Model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) adalah suatu sistem pembelajaran yang cocok dengan otak yang menghasilkan makna dengan menghubungkan muatan akademis dengan konteks dari kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Tujuan penelitin ini adalah Ingin mengetahui Pengaruh model contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 3 Dompu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang banyak dituntut menggunakan angka mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran dan data, serta penampilan dari hasilnya. Populasi ialah seluruh peserta didik yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X IPS yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sample. Data diperoleh melalui angket siswa dan data hasil belajar  kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan data tersebut didapatkan hasil model persamaan regresi linier sederhananya adalah : ???? = 57,501 + 0,258 ???? yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa, hubungan variable bebas X (penggunaan model CTL )  dengan variabel terikat Y (hasil belajar)  adalah sangat kuat. Jadi, hasil belajar sangat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan model contextual teaching and learning (CTL)

Arab society before Islam was a society that lived in the Jahiliyah era. This paper aims to get to know the natural conditions, social conditions and culture of Arab society before Islam. The results of the study: The Arabian Peninsula is a desert region located in the southwestern part of Asia. The Arab region consists of deserts where the air is very hot and windy, this area is the Tihamah area, while the area that is in the form of valleys in the mountains is the Hijaz area. The social condition of Pre-Islamic Arab society was based on ethnicities that continued to maintain the teachings of their ancestors, by continuing to maintain traditions such as humiliation, killing female babies, worshiping idols, gambling, stealing, drinking intoxicants, robbing and justifying any means to make wishes come true. The most prominent pre-Islamic Arab cultural community is the field of Arabic literature, especially Arabic poetry. This study discusses the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Mind Mapping method in PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi in Class XI was successful or not. The purpose of this research is to prove that by applying the Mind Mapping method to pie learning in schools. By applying the Mind Mapping method it can stimulate students to be active in class, and be able to discuss with peers, and also be able to solve problems by discussing. In this study it can be proven that one of the ways to arouse student activity is to use the Mind Mapping method in teaching PAI at school. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that applying the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi is well implemented. This can be proven by the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. Using this method can produce active and critical students in dealing with problems, as well as being able to discuss and respect friends' opinions when discussing, increasing the level of independence in learning. Not only using the discussion method, the teacher must also provide motivation in learning so that students can learn optimally.

This service aims to implement the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) teaching method on PAI material at the high school level. This service uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out in class XI, totaling 35 students which is carried out through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The problems faced by students when learning tend to use the lecture method, especially in PAI lessons, students are only listeners without having to express students' opinions, this results in a decrease in student interest and activity when receiving lessons. The results of this service prove that students have empathy during the learning process and can express creativity in explaining material, hone students' confidence in expressing opinions and train students' cohesiveness with other students which makes the method effective. This model can be a stimulus for educators who want to apply the PAI learning method in the classroom.

The background of this research was class VIII MTs Al Washliyah Sei Mencirim  with learning difficulties in following the teaching of mathematics with a scientific approach introduced by Kemendikbud in Curriculum 2013. Such problems made researchers interested in conducting further research. The purpose of this study to determined the cause of students experiencing difficulties in the learning process of mathematics with a scientific approach. This research was a quantitative and qualitative research. Data obtained by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The research instrument used was a questionnaire teachers and students, learning and activity observation sheet of students in the classroom, as well as interview guides teachers and students. The results showed that the form of learning difficulties for class VIII students that appeared in mathematics learning on flat sided space material with a scientific approach were students having difficulty understanding and solving flat sided space problems, difficulty in asking flat sided shape problems, difficulty in trying to solve problems. in the form of reasoning and difficulties in concluding the material that has been studied. The cause of the emergence of learning difficulties in mathematics learning material relations and presenting the relation with the approach of scientific because of the difficulties caused by teachers such as: (1) the teacher wasn’t directing students to ask and concluded, (2) teachers didn’t prepare the implementation stages observe well with the acquisition of a percentage 40%, (3) the issue of the reasoning given fairly difficult, (4) lack of skills and understanding of teachers in implementing the learning process with the approach of the scientific with the acquisition of a percentage of 40% and the difficulties that arise from the students themselves, such as: (1) lack of awareness of students to learn and willing to follow the learning process, (2) the fear that a dominant appears, (3) students experience language impairments, (4) students impaired recall, (5) students impaired reasoning.

The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

Penerapan metode menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran SKI di MIN 12 Kota Medan berpengaruh besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta mampu menumbuhkan rasa semangat dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif yang dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Adapun hasil penelitian: (1) Sebelum memulai pembelajaran guru harus menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa dengan cara bercerita. (2) Melibatkan siswa untuk mengalami langsung materi yang dipelajari. (3) Memperkenalkan siswa dalam penamaan materi yang berkaitan dengan pengalamannya dengan suatu rumusan teori ilmiah, (4) Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menerapkan segala hal baru disertai bukti-bukti. (5) Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menjelaskan kembali materi yang telah disampaikan di depan kelas. (6) Memberikan penghargaan atau pujian kepada siswa yang antusias saat pembelajaran berlangsung.  

Mengingat pendidikan karakter akan berjalan dengan baik jika sistem pendidikan nasional mendapat dukungan yang baik, maka nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter dapat dilaksanakan secara berbeda berdasarkan metode pengajaran guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi guru bahasa Inggris SMP dan SMA dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajarannya di sebuah sekolah swasta di wilayah Bandung. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif melalui kuesioner, wawancara dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa sebagian besar guru di sekolah menengah telah menerapkan pembentukan nilai karakter dalam cara mereka mengajar, dalam berbagai kegiatan di kelas. Kesimpulannya, meskipun implementasi dari implementasi character building bisa berbeda-beda untuk setiap guru bahasa Inggris, dan kemajuannya tidak dapat diketahui secara instan, upaya tersebut telah dilakukan secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, guru harus terus-menerus mengubah cara mengajarnya agar siswa tidak benar-benar “sadar” bahwa karakter mereka dibangun secara singkat, dan mengabaikannya sebagai pendidikan nilai yang diacu.

