The aim of the service is to provide solutions to problems found in the assisted locations, especially in nahwu learning activities at Madrasah Diniyah At-Taqwim. Assistance provided by seventh semester students at STAI Denpasar Bali to students in learning Arabic by studying Nahwu. The students learn Arabic to read the yellow book. In studying Arabic, students must be able to understand the meaning. Students at the Madrasah Diniyah At-Taqwim Islamic Boarding School are still weak in mastering Arabic, while these students are not interested in learning Arabic, because they have difficulty understanding. Students learn to read the yellow book traditionally by memorizing, while not all students are able to memorize. The service method in the role of nahwu learning assistance is the participatory action research method, starting with observation, planning, implementation and evaluation. Mentoring is carried out by empowering teachers according to their competencies and motivating and monitoring activities so that teachers and students can carry out the Nahwu learning process. The teacher is able to instruct and demonstrate in learning Nahwu using cooperative learning methods, so that he is able to show that students are interested in learning Nahwu in Arabic.

Work ethic is a philosophy of life based on a view of human life that becomes a habit and is reflected in behavior and actions. Islamic work ethic should be owned and applied by a Muslim. In the Islamic work ethic emphasizes more on cooperation at work. Implementing an Islamic work ethic is very important in an agency in order to produce superior quality human resources and will later affect optimal performance at work. What happens now is that employees and teachers at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School have not fully implemented the Islamic work ethic properly. There are still employees who are less responsible and less disciplined in carrying out their work. So that the application of Islamic work ethic owned by these employees has not been able to improve employee performance because the resulting performance is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic work ethic applied by employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School and whether the Islamic work ethic applied can improve employee performance. In this study using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. he results of this study indicate that the Islamic work ethic applied by employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has not been fully implemented so that the resulting performance is less than optimal and certainly not effective and efficient in improving employee performance. In the future, it is hoped that the Islamic work ethic can be fully implemented by all employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in order to produce optimal performance and improve employee performance.

This research aims to investigate the impact of Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning strategies on the character formation of Islamic students in boarding schools. Boarding schools play a significant role in character education and the promotion of Islamic values among their students. The Ta'lim Muta'allim book, as a classical text commonly used in boarding schools, is considered to have significant potential in shaping the character of students. The research employed a qualitative case study approach at Al-Ihsan Boarding School, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants included students and instructors at the boarding school. The findings of the research indicate that the utilization of learning strategies centered around the Ta'lim Muta'allim book significantly contributes to character formation among the students. Students engaged in deep and reflective learning about the contents of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book displayed a substantial improvement in their understanding of Islamic values, ethics, and morality. Furthermore, these learning strategies also played a role in fostering discipline, patience, and perseverance among the students. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of incorporating the Ta'lim Muta'allim book into the boarding school curriculum and employing appropriate learning strategies to achieve character development objectives. These findings can serve as a guide for other boarding schools in their efforts to enhance character education effectiveness in the face of evolving contemporary challenges.

As a religious institution, Islamic boarding schools have enormous potential in advancing prosperity and economic development. They also have a significant impact on the daily lives of the students who attend. Therefore, the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school which is located at Tempuran 12a Central Lampung created an integrated agricultural business unit to advance its welfare and economic development. The purpose of this research is to describe and evaluate the following things: the steps in establishing an integrated agricultural business unit (IFB) in Islamic boarding schools, the business unit carried out is catfish cultivation, where waste from food or leftovers from students is made into catfish feed and catfish wastewater are used as organic plant fertilizer; the results of this process for the economy of these schools; and factors that facilitate or hinder the growth of the Islamic boarding school economic trend. Researchers use a qualitative approach to answer the problem formulation. Research findings show that the Islamic boarding school's efforts to develop its economy through integrated agricultural business units have succeeded in increasing the boarding school's income and creating jobs for the community around the boarding school and especially alumni of the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school and how many jobs are available in accordance with the amount of effort made, source available resources, and the extent to which the community is involved in the program. Apart from creating jobs, it can also increase the knowledge, skills and experience of both local communities and students in the agricultural sector. Especially in the field of fisheries cultivation.    

Community Service Activities (PkM) is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by the academic community, especially teaching staff. This community service aims to provide understanding to the community, especially the Islamic boarding school environment, regarding how to develop a cooperative as a basis for increasing the use of cooperatives as business entities as well as as a people's economic movement that is tough, strong, independent and superior as an economic actor that mobilizes the economic capabilities of the people in the area. national economy.

