To achieve recovery, TB sufferers must have self-confidence about how serious the condition and symptoms of the disease are and the impact on daily life. So that TB sufferers are able to carry out treatment for a long period of time and TB sufferers have the confidence to recover from the disease. The aim to be achieved in this research is to analyze the success factors for treatment of pulmonary TB sufferers at the Imelda Workers Indonesian RSU in 2023. This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all category I pulmonary tuberculosis patients who visited the Imelda Workers Indonesian Hospital from January to September 2023, a total of 118 people were sampled using the accidental sampling method while the sample was 91 people. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that patient success influences knowledge, family support, supervision of taking medication and support from health workers with a value of p = 0.001, meaning that there is an influence of knowledge, family support, supervision of taking medication and support from health workers on the success of TB treatment. Lungs. From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the medication monitoring variable with an OR value of 15.104. The conclusion in this study is that medication-taking supervisors are the dominant factor influencing the success of pulmonary TB treatment at the Indonesian Imelda Workers RSU. The advice given is in the form of instructions for using a daily insulated medicine box, using a smart calendar during treatment which is brought to you every time you come for treatment and in the current digital era, using the mHealth application is also very helpful in providing TB information notifications and reminders to take medication regularly for sufferers and PMOs.

The influence of the work environment on employee productivity in a company makes it very possible to determine success. The work environment has a significant influence on a company, so knowledge is needed to make achievements according to the company's goals. Also, this also has several aspects for employees to meet the company's needs so that losses do not occur. Based on the results of hypothetical measurements, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Lonsum Balombissie in Bulukumba Regency. In general, the most significant influence on employee performance at PT Lonsum is a healthy work environment that is in accordance with logical control.

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

This paper aims to find out about the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment together on employee performance. performance is the success of an employee's work that has been carried out on the tasks or work assigned to the employee with indicators a. Work quality includes developing competence, creating work strategies, having work quality standards, and being motivated to complete the leader's work immediately; c. Efficiency includes the amount of funds provided, working methods, competition with other employees, paying attention to work needs, suitability of work schedules, and completion of work administration; d. Effectiveness, including achieving work targets, utilizing potential, utilizing work time, setting work goals and work responsibilities, and e. Initiative includes several aspects such as the ability to take appropriate steps in the face of difficulties, the ability to do work without assistance, and the ability to take the first step in an activity. There is a positive and very significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment together with employee performance.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how economic development is Digital and factors that influence the income of MSME business actors in Serang City. Method The research used is qualitative descriptive research, the data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The informants in this research are MSME business actors in Serang , there are approximately 10,321 MSMEs from various types of businesses spread across Serang Jaya City as research objects. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant partial influence of the digital economy on perpetrators' income MSME businesses in Serang. Meanwhile, factors that support and hinder the MSME sector in the digital economy perspective, namely the ability to know how to use technological media which is a supporting indicator of the success of the digital economy.

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. The hope is that this research can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes as a whole.

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

Karang Taruna's Real Work Program in Sungon Village is a sustainable effort to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to explain the problems faced, the program objectives, the methods used, and the results that have been achieved. Karang Taruna Sungon has succeeded in launching superior programs in local economic empowerment, education, public health and sustainable environmental projects. Small business training and preventive health campaigns are the main focus, implemented through active member participation in a spirit of mutual cooperation. The community's positive response to the Karang Taruna initiative created a climate of mutual listening and support, even though they faced limited resources. Program sustainability is maintained through ongoing planning, member capacity development, and support from external partners and donor agencies. Despite the challenges, Karang Taruna was able to overcome most of them, gaining important lessons about adapting to local changes and community participation. The implementation of the program has had a significant impact on Sungon Village, including increasing living standards, reducing poverty levels, and higher local economic participation. Close collaboration with local government, non-government organizations and the private sector is the key to success in supporting the overall village development vision.

The province of Bali, Indonesia, as a tropical destination with abundant natural resources, exhibits a serious focus on the agriculture and livestock sectors. The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

This research aims to assess the effect of employing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) counseling on enhancing the self-assurance levels among 19-25-year-old students enrolled at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta. The study utilized a quantitative methodology, employing questionnaires for data collection. The collected data revealed that among 30 students, 4 exhibited low self-confidence levels. These four individuals were chosen as subjects for the research, receiving CBT-based counseling to address their self-confidence issues. The focus of the researchers was solely on interventions targeting self-confidence problems through CBT counseling techniques. The counseling sessions uncovered that these students faced challenges in feeling confident when interacting with groups of people, experiencing worry and a lack of assurance in such situations. While the outcomes of the counseling using CBT did not achieve a complete 100% enhancement in the self-confidence levels of the students at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta, there were observable positive changes in the students' perspectives and their ability to manage their thoughts. The efficacy of the counseling could be deemed successful with a 70% success rate.

The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. This research aims to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities by using students' realistic mathematical approach to the material of plane figures, quadrilaterals, triangles. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this research were students in class VII-8 of SMP Negeri 31 Medan, consisting of 32 students. The instruments used in this research were initial test sheets, mathematical reasoning ability test sheets and observation sheets. After the research was carried out for 2 cycles, the results of this research showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average value in cycle I being 78.78 to 87.28 in cycle II. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical completion increased from cycle I, namely 62.5% to 87.5% in cycle II, so it can be seen that this research has met the specified success indicators. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that: 1) the mathematical reasoning abilities of class VIII-1 students at SMPN 31 Medan increased after implementing a learning process with a realistic mathematical approach. 2) by applying a realistic mathematical approach to the learning process, students' mathematical reasoning abilities increase until they reach classical mastery.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

The objective of this study is to assess the internal control system utilized in the employee payroll process at PT. AIOLA INDONESIA, examine the procedures employed throughout the employee payroll process, and identify any vulnerabilities in the implemented procedures. This study employs qualitative methodologies to gather data through the means of observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the internal control system implemented for the payroll process has successfully met the requirements for segregating functional tasks, authorizing transactions, promoting healthy habits, and ensuring the employment of high-quality personnel. Employees and management can effectively implement the internal control system.

This happens if the communicant feels comfortable with the communicator and the message conveyed also attracts the communicant. The purpose of this research is to find out how the online marketing communication strategy used by Ammelie Muslim clothing increases brand awareness.The research results show that choosing an online market as a place to carry out transactions is part of the strategy carried out by Ammelie. In increasing brand awareness, apart from the online market as the main place for buying and selling transactions, a physical shop is also provided so that as a brand, it provides added value for Ammelie compared to online shops which do not have physical shops for consumers to visit directly. With the Ammelie Boutique Store, it adds credibility to consumers, so that brand awareness increases.

This research aims to analyze self-efficacy regarding the anxiety of the main character in the novel A for Amanda by Annisa Ihsani. Using four sources of self-efficacy with the psychological approach of Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using note-taking techniques and literature study. The results of this research reveal the self-efficacy of the main character (Amanda) through four sources of self-efficacy, namely experience of success (enactive attainment), indirect experience (vicarious experience), verbal persuasion (verbal persuasion), and physiological state (physiological state). These sources of self-efficacy provide conclusions regarding the efficacy of the main character (Amanda).
