This research aims to develop the company website PT. Rantangin Digital Indonesia uses the latest technology, namely Next.js and Tailwind CSS. This website development was carried out to increase visibility and user experience in accessing the services offered by the company. Next.js was chosen as the development framework because of its ability to build fast, scalable and SEO-friendly web applications, while Tailwind CSS was used to speed up the interface design process with a flexible and responsive utility-first approach. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of planning, design, implementation, testing and maintenance stages. The development results show that the website built has succeeded in fulfilling the company's goals of providing a digital platform that is easy to access, responsive on various devices, and has optimal performance. By using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, website development can be done efficiently and effectively, and provide a better user experience. Recommendations for further development include integration with content management systems and analytical features for monitoring website performance.

This research analyzes user satisfaction of the Surabaya Tourist Ticket, which is a digital platform designed to make it easier to purchase tourist tickets in the city of Surabaya which is managed by the Surabaya City DISBUDPORAPAR. This analysis was carried out using the End User Computing Satisfaction model which measures the content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness of the application. The result of the analysis shows that this application has a positive and significant influence on a user satisfaction in the content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness variables, but the format variable has a positive but not significant influence on the user satisfaction. From the result of this analysis, it can be seen that the Surabaya Tourist Ticket has been successful in meeting needs so that users feel satisfied. The implication of this research is to support further development to improve the appearance and maintain performance so that the existence of the Surabaya Tourist Ticket website and tourism in the city of Surabaya increase so that regional income also increases.

The government's efforts to overcome the crime of human trafficking committed by corporations are stated in Article 13 of Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Human Trafficking. This study focuses on discussing the crime of human trafficking committed by corporations.The research method used is a normative legal approach. This study uses a statute approach and a case approach which in principle originates from primary legal materials consisting of laws and judges' decisions, secondary legal materials consisting of books, research results, articles and tertiary legal materials from libraries, articles and websites. The legal material analysis technique uses grammatical interpretation techniques.The results of this study show that law enforcement is closely related to criminal liability by corporations so that when a corporation is involved as a perpetrator of a crime, the corporate management can be held criminally responsible and legal protection for victims of human trafficking in this case is in the form of restitution or compensation, this is stated in Article 48 of Law Number 21 of 2007, but in its implementation, law enforcement does not pay attention to restitution for victims, this can be seen in the court decision in the verdict that there is no compensation for the victim's recovery. law enforcement, corporations, human trafficking crimes

The system for selling goods still uses face-to-face directly in the purchasing process so it is time-consuming. The solution that can be provided by researchers is to design website-based sales applications so that they can be used quickly and easily. The process of making a sales information system uses the SDLC method. The benefit of the SDLC method is the availability of a platform to communicate more effectively and build a good and efficient sales information system. The results of this study, can accelerate the process of selling and buying online easily and quickly.

Websites are critical in providing information to many people through the internet media. Internet. Where, the internet is one of the global computer network media that connects millions of devices around the world, thus enabling the exchange of information quickly and easily. Researchers created a website-based information system at Inpres Homba Tana Elementary School using the CodeIgniter Framework. The results of this study show that the school website can be used well because the results provide information that is easy to reach and more accurate.

This research analyzes active and passive sentences in the education rubric on the kompas.com website in September 2024. This research aims to describe active and passive sentences based on type, structure, and characteristics in online news text. The method used in this study is a theoretical and methodological approach. The theoretical approach is in the form of syntax, while the methodological approach is in the form of qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques of observing and recording. The data collected comes from primary and secondary data through literature studies. The use of qualitative descriptive methods is intended to analyze active and passive sentences in the education rubric on the kompas.com website. The data analysis technique is the agih technique with formal and informal presentations. The results of this study are the discovery of the use of active and passive sentences in news texts with an education theme on the kompas.com website. The research results are detailed by classifying active and passive sentences and describing their structure and type. The benefits of conducting this research are increasing insight and knowledge regarding active and passive sentences and their types, structures, and characteristics in their use in online news texts.

