This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

This study examines the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources consist of Islamic Education teachers, classroom teachers, and 33 students. Data analysis techniques were conducted through (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. Data validity was checked through four steps: 1) Credibility, 2) Dependability, 3) Confirmability, and 4) Triangulation. The results show that the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nur Monano Gorontalo is significant. Teachers were able to provide good short surah memorization materials to students, enabling them to memorize the surahs perfectly and fluently. Additionally, teachers were able to impart the understanding to students that memorizing short surahs is beneficial. Besides the fact that many students liked the media, they felt helped in repeatedly reviewing the memorized short surahs fluently and correctly. Thus, audio media is considered effective in facilitating the memorization of short surahs, with a high degree of effectiveness, as evidenced by the following grades: A- 36.36%, B+ 54.54%, C 3.03%, and 6.06%.

This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.

The family is the first person if the patient experiences a heart attack. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between family attitudes and actions regarding the incidence of heart attacks. The family has a very important role in patient care. This can be interpreted as meaning that family involvement in handling heart attacks needs to be carefully considered. The family can experience all the problems, confusion, lack of knowledge and obstacles when helping someone who has had a heart attack. This heart attack can occur anywhere and at any time. Often people are late in carrying out initial treatment, seeking information and help. The situation that occurs in society, most people are not aware of the symptoms of a heart attack. So people don't know if they are having a heart attack, receive treatment late, and even die before arriving at the hospital.

This fixation tool made aiming to reduce the movement of the patient toddler at the time of the thorax projection radiographs Antero Posterior supine and parents or relatives of patients do not need to hold patients toddler at the time of examination that is not exposed to X-ray radiation. This study used an experimental method, which aims to create a fixation device in the AP projection thoracic radiographs supine in infants that can support the process of examination of the thorax radiography in young children, so as to provide optimal results radiographs. While the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires which aims to determine the effectiveness of fixation devices that have made the author. Based on observations, interviews and questionnaires conducted by the author, showed that the use of fixation devices have been quite effective in supporting the process of projection thoracic radiographs AP supine in infants and can produce optimal radiograph thorax

This study aims to examine the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent stress levels in Bandung City. Using a survey method with 150 adolescent respondents aged 13-18 years, data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the dimensions of openness, support, conflict, and control in family communication as well as adolescent stress levels. Descriptive analysis showed variation in family communication patterns, with high levels of openness and support and low conflict. Pearson correlation tests showed a significant relationship between communication patterns and stress levels. Linear regression analysis revealed that openness and support in family communication significantly decreased stress levels, while conflict and control increased them. The t-test and F-test showed that the regression model was significant overall and each independent variable had a significant effect on stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of open and supportive communication in the family to reduce stress levels in adolescents.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Head of Kelurahan and staff/employees and community leaders in Kelurahan Oimbo Kota Bima. Determination of informants in this research the author uses purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The results of the research are: first, related to the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of residents. Second, the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of the residents. Third, the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) has been carried out well according to the needs of residents.

As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

Currently, Islamic education is crucial for developing knowledge based on faith and piety. It creates behavioral patterns that reflect a balance between physical and spiritual aspects, resulting in morally upright individuals. The decline in moral behavior among Muslims is a serious issue that requires significant attention. Islamic education contributes to the enhancement of faith and piety, which in turn shapes morally upright individuals, especially amidst the era of globalization that alters various aspects of life, including mindset. This study aims to understand the process of Islamic education as a means to actualize religious teachings, thereby strengthening the moral character of Muslims in the face of globalization. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The findings indicate that to address moral and ethical deviations in the era of globalization, it is necessary to revitalize Islamic education to strengthen the moral character of Muslims. The necessary steps include: 1) implementing a holistic and morality-based learning model, 2) revitalizing moral education, 3) revitalizing social education, and 4) revitalizing the role of technology.

