This kind of information system is developing so rapidly in all fields including in the health field. One of the evidence of the development of information systems especially in hospitals is electronic medical records. Thus, by folding electronic medical records with application or web bases will minimize the leakage of patient data to the general public. In addition, the use of these electronic medical records will make it easier for patients to register or access hospital services. The study uses a review literature study approach with several selected sources based on the established inclusion and exclusion criteria

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.

Home industry is a business unit on a small scale engaged in certain industrial fields. Even thought it is a small business unit, a development strategy is needed so that the business can run well and survive amidst the motivations of other businesses. The innovation needs to be supported by good financial management so that the innovations created by home industry owners can be realized. It is necessary to have human resources who are literate about today’s technology. This technology is not only used for marketing but also a means to seek various innovations business product.

In managing village funds, the government in Tantan Village has limited human resources that have a role in managing them. Based on its type, this research is a qualitative research with primary and secondary data sources. The methods used for data collection in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps in the analysis are collecting data, summarizing the data, presenting the data, and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the management of village funds under development in 2021 at the planning, implementing, organizing, implementing and also reporting stages has been carried out quite well. In an Islamic perspective, the management of village funds in Tantan village has not yet implemented the principle of justice in its implementation. And for the impact arising from the management of village fund management in the village of Tantan, it is felt that it has had a positive impact in the field of development.

The goal of this study is to ascertain how digital entrepreneurship strategies are applied by online business organizations in West Java from an Islamic perspective. This is a field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative approaches. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature searches. Data analysis approaches make use of inventory or data collection, identification, analysis, and interpretation. The study's conclusions show that the four tenets of client orientation, transparency, fair competition, and fairness serve as the foundation for the digital entrepreneurship strategy employed by online business firms in West Java. The customer-oriented philosophy is first put into practice by providing polite, soft, and friendly service and by always being prepared to offer solutions. Second, the concept of openness is put into practice, and product specifications are truly communicated. Third, the idea of fair competition is put into practice through prompt delivery, no-cost advice, special offers, and higher-quality products. Fourth, the concept of fairness is put into practice by treating customers fairly and providing them with benefits.

Radio monitoring is a way of regulating the use of radio frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated by the Directorate of Resources and Equipment of Post and Technology Data (Ditjen SDPPI) which is responsible for carrying out the functions of regulating, supervising and controlling the frequency spectrum using radio monitoring to monitor, observe, and control the use of frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Class 1 Medan's Class 1 Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in an effort to regulate radio services. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature, namely describing and explaining the problem according to the facts in the field.

Skills developed within a child's potential can provide a child with the ability to determine where he or she will continue. Will continue to be a student or will work within the potential of children in high school. The purpose of this study is to identify the situation of disability in the work world where we use qualitative methods. Meanwhile, his data collection techniques are through interviews and observations to one of the professors of the special education study program, slb-c yplb cipaganti and SLB country of cileunyi. In the study found that children with disabilities get their votive activities while in high school and some of those with lightweight categories of inhibitions, they can continue to work within their potential and parental support or assistance.

Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. The existing solutions must be in the form of things and points that benefit any party and not just one side, but the entire community and the government and the country itself. In this case, the government is significantly trying to find a solution and so are the street vendors themselves to prepare life defense strategies both in the social and economic fields so as to avoid a decline or impact that can be caused if at any time evictions or relocations are carried out.

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

The purpose of designing Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity is to inform the public, especially those who like to play sports, that in Padang there are the latest photography services in the field of sports. The method applied to the design of Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity uses the 4D design method which stands for Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate to develop the design and uses the SWOT Analysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to make it easier to find the value of a business and service. The orientation of the development of this Visual Identity design idea includes supporting media Stationery, Social media and Gift/merchandise. It is hoped that the design of this Visual Identity can help create opportunities and public awareness of photography services in the field of sports so that the design results can be right on target, effective, and communicative.

Poverty is one of the major issues currently being faced by the Indonesian nation. The problem of poverty will never end if traced from the root of the problem. Poverty is not only an interesting issue to be discussed at the national level, but at the regional level itself, the poverty of this community seems to spread throughout the country, for example in Tanjungpinang City, where the poverty rate is high, even though Tanjungpinang City is the provincial capital. Various efforts and efforts have been made by related parties to reduce the poverty rate, but what is happening in the field is that the poverty rate is actually increasing. Starting from BLT assistance, PKH to BPNT, the local government has launched it in collaboration with related agencies, namely the Social Service. In this study, the researchers wanted to examine one of the aids, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), which is routinely carried out from 2018-present. Researchers want to know more about how this assistance is implemented, starting from the weaknesses to the advantages that arise from this assistance and what the consequences are for the poverty rate. Talking about the poverty rate cannot be separated from sustainable development or often referred to as the SDGs, where the first point of the SDGs is No Poverty (Without Poverty) whose target must be achieved by 2030. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with 7 (seven) informants. In this study the techniques used were interviews and documentation. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn. The results of the study are that community participation in the implementation of the circuit court in divorce cases at the Tapaktuan Sharia Court is very high, there are even several special requests from the community for the implementation of the circuit court for several cases, especially divorce cases and the influence of the circuit court in the social life of the community is the emergence of awareness for the community that the termination of a marriage relationship is very important to obtain legal certainty.

