Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Jurnal Aksi Sosial 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

Entrepreneurship training is an important strategy in the economic empowerment of village communities, especially for the youth of Karang Taruna and PKK members who have a strategic role in local development. In Kaladawa Village, local potentials such as agricultural products, processed food, and handicrafts actually have a fairly high economic value. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to low knowledge, skills, and access to information and technology that supports entrepreneurship. Lack of understanding of business planning, digital marketing, and financial management is often the main obstacle that hinders village communities from starting and developing businesses independently. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and economic independence of the residents of Kaladawa Village through practice-based entrepreneurship training. The training is comprehensively arranged, combining interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simple business simulations so that participants are able to understand in theory and practice. The training material includes basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identification and analysis of local potential-based business opportunities, preparation of business plans, digital marketing strategies using social media, and financial management of micro businesses. Not only technical skills, this training also equips participants with soft skills such as business communication skills, teamwork, and creative and innovative thinking. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of entrepreneurship and readiness to start a business independently. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a spike in comprehension scores, while the business plan products developed by participants showed creativity and the use of local potential that had not been previously worked on. Some participants have even formed community-based small business groups. This training also succeeded in forming an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial mindset and building a social network that supports business collaboration.

Housewives in Tinalan GK II RW 04 Prenggan Kotagede Yogyakarta are business actors who manage their businesses with inadequate skills, especially in terms of financial management and recording, as well as entrepreneurial innovation. Financial management is an important aspect for the progress of family entrepreneurship. This is because the actors are faced with the problem of human resource capabilities in financial management and recording. Financial management and recording can be done through accounting, although in this case the standards used are basic and simple. On the other hand, entrepreneurial innovation related to packaging design and marketing is another major problem. Based on these problems, this community service aims to improve the insight, knowledge, and skills of housewives in Tinalan KG II RW 04 Prenggan, Kotagede District, Yogyakarta City in financial management and recording in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial innovations that need to be done for their businesses.

Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency has quite large potential for cassava commodities, but its utilization is still limited. To increase the added value and independence of local food, training was conducted on making MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour) flour for the local Women Farmers Group (KWT). The implementation method was in the form of education, demonstration, and direct practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in technical understanding by 80%, as well as the emergence of initiatives for developing household-scale businesses based on mocaf. This activity has proven effective in increasing the capacity, economic role, and entrepreneurial spirit of women in the village.

Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution in its operations based on sharia principles, its existence is very strategic for the development of micro businesses that are not touched by the services of commercial banks both conventional and sharia, because they are less bankable. . BMT Amanah Madinah, which is located in Ngeni Village, Waru Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, has been serving micro entrepreneurs in helping with capital. These services make BMT Amanah Madinah continue to improve for the better. One form of improvement is the holding of training in the preparation of sharia contracts for administrators and employees. The hope is that after the training the management and employees will be able, understand and apply it in daily practice, so that the contracts used are in accordance with sharia. the purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of BMT administrators and employees in the preparation of sharia contracts that are in accordance with customer needs and their application in daily practice. The training program for the preparation of contracts for administrators and employees of Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Amanah Madinah Waru Sidoarjo, was carried out well and smoothly according to plan, and most participants were able to receive the material well. Participants were enthusiastic about the activities as indicated by the liveliness of the participants in the activity process.

