The goal of this research was to investigate whether conversational videos could improve the speaking skills of midwifery students at Muhammadiyah Manado University. Specifically, the study looked at how videos could help students develop correct rhythm, stress, intonation, and emotion in their pronunciation. The study involved 32 midwifery students at the university and used an experimental technique with pre-tests and post-tests to collect data. To gather data, the researcher used observation and assessed the students' speaking skills before and after watching the videos. The results showed that the conversational videos were effective in improving the students' pronunciation skills. To get the most benefit from the videos, the students first practiced the conversations featured in the videos. Next, they listened to the conversations, repeated them, and then practiced speaking in front of the class. The findings showed that the final good value increased significantly from the pre-test stage to the post-test stage. In the pre-test, the students' good value was 22%, but this increased to 47% in the post-test. Moreover, the lack of value decreased by 19% in the post-test compared to the pre-test.

Giving blood supplement tablets to teenagers should be a very appropriate intervention. Iron deficiency in teenagers is dangerous if not treated properly. This research aims to determine the relationship between teacher knowledge and support and compliance with TTD consumption among young women at SMAN 4 Tana Toraja. The research design used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 307 female students in class XI and XII at SMAN 4 Tana Toraja with a total sample of 75 female students. Sampling used the Stratified Random Sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire then processing the data with the help of the SPSS application using the Chi-Square test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance with consuming Blood Addition Tablets (TTD) among young women at SMAN 4 Tana Toraja, with a p-value = 0.001 < 0.05 and there is a relationship between teacher support and compliance with consuming Blood Addition Tablets (TTD ) in young women at SMAN 4 Tana Toraja, with a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the higher the knowledge of female students and the support from teachers can also influence the compliance of female students in consuming Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) among young women at SMAN 4 Tana Toraja.  

Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing cesarean section is a common condition that can negatively impact both physical and psychological well-being before delivery. Anxiety management education is a crucial strategy to help patients manage stress, enhance mental preparedness, and reduce the risk of complications caused by excessive anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of anxiety management education in reducing preoperative anxiety levels in cesarean section patients. The method used involves an educational intervention through a cognitive-based and relaxation approach, including breathing techniques and preoperative counseling. The results indicate that this education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels, as evidenced by the difference in scores before and after the intervention. Therefore, anxiety management education programs should be implemented as part of maternal healthcare services to improve maternal well-being before undergoing a cesarean section.

This research focuses on optimizing accounting business processes through efficient stages of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). SDLC is a framework used to plan, develop, test, and maintain accounting information systems. In this study, each stage of the SDLC is analyzed to identify steps that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems. The research method used is SDLC with a Waterfall approach, involving the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that applying a structured SDLC can help companies manage accounting data more effectively, increase accuracy, reduce errors, and speed up accounting processes. This optimization also includes selecting the appropriate SDLC model, such as Waterfall and Prototype, based on the specific needs of the project and business environment. Thus, this research is expected to provide practical guidance for companies in optimizing their accounting business processes.

Empowering people with disabilities The Police Resort (Polres) and the South Tangerang City Social Service (Dinsos) have built synergy to empower the abilities of people with disabilities. However, in practice the implementation of casual daily workers with disabilities at the Polres is still experiencing significant obstacles. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of disability casual daily workers at the Tangerang City Resort Police using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on the implementation model theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn, several conclusions can be drawn: 1. Size and objectives in the casual workers policy program disability is very good and helps people with disabilities to get decent jobs. 2. The resources that the Polres have in carrying out policies in terms of human resources are inadequate in terms of numbers. 3. the characteristics of the implementing agency in carrying out the policy already have a good relationship seen from the existence of inter-agency support in implementing the policy. 4. The communication carried out between the South Tangerang Police and the South Tangerang City Social Service has not gone well, this can be seen in the absence of further routine supervision. 5. Attitudes or tendencies, in this case the attitude of the South Tangerang Police in implementing the policy has been going well. 6. The economic, social and political environment has not yet affected the implementing agencies due to the absence of special encouragement from the South Tangerang Police and the Social Service.

