The inquiry method is a series of learning activities that emphasize critical thinking and analysis to find an answer. Ethics in the banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining integrity and public trust. This study aims to explore the role of ethics in preventing violations that could damage the stability of the financial system and the reputation of banks. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs case studies and literature reviews to analyze various cases of ethical violations in the Indonesian banking industry. The findings reveal that strong professional ethics can reduce the risk of fraud and moral hazard among bankers. However, challenges such as weak oversight and profit pressures remain significant factors influencing ethical breaches. Implementing sound corporate governance principles, enhancing ethics education, and tighter regulatory oversight are considered essential to strengthening banking ethics. This study concludes that by reinforcing commitment to ethics, the banking industry can increase public trust and support sustainable economic growth.

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

Currently, Islamic education is crucial for developing knowledge based on faith and piety. It creates behavioral patterns that reflect a balance between physical and spiritual aspects, resulting in morally upright individuals. The decline in moral behavior among Muslims is a serious issue that requires significant attention. Islamic education contributes to the enhancement of faith and piety, which in turn shapes morally upright individuals, especially amidst the era of globalization that alters various aspects of life, including mindset. This study aims to understand the process of Islamic education as a means to actualize religious teachings, thereby strengthening the moral character of Muslims in the face of globalization. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The findings indicate that to address moral and ethical deviations in the era of globalization, it is necessary to revitalize Islamic education to strengthen the moral character of Muslims. The necessary steps include: 1) implementing a holistic and morality-based learning model, 2) revitalizing moral education, 3) revitalizing social education, and 4) revitalizing the role of technology.

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Christian religious education is an important aspect in the formation of character and the development of children. In this context, teacher creativity and the role of parents play a significant role in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. However, there are challenges in terms of a lack of understanding of the importance of creativity, a lack of creative teaching methods, and suboptimal involvement between teachers and parents. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of teacher and parent creativity in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. Through a qualitative approach and data analysis, this study identified existing problems and provided workable solutions. The results of the study show that a deep understanding of the importance of creativity, the use of creative teaching methods, and the active involvement of teachers and parents can encourage children's interest in learning in the context of Christian religious education. This study provides practical recommendations to enhance the role of teacher and parent creativity in strengthening children's interest in learning through Christian religious education, with the hope of improving the quality of Christian religious education that children receive.

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies of the G20 countries in anticipating the threat of the global crisis in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to be able to describe in depth. The G-20 believes that a solution to the economic crisis requires continuous global cooperation. Through this collaboration, the best ways to resolve the crisis are formulated, both what must be done by each member country of the G-20 and what must be done by and through international financial institutions. In addition, being in the G-20 provides an opportunity for Indonesia to take a closer look at how developed countries make policies and then implement them in Indonesia if deemed good and appropriate. Each country must pursue a number of policies in an effort to respond to the crisis through fiscal stimulus, stimulate recovery of economic growth again in the crisis era, and then strive for economic stability that is resistant to similar crises in the future through strengthening the domestic financial sector.

Community participation in social service activities is a crucial indicator of community-based social development. However, the level of participation is often influenced by various structural and cultural factors, including the role of community organizations as key mobilizers of collective action. This activity aims to identify factors affecting community participation in social service activities in Bintan Sub-district, analyze the role of community organizations in facilitating and organizing these activities, and assess their impact on strengthening synergy and collaboration among residents. The method employed included a socialization session on the importance of community organizations in community empowerment, followed by social service activities in the form of collective environmental clean-up and greening programs through tree planting around public facilities. The findings indicate that increased collective awareness, local leadership, and organizational support significantly enhance community participation. Furthermore, social service activities contribute to strengthening social cohesion, fostering a sense of togetherness, and promoting stronger synergy and collaboration among community members in Bintan Sub-district.

Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the suboptimal organizational governance and tourism service management at Bahtera Beach. The main issues included limited managerial capacity among local tourism managers, the absence of clear service standards, and weak coordination among local tourism stakeholders. This program aimed to strengthen institutional capacity, improve the quality of visitor services, and promote more participatory and sustainable destination governance. The program applied a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, joint planning, training on tourism service management, development of basic service standards, and field mentoring. The beneficiaries were local tourism management groups and community members directly involved in tourism services at Bahtera Beach. The results indicate improved understanding among managers regarding structured organizational governance and service management. Clearer task distribution, the implementation of basic service standards for visitors, and increased awareness of cleanliness and visitor comfort were observed as tangible improvements. In addition, the emergence of local leaders who actively coordinate service activities and support program sustainability became an important outcome. Overall, this program contributed to strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing the quality of the tourism experience at Bahtera Beach.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted as an effort to strengthen organizational capacity in improving the performance of Dasawisma in Bukit Timah Subdistrict, Dumai City, particularly in management and organizational practices. The main problems faced by the community partners included suboptimal organizational functions, limited understanding of organizational management, administration, and simple financial recording, which affected participation and program sustainability. This program aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of Dasawisma members regarding effective organizational management and administrative practices. The methods applied were participatory counseling and assistance through lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises on organizational management and basic bookkeeping. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational roles and functions, increased motivation and active participation, and the emergence of collective awareness about the importance of administration and collaboration. Furthermore, the program encouraged more structured and organized behavior, serving as an initial step toward strengthening Dasawisma’s institutional capacity.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the low quality of administrative order in the bookkeeping and document management system of Dasawisma Anggur Merah 3 RT 08, Bukit Timah Village, characterized by unsystematic data recording, weak documentation practices, and limited understanding of accountable and organized administration. The objective of this program was to strengthen the capacity of Dasawisma in implementing orderly administration through the development of structured, transparent, and sustainable bookkeeping and documentation systems. The method applied was a participatory community organizing approach, implemented through socialization, technical assistance, simple bookkeeping training, hands-on documentation practices, and participatory evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in the understanding of Dasawisma members regarding the importance of administrative order, behavioral changes in record-keeping and document management, the establishment of a more structured bookkeeping system, and the emergence of collective awareness of administration as a foundation for program planning and decision-making. In addition, local leaders (local leaders) emerged as driving forces in strengthening administrative management and institutional capacity. This program contributes to the creation of more professional, accountable, and sustainable governance of Dasawisma organizations in community-based empowerment initiatives.

The low quality of Dasawisma administrative management remains a major challenge in supporting the effectiveness of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) programs at the community level. This problem is characterized by poorly organized family data records, weak documentation of activities, and limited understanding among administrators regarding the strategic role of administration as a basis for planning and decision-making. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality of Dasawisma administration through collaboration between higher education institutions and Dasawisma groups as an effort to strengthen community organizational governance. The method employed is a participatory community organizing approach, encompassing stages of joint planning, technical administrative assistance, training, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in administrators' understanding and skills in managing administrative tasks, the establishment of more systematic data and activity recording systems, and increased participation and organizational ownership among Dasawisma members. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and collective awareness of the importance of as an instrument for institutional strengthening. Overall, collaboration with higher education institutions proved effective in promoting sustainable improvements in Dasawisma administrative governance.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance leadership capacity and organizational management skills of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch cadres through the strengthening of Islamic values ​​and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented during the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2) using lectures, interactive discussions, and leadership simulations. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants throughout the program. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and organizational planning and management skills. Furthermore, the program increased participants' awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values ​​as an ethical foundation in student organizational leadership practices. This PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres as future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and strong commitment to community service.

