The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) by Christian Religious Education teachers on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 177 students and a sample of 43 people was determined using the Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 35 items, namely 17 items for variable Learning Interests of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) The results of data analysis show: a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.612 > rtable(=0.05,n=43) = 0.375. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.961 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=41)= 2.021. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="10.29"+0.84X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=21, dk denominator=n-2=43-2=41) namely 24.61 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 yang beragama Kristen berjumlah 53 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup sebanyak 40 item yaitu 16 item untuk variabel X dan 24 item untuk variabel Y. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan uji hubungan yang positif diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,483 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=53) = 0,226 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Uji hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung= 3,944 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=51)= 2,000 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Uji koefisien determinasi regresi (r2) = 23,4%. Uji pengaruh: Uji persamaan regresi, diperoleh persamaan regresi  persamaan regresi ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam keadaan konstanta 36,73 maka untuk setiap penambahan Media Audiovisual maka minat belajar siswa akan meningkat sebesar 0,79. Dengan demikian Ha yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Nauli Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items, namely 16 items for variable 2024: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.550 > rtable(a=0.05,n=52) = 0.297. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.651 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=50)= 2.000. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="27.20"+0.48X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=52-2=50) namely 21.63 > 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.

Extensive research has been conducted to investigate the formulation of a new generation of cereal-based Gluten Free (GF) foods formulated with High-Resistant Starch (RS) sources and high in nutritional value. Black glutinous rice flour is a rich in bioactive compound and MOCAF is known for its high RS content often used as an alternative to wheat flour in the production of gluten-free cookies. The formulation of the combination of these two ingredients needs to be investigated to produce gluten free cookies that have good physical and sensory characteristics. The aims of these research was to investigate the effect of different ratio of Black Glutinous Rice Flour (BGRF) and MOCAF (MF) formulation (F1 = 100:0, F2= 75:25, F3=50:50, F4= 25:75, F5= 0:100) on physical and sensory parameter of resultant GF cookies. The results shows that, cookies with high amount of BGRF showed interesting physical properties with higher diameter, spread ratio, and ∆E of the cookies, lower weight, thickness, baking loss, L*, a*, b*, C* value, and the hedonic score of color, aroma, taste, texture, overall compared to cookies with 100% MF. The best formula that produces gluten free cookies with the highest taste score score is F4 (BGRF 25%:MF 75%) with physical characteristics weight 10.70 g, diameter 48.40 mm, thickness 8.60 mm, spread ratio 5.63, baking loss 17.37 %, L* 53.96, a* 0.63, b* 17.65, C* 17.66,   ∆E 48.78. With the combination of BGRF and MF on cookies dough, we manage to obtain cookies that has great potential to increase the nutritional quality of gluten-free food.

In the current era of very tight business competition, companies are required to improve their financial performance. To be able to assess the company's financial performance, all interested parties need to know the company's financial condition as seen from the company's financial reports. To assess the company's financial performance, it can be shown through the financial reports presented by the company management. The importance of the liquidity ratio for financial performance is because liquidity has a fairly close relationship with the company's ability to earn profits (profitability), namely liquidity shows the level of availability of working capital needed for operational activities. Having sufficient working capital makes it possible for the company to operate optimally and not experience difficulties due to the financial crisis. However, excessive working capital actually shows that there are unproductive funds and gives the impression that the company is releasing them to make a profit. Ideally, the company's working capital should be available in sufficient quantities to finance the company's various activities, which means there is no shortage of capital and no idle resources. In this way, the company's ability to improve its financial performance on its assets is maximized, and the current ratio is one of the components of the liquidity ratio used in this research.

This study aims to determine the application of accounting principles that have been carried out by mosques with mosques that still do not apply accounting principles so that the accountability of their financial statements can be relied upon. This study uses the type of Qualitative Research and Descriptive Approach method, namely analyzing and describing the Application of Accounting Principles and Financial Management in Mosques in Kotanopan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is field research with the form of observation interviews, documentation, and content analysis. From this research it is known that the application of accounting principles has a very large influence on the accountability or accountability of the mosque's financial statements. Based on data collected from various sources, it can be seen that the principles that are less considered in making mosque financial reports are the principle of full disclosure and the principle of realization, so that the accountability of mosque financial reports becomes less transparent. Then to account for the mosque's financial statements, the mosque manager has similarities in providing information to the public and interested parties in the mosque's financial statements, but differs in making financial reports.

Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Therefore, the researcher was interested and conducted research as a result of an internship, with the title "The influence of the lack of office infrastructure on the effectiveness of employee performance

The anti-corruption attitude of legislative candidates in the context of overcoming corruption in Indonesia is an interesting thing to observe and study, Indonesia has stipulated MPR RI Decree Number XI / MPR / 1998 concerning the administration of a State that is Clean and Free of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, it turns out that the provisions that have been determined do not become a reference for legislative members so that corruption cases are still rampant within the legislative body. Normative legal research or library research, with a statute approach, conceptual approach, comparative approach, historical approach. The nature of the research used in this research is descriptive-prescriptive, the author uses content analysis. The results of this study are anti-corruption attitudes for legislative candidates with the MPR decree, the Election Law should pay more attention to former corruption convicts who can run as legislative candidates, apart from contradicting the MPR decree, the decision in the Election Law can eliminate public trust in state administrators.

This research aims to find out the influence of premiums on public interest in the district. Padang Lawas District. Aek Nabara. To find out the influence of products on public interest in Kab. Aek Nabara The research used was descriptive qualitative. The research results show that based on the results of the partial test (t test), premiums have a significant effect on public interest in having sharia insurance in Aek Nabara Barumun. Partial test results (t test), Product on public interest in having sharia insurance in Aek Nabara Barumun. Simultaneous test results (F test), premiums and products simultaneously have a significant effect on people's interest in having sharia insurance at Aek Nabara Barumun.  

This study aims to determine whether the performance of Tongkonan has an impact on tourists' interest in revisiting Tana Toraja. The population of this study was all visitors who visited Tana Toraja. While the sampling method used is to use the slovin method so that the number of samples obtained is 399 people. By using data collection methods using questionnaires and observations. While the analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis.    

The Qur'an is the sacred text of Muslims that serves as a guide in life. Therefore, in reciting the Qur'an, it is necessary to understand from the letters to the reading rules. In the process of learning to read the Qur'an, teaching methods have a very crucial role, and there are several approaches that have been implemented to facilitate learning. The method is chosen as a means and tool of teaching transformation to achieve the desired goal. The goal of qiroah training is to facilitate students in improving their skills in reading the Qur'an, especially among TPQ AL-HALIM students. In addition, qiroah training aims to instil students' appreciation of Islamic cultural arts, develop students' talents and interests in the field of reciting the Qur'an, and promote a sense of independence.

Poetry is an imaginative literary work that contains analogies of meaning with other uses so that the meaning contained in the poem is hidden behind words, similes and aesthetics that not everyone understands the meaning of the poetry conveyed. When reading poetry, it is necessary to read poetry repeatedly to understand the meaning of the poem because the language in poetry has a broad, implied meaning and is difficult to interpret. Therefore, readers must understand how to study poetry with knowledge in order to understand the meaning of the poetry conveyed. The poem by Heri Isnaini with the title "1 Distance" is formed in simple language but is interesting to study. This attracts a reader to study the poem and use it as research material. The aim of this research. The aim of this research is to analyze the meaning in the poem entitled "Distance 1" by Heri Isnaini and convey the content of the poem in detail so that readers can understand the meaning conveyed through this research. This research is also useful for readers to further develop literary works in the form of poetry. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method which examines the content of the meaning of the poem "1 Distance". In this way, this research will reveal the implied meaning of the poetry presented by the poet. Apart from that, the author dissects this poem using a mimetic approach. Mimetics is an approach in literary criticism regarding imitation or fiction of real life.

The term Childfree has recently become a sensation among millennials today, not long after public figure Gita Safitri Devi and her husband Paul Andre Partohap stated on their social media account that they intended not to have children. Childfree is actually not a new issue, but the term childfree has been around since the end of the 20th century and has spread throughout the world along with the development of liberalism throughout the world. Childfree is a choice in a household relationship, namely a decision for a husband and wife not to have children on purpose. This phenomenon is an interesting issue to discuss from various perspectives, one of which is from a religious perspective. Of course, each religion will have different views in responding to the issue of childfree in accordance with the teachings of their respective religions. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, library research approach. Research originating from books, journals, videos, and research that has been conducted, is then analyzed in depth. This research concludes that seen from a religious perspective, in this case there are three religions that are the focus of reference for researchers, namely Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, that chidfree is something that is contrary to the principles in their teachings. In responding to the Chidfree problem, there is a solution provided by each religion as long as it is considered humane and does not eliminate the benefits, or brings harm and does not conflict with religious rules and principles.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of price perceptions and service quality onpurchase intention (a survey of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya company users). The method used in this research is causality with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 49 Users of the Tasikmalaya RedDoorz Company. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Price Perception has a very good rating classification, Service Quality has a very good rating classification while Purchase Intention has a Good classification for RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users. Taken together, Perceived Price and Service Quality have a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially Perceived Price has a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially, Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Interest in RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users.

