One of the causes that encourage women (wives) to work in the public sector or to become breadwinners for their families is family poverty. The agricultural industry plays an important role in creating employment opportunities for women. Likewise, the agricultural sector is the main source of income for most women in Bekalar Village; women farmers in Bekalar Village are involved in agriculture from planting to harvesting; This cannot be separated from the role of women. Because women's involvement in agriculture increases family income, this study will examine how the contribution of female farmers to family economic income in Bekalar Village. This research is a descriptive research that tries to describe the objects and phenomena studied, namely how the contribution of women farmers to the economic income of families in Bekalar Village, Kandis District, Siak Regency. Based on the findings of this study, women farmers in Bekalar Village have a contribution to the family's economic income in terms of women farmers being able to meet the needs of the family. Women farmers working in the agricultural industry face a number of challenges, including unpredictable market prices for agricultural products and prejudice against women, who have dual responsibilities in the household.

To meet the needs of life, there is a relationship between business actors and consumers. The relationship between business actors and consumers is interdependence. To protect the interests of consumers, the Consumer Protection Act is urgently needed due to the weak position of consumers towards business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of legal protection for consumers in obtaining 3 kilograms of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) at a price according to the HET (Highest Retail Price). The research method used in this study was a normative juridical research method with data collection through library research and interviews in order to collect and study library materials or secondary data. The result of the research is that regulations regarding consumer legal protection and consumer disputes in Indonesia have been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. In addition, socialization is needed from the government and related institutions regarding the rights of 3 kg lpg consumers, such as the right to obtain information about the price of 3 kg lpg, information about the availability of 3 kg lpg gas at bases and so on, especially in the city of Surabaya.

This method of community service activities uses the method of lectures, dialogues and questions and answers. The results obtained by participants understand the reach and breadth of the digital market and are able to measure the ability to enter the digital market. The enthusiastic response from the participants received input on the needs of Cemara MSMEs related to skills in using information technology, transaski using e-money applications and bookkeeping.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

Suppliers play an important role in determining product quality, costs, product development, and access to finance for companies. If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. By using the F-AHP (Fuzzy – Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TLS (Traffic Light System) model, companies that have never had a procedure for selecting suppliers for non-critical items can carry out this procedure so that in the future this procedure can become a standard in companies in terms of choosing supplier.

The sewing techniques in clothings can be added as a  value for the beauty of clothing. This research uses fabric manipulation techniques. Fabric manipulation is a technique of manipulating textile materials by using the technique of decorating fabrics to form new textiles. This writing aims to knowing the process of making tucking techniques using denim fabric on a croptop. Tucking technique is a fold that reduces the size of the fabric, it is usually folded in one direction or another. Method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The process of fabric manipulation with tucking technique using the denim fabric begins by determining the tucking technique that will be used. The tucking techniques used are pin tucks, bow-tied tucks and undulating tucks. After determining the technique that will be used, then prepare the tools and materials. The conclusion of the process of  making fabric manipulation with the tucking technique using denim fabric on the croptop is that tucking is made with great care in the measurement of each fold so that the results are accurate. The use of denim fabric with tucking technique can form the appropriate wave, the great is caused to make it look neater and less wrinkled. In the tucking process, you must pay attention to the fabric needs, so that when folded it is according to the pattern and it should be marked  so that it does not slide the folds. The choice of material should be considered well in the making of tucking, because the thickness of the material and the the composition of the material greatly affects the result of the tucking wave.

The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

Dalam Encyclopedia of Disabilitytentang pendidikan luar biasa dikemukakan sebagai berikut: “Special education means specifically designed instruction to meet the unique needs of a child with disability”. Pendidikan luar biasa berarti pembelajaran yang dirancang secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang unik dari anak kelainan fisik.Setiap anak memiliki latar belakang kehidupan budaya dan perkembangan yang berbeda-beda, dan setiap anak dimungkinkan akan memiliki kebutuhan khusus serta hambatan belajar yang berbeda beda pula, sehingga setiap anak sesungguhnya memerlukan layanan pendidikan yang disesuiakan sejalan dengan hambatan belajar dan kebutuhan masing-masing anak, seperti halnya dengan anak berkebutuhan. Pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat diperlukan. Sebab mereka merupakan anak-anak yang relatif mengalami hambatan dalam perkembangannya. Penggunaan media belajar yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa akan lebih mempermudah proses belajar mengajar karena mampu membantu daya ingat siswa terhadap materi yang dipelajari oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kemampuan yang kita miliki. Betapa pentingnya peran dari media pembelajaran dalam membantu para anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam memahami materi pelajaran. Sehingga mereka yang mengalami kebutuhan khusus dapat merasakan seperti apa yang dirasakan oleh anak-anak yang normal dan materi pelajaran yang diterima dapat diserap sempurna oleh siswa.