Latar belakang: Bertambahnya usia menimbulkan dampak perubahan pada tubuh dan yang paling dirasakan adalah kemunduran pada fisik baik dari tulang maupun otot. Oleh karena itu banyak patologis yang muncul seiring bertambahnya usia, salah satunya yaitu Osteoarthritis (OA). Osteoarthritis (OA) adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh perubahan yang bersifat patologis pada struktur sendi yang menimbulkan rasa nyeri pada penderitanya. Osteoarthritis (OA) sendiri terdiri dari 2 kelompok, yaitu OA primer dan sekunder. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya tindakan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya dengan pemberian program fisioterapi. Program fisioterapi yang dapat diberikan untuk mengurangi nyeri antara lain dengan menggunakan modalitas infrared radiationdan exercise therapy. Tujuan: Untuk mengedukasi serta memberikan intervensi fisioterapi komunitas pada Paguyuban Ibu-Ibu Graha Aisyiyah Bojonegoro. Metode: Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian masyarakat pada Paguyuban Ibu-Ibu Perumahan Graha Aisyiyah Bojonegoro yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2021. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini didapat bahwa pemberian modalitas infrared radiation, latihan strengthening quadriceps dapat mengurangi derajat nyeri dan juga edukasi menggunakan leaflet dapat memberikan informasi terkait dengan OA genu. Simpulan: Setelah diberikan intervensi fisioterapi komunitas berupa infrared radiation,  latihan strengthening quadriceps serta edukasi menggunakan leaflet didapatkan hasil adanya penurunan derajat nyeri serta peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan mengenai tentang OA genu dari mulai pengertian, penanganan, pencegahan dan latihan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi keluhan. This revitalization is carried out by reorganizing the function of space, and cultural values, and strengthening information about cultural heritage, as stated in Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning cultural heritage in article 80 paragraphs (1) and (2). Following the principle of development in general, revitalization must provide benefits to improve the quality of life of the community. This revitalization feasibility study uses primary data and secondary data. The results of the feasibility study on the revitalization of Merdeka Field Medan are the condition of the existing facilities and infrastructure of Merdeka Field, many of which are damaged or no longer functioning. There are even landfills in several corners of the Merdeka Square area. The drainage channels of the area are also not well integrated into the city's drainage system. And based on the problem of existing infrastructure, the Merdeka Square revitalization plan is very feasible to do.    

Background: Poltekkes Denpasar is one of the health universities that certainly has the task and role of doing community service and its role is needed in the context of disaster mitigation and response. Community assistance and empowerment activities, especially the younger generation, can be carried out with the aim of assisting the community in the process of strengthening community potential in anticipating and facing disasters. Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to make the community able and aware of disasters by providing education about disasters and BHD training. Methods: Community service is carried out by providing education and training to stripling warriors as a disaster resilient group. Results: This BHD training activity improves participants' knowledge scores on basic life support. This activity is felt to be very useful by the stripling family, where they hope that they will later be able to provide first aid to people who experience respiratory arrest or cardiac arrest before health workers arrive. Handling respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest during the golden period will go a long way towards saving lives. This study aims to examine how strategies strengthen student morale through school programs. In analyzing the problem, this research uses descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Some of the findings obtained from research that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in several aspects; firstly on the school's vision and mission where the school compiles the school's vision-mission and goals which imply faith, piety and religious values ​​to strengthen student morale, second on activities both habituation activities within the school environment or activities outside the school environment related to religious activities to increase religious values, third on school facilities and infrastructure, fourth on school rules which are arranged based on the school's vision-mission and goals. The research results show that the strategy is quite successful in strengthening student morale. There are several findings that can hinder the success of applying student moral values, such as: the number of students that is not balanced with the number of classes, the lack of optimal use of facilities, the lack of commitment from school members, especially the lack of parental cooperation in efforts to strengthen student morale.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.

Religious values ​​are very important values ​​in education, especially for strengthening the character of early childhood. Therefore, children are taught about character education so they can behave well. It is very important to shape the character of children through habituation methods in the family, school and environment. with this habituation, the character will grow and develop positively according to Islamic teachings. This study aims to describe the importance of religious values ​​in the formation of children's character, its implementation and influence in everyday life, through religious habits such as praying in congregation, and as etiquette with peers, teachers, as well as parents. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach obtained from interviews with teachers and madrasa heads, The research results obtained are the importance of instilling religious values ​​in early childhood, related to the religious culture that is applied is the habit of praying Dhuha in congregation, morning Quran, following the commemoration of Islamic holidays. Whereas regarding Islamic character education through religious habituation is to apply religious habituation which is carried out every day as a process of forming children's character to behave noble, obedient to worship, honest, tolerant, care for the environment, responsible and become the foundation of faith for children, good character will emerge if religious values ​​are getting stronger and more instilled in the child's environment, both in the family environment and the school environment.
