Carangwulung village located in Wonosalam sub-district, Jombang district has the potential of abundant natural resources from plantation products ranging from bananas, durian, salak, to coffee. The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

Competence is an essential thing in the development and growth of an organization. The church is an organizational unit that requires pastoral competence. Pastoral competence needs to be developed in improving church performance. A pastor must be able to have the social capital to improve church performance. The population of this study was pastors throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study were pastors of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) spread across several regions in Indonesia as many as 42 pastors. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with SEM-PLS. The results showed that the competence of the pastor affects social capital. It can be seen from the analysis test showing that the variable considered to be significant if the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05), thus hypothesis H1 is accepted. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between social capital and church performance. It can be shown by the results of the SEM-PLS analysis showing that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, hypothesis H2 is accepted. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and church performance. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and performance. The originality of this study is that the competence of a pastor affects social capital, using several new dimensions that previous researchers have not studied

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. Cultural tourism is a travel activity carried out by certain parties (a person or group of people) by visiting certain places with the aim of learning about cultural attractions or taking advantage of the cultural potential of the places visited.

This study aims to determine the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in carrying out student religious moral development: a case study of SMK Saraswati Salatiga. In this study using qualitative methods sourced from the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection used in this study was carried out through primary data and secondary data, namely in the form of observations and interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. These findings indicate that the implementation of student religious moral development carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in schools includes extra-school and social activities, congregational prayers, and reading the Koran and Asmaul Husna. Through this strategy, the implementation of the religious moral development of students at the Saraswati Salatig Vocational School is going well and is an action that is an affective rational action, traditional rationale, and oriented to religious values.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

Healthy children are in perfect condition both physically, mentally/psychologically and socially (free from disease, weakness and disability). In order for children to grow and develop optimally, children must also be accustomed to healthy living behavior and the Childhood Phase is the developmental phase from the age of 1 or 2 years to 10-12 years, this phase is further classified into two, namely early childhood (small children) between 1-6 years, and later childhood (big children) between 6-12 years. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, reading mastery is not mandatory for PAUD age children (3-5 years) because this skill will only be taught formally at elementary school level. Children should actually start being taught to read maximally at the age of 4-6 years. Because, this is a golden period for the cognitive development of the brain. In other words, they can absorb lessons and imitate quickly. Brain gym or brain exercise is a touch that can stimulate the work and functioning of the brain optimally, namely further activating the abilities of the right and left brain, so that cooperation between the right and left brain hemispheres can be established. This can improve memory in the child's brain to learn to read.

Along with global trends, the use of these cosmetic products is increasingly widespread in various parts of the world. Because of the high consumer demand for cosmetics. Cosmetics are a must-have item regardless of age and gender. This is a great opportunity for business people. Meanwhile, millennial consumers are a consumer segment that lives at a time when technological developments are running very rapidly, they are used to using technology and the internet to connect with a very large number of other people on a regular basis, at the same time. This generation has significantly more social network connections than any other generation, they have lots of online friends, and are able to improve their psychological aspects when they can engage with their friends. On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.  

The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. Selection in Kamarora B Village Because Kamarora B Village is a village that has customs and culture which have begun to be eroded by the rapid flow of globalization, efforts are needed to preserve cultural customs as a filter and foundation for development in Kamarora B Village, Kec. Nokilalaki, Sigi Regency. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

The use of youtube, facebook, blogging, whatsapp, and twitter for purposes of learning by creating groups on the interests of certain discussion to do in the community. As a result of the rapid social media development has downloaded the social behavioural pattern. Gradually lead to the integrations that brings learning activities to be done in multimedia and used technology in education, because media in education has important role in communication. English is one of foreign language subject which has taught at schools.English lessons apply in all forms of social relations, both at school and in association community with the structure and function of each use education as media that will be tought and be the effectiveness lesson. So the objectives specified in the use of multimedia learning can be achieved in stimulating learning, students dare to ask questions, answer questions or comment on the content being delivered also increased teacher.

Human capital is an important factor in economic development. With quality capital, it is believed that economic performance will also be better. So it can be said that "social development is economic development". The human resources of a nation, not physical capital or material resources, are the most determining factor in the character and speed of social and economic development of a nation concerned. UNDP's annual reports consistently show that human development promotes economic growth and economic growth that does not pay attention to human development will not last long. In order to run positively and sustainably, it must be supported by government social policies that are pro-human (social) development. Economic growth is defined as a process in which the productive capacity of an economy increases over time to produce ever greater levels of income.