This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the supervisor, chairman Madrasah, teachers and students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City and As'ad, Jambi City. Data collection The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Processing technique and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal.Conclusion The research results show that the implementation of academic supervision supervisor of the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City From a planning aspect, a monitoring program has been included because The supervisor has carried out planning before carrying out supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel who will be supervised so that they prepare themselves. This research aims to describe the implementation of the management strategy of the training at Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The selection of informants in this study was done using purposive sampling techniques (sampel bertujuan). Data collection techniques are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The phase of data analysis involves data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that Pesantren Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung implemented strategy management through four stages, namely: First, environmental analysis is carried out in two ways: external and internal. External factors are the demand for human resources with increased capabilities in the field of technology, while internal factors are strong leadership commitment. Second, the formulation of the strategy is made by the trainer, Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung, by formulating the vision, mission, and objectives as well as the strategy of curriculum development. Third, the implementation of the strategy is done to implement the plan that has been made in strategy formulation. At this stage of implementation, there is a learning process that is integrated with technology, i.e., a YouTube-based online review that is carried out every morning; and fourth, an evaluation of the training strategy of Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung is performed to see if the implementation is in line with the planned strategy formulation. Evaluation is carried out in a number of ways, including in the form of a sudden inspection and other evaluations using a group evaluation system.

The aim of this research is to find out how many santri students have online loans, the purpose of santri students making online loans and find out how santri students pay off these online loans. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school students who have online loans. Furthermore, the descriptive qualitative method aims to answer the problem formulation in this research. The results of this research are (i) the majority of santri students have online loan facilities, (ii) all santri students use online loans for consumptive purposes, (iii) the source of installment payments for online loan payments comes from the santri students' pocket money. The implication of this research is to provide information and references to stakeholders regarding the reach of online loans which have spread among Islamic boarding schools. The novelty of this research is related to the research object, namely online loans among Islamic boarding schools.

This service was carried out to remind the role of Islamic Boarding Schools as the last bastion in preventing drug trafficking in the community, where the phenomenon of drug trafficking has become a serious problem in various layers of society, so that Islamic Boarding Schools, as Islamic educational institutions that have the potential to contribute to prevention efforts. The methodology of this service was carried out by means of lectures conveying material on the understanding and dangers of drugs / drugs and how to prevent their circulation. In addition, discussions were also held by means of questions and answers and the delivery of the importance of the role of santri and satriwati to understand how Islamic Boarding Schools can implement anti-drug programs, as well as the impact on the behavior of students. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper insight into the effectiveness of the role of Islamic boarding schools in combating drug trafficking in the community. In a broader context, this dedication has important implications in the development of drug prevention strategies in Indonesia. The results of this research can also be the basis for policy improvement and cooperation between religious educational institutions and the government in addressing the drug problem. Thus, this research is expected to make a positive contribution in the effort to protect the community from the threat of drug trafficking

Scabies is a skin infection caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. Scabies is easily transmitted in densely populated areas such as Islamic boarding school dormitories. The aim of this community service activity is to provide health education about scabies to female students at the Al-Masyrifah Palimanan Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon. The method used is focus group discussion. A total of 40 female students were divided into 4 discussion groups. The results show an increase in students' knowledge and awareness about the symptoms, causes, modes of transmission, and efforts to prevent scabies. Interactive discussions also trigger critical questions and exchange of information between students. At the end of the session, an example of WHO's 6 steps of hand washing practice was given. It was concluded that health education through group discussions was effective in increasing female students' knowledge and awareness about scabies prevention in the Islamic boarding school environment.

In addition to being a means of enhancing and developing self-quality, community development aims to increase the independence of both individuals and groups. It is strongly anticipated that community organizations will exist and oversee the accomplishment of institutional goals; nevertheless, their human resources must possess the flexibility to quickly seize any presented chances. In order to achieve strategic and sustainable goals where the principle of benefit will return to the community/ummah, waqf serves as a middleman for those who have more money to donate to community projects. This is in addition to the fact that waqf charity is itself a religious command.So the purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on how to manage waqf money and waqf assets properly and productively according to the muwakif's objectives. This waqf collection and management assistance is carried out using the counselling method through several stages, including, 1) Activity programme planning; 2) Implementation of the activity plan 3) Implementation of activity evaluation and reporting. The goal of this help is to manage waqf funds efficiently and effectively while also accelerating the rise of waqf earnings. This article reveals the internalization of NU values ​​at Andalusia Wonosobo Vocational School, using descriptive qualitative research and interactive analysis. The results of the research show that the internalization of NU values ​​at Andalusia Wonosobo Vocational School was carried out by establishing partners with Andalusian Islamic boarding schools, using the concepts of moderation (tawasuth), balance (tawazun), tolerance (tasamuh) and perpendicularity (i'tidal), which is done through three paths: understanding (knowledge), habituation, and example. This internalization is clearly visible through four indicators: national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodating local culture. Research implications: the importance of partner involvement for the successful internalization of educational values. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the development of Islamic educational institutions.   

