Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. Kasus hipertensi paling banyak terjadi pada usia lansia karena proses penuaan yang mengakibatkan perubahan terhadap sistem kardiovaskuler sehingga terjadi penurunan kemampuan lansia dalam memenuhi aktivitasnya dan perawatannya secara mandiri sehingga diperlukan tugas keluarga sebagai sumber perawatan lansia. Tugas keluarga merawat lansia di bidang kesehatan terdiri atas lima. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tugas perawatan keluarga dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga. Desain penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, populasi lansia sebanyak 74 lansia, jumlah sampel 43 orang menggunakan teknik sampling secara purposive sampling dan analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh responden yang tugas perawatannya kurang mayoritas mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 14 responden (32,6%), tetapi ada 1 responden (2,3%) yang tidak mengalami hipertensi dan responden yang tugas perawatannya baik mayoritas tidak mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 26 responden (60,5%), namun ada 2 responden (4,7%) yang mengalami hipertensi. Hasil uji statistik chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000 α <0.05). Kesimpulan ada hubungan tugas perawatan keluarga dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga.

This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

Birth Ball is a birth ball that can be used by mothers in labor in the first stage to a position that can help progress labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Birth Ball on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase. The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment. The research was conducted at PMB Karmila, Bantan District. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women. The sample in this study were 20 pregnant women using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariately using the T-Dependent statistical test (paired T-Test). The results showed that there was an effect of birth ball on the intensity of labor pain in the first stage. to the community, especially primigravida women who experience labor pain to be able to do birth ball therapy to reduce the level of pain in the first stage of labor.\      

This study focuses on the Analysis of Code Mixing in the Video of Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura (Sociolinguistic Studies). The purpose of this study is to describe the code mixing contained in the video. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that is, this method simply concludes narrative words. The data collection technique is; observing videos, obtaining data by recording speech included in code mixing, identifying data, then drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe that in the video that has a duration of 31.46, the researcher only recorded 23 code mixing. Because it is clear from some of the code mixing that has been described. In the podcast video, speakers use two languages when speaking. Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura are bilinguals, because they can use two languages in a conversation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that code mixing occurs in every speaker in communicating. The use of code mixing is due to the variety of languages and the bilingualism of speakers who master two languages. In the video it is clear that speakers use two languages, namely Indonesian and English when communicating.

Abstract. Market transactions work based on the price mechanism. However, overall. The effect of the ups and downs of supply on prices depends on the availability of goods. Prices of goods in the Soppeng central market often change or are unstable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, these changes are not based on demand or supply factors but depend on situation and condition factors. This research was conducted to find out how Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism were realized or not in the Soppeng central market. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the technique used to determine informants was purposive sampling. The data is using description and comparison techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The price mechanism in Ibn Khaldun's thought is influenced by supply and demand, labor value, purchasing power, and the government. 2). In setting prices, traders in the Soppeng central market are based on the quantity of goods demanded by consumers, the price of the goods themselves, transportation costs, the quantity of goods available, prices set by other traders, and according to the ability of the buyer. 3). Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease that can be prevented and cured, but takes a long time so whether treatment is successful or not is influenced by the support of families and health workers. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between family support and health workers with medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients. This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach, Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 34 people.. Data collection using questionnaire sheets and data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of the study obtained good family support for the majority of compliance by 52.94% and poor family support by the majority of non-compliance by 29.4%, as well as the support of health workers in the majority of compliance by 59.94% and no support of health workers in the majority of non-compliance by 23.53%, the results of the chi-square statistical test obtained there was a relationship of family support (p-value=0.000) and health worker support (p-value= 0.004) with adherence to taking medications. It can be concluded that pulmonary TB patients who receive support from family and health workers can affect the patient's compliance in taking medications.  

Helminthiasis infection is one of the diseases that still occurs in the surrounding community. One type of helminthiasis disease that results in infection is the STH worm. Nutritional status problems are commonly encountered in various provinces of Indonesia which results in the quality of oneself for the future will be affected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between helminthiasis infections and nutritional status in toddlers based on anthropometric measurements using weight and height indices. The type of research used is descriptive with a Cross sectional research design. Data that has been collected from 62 patients was described to link STH infection with Nutritional Status in Toddlers. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between Soil Transmitted Helminth infection and gisi status in toddlers in Tesabela Village, West Kupang District with chis-quare test results, obtained a value of P=0.953 (P>a0.05).

Poetry is a literary work that expresses thoughts and expresses the soul through aesthetic words. Poetry is also a literary work in which there are many signs, both in the form of meanings that need to be translated by the readers themselves and linguistic markers that do not require reinterpretation. Semiotics is a field of science that examines the role of signs in a literary work. The sign and everything related to the sign, both the way the sign is sent and received, will have meaning and significance. This study aims to determine the markers in a poem by Heri Isnaini entitled “Mata-Mata” using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research on this poem is considered interesting because the use of diction in it only has slight differences and seems repetitive. Therefore, semiotics has an important role in analyzing a poem so that the poem can provide an overview and understanding to the reader.

This research is motivated by the author's curiosity about the implied meaning of poetry. The purpose of this analysis is to find out in detail the meaning of each inner and physical structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach. The results of this study found the entire physical structure and inner structure in the poem "Sajak Atas Nama" by Mustofa Bisri. The structure the physical consists of diction, concrete words, style of language, and imagery. Meanwhile, the inner structure includes the theme, tone, atmosphere, and message.

