Patient satisfaction is a factor that can be used as a reference in determining the success of a service program. Patient satisfaction will arise when it is supported by good quality service. There are five dimensional aspects known as service quality (SERVQUAL), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. These five dimensions influence patient satisfaction. This research aims to provide an overview of the level of satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients at Hermina Bitung Hospital, Tanggerang Regency in 2023. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the data that has been collected being processed using SPSS (statistical packagen for the social sciences) then the results analyzed by measuring the average percentage for each patient criterion and a sample size of 76 respondents, from this research it can be concluded that patient satisfaction through the reliability dimension is 56.58%, the responsiveness dimension is 55.26%, the assurance dimension was 53.95%, the empathy dimension was 56.58%, while the direct evidence (tangible) was 51.32%. Thus, the researchers concluded that the number of BPJS patients in outpatient registration services was 52.63%. This result still does not reach the minimum service standard set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2008, which is ≥90%.

This study aims to describe the use of waste and economic improvement of the people of Medan City through the Kepul Application based on Circular Economy Theory and take data from the study. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the development of the Kepul application has always been the main thing in the company's mission, this is because of the development of applications according to customer suggestions such as the Live Location feature, re-schedule, membership, etc. The effectiveness of Kepul in increasing people's income is arguably very good, as evidenced by the increase in resource persons' income from the range of Rp. 100,000 to Rp. 800,000 a month. From the results of the study, it is known that there are still many obstacles in Kepul in becoming an intermediary container for waste utilization in Medan City such as lack of strong branding, fleet problems, and price difference problems with conventional collectors. But this obstacle is not an impossible obstacle to pass, with the successful collaboration of Kepul with the Medan City Government and plans to attract more investors, Kepul believes that all the obstacles above can be passed well.

Communication between employees, involving planning, organizing, determining, distributing and delivering activities, is a very important factor for the success of a company, one of which is in terms of correspondence. The aim of this research is to understand, identify and analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in managing correspondence at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. The results can be concluded that the effectiveness of employee performance in the role of employee skills in managing correspondence in the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has indicators in assessing it, including work performance results, discipline, coordination, skills, responsibility, Employee understanding of the tasks/fields to be carried out, Receive complaints from superiors regarding the results of the work carried out.

Subjects conducted in the study were sourced from the Head of Public Relations, the Admissions Division and the Principal. In carrying out the research, the researcher collected some data from field observations, documentation studies, and analysis that the researcher used with triangulation.researchear has hopes and goals to be able to find out related to the implementation of digital technology branding strategies carried out at the Al Amin Islamic boarding school which is focused on the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Pesanten Al Amin Mojokerto in order to have an interest in the branding carried out so that it can have a positive impact on joining the Al Amin madrasah educational institution. The results of the research that has been done are: The digital technology branding strategy carried out by the Al Amin Islamic Boarding School institution is by using line expansion, Brand Extensions, Co-Brand. Furthermore, in the process of branding strategies to support success in increasing the number of students and becoming Top Of Mind in the community, it is measured using brand attractiveness, brand loyalty. The implementation of the strategy has been successfully implemented in obtaining an increase in the quality of the Pondok Madrasah Al Amin institution to become famous in supporting its technology brand

The digital era has changed the paradigm and practice of human resource management (HR). This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on HR, with a focus on paradigm shifts, digital skills development, and the use of technology in decision making. The pre-digital era emphasized administration, while the digital era demands attention to employees' digital skills. Developing digital skills is important, considering these skills are key in the modern world of work. A competency-based approach is a more suitable method for dealing with technological change. HR management has a major role in facilitating organizational adaptation and success in the ever-evolving digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, employee training and development must be the main focus. A competency-based approach allows a more precise identification of the required skills requirements. The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

GPA reflects the quality of one's academic achievement in college and is often used as a measure of academic success. This study was conducted to find out more about the effect of organizational activities followed by students on the average GPA achieved. The research population only includes active students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. In this study, the sample used amounted to 50 students studying at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used is a survey method using Google Form as the main tool and distributed through social networks such as WhatsApp groups. The research method includes several stages: Identify research variables, collect data and test the relationship between the two research variables. The results showed that at the 5% significance level there was no relationship between student GPA and student participation in organizations. Students do not need to worry because the Cumulative Performance Index (GPA) and student organization activities at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University are not valid. Because according to this study, if you join an organization, your cumulative grade point average (GPA) is always good and above average.