This research was conducted at the SDN Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the learning achievement of students. 2) To determine the factors that influence student learning achievement. 3) To find out efforts to minimize online game play on learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The results of this study are 1) Learning achievement in Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes elementary school is quite good, where the velue is taken based on the attitude of the students themselves, daily by the teacher, mid – semester exam score and end of semester scores ehere the score is used as reference in knowing achievement learn students. 2) Factors that affect student learning achievement come from the family environment. Where family is the main and most important factor in shaping the character of students and a supportive social environment will affect the growth and development of students well by directing positive things that will affect the achievement og learning achievement in school. 3) Efforts that must be made in minimizing online game play are to to provide direction and understanding of the impact that is caused in online games that are done excessively, making the game on of the alternative rewards for student who get good ahievements so that they can motivate students to keep learning.

The development of telecommunications technology has grown very rapidly. This is in line with the extraordinary increase in internet data traffic. The use of the internet has been used in all layers of the age segment, both the older generation to the younger generation. Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa is a cemetery managed by the Gotong Royong Social Foundation, has been using infographics in promotional media in the form of brochures, catalogs and business cards since 2017. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using infographics in promotional media. The EPIC model is used as a method to determine the effectiveness of infographics in the promotional media that have been used, using the indicators of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were people who had used the services of Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa. The results of this study indicate that the use of infographics in promotional media is very effective, with an EPIC index score of 3.38 indicating that the decision scale is very effective. While the tabulation of the EPIC and EPIC Rate dimensions indicated that the four dimensions of the EPIC model (empathy, persuasion, impact and communication) had a value greater than the minimum value of Very Effective of 3.25. This research can be used by stakeholder are related to cooperatives and UMKM, regarding the perspective of the use of infographics in promotional media that has proven to be effective, through the use of infographics to display products or services in promotional media for the cooperative development and UMKM.

Technology has developed rapidly, this is because technology has become a primary need for society. In our current digital era, we are witnessing changes in communication styles. However, the use of social media can have positive and negative impacts. Where the development of technology also has an impact on every aspect of life, including the psychology of every human being. Negative impacts include the mental health of teenagers. The aim of this activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about the impact of digital on the mental health of teenagers at Bawakaraeng High School. The method used is lecture and discussion at the end of the meeting. The results of the activity show that it can increase teenagers' knowledge and that teenagers are willing to limit the use of social media, look for information other than social media, look for positive activities, use social media wisely, release and delete social media applications. Thus, the effect of using social media decreases on the mental health of its users.

The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.

Along with human activities that continue to exist, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing consumerism of society every year. The impact is not only on the environment but also on human health. Therefore, a breakthrough in waste management is needed through the development of organic waste management in Kupang City into high economic value waste. The method used is a quantitative approach, namely to find out the stages of waste management in Kupang City and also the organic waste development model that needs to be done. Furthermore, a descriptive analysis was carried out on the opportunities for the use of organic waste in Kupang City, preceded by projecting the population of Kupang City. Afterwards, measurements of the composition and characteristics of household waste were carried out to determine the size of each component of the waste management system in Kupang City, which needed to be fixed from the source of waste. That was by sorting household organic and inorganic waste before being disposed of in a temporary dump according to the Government Regulation No. 81, year 2021, chapter 17, paragraph 1. However, the community does not comply with the existing regulations in reality. Therefore, it needs to be socialized to the waste-producing community. The stages of waste management in Kupang City are started by collecting waste from households, then the waste is transported using garbage carts or garbage motorcycles to temporary shelters at each point, and finally transported by garbage trucks to final disposal in Alak Village, Kupang City. The conversion of organic waste into high-value waste is accomplished by utilizing 67.5% of organic waste as biogas and compost.     

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

Adolescents are an age group that holds the baton for the development of a nation. For this reason, young people need attention. During the COVID-19 pandemic, teenagers are at risk of contracting COVID-19 because of their high activity and tendency to group. In Indonesia, there are 63% of adolescents who have had sexual contact with the opposite sex and 21% have had an abortion, as many as 93.7% of junior high and high school adolescents have done genital stimulation, kissing their partner and oral sex/ and 62.7% of junior high school teenagers who do not virgins Changes in daily activities for adolescents will have an impact on the physical and psychological aspects of adolescents due to social restrictions, such as lack of information related to reproductive health. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information about adolescent reproductive health online using zoom so that adolescents understand and apply it to their next life. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health. Through this activity the provision of information about adolescent health can be done periodically.