Infancy is a golden period for a child's growth and development so it needs special attention. One of the factors that influences a baby's growth and development is sleep and rest. The need for sleep is not only seen from the quantity aspect but also the quality. With good quality sleep, the baby's growth and development can be achieved optimally. One way that can be used to fulfill these needs is baby massage. Baby massage is a gentle stroking or massaging therapy for babies, this is stimulation through tactile stimulation, gentle massage approaching soft and gentle massage on the surface of the baby's skin gently, on the tissues and organs of the body. Baby massage is useful for increasing the baby's concentration and making the baby sleep soundly, to increase the baby's growth and weight, increase the body's endurance, build bonds of love between parents and children and improve blood circulation and breathing. A baby's weight is influenced by heredity, nutrition, environment, gender and social status. Body weight is an anthropometric indicator for assessing growth in babies or children. Balanced nutrition and basic health care in the form of immunizations. Regular massage for babies can increase the baby's weight and the length of time the baby sleeps. This happens when the baby is massaged and the baby feels relaxed so it is easy for the baby to sleep. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the effectiveness of baby massage on weight gain and baby sleep quality at AsyfAlesha Mom n' Baby Care, whether its implementation is effective in supporting weight gain and baby sleep quality to prevent stunting in babies.

Sebalik village is a village located in a water area with the potential to raise laying ducks. In fact, selling duck eggs has quite a high potential for interest because they have a lot of nutrition and fresh duck eggs are rarely found in many places, unlike chicken eggs. On the other hand, for egg-laying duck breeders, marketing and distribution of duck eggs is still an obstacle in egg-laying duck farming because if they are not sold, egg-laying duck breeders cannot generate additional income to support the family economy. From the results of the interviewed it was discovered that laying duck breeders did not know about marketing management as evidenced by the lack of knowledge regarding brands, sales distribution channels and other management functions in marketing. For this reason, marketing management training is carried out. The training was held for one day with 30 participants. From the results of this training, laying duck breeders gained knowledge regarding marketing management and continued with discussions by deepening the obstacles faced when marketing duck eggs by duck egg breeders. Pre-test and post-test were carried out. From the post test results it was found that laying duck breeders already knew and were able to explain marketing management for their duck eggs

Research objectives: To analyze and know the role of the government in regulating the government's moderate influence on price, facilities, and brand image towards interest in buying electric cars and electricity in the Mebidang Metropolitan City (Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang). Population from study This is a candidate interested consumers buying car electricity at electricity in the Mebidang Metropolitan City (Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang). Because the population amount is unknown, the researcher determines the sample size using the Lemeshow formula, which amounts to 384 respondents. Sample determination using purposive sampling, i.e., candidate consumer Already owns a car, income >= 10 million rupiah. Data was obtained with a questionnaire online via Google Forms. Hypotheses are tested using validity test methods, reliability tests, assumption tests classic, regression multiplex, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. Based on the results, Price research matters positively and significant to Purchase Interest, Facilities influential positively and significant to purchase intention, brand image is influential positive and significant to Purchase Intention, Brand Image are influential positive and significant to Purchase Interest, Regulation Government can moderate influence Brand Image against Purchase Interest, Regulation Government No can moderate influence Price to Purchase interest.  

One of the problems that exists in the community of Buana Bhakti Village, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency nowadays is the lack of interest in reading. One of the programs implemented in Buana Bhakti Village is the creation of a mini library. The aim of creating a mini library is to help the community, especially children, develop a love for the culture of interest in reading, increase learning experiences other than in the classroom and also as a center for community empowerment to develop literacy-based potential. The result of this program is that children are enthusiastic about visiting the library to study and read.

Gender equality is a social construct related to the roles, rights, and characteristics of women and men in society that can change with evolving social dynamics. In Indonesia, gender equality issues are also tied to the principle of justice, which is an integral part of the state ideology, Pancasila. Customary law, on the other hand, is a legal system that develops within specific communities and is not always codified. Customary law in Kemang Indah Village, Riau, is strongly influenced by Islam and Islamic identity. The people of Kemang Indah Village are indigenous to the Kampar tribe and have a historical connection with Minangkabau, with strong Islamic influences evident in their customary law. This research aims to understand the relationship between customary law and the concept of gender equality in Kemang Indah Village. The results of the study show that the village community has successfully harmonized these two principles. Women in Kemang Indah Village have strong roles, even becoming leaders at various levels of community organization. They are also empowered to pursue their interests and talents, with facilities aligned with the applicable customary law. This is evidence that customary law principles can be integrated effectively with the concept of gender equality in the context of Kemang Indah Village. Thus, gender equality and customary law can coexist and mutually support each other in creating a fair and equal society in Kemang Indah Village.