Character is very important to instill from an early age, because nowadays quite a few children grow up with global flows and intense use of gadgets. The implication of this is their character development in the future. In this program, the service activities we hold are given the theme "Growing the Character of Orphanage Children Through Educational Games", with a case study at the Ulul Azmi Orphanage, Cimahi City. This program aims to provide alternative positive activities for children so they can be free from using gadgets and at the same time refresh their minds. Character development in this activity is carried out through two main stages. First, this program targets elementary school children from grade one to grade six, with a more interactive method so that it is not boring. Second, through the medium of educational games, various moral messages can be conveyed in a way that is more interesting and easy for children of their age to understand. Thus, it is hoped that this program can help orphanage children to form positive characters from an early age.

Christian education is aimed at forming an individual who is integral and strong in the Christian faith. One key approach to achieving this goal is through a learning design that is rooted in Christian theological principles and the mission of evangelism. This learning design emphasizes the understanding and application of Christian values in everyday life. Interest in learning is an important factor that influences the learning outcomes of the students. Interesting learning designs that match the interests of the learners can increase their interest in the learning process. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the influence of the use of theological-based learning design models and the mission of evangelism on the learning interests of learners. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze data from a variety of sources of information. The results show that theological-based learning design models and evangelization missions can enhance the interest of students in learning. This is due to a number of factors, among others: This learning model focuses on Christian values that are relevant to the daily life of the student. The learning model involves the student actively in the learning process. It provides an opportunity for the student to apply Christian value in everyday life. This research has important relevance in an effort to improve the understanding and application of the theological-based learning design models and the mission of evangelism. This model of learning can help the student understand, internalize, and apply Christians values in daily life, as well as prepare them to play an active role in evangelization.  

Technical advances in computer applications have led to the creation of these library information systems, which are anticipated to support and facilitate the human workforce. It is anticipated that this technology will help with daily tasks in an effective and efficient manner as well. The subject of this study is the library system. There are obstacles in UPT Library SMP 34 GRESIK, and one of them is that the library still uses its service manual procedures, indicating the need innovation and change in the form of a cohesive system to accompany and prepare children in the classroom The library service information system provided by this network-based library information system should make it easier for students to find information and check out books, as well as for librarians to manage information about books and student loans. The waterfall approach was used by the author. To create this internet-based library resource system. The process of implementing this library information system begins with soft requirement analysis, prioritizing the process of borrowing books. Waterfall design techniques are used throughout the design stage, which involves creating a database with MySQL and building a user interface. Relationships are built in the database architecture using Entity Relationship Diagrams and Logic Relationship database (Database) structures.

Currently, mobile technology developments are increasing rapidly. Crompton and Burke (2018) conveyed that smartphone as one of mobile technology is is rapidly advancing. Approximately 90% of students possessed a smartphone, and a few even had multiple mobile phones. (Wong et al., 2010; Bhati & Song, 2019). This study aimed to examine how the students perceive the utilization of “Splash” as a media on learning listening skill. Splash is one of android program that developed by the English team in Stekom University. It is made for improve students’ listening skill and grammar skill. This research used quantitative descriptive. The sample consists of 50 students who taken language class. The result showed that there are positive attitudes from the students about the usage of “Splash” to improve listening skill. They can use it every time and everywhere without worried running out of internet package because this application doesn’t need internet package to use. The students also found that the content of this application is interesting. They also got post-activity activities and tasks to help them improve their skills.

The results of data classification and field surveys by Unsuri students in Wilayut Village, Sukodono District. Has potential MSMEs in the form of businesses that produce a product of goods or services. However, in marketing activities, business actors are still doing conventionally and the use of branding strategies is also not optimal. So that the scope of marketing is still limited, making the business being run unable to develop properly. KKN activities as a form of community service in Wilayut Village aim to provide social contributions from the campus to the community as well as for the community to get help with thoughts and energy to carry out village development and solve community problems in the village. The method used is the MSME data classification method and partner participation by providing direction on the benefits of social media. Participating in contributing to the classification of MSME data in Wilayut Village and helping business actors in increasing the existence of cilok kuah seblak bu tin as one of the MSMEs engaged in the food sector.

