The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 100 respondents Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This study used the SPSS calculator version 22. The results showed that product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, the distribution is normal, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity.

This study aims to test whether social media, motivation, knowledge and benefits influence the investment interest of the Z generation of STIE Surakarta students in the capital market. This research uses a quantitative method, the population in this study is 287, the sampling technique of this study is using purosive sampling. with the criteria of 7th Semester STIE Surakarta Accounting Study Program students. The data was distributed through questionnaires distributed via whatsapp grub class or personal WhatsApp to 7 semester 7 accounting students STIE Surakarta Study Program and obtained 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study used regression multiple linear through the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that social media and knowledge do not affect the investment interest of the STIE Surakarta generation of students in the capital market, while the motivational and benefit variables affect the investment interest of the next generation. z STIE Surakarta students in the fashion market. Therefore, the z generation must be interested in investing in the capital market in order to provide long-term support. This research can help the whole community, especially young people, to better understand and be interested in investing in the capital market.

Bendogerit Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar City. In its development, UMKM experience problems in introducing these businesses to the wider community. The 30 KKN-Thematic group students in this case took the initiative to provide assistance to one UMKM that had just been established, namely the UMKM Sari Buah Maja. Branding assistance in the form of making logo and packaging designs to build a brand image, creating social media as a forum for these UMKM actors to market their products, creating content to attract consumer interest, and providing counseling regarding the importance of building a brand image for the products or services to be offered . Marketing activity assistance activities for UMKMs are very effective in increasing UMKM business capabilities. Assistance in building product branding makes the UMKM development process easier and UMKMs more confident in doing so.

This research is motivated by problems that arise in class, namely children are less able to recognize number symbols properly because the child's cognitive abilities have not yet emerged, so that the facilities at school to recognize numbers are minimal, as well as the recognition of number symbols is less attractive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using snakes and ladders media on the ability to recognize number symbols for children aged 5-6 years at Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all children aged 5-6 years in Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, totaling 108 people and a sample of 20 people is determined using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of 23 items. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the use of snakes and ladders media on the ability to recognize number symbols for children aged 5-6 years at Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is reject.

What makes it interesting to examine how women are represented in the film Toxic 2022 is that it aims to find out how the character Han Young Ju presents herself as a woman. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods for semiotic research on the concept of Roland Barthes. The research takes and selects scene cuts that depict female figures and then analyzes the meanings contained, among others, connotative meanings, denotative meanings, and myths. The data collection technique is documentation and observation. The focus of the research is on action signs (scenes) that contain connotative meanings, denotative meanings, and myths contained in the film Toxic 2022. The research took seven scenes for analysis. The results obtained by this study show that the character Han Young represents a woman who is like life, that is, in the world of work, and can become a leader. The depiction of the figure of Han Young Ju, who experienced the world of work and became a leader, is explained in gestures, dialogues, actions, expressions, storylines, and shooting.

The aim of this research is to find out the juridical review and legal consequences for the distribution of inheritance to adopted children regardless of the position of the main heir. The method used is empirical juridical research with primary data obtained in the field and secondary data through literature studies and related regulations. The results of this study indicate that based on article 171 letter (c) KHI who becomes an heir must have a blood relationship with the heir, not being hindered by law to become an heir and article 209 paragraph (2) KHI for adopted children who do not receive a will is given a mandatory will 1/3 of the heir's inheritance. However, the facts on the ground are not in accordance with the provisions above, in fact the heir gives more inheritance to the adopted child than the main heir on the grounds that groups 2, 3, and 4 do not object, then the second heir states that the adopted child is older than his biological child. This reduces and closes the share of legal heirs. In adopting a child, it is done in the best interest of the child based on local customs and applicable laws and regulations. This fulfills the elements of article 39 paragraph (1) and article 171 letter (h) KHI. This shows that land also has rights, has social purposes, and that the public interest overrides private interests in its use. All land rights have social uses, according to Article 6 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agricultural Regulations or UUPA. Based on the results of the research it is understood that the withdrawal of gift items according to the Civil Code is regulated in article 1688 which reads that a grant cannot be revoked and therefore cannot be revoked, except in 3 cases, namely if the grantee's conditions are not fulfilled by the recipient of the grant, if the person the person who was given the grant is guilty of committing or participating in an attempt to kill or some other crime against the donor himself, and if the grantor falls into poverty while the one who was given the gift refuses to provide for him. If the recipient of the grant refuses to provide a living or allowance to the grantor, after that the grantor falls into poverty. With the withdrawal or elimination of this gift, all kinds of items that have been donated must be returned to the grantor in a clean condition of the burdens attached to the item. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of quizizz application as an alternative media of attractive and fun assessment, especially in educational psychology courses in the pandemic covid-19 and can improve understanding of educational psychology materials.This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and the results of the quiz assessments on the quizizz application. The results showed that the use of the quizizz application made learning more fun, increased student enthusiasm and motivation to learn and helped students understand educational psychology material.

Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of risk perception, knowledge, and motivation on students' interest in investing in the capital market (a case study on undergraduate students at Bina Sarana Informatics University, Major Accounting). This research method uses a quantitative approach with technical multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents via the google form. The results of the study show that knowledge and motivation have a significant effect on investment interest, while risk perception has no effect on student investment interest in the capital market. Simultaneously risk perception, knowledge, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market.

This study aims to examine the effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study were 810 companies, the sampling procedure used a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, so that a sample of 70 companies was obtained. The dependent variable in this study is stock prices, while the independent variables are inflation and interest rates. The data analysis method uses panel data. The results showed that inflation had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, interest rates had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices.