The large number of young people's interest in entrepreneurship needs to get support and facilities, one of which is through entrepreneurship education. In entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial values ​​are taught as a value that must be upheld in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show thatPKK subjects at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo are divided into 2, namely Entrepreneurship PKK and Productive PKK, Entrepreneurship PKK studies entrepreneurship in theory and Productive PKK is practice. Entrepreneurial values ​​in subjects on PKK Entrepreneurship learning valuesIndependent, Creative, Honest, Discipline, Responsibility, Cooperation, and Communicative are taught in theory while in Productive PKK Creative values, dare to take risks, action oriented, hard work, honest, innovative, cooperation, realistic, curiosity, and Communicative skills are taught through practice. This study aims to determine the quality assurance of education and comparative school accreditation. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative and literature study. The results showed that: 1) The measure of the quality of education in schools refers to the degree of excellence of each component, is relative, and always exists in comparison. 2) Steps to improve quality, namely; a) needs analysis, b) vision, mission, and objectives, c) resources for educators and education personnel, d) the process of achieving quality assurance in education, 3) quality management orientation in education, 4) Steps for implementing quality management, namely a) quality planning education, b) implementation of quality-based programs, and c) quality control, and 5) Comparative accreditation of Public Madrasah Aliyah and Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru shows that 4 MAN received accreditation A, 2 MAS received accreditation A, 5 MAS obtained accreditation B and 1 MAS obtained C accreditation.

Abstract Gadget is a small device that has a special function related to today's technological developments. Almost all humans, especially high school/vocational school children nowadays, already have Gadgets. Gadgets are used to meet the needs of today's life which is the main target in everyday life. The impact of using positive gadgets is as a good learning tool, but the negative impact of gadgets makes attitudes that are not good or affect one's behavior and health. So from that, the author provides community service to early youth regarding the impact of Gadgets at St. Vocational High School. Nahanson parapat sipoholon, to use Gadgets in a good way. The method used by the author is the Qualitative Method, in which the author gives an explanation through material regarding the impact of gadgets. the development of globalization with the demands of the need for rapid exchange of information, the role of technology has become very important. So that it makes users uncontrollable in using these gadget

This study aims to create a system that can be used in the selection of cars according to consumer desires and apply the WASPAS method in providing recommendations for car selection based on the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity. The results of the recommendations from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand and CVT transmission resulted in a recommendation for the Honda Brio. Honda Brio has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage of weight

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Educational game is a game which is specifically designed as a tool to accomplish educational needs. Therefore, it has to be projected in an exact precision to achieve its goal: educating, and increasing the user knowledge and skills. There are some problems which frequently happened at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, firstly, the number of props of traffic signs is limited so it is not proportional to the number of meetings in the existing curriculum and students must repeat the same material. Secondly, there isn’t suitable learning support media to add props to traffic signs that are still lacking. The software used in this game development was Adobe Flash CS6. The research was conducted through R&D; Research and Development method by processed through some stages. First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user. Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.  

Poverty is a fundamental issue, since poverty involves meeting the most vital needs of life and is a problem that many countries face, including Indonesia. In general, the condition of the number of poor people in each province on Java both before and after the entry of covid-19 was not marked by a change in ratings, which indicates an increase in average value. The study was intended to see how the minimum wages of the province and unemployment rates of the 6 provinces on Java period 2017 to 2021 and to see how the covid-19 diagnosis of covid-19 against poverty, the regression of the data panel analysis was made with the random effect model diman's approach that the minimum labor would not affect poverty, Unemployment has a negative impact on poverty and the covid-19 pandemic has a positive impact on the growing number of poor people on the island of Java.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. The researchmethod used in building a rental car bookingapplication with web services is by means of needsanalysis, system design, database design, and screendialog design.

Water is very important for all aspects of life on earth, agriculture is one of the fields that really need large amounts of water because of the use of water in the process of plant photosynthesis. Water that has good quality is if the water is not excessively polluted by harmful chemicals or minerals. One indicator that water is polluted is a change in temperature and pH (acidity) of the water. Temperatures that are too hot in the water will interfere with the growth of plants and other microorganisms. While the normal pH of water has a pH that ranges from 6.5 to 7.5. The quality of water and soil is very important in agriculture. The level of acidity (pH) and soil temperature are one of the things that affect plant fertility. Therefore, the quality of water and soil on agricultural land is one of the important things that needs special attention in its management. One solution so that water and soil quality can be monitored and managed efficiently is to utilize a Wireless Sensor Network based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The use of the ESP8266 Module as a WIFI module, is widely used by Internet of Things-based applications because the price is cheap so it reduces a lot of costs and has a fairly good speed of 80 MHz. This study aims to develop the concept of a Wireless Sensor Network by utilizing the ESP8266 module to monitor pH values using a pH Meter Analog Kit sensor and temperature from agricultural land using a DS18B20 Waterproof sensor and can be monitored at any time using a smartphone.
