The strength of branding on a product is something that must be considered by all entrepreneurs, especially UMKM, so that the products marketed have higher competitiveness compared to their competitors. The community service carried out by the East Java UPN Veterans KKNT group of 10 provided assistance in strengthening the branding of one of the MSMEs in Ngrimbi Village, namely Jamu "Mak Diah". Based on the results of observations identified that these MSMEs do not yet have branding that enhances market expansion strategies. The assistance that will be provided will focus on product packaging and logos. After the mentoring was finished, Group 10 monitored and evaluated the effect of strengthening branding on the level of herbal medicine sales after completing it.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja di kantor Desa Mulyasari. komunikasi organisasi adalah kegiatan saling bertukar pesan dalam satu jaringan hubungan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah dalam organisasi yang tidak pasti atau yang selalu berubah-ubah dan melibatkan pesan, orang-orang juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal dan internal. kinerja adalah tentang melakukan pekerjaan dengan hasil kerja dan perilaku kerja yang telah dicapai dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dan tanggung jawab berdasarkan persyaratan yang disebut dengan standar kerja dalam suatu priode tertentu. Staf kantor Desa Mulyasari merupakan objek dari penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan metode kuantitatif asosiatif, dan untuk metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan juga studi lapangan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang yaitu staf kantor desa Mulyasari itu sendiri dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Skala dalam kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dan untuk kelayakan data pada penelitian ini diuji menggunakan validitas dan realibilitas.

Permodalan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan UMKM. Pada desa Cupak sendiri pemetaan permodalan masih belum berkembang, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di desa Cupak sangat banyak terutama pada masalah pemasaran, kurangnya modal usaha, dan lokasi yang jauh oleh jangkauan masyarakat lain. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuntitatif dengan analisis regresi linier karena metode ini terdiri dari satu variabel. Dengan perhitungan yang menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat menghitung data yang telah diperoleh. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi UMKM di desa Cupak dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi bagi UMKM untuk menganalisis, pengimplementasian aktivitas pemasaran dalam usaha mereka, sebagai data bantuan terhadap perkembangan UMKM dan sebagai evaluasi UMKM

Baureno Village, which is located on Jalan Raya Baureno, is the Village Government Office which operates in the government sector, Baureno Village itself is a village located in east end of Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the process of planning, procurement, administration, reporting and supervision of village assets in Baureno Village, Bojonegoro Regency, the inhibiting factors and efforts made to resolve them problem. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research results show that the processes of planning, procurement, administration, reporting and supervision are appropriate and not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 1 of 2016 concerning Village Asset Management. Besides that, the mandate of the Village Law is to make an inventory of everything Village assets have not been fully implemented by the village government. The obstacles faced are village asset management funding, funds that are not on target, frequent siskeudesa applications errors, implementation that is not in accordance with the rules, lack of activity executors in responding market prices, human resources and transparency. Suggestions that can be given are for more focus on addressing the funds to be budgeted for the management of village assets, conducting inventory of assets in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.

Legal counseling can be done through community empowerment which is one of the efforts made by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University in understanding legal knowledge to the community, including about, parents' civil responsibility for post-divorce in Kaaruyaan Village, Mananggu District, Boleoa Regency. Legal prohibition for violations of non-fulfillment of children's rights after divorce often occurs in a number of areas including in some villages where this is caused by ignorance of the community in general and parents are concerned about what are the rights and obligations of parents to children after divorce where the case is mostly dominated by fathers as insurers who have not fulfilled their obligations as fathers,  Especially when the father re-married another woman. So the impact of empowering this legal counseling is the independence and understanding of the community in overcoming their legal problems through community initiatives and creativity and village officials assisted by lecturers in the environment of the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University.  Of course, it requires people who are willing and able and have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to get out of their problems. This paper uses the quality descriptive method, in this case the descriptive analysis will discuss the condition of partners regarding understanding of the law. While quantitative analysis is carried out to calculate the feasibility of legal settlements carried out by partners. The result of this discussion is that with the growing understanding of law, the pillars of justice and expediency must be accompanied by efforts to foster and develop to legal counseling so that it becomes a law-conscious, independent and sustainable society.

This article discusses the role of development communication in developing villages. Through a literature review and case studies, this article attempts to provide a thorough understanding of how development communication can help speed up village development processes. This article will also cover some important points such as types of development communication, effective development communication methods, obstacles that are often encountered in implementing development communication programs, and the benefits that can be obtained from using development communication in developing villages.

Food safety and product halalness are important matters and must be fulfilled for both micro industry and macro scale industry producers. One area that has many MSMEs is Besuki Village, Lumbir Banyumas District. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen and increase understanding and knowledge in determining safe and halal food. The method of implementing this activity is the provision of material and discussions which are conducted offline at the Besuki Village Hall. This activity took place on March 18 2023. Agriculture can be introduced to the community through outreach involving the use of questionnaires, training, and assistance in making food from agricultural products. In this activity, Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students have developed tools and equipment used to support socialization events for making food from agricultural products so that they can be used for a long time and provide benefits to the community. Apart from that, the Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students also created publication articles and activity videos to introduce profiles and methods for making food from agricultural products. There is a socialization stage, the community is given an understanding of the importance of innovation to increase the selling value of agricultural products. For example, teaching about Porang plants, which are not only sold raw, but can also be processed into flour and made into village food. Furthermore, the mentoring stage is carried out to ensure that participants understand their duties and responsibilities and maintain good coordination during the event. The results of the dissemination of Training and Making Village Typical Products with Agricultural Product Diversification have shown a positive impact. Students of the Matching Fund Real Work College and the people of Cupak Village have succeeded in producing processed products such as cookies, kastengel, cendol and cireng.

