The purpose of this study aims to find out the improvement with the application of coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a classroom action research and was carried out for 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were group B children of TK Melati Sanggar Merauke Learning Activities for the 2022-2023 school year, a total of 12 children consisting of of 6 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets of children's creativity abilities and observation sheets of student and teacher activities. Data analysis used descriptive statistical data analysis. The results showed that through coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom it could improve children's creative abilities. This could be shown from the success of learning in the minimal category of developing according to expectations or three stars increasing from 16.67% in pre-cycle to 83.33% in cycle I and 83 .33% in cycle II. In addition, there was also an increase in student activity with an active category of 50% in cycle I, an increase of 83.33% in cycle II, and teacher activity in the learning process increased with a good category of 85.71% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. So it can be concluded that coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom can improve creativity abilities in children aged 5-6 years at Melati Kindergarten, Merauke Learning Activity Center.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy joints. The disease can start at any age, but the likelihood of onset is highest in older adults. In Rheumatoid Arthritis the tissue lining the joints becomes thickened resulting in swelling and pain. Elderly is an age that has a greater possibility of having an autoimmune this is based on the statement that the older you are, the greater the chance of having an autoimmune. Early diagnosis and treatment isthe key to successful treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis because joint damage cannot be restored once it occurs. Rhematoid Factor examination is largely used to help diagnose rheumatoid arthritis. Community service activities aim to determine the description of RF levels in the elderly with supply disorders, descriptive research type with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 62 elderly people in the Social Service of NTT Province. The results of RF examination in all elderly samples 6.45% have positive results and 93.55% negative results.

Technology is developing very fast, until now it has entered the digital era. Where UMKM actors are expected to be able to adapt and utilize technology for business progress. However, in reality, many UMKM actors find it difficult to adapt technology, so they still use manual methods which are less effective. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to help the UMKM Batako Business named UD Lancar Rejeki located in Krogowanan Village, Sawangan District, Magelang Regency, so that they can record their business financial transactions digitally using the BukuKas application via Smartphone. In its business processes, financial transactions at UD Lancar Rejeki are still recorded in a simple manner and are not in accordance with a standard structure. The method used in this activity is the direct mentoring method, which starts with providing socialization on the use of the Cash Book application, then direct practice until it is successfully implemented. Activities carried out smoothly and can provide insight and train the skills of partners in implementing digital-based financial reports. After the training activities are completed, partners are able to use the Cash Book application in recording transactions, making financial records and financial reports, and can find out the cost of goods sold and profit and loss

Licensing for road transport is an effort to accommodate legal certainty and rights for road transport owners so that it can operate properly. Basically efforts to control licensing can also make a real contribution to Buton Regency's own-source revenue (PAD) in the service sector, thus making the Buton Regency Transportation Agency the main instrument in minimizing violations of route permits and order in public transportation in Buton district which It has quite intense traffic activity. This effort makes the people of Buton district orderly in the field of licensing in terms of transportation, indirectly this can be used as a measure of the success of the Buton Regency Transportation Service as one of the cogs of good government. Legal Review of Traek Permit Violations (Study at the Buton Regency Transportation Service), The main objectives of this research are (1) to find out technically how the arrangements are made by the Buton Regency Transportation Service in implementing route permits in Buton Regency; (2) To find out the factors that led to violations of route permits in Buton Regency and the forms of settlement that occurred.

Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

By doing this research aims to examine the financial performance of the local government of Central Java Province. This analysis uses regional financial independence ratios, financial efficiency ratios, PAD effectiveness ratios, and growth ratios to assess financial performance. This study is included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. The data used comes from the Financial Report of the Central Java Provincial Government for the 2019-2022 budget period. Financial ratio analysis is the method used to perform this analysis. As shown by the research results, the financial performance of the Central Java Provincial Government is still far from optimal. Regional Original Revenue Management has proven successful, but regional finances are still inefficient. In addition, the level of regional independence is still low, as shown by the increase in central government assistance compared to the regional original income of Central Java Province.

