Pendahuluan. Personal Hygiene merupakan perawatan diri yang berpengaruh pada kesehatan manusia sebagai aktivitas di kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu yang termasuk ke dalam personal hygiene adalah perawatan kuku, kuku     termasuk bagian tubuh yang bisa menjadi tempat penyebaran bakteri dari luar ke dalam tubuh. Tujuan: menganalisis kesehatan kuku pada remaja. Metode: metode kuantitatif.dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah sampel dalam.penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang yang  terdiri dari kelompok remaja akhir dari usia 17-25 tahun. Hasil: hasil analisis dari 30 responden diperoleh 21 (80,76%) dan 5 (19,23%)  untuk perawatan kuku dan 4 responden dengan hasil 2 (50%) kesehatan kuku baik 2 (50%) kesehatan kuku buruk dengan hasil p-Value = 0,176. Kesimpulan: hasil uji statistic Chi-square didapatkan hasil p-Value = 0,176 atau (p > 0,05) yang artinya H1 ditolak H0 di terima dimana tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kesehatan kuku dengan perawatan kuku pada remaja.

The statistical analysis which was used is the T-test to show the relationship of Instagram in increasing the knowledge.The result shows that there is a role for education through online media in increasing the knowledge of cavities.    

Motivasi sangat di perlukan sebagai kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebab karyawan adalah faktor penggerak utama keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dimana peran sdm sendiri memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap maju dan berkembangnya perusahaan tersebut. Adanya motivasi yang di berikan manajer kepada karyawan membuat karyawan tersebut merasa termotivasi dalam menjalankan setiap pekerjaan yang ia terima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana peran motivasi mempengaruhi minat karyawan dalam bekerja di Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Kelas I Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal jurnal serta buku buku yang bersangkutan dengan judul yang di ambil.

  The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PPKn as a means of legal education in raising awareness of students complying with the school rules of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data source uses both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In order for the data to be valid, a triangluation of sources and techniques is carried out. Analyzed using interactive qualitative techniques. Lip balm merupakan sediaan yang diaplikasikan pada bibir yang berfungsi sebagai pelembab dan pencerah bibir. Tanaman Mentimun dan jeruk nipis dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mencerahkan kulit, khususnya kulit yang kering dan juga kulit yang menghitam akibat penggunaan kosmetik yang salah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kombinasi perasan buah mentimun dan jeruk nipis sebagai pencerah bibir dan mengetahui formulasi dari kombinasi perasan buah mentimun dan jeruk nipis yang memiliki sifat yang baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen meliputi formulasi sediaan lip balm dengan konsentrasi perasaan buah mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) dan buah jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) konsentrasi 5%, 6% dan 7%. Dengan bahan dasar oleum cacao dan cera flava. Pemeriksaan mutu fisik sediaan meliputi pemeriksaan organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, stabilitas, suhu lebur, dan iritasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perasan buah mentimun dan buah jeruk nipis dapat diformulasikan kedalam bentuk sediaan lip balm dengan konsentrasi 5% (F1), 6% (F2), 7% (F3) dan telah memenuhi persyaratan uji homogenitas, titik lebur sediaan dan tidak mengiritasi kulit. Karakteristik buah mentimun dan buah jeruk nipis yang dapat membentuk sediaan lip balm yang baik yaitu sediaan ketiga karena dilihat dari hasilnya warna pada bibir lebih banyak menunjukan kecerahan dan juga kelembaban.

Al-Quran education must be given to children from an early age. The application of Al-Quran learning to early childhood in As-Salam Kindergarten aims to educate young children who are Qur'anic and become human resources based on the Al-Quran. Children can know short hadiths and short suras and their meanings about everyday life. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Al-Quran learning affects the development of religious and moral values ​​(NAM) in early childhood. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection carried out directly at the research location. The informants in this study were group A1 (age 4-5 years) totaling 22 people. How to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that in the implementation of Al-Quran learning in the development of NAM in early childhood it shows that children can show good morals, behave politely, care, and be able to maintain personal hygiene. Children can also practice short hadiths in daily life following the sunnah of the Prophet, children also understand the meaning or stories of the surahs of the Al-Quran that are read, along with what important days are commemorated and made special days in Islam.

