stealing, drinking intoxicants, robbing and justifying any means to make wishes come true. The most prominent pre-Islamic Arab cultural community is the field of Arabic literature, especially Arabic poetry. This research examines the Implementation of the Village Heritage Management System (SIPADES) in Realizing Good Goernance in the Village Government of Sumedang Regency. This case is interesting to study, because at this time the village has room to carry out governance. The procedure used is descriptive qualitative. There are also sources of information consisting of primary information with a total of 5 informants and secondary information with 3 various documents. The method of collecting information is tried with literature research, field research, (observation, interviews, and documents). Methods of information analysis are tried by reducing information, presenting information, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the implementation of village heritage management policies in the Tanjungsari Village Government still facing some obstacles. Among other things, in the communication aspect, there is still a lack of training and assistance in the SIPADES application. Non-human energy sources still lack.

Semiotics is a science or analytical method that studies signs in language or literary works, both linguistic and non-linguistic, with the aim of understanding the meaning to be conveyed by the author as a whole. Language is a complete and perfect sign system. Therefore, language represents something meaning. A semiotic study on the poem "Ibunda by WS. Rendra” is examined using semiotic methods. The purpose of this writing is to find out the meaning of one of WS' poems. Rendra. WS. Rendra is someone with beautiful and meaningful works. The method used in this work is a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes literary works or poetry based on the content of literary works, while the writing technique is literary studies. The results of this study indicate that the poetry written by WS. Rendra has a meaning that can be used as a reference for reader information and can be researched.  

Writing this article aims to find out the use of technology, especially in the field of accounting, to know the role of accounting information systems in SME, and the application of digital bookkeeping to SME. The method used is a case study method using related journals. The results that have been obtained indicate that the current use of technology in SME has implemented digitalization in their activities. For example on sales and payments. However, many SME bookkeepers still use bookkeeping manually using paper. Counseling is carried out, it is hoped that with the rapid advancement of technology, currently SME actors can carry out bookkeeping in their businesses effectively and efficiently so that they can create technologically literate SME.

Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.