The development of Ngrupit Village as a tourism village is inseparable from the participation of all members of the community. One of the important elements in supporting the creation of a tourist village is the existence of an institution that can manage and organize tourism businesses or what we call a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This service activity aims to provide assistance to Pokdarwis Ngrupit Village to increase the understanding and capabilities of its members in tourism business governance. This service begins with the formation of Pokdarwis institutions, tourism potential survey activities, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities, and training in tourism business governance. Through this training activity, Pokdarwis of Ngrupit Village was given training, socialization, assistance, and empowerment regarding tourism business management, including financial management, marketing, facilities, and customer service. The benchmark for the success of this service activity is seen from the pre-test and post-test scores in the training activities. The results showed that the average pre-test score was 66.42 and the average post-test score was 87.14 in the tourism business management training. While in the training of Branding and Marketing of Tourism Businesses, the average pre-test score was 50.71 and post-test was 85.71. Based on these results, it was found that there was an increase in the average score before and after attending the training. Thus, this training increased the understanding of Pokdarwis members regarding tourism business management as well as branding and marketing of tourism businesses.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator to see the success of maternal health efforts. MMR is the ratio of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum which are caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum or its management but not due to other causes such as accidents for every 100,000 live births. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of anemia in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at PMB Kunti Sari Lubis District. Perbauangan 2023. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women in the third trimester of PMB Kunti Sari Lubis Kec. Perbauangan in 2023 and the sample in this study was 48 people. The data analysis technique used chi square. Based on statistical tests, the results obtained were p = 0.001 < 0.05, which can be interpreted that there is an influence between maternal age and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. . p value = 0.021 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal education and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. p value = 0.010 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal knowledge and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. p value = 0.038 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal parity and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women.

Employee adaptability skills are increasingly important in a rapidly changing business environment. A recent literature review reveals the evolution of employees' adaptability skills during the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to strengthen them. Factors such as leadership, changes in the work environment, and organizational support influence changes in adaptability. Inclusive leadership, open communication and social support form key elements in this strategy. This article describes the development of employee adaptability skills in the context of external change, especially the COVID-19 pandemic. This article describes material for developing employee adaptability skills which includes understanding the concept of adaptability, adaptability development strategies, and the benefits for companies and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their abilities to deal with change, increase resilience, manage stress and innovate. By investing time and resources in developing adaptability skills, organizations can increase their competitiveness and employees can achieve success in a dynamic work environment. The results of this literature review provide useful insights for organizations that wish to prioritize developing employee adaptability in response to increasingly complex business dynamics.

Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

Cervical brachytherapy is a type of treatment for cervical cancer by providing direct radiation to the cancer or tumor area. The brachytherapy itself is usually a booster combined with external radiotherapy. Evaluation of the success of radiation can be seen from the survival rate of patients or local control. In patients, survival and local control can be influenced by several prognostic factors such as the stage of the cancer, the size of the cancer diameter, and the pathology of the cancer itself. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of brachytherapy radiation on the life survival of cervical cancer patients by paying attention to the relationship between cancer stage, cancer size, cancer pathology on patient survival. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach regarding the impact of brachytherapy radiation on patient life survival. cervical cancer. It was concluded that prognostic factors such as tumor or cancer size, cancer stage and cancer pathology in cervical cancer have a relationship with patient survival.

The role of learning methods is very important during the teaching and learning process. The success of learners' learning depends largely on the methods used by the teacher. Successful learning can be seen with the objectives of the learning contained in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been formulated. In addition, learning methods and strategies play a role in activating students during the learning process, this is important so that students are not easily bored and understand the subject matter easily and are able to apply it in everyday life. The purpose of this service is to increase student activeness in discussing problems in learning they face. Learning results show that the method used is very effective as evidenced by the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning activities so that it can increase student enthusiasm for learning, especially in PAI subjects.