This study explores how the Qadiriyya–Naqshbandiyya Suryalaya Sufi Order (TQN Suryalaya) integrates spiritual practice and metabolic health to strengthen community resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. While global health responses have largely focused on biomedical interventions, this research emphasizes the complementary role of faith-based practices in promoting holistic well-being. Using a qualitative methodology—including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis of the 2020 Maklumat and Abah Aos’s letter to the President—the study identifies two interrelated pathways that underpin the Sufi lifestyle. The psychospiritual pathway encompasses the reduction of death anxiety through tawakkul (trust in God) and riḍā (contentment), emotional stability via dhikr (remembrance of God) and muraqabah (mindful awareness), and theological framing that interprets fear of Allah as the ultimate form of protection. These practices helped practitioners reframe pandemic-related uncertainties, mitigate stress, and foster emotional resilience. The metabolic pathway involves dietary simplicity, moderated caloric intake, physical worship routines, stress management, and structured sleep hygiene. Together, these elements supported immune competence and physical health, aligning with contemporary models of psychoneuroimmunology and holistic health promotion. Findings reveal that the TQN lifestyle does not only enhance individual mental well-being but also fosters social solidarity through communal worship, mutual aid, and spiritual counseling, thereby functioning as a culturally embedded form of faith-based social welfare. The study highlights the policy potential of incorporating Sufi practices into community health strategies and enriches interdisciplinary literature on religion, resilience, and social welfare. This dual-pathway model demonstrates that Sufi traditions can play a critical role in mitigating both the psychological and physiological impacts of global crises.

The study aims to analyze the content of the Gorontalo Dikili manuscript and its relevance to messages and values ​​of kindness. This research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.  Primary data were collected and identified through documents in the form of manuscripts and written with APG script, totalling 10 main themes and containing 297 couplets. Secondary data in the form of video recordings The data is processed following the stages of philological analysis by reading the manuscript, identification, editing, and interpretation. The interpretation technique is done by directed content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the manuscript in Gorontalo contains messages and values of kindness that can be used as lessons and examples in following the sunnah of the Prophet. The values ​​of goodness include:  The value of spiritual education is related to patience and independence as an orphan. Moral values, in the form of fair behaviour in acting and behaving. Cultural values ​​are related to the recommendation of circumcision which is useful for maintaining genital hygiene for men, maintaining the respectfulness of women to avoid disgraceful attitudes and traits, and tolerant behaviour toward adherents of other religions. Social value is found in the sincere attitude of giving and willing to share, and always giving benefits to others. This research has implications for information about the contents of the dikili manuscript which has not been revealed, so the celebration of the prophet's birthday by re-reading the prophet's life history text needs to be preserved. 

Abstrak – Wabah Covid 2019 adalah penyakit menular serta dapat menyerang organ pernapasan yang sangat mematikan di Negara Tiongkok. Masyarakat Indonesia yang terjangkit virus Covid 2019 ini perlu dilakukan peramalan untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah Covid 2019 pada bulan berikutnya. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, dan Triple Exponential Smoothing ini kita gunakan pada aplikasi RStudio untuk mengetahui nilai parameter α, β, dan γ kita dapat mengetahui perbandingan dari ketiga metode tersebut. Dari ketiga metode tersebut akan menggunakan parameter nilai α, β, dan γ. Dari ketiga metode tersebut dicari nilai SSE yang terkecil. Dengan mengetahui nilai SSE yang terkecil maka akan di dapatkan hasil peramalan yang lebih akurat. Data yang saya gunakan berjumlah 30 periode. Dengan menggunakan 30 periode kita mendapatkan nilai SSE terkecil 33042318. Dengan nilai tersebut kita mendapatkan nilai coefficient 1179.6161 atau masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah covid 2019 pada hari berikutnya berjumlah 1741 orang. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan untuk setiap masyarakat dapat menjaga kesehatannya dengan cara menjaga kesehatan, kebersihan, serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bergizi sehingga dapat terhindar dari virus covid-19. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing kita dapat meramalkan kasus covid-19 di Indonesia selama beberapa bulan kedepan.   Abstract – The 2019 Covid outbreak is an infectious disease and can attack the respiratory organs which is very deadly in China. For the Indonesian people who have been infected with the 2019 Covid virus, forecasting needs to be done to find out the number of community cases infected with the 2019 Covid outbreak in the following month. By using the Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods, we use the RStudio application to determine the value of the parameters α, β, and γ we can find out the comparison of the three methods. Of the three methods will use the parameter values ​​ α, β, and γ. From the three methods, the smallest SSE value is sought. By knowing the smallest SSE value, more accurate forecasting results will be obtained. The data that I use is 30 periods. By using 30 periods, we get the smallest SSE value of 33042318. With this value we get a coefficient value of 1179.6161 or the people who were infected with the 2019 covid outbreak on the next day amounted to 1741 people. With this research, it is hoped that every community can maintain their health by maintaining health, hygiene, and consuming healthy and nutritious food so that they can avoid the Covid-19 virus. By using the Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing method, we can predict COVID-19 cases in Indonesia over the next few months.

