This regulation has not been able to meet increasingly dynamic market conditions and very sharp competition in the business world, so it has not been able to provide legal certainty to consumers. Problems in the fintech P2P lending sector use the legal basis of POJK No. 77 of 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. Regarding this regulation, it is still subjective, so it cannot provide protection to customers. In fact, there are still many illegal fintech loans found, thus outside the responsibility and authority of the OJK. Novelty: trends obtained from previous research regarding consumer legal protection. Future Research Agenda: conducting a study on the future of law in the digital economy era regarding obstacles in harmonizing various regulations.

The Teaching Campus Program is a follow-up program to the Pioneer Teaching Campus Program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in 2020 as a concrete manifestation of higher education through its students to take part in moving to make education successful nationally in a pandemic situation. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering Al-Qur'an Science University students in the Teaching Campus 5 Program at One Roof 4 State Middle School Sukoharjo and One Roof 3 State Middle School Kejajar, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy goes through four stages, namely: provision, deployment, monitoring and withdrawal. The results of this empowerment show that Al-Qur'an Science University students in the Teaching Campus Program have contributed to solving the problems of post-pandemic education, namely the lack of motivation to learn. This can be seen from the increase in school literacy and numeracy, as well as improved school adaptation to technology in the learning process, and the realization of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). These results contribute to school recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion focuses on the importance of emotional ties between students and the school in realizing a goal to be achieved together and its implications for the sustainability of national education.

Ta’aruf is a process of introduction between two individuals aimed at building a more serious relationship within the context of marriage. In modern society, dating is often considered a preliminary step toward marriage; however, from an Islamic perspective, dating can lead to various moral and social problems. This journal aims to explore the relevance of ta’aruf as a more appropriate alternative aligned with Islamic values in avoiding dating. Through theoretical reviews, research methodology, and data analysis, this study seeks to provide effective solutions to the challenges of relationships among Muslim youth. The findings indicate that ta’aruf has a strong foundation in Islamic teachings and offers a safe space for individuals to get to know each other in a shar’i (lawful) manner without violating religious boundaries. This process not only minimizes the potential for moral pitfalls but also fosters a healthier and more purposeful foundation of communication toward a harmonious marriage (sakinah). With the right approach, ta’aruf can serve as a relevant, adaptive model of pre-marital relationships that educates young Muslims to build families based on Islamic values.

Bunton Village is one of the Adipala District villages with BUMDES in the growing status category.