In the past year, the price of bottled oil has soared and its availability has become scarce. So that in its use, people use bulk oil instead of packaged oil and use it repeatedly. Repeated use of cooking oil can increase the value of the peroxide value. Peroxide number value in oil that is not in accordance with SNI 3741-2013 is 10 mek O2/ Kg indicates that the oil is damaged or rancid. This study aims to determine the value of peroxide value in bulk oil that is used repeatedly using the Iodometry method with two experimental repetitions. The results of this study prove that repeated frying can increase the peroxide value significantly. Peroxide number value in sample A1 = 9.82; A2 = 9.416; B1 = 15.95; B2 = 14.455; C1 = 20.41; C2 = 20.904; D1 = 4.969 ; D2 = 5.607 : E1 = 7.001 ; E2 = 7.676. Of the 5 samples tested, it was shown that there were samples B and C whose results exceeded the SNI 3741-2013 Standard, Sample A approached the maximum limit of the SNI 3741-2013 Standard, and Samples D and E were below the SNI 3741-2013 Standard. According to the survey, it was found that samples B and C were the cooking oil samples with the most frequency of frying successively 5 – 7 times. So it can be concluded that the more often the frying is done repeatedly, the higher the peroxide number value in the household used bulk cooking oil.

Research using this qualitative method has the aim of knowing the application of digitization of accounting in MSME bookkeeping in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and increasing understanding of the importance of digitalization in MSMEs. The population used in this study were MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and the samples were taken using a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are still several MSMEs that have not implemented a digital accounting system due to the lack of information they obtain to implement the system. However, several MSMEs have successfully implemented this digital accounting system. The existence of application of digital accounting can improve the performance of MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village area, Surabaya. The use of this digital accounting system can simplify the process of recording and reporting finances, avoiding the risk of data loss.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. The aims of this study were (1) the role of visionary school leadership in increasing teacher independence at SMAIT AT-Taisiriyah (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of visionary school leadership in increasing teacher independence at SMAIT AT-Taisiriyah. This research method uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach. This method describes and explains by providing answers to the problem. The object of this research is the principal. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out at SMAIT AT-Taisiriyah Cijengkol, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency, visionary leadership is characterized by having the ability to make clear plans to achieve success. . With the formulation of a vision that can foster creativity, togetherness in professional development. The principal at SMAT At-Taisiriyah tries to provide motivation and provide good role models in the school environment. The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

This article will discuss the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in schools, namely the role of the principal in management in schools, the role of the principal as a key in creating a good organizational structure, and the role of the principal as an agent of change and role model in the world of education. The research method used in this article is literature study which is supported by various sources, both in the form of previously published books and national journals.

Alpen Food Industry, the most renowned ice cream manufacturer in Indonesia, boasts a widespread presence with 80,000 outlets across the nation. However, beneath the surface of PT. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.

The purpose of this research is to find out the form of code switching in the film “Horrible horrors” and to find out the factors that cause code switching to occur. The film “Horrible Horrible” consists of one episode with a duration of about 114 minutes. This film was released on June 2, 2022 and aired on Netflix on April 26, 2022. This film has been successfully watched around 2,812,606 times. Researchers collected data with the method of observing and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the research and the results of the interviews, the researchers found that the factors causing code switching were caused by several things. The use of two languages in communication is not appropriate because the use of two languages will lead to disintegration. After conducting a search and checking of the film “horrifyingly delicious”, it can be concluded that there are 18 coders in the film “terrifyingly delicious”, of which the 18 characters interact with each other using a mixture of language from other languages. This research was conducted to determine how much organizational culture of an educational organization. One of the factors supporting the success of an Educational Management is the existence of a balanced organizational culture that is applied in an educational institution itself. Quality educational institutions must be able to determine the balance influences the quality of an educational management within the scope of educational institutions. The dynamics of the success of Education Management in Indonesia determine the quality in community satisfaction as consumers. Educational Institutions must be built from an Organizational Culture that provides strength in the process of carrying out Education Management. Data collection methods used in this study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by developing relevant data and theories from various journals, theses, articles and theses. The research results are obtained if there are still many educational institutions in Indonesia that still do not implement organizational culture which results in a lack of educational management that has an impact on the community itself.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.