The 5.0 era is marked by rapid technological advances and social changes, affecting various aspects of life, including the field of education. Christian religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation. But in reality, the lack of emphasis on developing soft skills can be a problem, because the teacher's ability to interact empathetically, have creativity, leadership, and adaptability becomes very important in guiding students in a spiritual, moral, and emotional context. In addition, an excessive focus on hard skills, such as understanding theology and religious practice, can ignore the importance of developing soft skills in dealing with the changes faced in the 5.0 era. In this study, the authors used a literature study, therefore to achieve the objectives of this study, superior teacher quality was needed, which had a balance between software and hardware. The purpose of this study is to present software and hardware in improving the quality of Christian religious education teachers in the 5.0 era. Soft skills include interpersonal, communication, leadership, empathy, and adaptability skills, which support teachers in interacting with students, colleagues, and a changing environment. While hard skills include specific knowledge, information technology, teaching methodology, as well as expertise in the field of Christianity.

The Mobile Community Oke Service Program (LOMAK) is an innovation from the Rumbai District Head in the field of public services which aims to make it easier for people in Rumbai District to get various public services. The LOMAK program itself is a form of integrated sub-district administrative service (PATEN) which is deployed to serve administration in the middle of community settlements or can be said to be an integrated sub-district administrative service around. However, in its implementation the LOMAK Program did not run well. In 4 years the LOMAK Program was only implemented 3 times, while the LOMAK Program should have been implemented once a month. This research aims to evaluate the Mobile Community OK Service Program and the factors that hinder its implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and uses policy evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn which consists of several indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of this research are that the LOMAK Program is a very good program. Of the 6 indicators above, only 1 indicator was not met, namely efficiency in terms of time. The inhibiting factors in implementing the LOMAK Program are natural disasters and the managerial abilities of implementers. Researchers provide suggestions so that implementers can find a backup plan in the event of a natural disaster and increase outreach so that the LOMAK Program can reach all levels of society.

Education in elementary schools is the initial momentum for students to improve all the abilities inherent in children. Starting at the time of learning in early childhood (kindergarten ) and then continued and strengthened in elementary school. Habits that children carry out every day, both in the home, community and school environment, are important in forming natural potential, especially in the field of children's language. Language skills that are expected to be assisted, grown, and used as development material for elementary school teachers include listening or listening skills, speaking, reading, and writing. These four skills are so important to be given at the elementary school level as a form of teaching Indonesian according to the current education curriculum. Learning activities in schools are also expected to be able to integrate this unified language in all intra- and extra-curricular activity programs so that their benefits are increasingly visible and meaningful in harmony with the social life of students.

Organic fertilizers are materials derived from plant residues, and animal waste, both those that have undergone decomposition and those that are undergoing a decomposition process that functions to add nutrients. Substantially organic fertilizers are composed of humus and non-humus materials so that they can improve marginal soils and sand-dominated soils. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various organic fertilizers on sand planting media, and to determine the growth response of pakcoy on various types of organic fertilizers. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory I Experimental Garden and Agrotechnology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, the research took place from September to November 2020. This study was arranged in a randomized group design (RAK) with the treatment of various organic fertilizers, which were divided into; no organic fertilizer/control (B0), cow manure (B1), chicken manure (B2), comba-sheep green manure (B3), calopogonium green manure (B4). Each treatment was repeated four times as a group, resulting in 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of six polybags, resulting in a total of 120 polybags of pakcoy plants. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants. The results showed that organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on all observed growth variables of pakcoy plants. Cow manure treatment in the first and second week plant height variables showed the highest value (5.04 cm, and 6.71 cm). But in general, in the third to fifth week, the average chicken manure gave the highest growth response on the variable of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants.

This study aims to describe the oral communication language model used by students who frequently play online games. Analyze student communication behavior while playing online games by examining it based on the values of Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of field research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects thoroughly through descriptions in the form of words in natural conditions. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency with a focus on knowing student communication behavior, use of study time, learning motivation, and the ability to control emotions while playing online games reviewed from the values of Islamic Religious Education. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with researchers. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, students of SMP N.1 Depapre are very fond of playing online games so that they spend more time playing than studying and socializing. This has an impact on their behavior, such as using harsh language, not respecting time, low learning motivation, and difficulty controlling emotions, which are not in accordance with the values of Islamic Religious Education. Solutions to overcome negative behavior due to online games require cooperation between parents, schools, and the community. Parents limit playing time, schools provide supervision and education, and communities provide positive activities so that children do not become too dependent on online games.
