Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial. Sequence susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an innovative radiological imaging method that is often used in diagnosing neuroradiological disorders.

Herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) is the leading cause of back pain in old age, occurring as a result of tearing of the fibrous annulus and the nucleus pulposus exiting through the tear. To optimize pathology, fat suppression techniques are needed to suppress fat and fluid. Fat Suppression techniques include Dixon and SPAIR. The use of Dixon is relatively longer but can produce four images at once, while SPIR has the advantage of being more resistant to inhomogeneous magnetic fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between T2WI SPIR and T2WI diagnostic image information Dixon Sagital Cut Lumbar MRI with Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) cases as well as find out which one is better between the two techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental approach that uses prospective data aimed at determining the difference in diagnostic image information T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon MRI examination of Sagital Cuts. The study population is patients who perform Lumbar MRI examinations with HNP cases at the Radiology Installation of NTB Provincial Hospital for the period May-July 2023. This study applied total sampling, using a research sample of 17 patients. The results showed a difference in image information between the T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon sequences on Lumbar MRI examination of Sagital Cut with a p-velue value smaller than α (<0.05), namely in the anatomy of the Spinal Cord with a p-value (0.021), and the anatomy of the Corpus Vertebraewith value p-value (0.001). The T2 Spir sequence is more optimal in showing anatomical information on the Sagittal Cut lumbar MRI examination compared to the T2 Dixon sequence.  due to the more homogeneous emphasis of fat on the anatomy of the Spinal Cord and Corpus Vertebrae

The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the fear of God in Proverbs 1:7. The research method in writing this scientific paper is a qualitative method, namely with the Reader Response Criticism (PRC) approach. Based on the results of the author's interview that has been conducted with 10 Alpha Generation Children at GKPPD Kuta Kerangan who became informants for research in the field, it can be seen that in the initial discussion there were 4 out of 10 informants, 40% of whom the author interviewed had read the text, and 2 out of 10 informants, 20% had read the text for the first time. There are 4 out of 10 informants, 40% of whom have never read the text. Then the author also asks if there is an interesting word in the text of Proverbs 1:7? 7 out of 10 informants responded by saying an interesting word for fear and 3 out of 10 said an interesting word in Proverbs 1:7 for fool. The author can conclude that there are 4 out of 10 informants, 40% who are quite diligent in worshiping and participating in church activities (PA), and 6 out of 10 informants, 60% who are less active in church and worship activities. But in the study, although 4 out of 10 informants who were fairly diligent in worship, it was not determined how he responded to the text correctly, so that 7 out of 10 informants, 70%, only 3 out of 10 informants, 30% responded correctly to the text. The Alpha generation children in Aceh Singkil can be said to not know exactly how to fear God in their lives. As said by Risnawaty Sinulingga (2010) and Matthew Henry (2013) that the fear of God in question is everything that must be known, that God must be respected, served, and worshiped, thus the meaning of fearing God is part of a good character that avoids evil, and obeys His commandments.

The practice of Ba'i Al Wafa' in an Islamic Economic Perspective is an agreement that occurs between two parties, namely the seller (the owner of the rice field) and the buyer, whereby the rice field can return to the seller (the owner of the rice field) if the rice field can be redeemed by the seller (the owner of the rice field). If the field has not been redeemed, the field will remain in the possession of the buyer. (2) Analysis of the Practice of Ba'i Al Wafa' Sawah in Parannapa Jae Village, Barumun Barat District, Padang Lawas Regency according to an Islamic economic perspective, namely buying and selling that takes place on condition that the goods being sold can be repurchased by the seller when the agreed grace period has arrived. Based on an explanation of the practice and theory of bai' al wafa', it can be said that the practice of buying and selling that took place in the village of Parannapa Jae, Barumun Barat District, Padang Lawas Regency, in practice was in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective.

Based on the results of research conducted that: (1) The concept in Islamic economics is something promised and paid by tenants as compensation or payment for the benefits they enjoy. In principle, anything that can be used as a medium of exchange in buying and selling may be used for payment in wages. In addition, wages must be something of value and permitted by syara' and the amount must be known. The amount of the prescribed wages is known by both parties, both in terms of rent and wages. An appropriate reward according to syara' is something of value and there is pleasure between the two parties. (2) The concept of Islamic economics regarding the payment system for rice field plowing services in Aek Bonban Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, is in accordance with Islamic economic theory. The land owner gives the plowman's wages at the promised time. For every job of plowing a field, the owner of the field immediately gives his wages. There is a small portion that pays wages later or even after the harvest, but there is no intention to delay or prolong the payment of wages. Even so, this can be understood by both parties, because financially the owner of the rice field must be able to pay wages, and usually. this has been agreed before. because it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of wages. where in the agreement made between the owner of the rice field and the rice farmer contains the amount of wages and the time of payment of the wages. So that there is no element of fraud in it that can harm either party.

The 3DCRT field in field (FIF) technique used in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang uses 4 copy fields including supraclavicular (AP), axilla (PA), tangential (ML/LM). However, in the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang, the immobilization device does not use a breast board but uses an abdominal thorax or AIO Breast And Lung Board. The aim of this study is to describe the management or procedures for administering 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang. Treatment of 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang consists of an examination and consultation with a radiation oncology specialist, CT Simulator, then treatment planning system (TPS), verification carried out before the first fraction and participation stage. The advantage of using the 3DCRT field in field (FIF) technique with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang, is that the copying area is simple, the copying comfort is better, it can reduce hotspots, and it can reduce the dose received by the organs in the area. risk (OAR). The disadvantage is that it requires more precision, especially RTT as an operator for the use of additional immobilization devices other than the 5 degree abdominal thorax.

Based on the results of the research conducted that: (1) Implementation of Pawn (Rahn) in the Islamic Economic Perspective is an agreement or contract in mu'amalah which is carried out by two parties in the form of accounts payable by submitting an item as collateral for the debt. (2) Implementation of Pawning (Rahn) Rice Fields in Sayur Mahincat Village, Barumun Selatan District, Padang Lawas Regency in an Islamic economic perspective, namely the pawnshop (rahin) comes to the pawnbroker (murtahin) to borrow some money in cash to fulfill his life needs by handing over his rice fields as collateral for debt. The right to use the collateral is controlled by murtahin until the debt is paid off and there is also the pawnbroker who manages the rice fields themselves which are used as collateral with the proceeds from the fields being divided in half with the pawn recipient. There is no time limit for repayment of the debt, the end of the mortgage is rahin has been able to pay off his debt to the murtahin. the implementation of pawning (rahn) in rice fields is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics because there is willingness, the principle of helping, and avoiding extortion of pawned goods, because pawning is a contract of mutual help for those who need financial assistance, this pawn contract is related to a loan agreement what desperate people do.

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.
