Corruption in Indonesia is a chronic problem that damages the social and economic structure of the country. This paper explores the history of corruption from feudal times to the modern era, highlighting corrupt practices as part of the culture of government. The government has taken serious steps by establishing anti-corruption regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption that harms society and the state. This research uses the literature study method with a focus on improving governance and increasing transparency as an effort to prevent corruption. Through qualitative analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption regulations and institutions, as well as understanding the impact of corruption on people's social and economic rights. The results show that the government has taken concrete steps, such as establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and encouraging the use of information technology. However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.

The position of wealth functions to cover basic needs as provisions for carrying out worship to Allah, SWT. Assets in Islamic legal governance function to spread prosperity to the weaker sections of society. Therefore, the weak party's right to ownership of property must be released and distributed to other parties, whether requested or not. Economic inequality is a trigger for crimes committed because of poverty, such as theft. Islam views that poverty is not an insult, but Islam provides solutions to poverty alleviation such as by requiring the payment of zakat and encouraging infaq shodakoh and other forms of obligations which aim to care for the weak, such as waqf. Islam is very concerned about equal distribution of property ownership, in fact its concern is included in the structure of the pillars of Islam, namely the obligation to pay zakat.

Mathematics is a scientific field that investigates formless structures and forms of interaction within them. Mathematical interaction is a powerful tool used to express mathematical opinions verbally or in writing. The Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning approach is designed to facilitate the construction, reflection, and organization of new mathematical views. This study aims to explore the efficacy of using TTW learning examples as a tactic to enhance the quality of students' mathematical communication, and to assess the impact of this approach. In order to achieve these goals, researchers used classroom action research in two stages of testing. The study involved 21 students in grade VIII at SMP Parulian 1 Medan. The initial ability test revealed that the students' mathematical communication ability scores were 34.2%. After conducting test activities in cycle I, the average mathematical communication ability of students rose to 36.8%. In the second cycle (II), the percentage result increased to 88%. The results of the research demonstrate that students in Class VIII at SMP Parulian 1 Medan experience a significant improvement in their mathematical communication skills through learning via the Think-Talk-Write model. We can conclude that this approach is an effective way to enhance students' mathematical communication skills.

To collect data, the authors conducted interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). After the data is collected, it is processed and analyzed. The result of the research is that students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Bukit Barisan District. Factors that influence student interest are intrinsic factors which include ability, temperament, character, physical structure, teachers, facilities, peers, habits. . The results of the analysis obtained are the matrix component values for the ability variable (0.852), temperament variable (0.727), physical structure variable (0.835), teacher variable (0.849), facility variable (0.816), peer variable (0.851), parents (0.821 ), habit variables (0.812). From the results of this research it can be concluded that the variables are willingness, needs, motivation, family support, school environment. So the researcher concludes that the most dominant factor influencing students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is the factor that has the highest value, namely ability variable (0.852). This shows that most students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities is influenced by the students' own abilities, so teachers should always arouse students' interest in choosing extracurricular activities through developing the factors that influence them in each extracurricular activity, especially the students' abilities.

Hepatic cirrhosis (SH) is a disease/group of diseases that infects the liver, characterized by loss of liver lobular architecture due to fibrosis and damage to parenchymal cells and their regeneration which ultimately forms a nodular structure. According to its clinical manifestations, this disease has a long latent period but is followed by sudden abdominal swelling, abdominal pain, hematemesis, edema and jaundice. In the next phase, the most prominent symptoms include jaundice, ascites, portal hypertension, and central nervous system abnormalities that end in coma. SH is infecting the whole world. SH is the eleventh leading cause of mortality and the fifteenth leading cause of morbidity worldwide. There are many things that have been proven to cause SH, including infections, toxins, hereditary conditions, and even autoimmune processes. Some of the complications that arise from SH include gastroesophageal varices (affecting the stomach and esophagus), hypersplenism (affecting the splenic organs), hepatorenal syndrome (affecting the kidneys) and even hepatic encephalopathy (affecting the central nervous system).

The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status. The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.
