The WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy focuses on overcoming weaknesses such as limited supporting facilities and lack of promotion by taking advantage of external opportunities such as high interest in religious tourism and promotion through print and digital media. This involves increasing promotion and marketing and developing attractive religious tourism programs. The WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy focuses on overcoming internal weaknesses, such as limited supporting facilities and competition from other tourist destinations, by facing external threats, such as cultural values and economic uncertainty changes. This involves investment in developing tourism infrastructure and improving the quality of services at Nyai Brintik Tomb. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that the potential for religious tourism at the Nyai Brintik Tomb can be optimized effectively, increasing the number of tourist visits, increasing tourism income, and strengthening local cultural identity. Apart from that, the development of religious tourism at the Nyai Brintik Tomb can also contribute to the sustainable development of the Mount Brintik area as a whole by paying attention to aspects of environmental preservation, local economic development and community empowerment. Thus, the Nyai Brintik Tomb has the potential to become one of the leading religious tourism destinations in the city of Semarang, attracting visitors from various groups and providing a memorable and meaningful tourist experience.

This research examines the opportunities and challenges in the development of Buddhist traditions in Indonesia, with a specific focus on the role of Tri Dharma (三教 Sam Kauw) as a tradition-strengthening element in fortifying Buddhism in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan. The research is grounded in the dynamic development of Buddhism in Indonesia, which has been influenced by modernity and diverse interpretations of teachings. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document analysis with religious leaders and Buddhist adherents in Singkawang City, particularly at the historic Vihara Tri Dharma Bumi Raya (established 1873-1878), the findings reveal that the Tri Dharma tradition—integrating Buddhism (佛教), Confucianism (儒教), and Taoism (道教)—holds significant potential in strengthening religious identity and practices through values of wisdom, virtue, and harmony integrated into daily life. The research identifies key opportunities including strong cultural identity, vibrant ritual traditions (Cap Go Meh festival, Tatung rituals), community support structures, and religious tourism potential. However, challenges include limited deep understanding of Tri Dharma teachings among younger generations, influences of popular culture that erode traditional values, pressures of globalization, and modernization impacts. The research implications emphasize the necessity of systematic efforts in socializing and internalizing Tri Dharma teachings through formal and non-formal education, digital media engagement, youth involvement in Vihara activities, tradition documentation and preservation, and inter-Vihara collaboration to ensure Buddhist traditions continue to develop and strengthen their existence in Indonesia's pluralistic society.

The community service program in Kartikajaya Village aims to utilize local economic potential by making mangrove planting a tourist attraction. The village has suitable geographical conditions for ecotourism development, but the lack of community awareness and understanding of the benefits of mangroves is a major challenge. The program involves the local community in mangrove planting and maintenance activities, as well as providing education on the importance of mangroves in maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems and increasing the village's tourism attractiveness. The results of this program showed an increase in community awareness of the importance of environmental conservation, as well as an increase in the number of tourist visits to the village. Thus, mangrove planting not only serves as an environmental conservation effort, but can also make a positive contribution to the economy of the surrounding community through the development of river cruising ecotourism.

The city of Surabaya, as one of the cities in East Java Province, is active in the tourism sector. However, for many of them there are still income disparities in this metropolitan city. In tourism, there are several indicators that need to be paid attention to, namely the number of tourist visits, the number of hotels and the GRDP of the tourism sector. These three are appropriate benchmarks in approaching the growth of the tourism industry. Not only that, the human development index is also an important point for measuring the level of human welfare so that large disparities do not occur. This research aims to determine the influence of the growth of the tourism industry and the human development index on income inequality in the city of Surabaya. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using secondary data obtained from the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya and the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Surabaya. Development is one way to create people's welfare. Therefore, the results of development must be able to be enjoyed by all people as a form of increasing physical and spiritual welfare in a fair and equitable manner. To stimulate economic growth and focus investment policies, the government is aggressively creating Special Economic Zones (KEK) in various regions. It is hoped that people can feel the maximum benefits. Batam City has a strategic location, one of which is Rempang Island which has a lot of potential that can be developed, both in the tourism, economic and social sectors. However, there are misunderstandings between local communities and the government, giving rise to quite serious conflicts due to territorial struggles. So there is a need for efforts to protect the rights of people affected by the clearing of land for investment purposes on Rempang Island, Batam, which can be done with preventive efforts, repressive efforts or prosecution efforts. So this research uses normative juridical research methods, namely focusing on the analysis of doctrine, norms and the application of certain legal principles in dealing with certain legal subjects. With a statutory regulation approach and conceptualization method, it uses technical analysis of legal materials to solve frozen problems.
