The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

Streetwear is a typical street fashion clothing. The cross-stitch tucks technique is a fabric manipulation technique that has a 3-dimensional wavy texture. The use of fabric manipulation techniques in today's clothing is rarely used, thus giving rise to the idea of making a cloth with a combination of fabric manipulation, a type of cross-stitch tucks that has its own uniqueness. The combination of the cross-stitch tucks technique as a combination on streetwear will add to the impression of flexibility because this technique has a 3-dimensional wave effect on the surface. The aim of this report was to find out how to use the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear. The method used was a qualitative method. The results obtained from the use of the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear are as follows, making designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing and the finished product. A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. Mercury (Hg) is a metal that is commonly found in water and has toxic properties, so it is very dangerous for human health and the environment. Mercury in the environment can come from gold mining activities such as in Pesanggaran Village, Banyuwangi. Based on information from the surrounding community, the waste disposal flowed into the river and it was feared to affect the quality of river water in this area. This study aimed to analyze the mercury level in the river water using the UV-Visible Spectrophotometer method, where river water samples were taken from the upstream, middle, and downstream parts. Determination of mercury levels was carried out at the STIKES Banyuwangi Laboratory. The results showed that the Hg content in the river water around the gold mining area of Pesanggaran Village, Banyuwangi ranged from 0.031 to 0.033 mg/L. The Hg level of river water in this area was above the threshold and it was not recommended to use as drinking, bathing, cooking or washing. However, it is necessary to analyze Hg levels using other methods, such as the AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) method which is more expensive but more accurate results will be obtained.

Uncontrolled stress for a long time can lead to an increase in blood sugar levels, which can lead to various complications. One of the physical activities that can be done with relaxation is Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is an intervention that can be done in people with diabetes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on increasing stress and blood sugar levels. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post-test control group design approach. The sample consisted of 36 respondents who were divided into 18 intervention groups and 18 control groups. The group was given a therapeutic intervention for 1 week with a duration of 2 times a day, namely in the morning and afternoon for 10-15 minutes. The instruments used are a glucometer, blood sugar level observation sheet, and Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and Paired t-test to see pair data. Then for the research group, the data used the Man-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on decreasing blood pressure (p=0.013) and that there was an effect on decreasing blood sugar levels (p=0.034). Conclusion: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) affects reducing stress and blood sugar levels in Type 2 DM patients.

Every toll road project development will require heavy equipment to facilitate work, one of which is rigid pavement work. Rigid pavement is a pavement construction using aggregate as raw material and using cement as a binder, so it has a relatively high level of stiffness, especially when compared to asphalt pavement (flexible pavement), so it is known and referred to as rigid pavement. The tool used for rigid work is the concrete paver, this tool is used because it is more efficient and can maintain the quality of the concrete. This study aims to be able to determine the productivity of the concrete paver heavy equipment. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained by observation, interviews and field data as well as manual calculations. The results obtained are the productivity of concrete paver heavy equipment with rigid work along 180 m wide 6, 7 is 43,5 while the ready mix productivity is 42.8 m³/hour with a production time of 6 hours 20 minutes.