Nursing is a profession that is oriented towards health services with all independent planning or action to help improve the welfare of people's lives. Definitions of community are also many and varied. According to McKenzie et al. (2016) in (Alvian Fabanyo, 2022). A community is a group of people who have similar characteristics. The similarity of these characteristics is determined by location, race, ethnicity, age, occupation, similarity of interest in solving certain problems, results, or other common ties (Alvian Fabanyo, 2022). The aim of this nursing care is to provide an overview of the implementation of community nursing care in the Kp region. Pengasinan RW 03, Periuk Jaya Village, Periuk District, Tangerang City, Banten. Case study design using nursing care. The case study sample used 96 people in Rw. 03. The evaluation stage is an activity to assess the implementation of interventions and implementation that has been implemented at this stage, there is still a lot that needs to be evaluated because it takes a long time, so a follow-up plan is needed with the community in accordance with the existing nursing plan. To maximize the use of multiple choice as a learning tool, students can choose it with consideration in the answer choices that have been determined. Teachers give assignments to students to work on multiple choice questions in two ways, the first is to solve multiple choice questions, when given an assignment during class hours to submit it to the teacher when the subject is finished. Alternatively, the teacher can give the students an assignment or homework and collect it during the next meeting. Research shows that teachers prefer the use of multiple choice questions, not only because of administration, time saving and simplicity but also because they are objective and consistent. Furthermore, students based on the results of the study prefer giving multiple choice questions because they can eliminate answer errors and the questions on multiple choice questions are more objective than others. In addition, with the multiple choice question method students can actively participate in the learning process.

Mercer's theory is an example of a middle range theory, it has a lower abstraction that is derived from other theories so that it can be applied to more specific areas of nursing. A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. The aim of this research is to find out the impact of habits that can disturb the comfort of neighbors around the BATUJAJAR transit apartment, Giriasih village, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the data produced is a description of the results of observations at the location and the results of interviews with the surrounding community who are the objects as sources. From the results of observations made, the impact caused by neighbors' habit of frequently karaoke at night is that it creates disharmony between neighbors, causes discomfort when living next door, and really disturbs neighbors with sound police.

However, teenagers today while using the internet have not been able to categorize or filter what they consume through the internet. This article discusses trends that are widely consumed and can change the habits or behavior of its users, of course from things that lead to positive to negative impacts. Internet addiction is characterized by excessive use of the Internet due to lack of self-control and can interfere with daily activities, such as skipping class, decreased academic performance, and reduced working hours. Given the increasing number of Internet-related problems, especially games, faced by people in various parts of the world.

This research aims to analyze the character values ​​in the Tabut ceremony tradition in Bengkulu City. The research method used is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this research used interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model and interviews. The results of the research describe the values ​​contained in the Tabut tradition in Bengkulu which is oral literature which contains local wisdom values. The Tabut tradition is legendary, not only locally but internationally. The values ​​contained in the Tabut ceremony procession include community behavior such as mutual cooperation, concern for others, and mutual help. The religious value in the Ark procession contains the meaning that all humans are from the land and will return to the land and pray to Allah SWT. The values ​​and meanings contained in the Ark tradition continue to become oral literature that must be protected so that they are not lost and eroded by the progress of globalization. Today's young generation is more inclined towards increasingly sophisticated technological advances so that if the Ark tradition is not cultivated it will be neglected.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses distribusi tiket pelanggan pada Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ. Dengan fokus pada implementasi sistem distribusi yang lebih terotomatisasi, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode observasi digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses penanganan tiket pelanggan di lapangan oleh Teknisi Assurance, sementara wawancara melibatkan pemangku kepentingan kunci seperti Teknisi Assurance, Helpdesk Assurance, dan manajer divisi. Studi pustaka digunakan sebagai dasar teoritis untuk merinci best practices, keberhasilan, dan tantangan dalam implementasi sistem serupa. Hasil observasi akan memberikan pemahaman tentang dinamika lapangan, sementara wawancara akan menggali pandangan langsung dari pemangku kepentingan. Studi pustaka memberikan landasan teoritis untuk memandu perancangan dan implementasi sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang efektif. Pengembangan sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang terotomatisasi mengadopsi metode Waterfall dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.