This research aims to determine the role of extension program in increasing human resource competency regarding the FMD in Bendosari Village, as measured by the level of success (knowledge, attitudes, and skills). The variables were used: 1) the role of extension as (a motivator, dynamisator, mediator, and facilitator); 2) the level of success (knowledge, attitudes, and skills). This research method was used descriptive additions used the Likert Summated Rating (LSR) scale with a scale of 1-4, qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis taken through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was used IBM SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel. The motivator variable shows a value with an average score of 3.52, the dynamisator variable shows a value with an average score of 3.44, the mediator variable shows a value with an average score of 3.38, and the facilitator variable shows a value with an average score of 3.67, the success rate variable shows a value with an average score of 3.78, and all of the variable classified as high category in the role level. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the role of extension service significantly affects the level of success in increasing human resource competency. The motivator (X1) and facilitator (X4) variables partially have a significant effect on the level of success. Meanwhile, the dynamicator (X2) and mediator (X3) partially do not significantly affect the success level.

Service quality is a benchmark for service success determined by the level of satisfaction of service recipients. While the level of satisfaction of the recipient of this service will be obtained if a recipient of the service gets the type of service in accordance with what they expect and need. Thus, the needs of service recipients must be met as much as possible in order to obtain satisfaction. The data processing was obtained from questionnaire data collection data distributed to 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion described in the previous chapter, the author draws several conclusions on the results of the analysis that based on the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, a t test was carried out and obtained the SPSS output showed a calculated t value of 0.812 with a Sig of 0.421. To determine the level of significance of the research model, the calculated t value is compared with the table t value. Based on the results of the analysis, the hypothesis that states service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurence, tangiable, emphaty) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the use of Parapat Khas Hotel services is empirically proven and acceptable.

A manufacturer of various types of food and beverages in Jakarta, Indonesia named PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This company was founded as PT. Panganjaya Intikusuma on August 14, 1990, and changed its name to Indofood Sukses Makmur on February 5, 1994. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio has an effect on Profit Growth either partially or simultaneously at PT. Indofood Success Prosperous. The population and sample of this research are PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur period 2016-2022. The method used in this research is statistical quantitative and the technique used is purposive sampling. The variables used in this study are the current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and profit growth (Y). The results of the study show that the current ratio variable has a negative effect on profit growth and the debt to asset ratio variable has no effect on profit growth.

An Islamic religious education educator does not just provide teaching materials in class but is more complex than that. Apart from educating and preparing students with knowledge, Islamic religious education educators are also fully responsible for encouraging student behavior, both from a psychological and character perspective. In the field of education, Islamic religious education educators greatly influence aspects of students' lives, both social, cultural and moral, to develop good motivation in students so that they can form individuals with noble morals. Therefore, to make this happen, appropriate learning strategies are needed that are able to increase student motivation. This research aims to explain the PAI learning strategy that is applied, analyzing the factors that support its success, as well as explaining the impact resulting from implementing the PAI learning strategy in an effort to increase student learning motivation at SDN Kawunggading, Cianjur. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The resulting data is then analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the PAI learning strategies implemented at SDN Kawunggading are implementing examples, implementing habits, giving advice, paying attention, giving punishment, and discussing with peers. Factors that influence the success of PAI learning strategies consist of external factors and internal factors; The implications of the PAI learning strategy implemented at SDN Kawungggading are able to have a good impact on broken home students as shown by the students' attitude of being diligent in going to school, having concern for the surrounding environment, having a good attitude towards teachers and friends, and being able to follow lessons in a conducive manner.

The research method used is a literature review method by collecting materials from various sources such as journals, articles, the internet, books, and other sources related to the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure needs. The results of the study show that the steps in planning facilities and infrastructure needs include needs analysis, cost analysis, and priority analysis. The purpose of planning these facilities and infrastructure needs is to ensure the provision of facilities and infrastructure that meet the needs of students and the needs of all staff in educational institutions. This includes various specifications of items, such as consumables, non-consumables, immovable items, and items related to learning activities.

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, conflict and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 Sekar Ayu Kediri employees and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity , Linearity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach Alpha value is > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question are declared reliable. In the t test it is known that all items have a positive value and <0.05 so that all items (Communication, Conflict, Work Discipline) have a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the F test it is known that the value of Sig. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 so that all items are declared to have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The final test, namely the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test, shows a result of 95.2%, which means that the variables of communication, conflict and work discipline can really influence employee performance and with this result it can be said that this research is successful because it has an Rsquare value > 50%.
