The importance of physical activity for the elderly in an effort to support indicators of healthy Indonesia, namely increasing the Life Expectancy of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this socialization is to find out the elderly's routine in daily activities to support Activity Daily Living (ADL). The method used in this outreach was the lecture and question and answer method, then questionnaires were distributed before and after the counseling to determine the elderly's understanding regarding physical activity. Suggestions for this activity are the elderly in Cot Yang Village, Aceh Besar District. This socialization activity was carried out for 1 hour. The results obtained from this socialization activity were that there was a change in the understanding of the elderly regarding physical activities carried out in daily activities. At this activity Mr. Geusyik, Village Secretary and Cot Yang Village Cadres along with 18 elderly people were present. Held on Friday 12 January 2024 at the Cot Yang Village multipurpose hall, at 09:00 WIB. This socialization activity was carried out by lecturers and Diploma Three Nursing students.

The research method uses qualitative methods with a literature study type of research. This research aims to explain that the anomalies created by globalization are driving changes that the public in general is not aware of, where the Baduy people, especially the Outer Baduy, are starting to violate the traditions they hold. Globalization has encouraged hidden capitalism which has succeeded in breaking into the realm of daily life and activities carried out by the Outer Baduy people because the area they live in has been used as a tourist attraction and this has become an opportunity for capitalists to achieve maximum profits; by building market chains (mini markets, accommodation and other public facilities), distributing their products to the Outer Baduy community for sale, and forcing the community to integrate with modern culture such as using smartphones, modern equipment and consuming food. light. Hegemony is the reason this hidden power dynamic of capitalism persists in the lives of the Outer Baduy people, by instilling consumer values and promoting certain products as symbols of status and modernity. This research uses a qualitative analysis method which is based on objective observation; and also uses secondary data obtained through library data collection techniques. This research concludes the need to fight against the hegemony of capitalism through awareness and solidarity from traditional leaders together with the Outer Baduy community in maintaining their traditions and values so that they remain sustainable in the future.

The transformation of work in the digital era has had a major impact on the modern job market. Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

The most extensive area prone to landslides with a high level is in North Lintau Buo District. The area prone to moderate landslides is most extensive in North Lintau Buo District. The most extensive low-level landslide-prone areas are in Sepuluh Koto District.

In the era of globalization and technological advancement, the role of (MSMEs) in the economy is becoming increasingly important. However, the problem of the inability of MSMEs to make financial statements and fulfill their tax obligations results in difficulties accessing capital, where MSMEs cannot meet the requirements in obtaining capital through banks or other financial institutions. This community service aims to provide literacy to individual taxpayers of MSMEs who have not carried out their tax obligations correctly, especially related to changes from PP 23 of 2018 to the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020. The methods used are counseling and socialization regarding aspects of taxation and financial reporting to MSMEs. The results obtained in the discussion showed that the limit of non-taxable gross circulation is Rp. 500,000,000 following the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020.

Adaptive leadership is about helping people to change and adapt to new situations. Leaders are required to be able to analyze, see and formulate all forms and types of organizational problems. The aim of this research is to analyze why the role of adaptive leadership is so important in the IPNU and IPPNU organizations, and how the adaptive leadership process plays out in developing the organization. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research will conduct interviews at the IPNU and IPPNU organizations in Sedati District and will conduct interviews with 18 branches. The data analysis technique in this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques. The research results found that not all IPNU and IPPNU leaders in Sedati District implemented adaptive leadership well.

Technological developments have brought significant changes in lifestyle, especially among Generation Z (Gen Z). One phenomenon is the popularity of online games such as Mobile Legends. This research aims to investigate the influence of the intensity of playing Mobile Legends on the language behavior of Gen Z. In this research, the author used a descriptive study research method with a quantitative approach, and used a Google Form questionnaire as a data collection medium. This research involved an online survey of teenagers aged 11 to 26 years using Google Form which was distributed using social media. The research results show that the Mobile Legends game has a significant impact on various aspects of teenagers' lives, including physical responses, body movements, facial expressions, imitation of character movements, and use of typical terms.

The Covid pandemic has caused changes in people's behavior in carrying out buying and selling transactions. Slowly, people become familiar with e-commerce applications so that the buying and selling process becomes efficient and effective. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of consumer behavior in the form of cultural, social, psychological and marketing mix factors on purchasing decisions in e-commerce in the city of Ambon.The method used is a quantitative method with a sample size of 102 respondents, with the criteria being people who live in the city of Ambon. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, classical tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. Consumer behavior in the form of X1 cultural factors, X2 social factors, X3 psychological factors and X4 marketing mix have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in e-commerce partially and simultaneously.

This study investigates the psychological effects of the pandemic on university students, particularly the persistence of psychological disorders and changes at the university level. The objective is to determine the extent of the impact of psychological changes on students. The research methodology involved conducting interviews with relevant parties to identify strategies for managing the disruptions that arose. The study revealed that psychological disorders, which can contribute to a lack of motivation for learning, decreased after implementing a learning approach that emphasizes exploring individual talents and interests. The Family Planning (KB) program is carried out in order to regulate the number of births or space births. Injectable contraception is one of the contraceptive methods that is widely used in Indonesia because it works effectively, is practical to use, is relatively cheap, and is safe. One of the ways injectable contraception works is to cause changes in the menstrual cycle to increase body weight which is the most frequently complained about by injectable contraceptive acceptors. Injection methods are divided into two types, namely 1-month injectable contraceptives and 3-month injectable contraceptives. 1-month contraceptive injection is a type of birth control injection that contains a combination of the hormone Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (progestin hormone) and Estradiol cypionate (estrogen hormone), and 3-month contraceptive injection is an injectable contraceptive containing the Depo Medroxyprogesterone Acetate hormone p (progestin hormone) with a volume of 150 mg. The aim of this study was to analyze differences in body weight among injectable contraceptive acceptors. This type of research uses analytical observational research methods. This research sample was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample size of 42 respondents. Analysis uses the sign difference test. The sign test results showed that there was a relationship between the use of injectable birth control (P < 0.05) and weight gain.

The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . It can be seen and proven from the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of 5% or 0.05, namely: 0.538. One effort that can be done is to provide counseling through health promotion media that is used so that it is easy to understand and interesting to look at, and can relate to the level of target knowledge.