This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.

The objective taken by the researchers was to find out what the BPOM's obstacles were in controlling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Gorontalo City, one of the efforts made by the government to improve public health and carry out supervision by forming BPOM. Cosmetic products that do not have distribution permits or are illegal which do not comply with applicable regulations are still a problem for the people of Gorontalo. This can be seen from the existence of cosmetic distribution facilities that sell illegal cosmetics that have not been controlled by BPOM in Gorontalo City. This study uses an empirical juridical legal research method that aims to analyze the problems that are carried out by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. From research at the BPOM office, the authors found that there are still many unlicensed cosmetics business actors who commit fraudulent acts in producing cosmetics without a distribution permit with chemicals obtained at low prices without thinking about the impact on the consumers who use them, which causes BPOM's losses. obstacles in distribution monitoring. Illegal cosmetics due to lack of control over goods entering the city area, especially the city of Gorontalo, lack of public knowledge to distinguish genuine cosmetics from fakes, so that the circulation of illegal cosmetics is rampant. In general, people are only interested in cheap prices without being keen to know the basic ingredients for making these cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients that are easily and cheaply found on the market and counterfeiters' knowledge about the composition of counterfeit cosmetics are the contributing factors. Illegal distribution of cosmetics.

Not only booming in their home country but covering many other countries as well. the fact that youth is the most turbulent period in the stages of human life is the inspiration for this song. The song, entitled Hitchcock by yorushika, was published to the wider community via YouTube in 2018. The theory that serves as the basis for this research is Riffatere's theory of semiotics. This theory combines heuristic theory and hermeneutic theory. This theory is used to find out the hidden meaning conveyed by the songwriter. This semiotic theory is carried out in the following stages. First, the researcher will read quickly without further analyzing the meaning, only the meaning of the lyrics (heuristics). In this case by translating from Japanese into Indonesian. Followed by analyzing the structure, figure of speech, and other in-depth meaning with repeated reading (hermeneutics). This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan pada tanggal 17 September sampai dengan selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Premukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, study kepustakaan serta angket (kuesioner) yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada 36 pegawai Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan responden didalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung atau dianalisa dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode korelasi product moment, uji persial (uji t) serta uji determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 0,722 dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel product moment. Nilai korelasi pada tabel korelasi untuk jumlah responden (N) 36 dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,270. Berdasrkan nilai yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment serta membandingkannya dengan nilai yang ada pada tabel product moment maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Atau kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan.  

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Introduction: Indonesia is aggressively targeting reducing the maternal mortality rate to 70 deaths per 100 thousand live births by 2030. Currently, the proportion of maternal deaths is approximately 305 deaths per 100 thousand live births. Where the biggest deaths occur in hospitals around 77%. The mother could not be saved, for one thing, because the mother who was referred to the hospital was already in a state of severe complications. This happens because identification and examination during pregnancy are not optimal and must be strengthened (RI Ministry of Health, 2021). Purpose of Writing: The purpose of this writing is to find out cultural relations, affordability of facilities and infrastructure and mothers' perceptions of the behavior of choosing delivery assistance in the working area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022. The sample in the study was 42 mothers who had given birth in January-December 2022. Research Method : This research method is descriptive analytic, namely research that tries to explore how and why the phenomenon occurs, then analyzes the dynamics of the correlation between these phenomena. Research Results: there is no significant relationship between Culture or Customs and Choice of Birth Assistance Behavior in the Work Area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022 Continuity Correction value p = 0.478 means that p value ≥ 0.05, there is a relationship between affordability of facilities (Continuity Correction value p = 0.023) , knowledge (Continuity Correction value p = 0.001) on the behavior of choosing delivery assistance in the Work Area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022 Conclusions and Suggestions: There is no significant relationship between culture and behavior in choosing delivery assistance in the working area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022.

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings, cash flow, and liquidity in predicting financial distress in textile manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis model. Data was obtained from secondary data, namely data obtained from other parties in the form of publication reports for the 2019- 2021 period. The population in this study are textile companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study are as many as 10 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS, based on the conclusions of the analysis it is known that: (1) the t test shows that partially the profit and cash flow variables have no effect on financial distress, while liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial distress; (2) the F test shows simultaneously the variables of profit, cash flow, and liquidity have an effect on financial distress; (3) the R2 test shows that the Adjust R value is 0.652 meaning that the variables of profit, cash flow and liquidity simultaneously affect financial distress by 65.2%, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other factors.    

Background: Hypertension (high blood pressure) is when the pressure in your blood vessels is too high (140/90 mmHg or higher). It is common but can be serious if not treated. A patient with hypertension who receives a treatment, implements a diet program, and carries out activities must comply with the recommendations of health workers. Objective: To find out the level of medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Selokerto Village. Method: This study was a quntitative study  with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 100 people with hypertension at Selokerto Village and they were taken by total sampling method. Result: The results of this study were 63 (63%) respondents with a high level of medication adherence and 37 (37%) respondents with a moderate level of medication adherence. Conclusion: The level of medication adherence in Selokerto Village was dominantly good medication adherence. Recommendation: For further research, researchers are expected to examine the factors associated with medication adherence.