This article investigates the ways in which religious education can integrate values of tolerance and moderation in an attempt to develop students into moderate and tolerant members of society. This study uses a comprehensive research process to investigate teaching strategies such as value-based learning, contextual, collaborative, dialogue, and simulation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, applying these principles discourages extremism while fostering tolerance and respect for one another's differences. By encouraging values of diversity and balance, Islamic religious education contributes to the development of moral character and social harmony.  

The health problems facing the Indonesian nation today are the still high maternal and infant mortality rates, one of the causes of which is nutritional problems, namely anemia. The government has carried out a program to control anemia in pregnant women, namely by giving 90 Fe tablets to pregnant women, however regular consumption of Fe tablets is an important key which has not been implemented well, where South Sulawesi is the province with the lowest coverage with a percentage (1.7% ). The aim of the research is to determine the knowledge of pregnant women about Fe tablets based on the characteristics of pregnant women in Kanaungan Village using a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study of pregnant women who had their pregnancies checked at the Batara Siang Pangkep Regional Hospital which is domiciled in Kanaungan Village in 2023 numbered 226, with a sampling technique using Accidental Sampling, totaling 69 samples. From the research results, it can be concluded that most of the respondents were aged 20-35 years (88.4%), had junior high school education (44.9%), were employees/private sector (62.3%) and had less knowledge (43.5%).

Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.

This journal discusses the implementation of character values of Papuan culture in civic education learning. By integrating various local values into the curriculum, and it is expected that learners can understand and appreciate their own culture while strengthening their civic identity. strengthen civic identity. This research uses a qualitative method qualitative method with a case study approach with the aim of exploring the impact of implementing Papuan cultural Papuan cultural character values in learning. Results show that integration of local values contributes positively to the development of students' character development and their understanding of citizenship.

The effectiveness and efficiency of financial management is the key to success for trading companies such as PT Sinergi Niaga Jaya. However, manual recording methods carried out by administrative staff often cause difficulties in searching for transaction data and produce financial reports that are not comprehensive, slow down the report verification process and increase the risk of errors. This research proposes the development of a web-based digital financial reporting system to automate transaction recording and financial report generation. The developed system is designed to provide easy access for administrative staff, managers, and company owners, thus enabling more structured and efficient financial management. This research uses a quantitative approach, through observation, interviews, and literature study for needs analysis, as well as Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for data flow modeling. Testing was conducted using the Blackbox testing method to test system functionality. As a result, the system is able to generate general journal, ledger, balance sheet, profit and loss, and capital change reports automatically. This web-based financial reporting system is expected to improve the efficiency of financial management by reducing the time and risk of manual recording errors.

The research is aimed at finding out the issues related to the development of the region's leading product in the district of Kendal. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. The analysis used is SWOT analysis whose output is a strategy and policy of development of PUD. Development of regional superior product (PUD) is an important strategy in optimizing local and regional economic potential. This abstract presents a brief overview of the concepts, strategies, influencing factors, as well as the impact of PUD development. The PUD concept emphasizes the identification and utilization of local advantages of a region, whether in the form of cultural wealth, natural resources, or specialized expertise. PUD's development strategy includes measures such as identifying local potential, improving product quality and innovation, effective marketing, and cooperation and collaboration between governments, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders. A number of factors influence the success of PUD development, including the availability of resources, government regulations and policies, technology and innovation, market access, and effective leadership and management. Success in developing PUD can have a positive impact in terms of empowering the local economy, enhancing the tourism sector, and growing the regional economy as a whole.This abstract highlights the importance of PUD development as a means of improving the competitiveness and well-being of local communities, while promoting economic sustainability and the preservation of the cultural heritage of the region. Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.

This study aims to help level B2 children enter puberty through the media YouTube. This study uses a qualitative and descriptive method. The results of the survey are that Arabic  teachers  consider the results of this survey when teenagers around the village of Karyamulya in the Cirebon Regency Data obtained from phenomena occurring in the field can be used in the form of conversation results  between the speaking partner and the speaking partner. Data were obtained from a case study of a teenager living near the researcher's residence with conditions such as entering adolescence, owning a smartphone, and using YouTube as a  learning tool and entertainment.
