Low back pain (LBP) is a common health issue that affects both adolescents and the elderly, impacting their daily activities and overall quality of life. This study aims to identify the causes, risk factors, and preventive measures associated with LBP in these two age groups. Various factors, including posture, physical activity, body weight, and occupational or academic demands, contribute to the prevalence of LBP. In adolescents, prolonged sitting, improper posture, and excessive screen time are significant contributors, while in the elderly, age-related degenerative changes, decreased muscle strength, and chronic conditions such as osteoporosis play a major role. This study utilizes a literature review and observational analysis to explore the similarities and differences in LBP risk factors across different age groups. The findings suggest that early prevention through proper ergonomics, regular exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices can help reduce the incidence of LBP. Additionally, awareness and education about spinal health should be emphasized in both adolescents and the elderly to mitigate future complications. This research highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, including physiotherapy, medical interventions, and lifestyle modifications, in managing and preventing LBP effectively.

A number of congregations at GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk show a tendency to not be active in worshiping regularly. This phenomenon needs serious attention so that the congregation can once again appreciate and feel the importance of worship in their lives. One of the main causes of inactivity in worship is the busyness of daily life which increasingly dominates the congregation's attention. This busyness is often a reason that is considered valid for not attending church services. Meanwhile, the method used is qualitative based on direct observation of the phenomena that occur at GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk. Apart from that, guidance was provided on the word of God to the GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk congregation, explaining "what is the importance of worship?", "which basis of God's word discusses worship?", "what is the correct way to worship?".  The findings from this research have resulted in positive changes in the life of the GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk congregation, such as increasing activeness in worship and changing lifestyles that are more focused on God. This shows that correct worship not only has a spiritual impact, but also socially, strengthening the commitment to live according to God's will.

A healthy lifestyle is an important issue that needs to be instilled early in life, especially during adolescence. Adolescents living in hinterland areas often face greater challenges in accessing adequate health information and facilities. Therefore, efforts to promote healthy lifestyles among adolescents, especially in hinterland areas, are very important to prevent health problems and improve quality of life. One potentially effective approach to improve the motivation and healthy lifestyle behavior of adolescents in hinterland areas is the Peer Empowerment program. This program utilizes the strong influence of peers in motivating and encouraging positive behavior change among adolescents. This research will use the research and development (R&D) method with an experimental approach. The results of this study are useful for providing recommendations for effective health promotion methods for healthy lifestyle changes in adolescents.