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of Benson therapy with aromatherapy diffusers on stress levels in facing exams among students at the Al-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a type of quantitative research using a quiz experimental approach, namely the research method used to find out. Population is the total of each element to be studied which has the same characteristics or characteristics, which can be an individual or group, an event or event to be studied. The results of research that researchers have conducted regarding the effect of Benson therapy with diffuser aromatherapy on stress levels in facing exams in students at the Al-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School in 2022. There is a significant difference in the effect of Benson therapy with diffuser aromatherapy on stress levels in facing exams in students at the AL-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. Between the intervention group and the control group, with the results of the Mann Whitney Test statistical data, the mean ranks value for the intervention group was 11.05 and the control group was 10.05 with a p-value of 0.005 because the value of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05 (0, 00 < 0.05) then it is concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This research is an effort to examine the strengthening of students' understanding of Islamic boarding schools as a subject at the Wonosobo Al-Qur'an Science University. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach where data was analyzed using interviews. Research findings show that careful observation of students' understanding of Islamic boarding school studies courses increasingly shows how these courses have contributed to increasing understanding among students who have taken these courses. The right support and reference system helps students have a comprehensive understanding of Islamic boarding schools. Research implications: This understanding is in accordance with the current condition of Islamic boarding schools which are making changes according to the times, without abandoning their roots. This study recommends making Islamic boarding school studies a course in universities so that wrong understanding can be avoided.  

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of KH.Abdul Chalim Islamic Boarding School students' interest in investing in the Sharia Capital Market through the Digital Investment Platform. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. This research uses primary data obtained from observations and interviews and tertiary data obtained from the student affairs bureau. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation.The results of this research are: Factors that influence student interest at the KH Islamic Boarding School. Abdul Chalim's desire to invest in the Sharia Capital Market through the Digital Investment Platform comes from internal factors including interest, desire and belief. Interest that comes from within the individual, such as applying theories learned in college, being inspired by Korean drama films and role models. Desire to hope for something that interests you, such as wanting to gain profits from investment results. Belief is an individual's belief in something that has qualities and benefits.    

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method.The research results show that: 1) Planning by: a) integrating curriculum objectives, namely using the same vision and mission, b) integrating the organization of curriculum content by pairing Islamic boarding school material and school material in general knowledge, this curriculum organization is included in the form of integration in the form of extracurricular activities;. 2) Implementation by: by: a) integrating curriculum implementation programs, namely academic calendars and joint school and Islamic boarding school academic activity plans, academic activities such as daily schedules for students, matsada, wama, high school and family convergence, student achievements, graduation certificates, b) integrating supervision of curriculum implementation with cooperation between Islamic boarding schools and schools; 3) Evaluation by: a) evaluating the context of the joint curriculum, which includes: socio-cultural development, development of science and technology, b) evaluating joint input, which includes: competency of teaching staff, readiness of students and availability of learning media/facilities, c ) conducting joint process evaluations, including: weekly evaluations and incidental evaluations, and d) conducting joint product evaluations, which include: mid-year evaluations and end-of-year evaluations.   Keywords: Management of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Integration, Extracurricular Activities

Empowerment has an important role in educational institutions which makes a real contribution to improving human resources. This includes empowering Islamic boarding school graduates in improving the quality of human resources. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber Village, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy includes four strategies, namely: preparation, work meetings, follow-up, and building togetherness. The results of this activity show that the working meeting of the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber, Wonosobo district produced important points that show the alumni's gratitude towards the Islamic boarding school, namely: 1) making a coupon for land purchasers for development foundation, 2) creating an al-Al-asyariyyah coin program in each branch for the benefit of members, 3) planning a joint Umrah within the IKMAAL association, and in 2025 holding a Javanese and Madurese Qur'an hamatul. This contributes to increasing human resources for society within an institutional framework. The conclusion focuses on the importance of ties in realizing a goal and its implications for expanding the alumni network.

Al-Qur’an is a guide to life. Muslims generally practice receiving the Qur’an in various forms, reading, understanding, practicing, even in the form of socio-cultural reception. The study of the Living Qur'an in the Banjar community is also an effort by researchers to carry out a transformative ideology about the Al-Qur’an. The progress of Islamic civilization is greatly influenced by how people treat the Al-Qur’an in everyday life. In this research, it was found that the majority of Banjar people who live in the Kahlidiyah Rasyidiyah Islamic Boarding School believe that the Al-Qur'an contains various special prayers with certain virtues. People's reception of rajah also varies, including; Rajah is something that contains blessings and has certain powers because it is inscribed with verses from the Qur'an, so it can be concluded that the use of verses from the Qur'an in rajah is one of the many ways of glorifying the Qur'an.

Every Muslim is required to be able to read, write, and memorize the Quran and understand its contents and apply it in everyday life. Teachers as people who are handed over the responsibility by parents in educating and guiding their children to the Qur'an are also required to be able to understand the character of students and the rules of learning Qur'an literacy and even be able to create a harmonious and humanist relationship in learning so that there is involvement of students in every learning activity so that creativity from fun and meaningful learning is realized.
