Realizing rural economic independence is one of the national development goals and requires village potential, community social potential, and natural resource potential which are actors as well as objects in development. In addition, in realizing independence, it is necessary to optimize village business units. The Village Business Unit is an institution established by the village community that does not focus on profit or profit but must also be managed with social souls, or social entrepreneurship. However, the current reality shows that many villages do not know how to set up and optimize their own business units. As an effort to drive the local and regional economy, a strategy is needed to utilize and optimize the potential of local resources, be it natural resources, human resources or other economic resources. And the service method used is socialization and discussion. Based on the results of the tests before and after the implementation of the activities, it can be seen that there was an increase in understanding before and after the socialization, which means that the community has begun to understand what are the ways to strengthen the economic independence of their village business units.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. However, there is a relief that there is support from the provincial and central governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and there are still many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised to create new tourism objects.

These include sub-fields such as geotechnical, structures, transportation, hydraulics and environmental management. Civil engineers also study ways to manage natural and environmental resources used in construction projects Civil engineering can be used in eco-green environmental analysis. One example is in the planning and construction of green buildings, which are buildings that are designed and constructed in an environmentally friendly way. Civil engineering can be used to analyze and evaluate various aspects of the environment, such as energy efficiency, natural resource use, water management, and greenhouse gas emissions Civil engineering can also be used in the planning and construction of environmentally friendly roads, such as eco-friendly country roads, walking, and bicycle roads.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.

Sebatik Island is one of the 92 outermost small islands located in North Kalimantan province and directly adjacent to neighboring Malaysia, Malaysia. In 2011, the Sebatik Region was split again into five Districts, namely Sebatik District, West Sebatik District, East Sebatik District, North Sebatik District, and Central Sebatik District. The strategic location which is on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia as well as the potential for abundant natural resources makes Sebatik Island a cross-country strategic area. However, behind the various potentials it has, Sebatik Island has various problems, especially in the management of development and increasing the social resilience of the region. Social resilience on Sebatik Island can be realized through a power that synergizes with one another both in political, social, economic and natural resource aspects. Social resilience in the community is also highly dependent on a number of assets or potential. From these problems and problems, the researcher made a formulation of the problem, namely what is the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. With the aim of this writing is to analyze and find out about the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. The type of research conducted in this writing is descriptive research, meaning that the author tries to describe the problems that occur in the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia related to the point of change of the boundary point between Indonesia and Malaysia on Sebatik Island. In this matter, even though the governments of the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, have made various efforts both technically in the field and in border areas, especially at the boundary point on Sebatik Island, North Kalimantan, in the process of these efforts, the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, must involve academics. to support the quality of preparation and implementation strategies that will later be carried out by the relevant government. So that there is good and structured coordination between Ministries and Institutions, both central Institutions and Regional Institutions.

Agriculture is an activity of managing biological natural resources with the help of technology, capital, labor and management to produce agricultural commodities which include food crops, horticulture, plantations and or livestock in an agro-ecosystem. Most of the Indonesian people's livelihoods are as farmers, so the agricultural sector is very important to develop in this country. Poktan Beno Raharjo in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency has a problem, namely the absence of an information system that is useful for managing agricultural production data, managing farmer data, managing village granary data, recording planting of food crops and horticultural crops, managing subsidized fertilizer assistance. The mobile-based Poktan information system was created using the dart programming language with the flutter framework using the waterfall method and testing using the black box testing method.