Apart from being a consideration of whether the research being carried out is feasible or not, the proposal also serves as a direction for researchers who will conduct research. Grant proposals are the same as proposals in general, aimed at directing researchers to conduct research. However, grant proposals have a specific purpose, namely as a medium used by researchers to obtain grants. Therefore, Grant proposals must be detailed from the idea to the draft budget.

Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

Production and counseling activities for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students made Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves aimed at the surrounding community. Appropriate Technology (TTG) This Plant Shelf contains vegetable plants that are easy to care for and are often used by the local community, especially mothers. The plant contains vegetable plants in the form of chilies, eggplants and tomatoes. MBKM Thematic KKN 03 students succeeded in making 1 shelf containing 16 plants with the hope that these plants would make things easier for the local community. After the Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Racks became Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students conducted counseling to the surrounding community, especially PKK mothers regarding the benefits and how to care for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves so that they last a long time so that they will continue to provide benefits to the surrounding community in Kebondalem Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency.

Papungan’s one of the villages in Blitar Regency where most of the population are farmers and mostly cultivate rice crops. The effort was made by farmers to meet the needs of the community, but still in limited quantities. From the results of interviews with farmers in Papungan village, they complained a lot because the rice crop was still relatively low, due to the scarcity and high price of fertilizers. By making PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteri) organic nutrients, it is a consortium of bacteria that actively colonize plant roots which play an important role in increasing plant growth, crop yields and land fertility. This study aims to optimize the profitability of rice farming in Pappungan Village. The results of the profit optimization calculation using the Goal Programming method. This study uses primary and secondary dta, and the purpose of this study aims to solve the problem of limited resources optimally with the Goal Programming method. Based on the results of the discussion of calculations using the goal programming method, the conclusion of the optimization of rice crops and applied using LINGO software, obtained optimal results, namely Z = 424.7647 with three goals achieved, among others, the production yield reached 27,640 Kg and the selling price of rice crop production reached Rp 18,000 / Kg with production costs required for rice crop production for per hectare of Rp 61,980,000. For the results of the goal achieved (goal) optimization of crop patterns, Papungan Village farmers are recommended to plant type B rice.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the application of Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the bonded bondage system to clove farmers as local wisdom in preventing the occurrence of problems that arise because of the clove bonded agreement and to find out the obstacles faced in the application of article 1320 of the civil code to the bonded system. On Clove Farmers in Kaidundu Village as Local Wisdom. Research Using this type of normative-empirical research. By using several approaches, namely: statutory approach (statue approach), case approach (case approach). The results of this study indicate that: First, the clove bonded bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a custom or habit that was born and developed in the Kaidundu Village community since the last decades, the agreement system by means of bonded bondage involves sellers (farmers) and buyers (middlemen). . However, based on the law in force in article 1320 it is stated that, that the legal requirements for an agreement are agreement, competence, a certain matter and a lawful cause. However, in reality in society not all parties understand and understand what an agreement is considered. So that researchers can conclude that the bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a habit that has been passed down from generation to generation, but the community must understand and know that there are rules governing this bondage system. Second, the obstacles faced by the people of Kaidundu Village, especially those involved in the case of the Clove ijon system, several obstacle factors faced, namely: Legal factors, where there is no agreement or agreement that binds both parties, both the seller (farmer) and buyer (middleman). And there are no regulations in the form of Perdes (Village Regulations) which regulate the existence of the clove bondage system. The ijon system agreement is only based on trust.

The effect of water is very large on the agricultural sector, because with sufficient water the needs of plants are fulfilled so that plants can grow well and can increase agricultural yields. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.  

The background of this research and activity is due to the low understanding of parents about proper parenting in accordance with the growth and development of children. The research aims to implement a parenting program in Mariana Village, Banyuasin District and increase knowledge about parenting for mothers in Mariana Village, Banyuasin District. This research method is descriptive qualitative with field studies that directly apply this parenting program to mothers in Mariana Village, Banyuasin District. The data collection techniques in this study were (1) Post test and Pretest the knowledge of Mariana's mothers about parenting. (2) Field observation. The results of this study are: (1) Increased understanding of mothers in Mariana Village, Banyuasin District regarding parenting that is appropriate for children's growth and development. Basically, a good organization needs good management to achieve its goals. To get the best management requires people who are able to work together in teams. Therefore, the organization and management must work well together, the use of existing resources and time can be carried out more precisely and regularly in accordance with the provisions given to achieve more effective and efficient results. The purpose of this research is to find out the organizational management in the Education Village of the Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research methods used are interviews and observations. This study concludes that the efforts made to manage the organization are managing, controlling, communicating and utilizing all the resources contained in an organization. The organizational management carried out by the Education Village board is by forming several divisions that function to organize and structure the organization, identify the main tasks of each division, establish rules and responsibilities, and build an organizational culture.

The village is a unit of legal society which has territorial boundaries and regulates its own government affairs. The village government, one of the element of the village government, has full authority to carry out planned village activity programs. The implementation of village authority to carry out village activity programs funded by the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) where village revenue comes from various sources. The research object used is the realization report on the implementation of the village revenue and expenditure budget of the Purwodadi village government for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. The type of data used is unit count.
