Low Back Pain (LBP) has long been recognized as the only musculoskeletal condition that adversely affects more than three adults in daily life, known as the second skeletal ganglion. Hot Stone Massage uses bones that have been trained to be used as a means of relaxing muscles, ligaments and tendons. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of Hot Stone Massage in reducing pain in LBP sufferers. The research method used is a literature review approach, by searching for references using the PICO method on the Google Scholar database over a period of 10 years. Results: From the 3 journals studied, Hot Stone Massage had an effect on reducing pain in patients suffering from LBP, with temperature intensity >38°C and p-value p<0.05 showing a significant effect. Conclusion: The use of hot stone therapy also reduces the amount of pain that interferes with daily activities, such as the ability to manage loads, work performance, and sleep quality, in addition to providing long-lasting pain protection for most users during use and for two weeks after use.

This research aims to investigate the influence of liquidity risk on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Liquidity risk is an important factor that can influence a bank's financial performance, especially in the context of Sharia banks that operate specific sharia principles. The research method used is a quantitative approach using financial data from registered Sharia banks. The data collected covers the last five year period. The research variables studied are liquidity risk and bank profitability. The research results show that high liquidity risk can have a negative impact on profitability which can disrupt bank operations and reduce income. Effective liquidity risk management is key to minimizing this negative impact. Sharia banks need to adopt appropriate strategies and policies to manage liquidity risk well, including careful supervision of cash flows, diversification of funding sources, and development of investment instruments that comply with sharia principles. By managing liquidity risk well, banks can minimize its negative impact on profitability.

There are several types of industrial relations according to Article 2 of Law No. 2 of 2004, including disputes over rights, interests, termination of employment relations and disputes between trade unions. This research uses a qualitative approach method in the form of analysis and understanding of meaning, between a group or a number of individuals and the subject objects being analyzed. Data collection techniques use literature study methods, whether from laws, journals, articles, literature reviews or news or information from official news websites. The results of this research want to know how the resolution of disputes between employers and workers at PT Swakarya Indah Busana resulted in an agreement between both parties, where employee salaries will temporarily be paid in full for 1 month to 263 workers and the remainder will be paid in December 2023. Besides the inherent benefits of exchanging information and interactions between nodes on a social graph, they can also become a means for the propagation of knowledge. Social graphs have also become a veritable structure for the spread of disease outbreaks. These and its set of protocols are deployed as measures to curb its widespread effects as it has also left network experts puzzled. The recent lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic continue to reiterate that diseases will always be around. Nodal exposure, adoption/diffusion of disease(s) among interacting nodes vis-a-vis migration of nodes that cause further spread of contagion (concerning COVID-19 and other epidemics) has continued to leave experts bewildered towards rejigging set protocols. We model COVID-19 as a Markovian process with node targeting, propagation and recovery using migration-interaction as a threshold feat on a social graph. The migration-interaction design seeks to provision the graph with minimization and block of targeted diffusion of the contagion using seedset(s) nodes with a susceptible-infect policy. The study results showed that migration and interaction of nodes via the mobility approach have become an imperative factor that must be added when modeling the propagation of contagion or epidemics.

It is customary in the military world that unit commanders are responsible for the actions taken by their subordinates in carrying out their duties. This also includes violations occurring in war. This research uses a normative juridical research type with library study data collection techniques. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that not all subordinate mistakes can be included in command responsibility which is also borne by the superior or unit commander. This is because command accountability must at least fulfill several elements which include, the existence of a superior and subordinate relationship, the superior's knowledge of crimes committed by his subordinates, and the existence of failure to act, namely action that fails to be taken to prevent, punish and stop criminal acts committed by his subordinates.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder causing a decline in dopamine levels, impacting the peripheral nervous system and motor functions. Current detection methods often identify PD at advanced stages. This study addresses early-stage detection using handwriting analysis, specifically exploring the PaHaW dataset for pen pressure and stroke movement data. Evaluating online and offline features, the research employs pre-trained CNN models (VGG 19 and AlexNet) for offline datasets, achieving an overall accuracy of 0.53. For online datasets, velocity, and acceleration features are extracted and classified using Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and recurrent neural networks (RNN), with GRU yielding the highest accuracy at 0.57. Notably, the convolution-based model C-Bi-GRU surpasses other architectures with a remarkable 0.75 accuracy, emphasizing its efficacy in early PD detection. These findings underscore the potential of handwriting analysis as a diagnostic tool for PD, contributing valuable insights for further research and development in medical diagnostics.

As a profession, teachers play a significant role and have a critical and dominant position in the world of education. Therefore, teachers bear significant moral responsibilities and obligations. Apart from the obligations, the teacher should also know and understand their workload based on their responsibilities. The workload should be balanced between the physical and cognitive (mental) abilities. This quantitative research uses a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach to 40 respondents. The sampling method used in this research was total sampling, while the Chi-square test was used as the data analysis technique. This study found that in the Chi-square of the physical workload statistical test, the p value was 0.096 or p-value>0.05. This result implied no relationship between physical workload and fatigue in elementary school teachers in Negeri Lima. Meanwhile, the chi-square of mental workload statistical test results showed that mental workload and work fatigue have a p-value p 0.015 or p-value <0.05, indicating a relationship between mental workload and work fatigue among elementary school teachers in Negeri Lima. This result implies that teachers should maintain their health by having enough rest during break times and completing assignments only during working hours.