The Mekarsari Village KKN student activity program with a qualitative descriptive method was carried out in Mekarsari Village, Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, to be precise at the Meranti Jaya Sports Hall (GOR). Indonesia's population with a Muslim majority makes the need for halal products very large. There needs to be a guarantee of halal products for incoming and outgoing products circulating in Indonesia. The halalness of a product can be determined by carrying out a halal certification by conducting product inspections starting from the selection of raw materials, the production process, to final product results. On this basis, it is necessary to certify halal products for UMKM owners. This of course will improve the UMKM economy of the population. Therefore, suggestions for the future are that residents are expected to participate in halal logo verification activities so that UMKM owners can understand the importance of halal logo certification for their businesses. From the activities carried out in Mekarsari Village, it can be concluded that the importance of halal logo certification for UMKM owners in Mekarsari Village has an effect on the economic progress of the residents of Mekarsari Village.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Keywords: digital promotion, service quality, lifestyle, consumer decision, wedding organizer   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa Omahbiru Wedding Organizer yang berlokasi di Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji tiga variabel independen—promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup—serta satu variabel dependen yaitu keputusan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Secara parsial, variabel gaya hidup dan kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan promosi digital, yang memberikan pengaruh sedang. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesesuaian strategi promosi digital, pelayanan yang unggul, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan di industri wedding organizer. Increasingly fierce business competition requires businesses to be able to meet the needs and desires of customers in order to create long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Komunitas Coffee and Space is one of the coffee shop businesses in Surabaya that targets students by offering a comfortable atmosphere for studying, discussing, and relaxing. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing, Facilities, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction among students in Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected from 96 respondents through non-probability incidental sampling technique. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that partially, Relationship Marketing, Facilities, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. In addition, the three variables simultaneously also have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Komunitas Coffee and Space. These findings indicate that improving the quality of relationships with customers, adequate facilities, and good service quality are very important in creating customer satisfaction. Therefore, the management of Komunitas Coffee and Space is advised to continue to strengthen these three aspects in order to increase customer satisfaction. The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector plays a vital role in sustaining the national economy, particularly in food security and employment absorption. However, this sector remains highly vulnerable to economic disruptions, including large-scale layoffs in the industrial sector. This study aims to examine the socio-economic impacts of layoffs on the sustainability of traditional fish processing businesses. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with a traditional fish processor who has operated since 1990 in Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The findings reveal that layoffs have led to a significant decline in consumer purchasing power, resulting in a drop in daily production volume (from 20 to 5–8 baskets) and increased waste due to unsold inventory. The lack of innovation, absence of adaptive strategies, and minimal external support have further exacerbated the business’s vulnerability. Therefore, policy interventions and capacity-building programs are essential to enhance the resilience of MSMEs amid labor market fluctuations.

This research is motivated by the development of digital technology which currently has a significant impact on the development of industry in Indonesia, one of which is the transportation industry. The development of this technology forces companies in the transportation industry to innovate in implementing digital-based marketing strategies in order to maintain, develop businesses, and improve customer purchasing decisions. In the context of digital marketing, there are several marketing strategies used in this study to improve customer purchasing decisions, namely relationship marketing, online customer reviews and content marketing. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of relationship marketing, online customer reviews and content marketing on purchasing decisions for inDrive services in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative research method, with a questionnaire distribution technique via Google Form. The respondents used in this study were 100 people obtained using a simple random sampling technique. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests including t-tests (partial), F-tests (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination tests (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of relationship marketing, online customer reviews and content marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for inDrive services in Surabaya. Simultaneously, the results show that the variables of relationship marketing, online customer reviews and content marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for inDrive services in Surabaya. This study aims to describe the socio-economic characteristics of cattle breeders in Andolo District, South Konawe Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a purposive sampling approach to 40 breeders. The results show that most breeders are of productive age (25–55 years), male, have a high school education, and have more than 10 years of livestock farming experience. The maintenance system used is comprehensive and traditional. This livestock business is a side job with an average ownership of 3 cows of their own. The annual income from large livestock businesses ranges from 5–10 million rupiah, and livestock is generally used as family savings. These findings indicate that cattle farming in this area is still subsistence and has not developed commercially.

This community service activity aims to improve culinary skills and micro-business management for the people of Sanrobone Village, Takalar Regency as an effort to increase family income and economic independence. The method of implementing the activity includes identifying needs, local ingredient-based culinary training, food sanitation workshops, micro-business management training, digital marketing, business plan preparation, and evaluation of results. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in processed food production skills, understanding of the importance of sanitation and food safety, and the ability to manage small-scale businesses. Participants were also able to utilize social media for product promotion and began designing home businesses independently or in groups. The formation of two joint business groups (KUB) is an indication that this training has fostered entrepreneurial initiatives among the village community. This activity is expected to contribute to strengthening the local economy in a sustainable manner and can be replicated in other villages with similar characteristics.

There is a large correlation between its economic development and a country’s capital market. The capital market connects individuals with potential investments and helps businesses obtain the necessary financing. The way investors view a company’s growth potential is reflected in its stock valuation. Stock price fluctuations are influenced by several factors, including effective Good Corporate Governance (GCG), capital structure, and financial performance. By examining the impact of GCG, financial performance, and capital structure, this study aims to provide clearer guidelines on how companies in the financial sector of the IDX can influence stock prices from 2020 to 2024. The quantitative method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that stock values ​​were significantly influenced by these three factors, both separately and when combined. These three variables explain a quarter of the variance in stock prices (measured by the Adjusted R² value of 0.256), while the remaining variation is due to variables outside this study. Whether you are an investor or a business leader, these findings can help you make better financial and governance choices and will pave the way for further research.