Menstruasi adalah masa perdarahan yang terjadi secara teratur setiap bulan yang disebabkan oleh pelepasan telur yang tidak dibuahi dari ovarium atau indung telur. Remaja putri yang sedang menstruasi harus menjaga kebersihan diri dan hygiene merupakan upaya untuk menjaga kebersihan diri dan kesehatan melalui perawatan diri. Perilaku hygiene saat menstruasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh remaja SMP, jika remaja tidak melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi seperti tidak mengganti celana dalam saat mengganti pembalut, mengganti pembalut saat sudah penuh saja, dan jarang mandi dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada fungsi reproduksi. Hasil wawancara dengan salah pengurus PKK menyatakan bahwa siswa di RW 03 Kelurahan Mangunharjo Kecamatan Tembalang belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang perilaku personal hygiene pada saat menstruasi. Kegiatan   pendidikan   kesehatan   ini   bermanfaat   bagi   pengembangan   pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya remaja putri pada saat mendapatkan menstruasi. Dari hasil kegiatan ini pengetahuan remaja putri meningkat dari 30% menjadi 70% sedangkan keterampilan meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80%. Saran untuk kegiatan ini dapat ditindaklajuti secara simultan dan melibatkan seluruh elemen yang ada di keluarga dan masyarakat.

The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Aims to increase the knowledge of elementary school students in clean and healthy living behavior through the Socialization of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with the Three Thumb system, Provide understanding and awareness to elementary school students about the importance of the school PHBS program Able to reduce morbidity due to lack personal hygiene in the school environment. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, demonstration method and practical method, data collection techniques, namely the initial test and the final test. The result is that there is an increase of 21% of students' knowledge of the importance of PHBS.

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

Penelitian ini dilakukan Di Anggrek Restaurant Grand Arkenso Parkview Hotel Semarang. yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk makanan dan hygiene sanitasi terhadap kepuasan tamu yang mana mengalami kondisi kuranng baik dalam meyakinkan tamu dalam membeli suatu produk. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak pengelola maupun kepuasan tamu. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, uji model, uji hipotesis, dan namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas poduk makanan dan hygiene sanitasi terhadap kepuasan tamu. Maka hasil uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan, dengan nilai korelasi determinasi adjusted R2 square sebesar 0,682. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua kualitas produk makanan dan hygiene sanitasi mempengaruhi secara nyata terhadap kepuasan tamu secara bersama-sama dengan keeratan hubungan sebesar 68,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan tamu perlu adanya peningkatan seluruh kualitas produk dan hygiene sanitasi yang baik.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Healhty Lounge Rumah Sakit Telogorejo Semarang yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi waiter dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Healhty Lounge. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan metode penyajian datanya adalah kuantitatif dengan mengambil tempat penelitian di Rumah Sakit Telogorejo Semarang, adapun teknik pengumpulan data berupa Kuesioner, observasi, studi pustaka. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa untuk menciptakan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dibutuhkan waiter yang berkompeten dan operasional kerja sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen maupun kepuasan tamu. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regrensi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependent, uji model, uji hipotesis, dan namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut makan yang dilakukan pertama adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regrensi menunjuka bahwa peningkatan mutu hygiene dan sanitasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Maka hasil uji analisis regrensi berganda menunjukan nilai F yang signifikan, dengan nilai korelasi determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,279. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi secara nyata terhadap kepuasan tamu secara bersama-sama dengan kecepatan hubungan sebesar 27,9 %. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan tamu perlu adanya peningkatan kompetensi dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik.

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living.

However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks
