Outpatient registration at Tanjunganom Health Centre is done online and manually. Patients who already have BPJS can follow the online registration method, while those who use the manual method can enter Puskesmas. From the results of random interviews with several patients for manual registration, it takes a long time of around 15 minutes, from the resulted of observations, one of the causes is the registration time at the counter and the place is not wide enough, from these problems, an outpatient registration application needed online via mobile with layout, color, and control to made it easier for officers to register patients and also make it easier for patients to carry out examinations and shorten the time. This type of research is descriptive with the object being studied, namely the registration unit, for the population in the registration study and patients a number of 2 officers and 2 patients using saturated sampling. For data collection was using observation and interviews. The results of this study are an online outpatient registration application via mobile based on layout, color, and control at the Tanjunganom Health Center. Based on the online outpatient registration application via mobile, it has been adapted to the needs of officers and the application should be realized by organizing training, outreach to officers, and educational instructions for the community so that it can be more optimal in its implementation. color, and control at the Tanjunganom Health Center. Financing is the main function and product of Islamic banking, namely the distribution of funds aimed at helping those in need, and if managed properly, can contribute significantly to Islamic banking income. However, in their distribution, funds carry many risks due to the uncertain and diverse nature of humans. This risk is reflected in the existence of loans that face problems that reduce the profits or profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

Background : Diarrhea is still the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the world. According to data from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 diarrhea is the second leading cause of death in children under five. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between mother's education level, occupation, income, mother's knowledge, and latrine ownership with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in Bram Itam Kiri Village. Methods : Using a cross sectional approach with a population of 166 mothers, the number of samples was 68 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and analyzed univariate and bivariate using chi square analysis. Results : The level of education in the low category is 48.5%, employment in the unemployed category is 58.9%, income in the low category is 70.6%, knowledge in the poor category is 83.8%, latrine ownership in the category does not meet terms of 61.8%. Bivariate results of education level (0.003), mother's occupation (1,000), family income (0.019), knowledge (0.028), and latrine ownership (0.002) with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the level of education, family income, knowledge, and ownership of latrines, and there is no relationship between the mother's occupation and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five.

The advancement of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) is transforming the way scientists conduct deep-sea exploration and environmental monitoring. AUVs equipped with sophisticated sonar, AI-driven navigation systems, and real-time data transmission capabilities can explore extreme marine environments where human intervention is impossible. This paper reviews state-of-the-art developments in AUV technology, including enhanced battery efficiency, swarm intelligence for coordinated underwater missions, and AI-based anomaly detection for marine biodiversity assessment. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AUVs in disaster response, such as oil spill detection and ocean pollution analysis. By addressing technical challenges such as communication latency, data processing in harsh environments, and energy efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the next generation of AUV applications.

Helminthiasis can be diagnosed by finding helminth eggs on a stool laboratory examination. Stool examination consists of qualitative and quantitative examination. One of the methods used in qualitative examination is the sedimentation method, this method utilizes the force of gravity by using a solution of lower density so that parasites can settle under the solution with the help of a centrifuge. One of the factors that affect centrifugation is time and speed. This study aims to determine the effect of time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of helminths eggs. The research was conducted at the meids laboratory of the Catholic Polytechnic Mangunwijaya Semarang. This type of research is experimental. Positive samples of Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) eggs were centrifuged with time variations of 10 minutes, 5 minutes and 3 minutes at speeds of 3000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 1500 rpm. The data were then analyzed using Shapiro-wilk and Paired Samples T-test. Statistic test shows a difference of STH eggs profile between 3000 rpm 10 minutes and 2000 rpm 5 & 10 minutes, and 3000 rpm 3 & 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 3 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 10 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes dan 200 rpm 3 minutes, between 3000 rpm 5 minutes and 2000 rpm 3 minutes (p < 0.05). There is an effect of variations in time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of STH eggs.

Utilization of health services in Indonesia from 7,300 respondents who experienced hospitalization was 53.36% in urban areas and 46.64% in rural areas in the last 1 year. Most of the patients who experienced hospitalization were treated at government hospitals 49.7%, followed by private hospitals at 28.6% and the rest were treated elsewhere. The utilization of inpatient services at Gempol Health Center is still low because the indicator values for inpatient services are not up to standard. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to interest in utilization and interest in re-utilizing services for inpatients BPJS participants at Gempol Health Center. This research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research is 30 BPJS inpatients. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires with univariate analysis. Frequency of respondents based on gender characteristics: 12 men (40%), 18 women (60%), by age category: 7 teenagers (23.3%), 20 adults (66.7%), and 3 elderly people (10%), based on their latest education: 5 people with low education (16,7%), 25 people with higher education (83,3%). The Frequency with which they are interested in service reuse: 18 people are interested (60 %) were not interested as many as 12 people.