The furniture industry in Bukir Village, Pasuruan City, is one of the leading small and medium-sized industries (SMIs) that contributes significantly to local economic growth and employment. This study aims to analyze the potential of the furniture industry based on the empowerment of local workers, identify its contribution to the regional economy, and evaluate the level of employment in this sector. The research method employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature review and structured interviews. The results show that the furniture industry in Bukir Village has grown rapidly since 1980 with the support of the East Java Provincial Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) for Wood. Currently, there are 40 active businesses that can absorb 800-1,200 local workers, equivalent to 85% of the total workforce in the village. This industry uses a made-to-order production system with teak and sonokeling wood as raw materials and has expanded into the export market to Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries. This study recommends strengthening marketing digitalization, improving human resource skills, and intensifying government support to enhance the competitiveness of the Bukir furniture industry.

Manual stock management systems are still commonly used in electrical equipment sales businesses, often leading to problems such as inaccurate data recording, delayed reporting, and potential data loss. To overcome these issues, a web-based inventory management information system was developed to automate the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, damaged items, and lost items. A case study was conducted at Toko Dhanisa Mandiri Jaya, which previously relied on manual bookkeeping using physical logs. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, involving stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system includes key features such as inventory data management, transaction processing, reporting, and user management. The implementation results indicate improved operational efficiency, reduced recording errors, and the availability of real-time inventory data to support managerial decision-making. This system is expected to help the store modernize its business processes with better accuracy and control.

This study is to develop a web-based inventory management information system for grocery merchants in order to speed up the stock recording process. The system is built according to the waterfall style of system development, using PHP and MySQL. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature research. As a result, store managers can improve operating efficiency and reduce errors in manual stocktaking by using a system that allows real-time product stock input, updating, and monitoring. This study provides a practical digital solution to support the digitization of small businesses in Indonesia.

Strengthening the position of cooperatives as business entities that are responsive to market changes and capable of competing effectively requires a well-planned business development strategy. In facing the challenges of globalization and increasingly complex business competition, cooperatives can no longer rely solely on the principle of togetherness but must implement a modern managerial approach based on data and measurable strategies. This study aims to analyze how cooperatives develop their businesses by understanding market characteristics and competitor strategies through the application of operations management using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on analyzing various literatures related to cooperative management, strategic management, and organizational performance measurement systems. The findings show that the Balanced Scorecard is effective as a tool to assist in formulating comprehensive strategies through four main dimensions: financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth. With this approach, cooperatives can improve operational performance, gain deeper insights into market needs, respond appropriately to competition, and create long-term value for all their members.

This study aims to identify the leading economic sectors in East Kalimantan Province and analyze their influence on the development of the National Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) as an economic superhub. Using secondary data from 2019–2023, the analysis applies Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic LQ (DLQ), Shift-Share, and SWOT methods to evaluate the regional economy. Results show that the mining and quarrying sector remains dominant, while agriculture and processing industries demonstrate stable potential for sustainable growth. The study also highlights the urgency of economic diversification, human capital development, and renewable energy as strategic steps to reduce dependence on extractive sectors. The formation of a collaborative blueprint between regional governments, businesses, and communities with the IKN Authority is proposed to strengthen connectivity and economic integration. This research provides critical insights for policy formulation to support East Kalimantan’s transformation as a central player in national development.

This study aims to understand the influence of human resource management (SDI) and sales digitalization on improving the performance of MSMEs, especially in the donut business in the Tuasan area. According to the results of interviews and direct observations, Donat Tuasan MSMEs face major obstacles in the use of digital technology, such as low digital literacy and lack of understanding of digital payment systems such as QRIS and food delivery service platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood. In an effort to improve business performance, human resource empowerment is very necessary, including education on the use of digital technology and the development of business actors' competencies in managing businesses in a modern manner. The implementation of a cashless payment system and the use of digital platforms are expected to be able to expand market reach, increase transaction efficiency, and improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. This study emphasizes that the success of MSME digital transformation is highly dependent on effective SDI management and continuous support from various related parties.