This study aims to analyze the classification of climate types in Bandung City, West Java based on rainfall data using the Schmidt-Ferguson method. Rainfall is an important factor that will be analyzed for the Schmidt-Ferguson method. The Schmidt-Ferguson method classifies climates into four types, namely dry, semi-dry, semi-humid, and humid. This method will compare the number of dry months and the number of wet months. One of the reasons for choosing this method is its ability to group climates based on monthly rainfall patterns accumulated over a period of 10 years. The rainfall data used was taken from the local meteorological station on the Central Statistics Agency website during the period 2013-2023. The results of the analysis show that Bandung City has climate characteristics that are influenced by geographical and topographic factors, with a climate classification dominated by the wet tropical climate type. This study is expected to provide useful information for environmental planning and water resource management in the area.

The development of the era in the 21st century has entered an era where competition between educational institutions is increasingly competitive and requires educational institutions to adapt to developments in society. However, the public's interest in sending their children to school at MA Al Amiriyyah has not decreased. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred, researchers are interested in researching the implementation of marketing strategies for private educational institutions at MA Al Amiriyyah. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of marketing strategies for private educational institutions in the 4.0 era. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Data analysis methods use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that of several marketing strategies for school institutions in the industrial era 4.0, they are more dominant in promoting through the internet and social media (websites, Instagram) and this is also shown in the results of parent interviews that school information is obtained through websites and social media.

In this era of digitalization, there are many changes in lifestyle, shopping, traveling, communicating and interacting, all online. Ironically, even crime has metamorphosed to adapt to the era of digitalization. Various forms of cybercrime such as phishing, spam, spying and gambling. Gambling fans are now starting to shift from traditional gambling to the trend of online gambling. In fact, interest is increasing day by day. This is because it is easy to carry out online gambling activities without fear of being raided by law enforcement officers. It is difficult to eradicate online gambling operators because they are operated with servers located abroad. The social impact that emerged was felt by the community. This study focuses on the marketing strategy of the Murabahah bil Wakalah financing product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Denpasar, Badung Regency, Bali. Murabahah is a sales contract that states the acquisition price and the agreed profit margin, while wakalah is the delegation of purchasing goods on behalf of the first party. The study aims to examine the marketing strategy and customer interest in this financing product. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and triangulation, and data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the marketing strategy includes several elements: product (iB Hijrah Multiguna Consumer Financing and iB Muamalat KPR), price (transparent and mutually agreed upon), place (strategic office location), promotion (social media, website, email marketing), people (professional staff), process (focused on customer satisfaction), and physical evidence (supportive physical elements). Customer interest is influenced by internal factors, trust, and a sense of security. The study's implications can serve as a reference for Bank Muamalat to increase the attractiveness of financing products to customers.

Proses manual yang dilakukan saat ini tidak efektif. Website “employment letter” ini akan mengotomatisasi proses pembuatan surat, sehingga meningkatkan kecepatan, ketepatan, dan kemudahan akses bagi karyawan.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs face obstacles in accessing digital technology to improve competitiveness and innovation. With the development of the Smart City concept, which integrates technology to improve quality of life and access to public services, MSMEs in areas that adopt it have the opportunity to utilise digital technology. Madiun City, as part of the Smart City initiative, has great potential in developing an inclusive digital ecosystem for MSMEs. This research aims to formulate an effective website development model for MSMEs in Madiun City, to support product innovation and marketing and improve competitiveness in the digital market. The analysis shows that website development can improve MSME competitiveness and innovation, with benefits such as wider market access and integration with digital marketing technology. However, the main challenges faced are limited digital knowledge, development costs, and security threats. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is needed to provide training and resources for sustainable website management.

Technology is essential to the efficient teaching and learning process. But technological advancement does not ensure that everyone can take full use of it. Acquiring technical literacy or knowing how to utilize it involves more than just learning how to read; it also involves being able to use, access, and integrate technology into the teaching and learning process. Although a lot of people use the internet, not everyone is able to fully utilize its benefits, particularly in the field of education. Learning can be done more quickly and in a number of ways, particularly while learning English. In our nation, English is a foreign language, and students will have a lot of trouble using it. Therefore, in order to help students understand and avoid becoming disinterested in the process of learning English, teachers need to possess additional skills. As a result, providing the internet and educational websites as resources for learning English will benefit both educators and learners. While the use of the internet for educational purposes is not new in our nation, not all institutions are able to put it into practice because of a lack of necessary resources, including computer equipment and internet access.

In facing this situation, the important role of MSMEs in supporting Indonesia's economic growth remains relevant. Even though they have great potential to contribute to the country's economy, there are still many MSMEs that have not registered as tax collectors, so tax revenues in Indonesia have not reached their maximum potential. Apart from that, the phenomenon of tax non-compliance from MSMEs may increase with the existence of regulations governing increases in VAT rates. This research aims to examine the extent to which MSMEs will comply with tax obligations after the VAT rate increase, using qualitative methods with a content analysis approach. The data used in this research includes information about MSMEs obtained from the website of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as data regarding the level of tax compliance of MSMEs obtained from the website of the Directorate General of Taxes.

Lutung Kasarung is a folk tale from West Java that can be famous among the public. This story tells about a handsome prince named Sanghyang Guruminda who was punished by being thrown to earth for making a mistake in the form of a lutung. Sanghyang Guruminda got lost in a forest so he was named Lutung Kasarung. In Sundanese Lutung Kasarung means lost Lutung. The popularity of Lutung Kasarung makes the other two characters, namely Purbasari and Purbararang, look like side characters, in fact, these siblings characters play an important role in the development of the storyline. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements contained in the Lutung Kasarung folklore. The formulation of this story problem includes: How is the journey of lutung kasarung to return to its original form? How is the plot of the lutung kasarung folk story? What mandate can be taken from the folk tale of lutung kasarung?. The research methods used are qualitative methods and Library Studies. Data sources are collected through literature studies that use various literature sources, including articles, journals, and websites that discuss Lutung Kasarung folklore. The analysis used is literary theory according to Meyer Howard Abrams, which is objective theory. An objective approach looks at the work of an autonomous object. It means, literary works can stand alone without involving things that are outside the work such as politics, economy, and others. Therefore, the focus of the objective approach is the work itself. The research results in this story show loyalty and sacrifice in the character of Lutung Kasarung, the characters in this story describe honor and strong inner strength with the outside world. The recommendation from this research is the need for further study development because it is still less related to the symbolism in this folklore, as well as efforts to preserve in folklore as part of cultural identity that can educate the younger generation to still preserve the noble values of our ancestors.

This study examines the fundraising strategies implemented by LAZISNU East Java to increase the collection of Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) funds. Using a qualitative approach, this research identifies both online and offline fundraising methods. Online strategies include utilizing websites, social media, and crowdfunding platforms to expand donor reach. Meanwhile, offline strategies involve fundraising through donation boxes, religious events, and collaborations with various organizations. The findings indicate that combining digital and conventional strategies can enhance donor participation, strengthen transparency, and build public trust in ZIS fund management. Factors such as institutional legality, well-structured programs, and social media utilization also contribute to the effectiveness of fundraising efforts. Thus, adaptive and innovative fundraising strategies play a crucial role in optimizing ZIS fund collection and ensuring the sustainability of philanthropic-based social programs

When the athlete runs toward the sensor—which is identified by a buzzer that sounds and an LED that illuminates—the gadget functions as follows: the athlete waves his hand at the sensor. The distance between the instruments is positioned according to the athlete's needs and skill level. The website that has been developed will show the ultrasonic sensor's detecting findings. The website's architecture allows for multiple tool function configurations, including training mode, tool delay, tool duration, tool detection distance, and indicators of the number of connected sensors. When the tool's durability was tested against distance, it was found to be able to establish a connection between the client and server up to 20 meters away with an average connected time of 27.39. The tool's delay test yields an average of 14.57 seconds. an average of 0.078 when the tool's point inaccuracy is tested.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of macro fundamentals, micro fundamentals, financial performance, and company ownership on the value of companies with state ownership structures listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20219 to 2023. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data for independent and dependent variables. Data is obtained from financial reports, annual reports, and various online platforms including the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This research targets all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023, with six companies selected using the random sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing show that one independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable, while the other eight variables do not have a significant influence on firm value.

This research aims to evaluate user interface/user experience issues and measure the usability level of batiksiputri.com. Batik Warna Alam siPutri is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that has a website-based e-commerce, namely batiksiputri.com. This research was made using a qualitative descriptive method based on Jacob Nielsen's usability theory in determining what criteria have been applied and which have not been applied from the usability level at batiksiputri.com. The usability criteria used are Jacob Nielsen's usability criteria, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The application of Jacob Nielsen usability in the evaluation of user interface design/user experience on batiksiputri.com resulted in the conclusion that the usability criteria applied in batiksiputri.com have implemented the criteria of learnability, efficiency and satisfaction well but have a few shortcomings in the criteria of memorability and error. This batiksiputri.com, requires further development in order to meet all user needs.