This activity emerged from the inspiration and desire of the writers to improve the English language skills of students in the neighborhood where the writers live, namely neighborhood V, Sei Putih Barat sub-district, Medan Petisah District, North Sumatra Province, who basically still have difficulties in understanding the language. English, especially in the Vocabulary aspect, is why the authors held this activity with the hope that students will have good knowledge after participating in this activity. Community Service (PKM) is an integral aspect of community progress and sustainable development. By actively engaging in community-based initiatives, individuals, organizations and institutions contribute to addressing social problems, building trust and fostering social cohesion. This activity involved around 20 students ranging in age from 8 - 12 years. This activity will be carried out for around 3 days, namely 17 – 19 November 2022 with a duration of 90 minutes/session. Tapai is Siantar ethnic food in the city of Pematang Siantar.  However, tapai is very difficult to find because it does not have a special place to sell it.  Tapai traders sell tapai while walking around the city of Pematang Siantar.  The purpose of this activity to build a creative economy through culinary is to make tapai a home industry product that is of great interest to the people of the city of Pematang Siantar and visitors to the city of Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out by students of the Stambuk 2020 Development Economics study program with the supporting lecturer Dian Purba SE, M.Sc in collaboration with the Pematang Siantar City Government, the Education and Teaching Office.  This activity was held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Faculty of Economics, Simalungun University.  The method of carrying out this activity is by holding competitions for various variants of processed tapai which are participated in by SMA/SMK students from the city of Pematang Siantar.  The number of participants in the competition is 10 teams consisting of 3 people for each team.  The implementation of this activity is carried out with the aim of developing student creativity in terms of managing tapai.

The purpose of the study was to identify the most common types of code mixing employed by the teacher at SMP Negeri 14 Baubau, as well as the justifications for doing so. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. One of the English teachers at SMP Negeri 14 Baubau was the subject. Interviews and observation were used as the data collection methods. Data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion drawing/data verification were the three data analysis techniques used in this study. Based on the results of this study, the teacher at SMP Negeri 14 Baubau employed insertion, alternation, and congruent lexicalization as three different methods of code mixing. The most common type of code mixing used was alternation. The results of the interview session revealed that the instructor at SMP Negeri 14 Baubau mixed codes when teaching English in the classroom because of the students' poor English proficiency and habit. It made it simpler for students to comprehend the lessons that the teacher was conveying or explaining by using code mixing when teaching English.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. These symbols must be arranged, according to certain conventions, to form words and words arranged to form sentences. The ability to write is not an ability that can be obtained automatically. The aim of teaching Arabic-Malay writing is to recognize, train, and develop the ability to understand and carry out how to read and write properly and correctly according to Arabic-Malay regulations, as well as express simple ideas or impressions orally and in writing. In conducting this research the authors used a type of quantitative research. In this study the data collection method was carried out by testing the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the questionnaire given. After conducting research on the ability to write Malay Arabic words for students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru, it was found that the students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru as a whole had the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the low category with a percentage of 18.62%. In two-syllable Malay Arabic words, students in grade 4a SD Negeri 148 have a low ability category with a percentage of 7.93% and for Malay Arabic words with more than two syllables are also in the low category with a percentage of 19.31%. This proves that students do not understand how to write Arabic Malay words in two or more syllables.

Religious values ​​are very important values ​​in education, especially for strengthening the character of early childhood. Therefore, children are taught about character education so they can behave well. It is very important to shape the character of children through habituation methods in the family, school and environment. with this habituation, the character will grow and develop positively according to Islamic teachings. This study aims to describe the importance of religious values ​​in the formation of children's character, its implementation and influence in everyday life, through religious habits such as praying in congregation, and as etiquette with peers, teachers, as well as parents. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach obtained from interviews with teachers and madrasa heads, The research results obtained are the importance of instilling religious values ​​in early childhood, related to the religious culture that is applied is the habit of praying Dhuha in congregation, morning Quran, following the commemoration of Islamic holidays. Whereas regarding Islamic character education through religious habituation is to apply religious habituation which is carried out every day as a process of forming children's character to behave noble, obedient to worship, honest, tolerant, care for the environment, responsible and become the foundation of faith for children, good character will emerge if religious values ​​are getting stronger and more instilled in the child's environment, both in the family environment and the school environment.

The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

The purpose of this research is that those who are studying have a definite goal of gaining as much knowledge as possible and getting good results on exams, for those who are working, the goal is to work as best as possible to complete existing responsibilities and get good income from what they do. . The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study where the author presents and discusses overcoming PAK Learning Difficulties, and invites all of us to dedicate what we do in our daily lives just to glorify His name. The Lord God will see whether what we are doing glorifies His name or not. By teaching PAK so that more and more souls are saved.

A topic that is often discussed but lacks understanding of the meaning of maturity, there is some spiritual maturity which is expressed in the teachings of Christians, that spiritual maturity is needed by Christians so that their lives really demonstrate the character of Christ. Spiritually mature believers will have firm faith in the midst of the onslaught of misleading teaching influences and amidst the various storms of life. Believers who experience spiritual maturity will have the desire to serve God faithfully so that many souls are brought to Christ. Therefore, the role of the Bible is very much needed in distinguishing true maturity from a Christian spiritual point of view.
